Hotel Regent Grand

Hotel Regent Grand best hotel in Delhi .nice stay and room clean so nice thanks for all hotel staff

We had two nights here in a very quiet room with good air con. The bed was comfy and shower nice and hot. Breakfast was included with usual Indian buffet offerings. We ate in restaurant at hotel in the evening which was reasonably priced and delicious food.

I have stayed here for 5 nights in a metro view room. Room was nice and well maintained but room size was average. Breakfast was good and tasty. Hotel was hardly 5 minutes walking distance from Patel Nagar metro station. Mr. Kirti was a wonderful person.

So nice hotel delhi NCR Hotel Regent Grand staff so nice care to Guest ..the food experience ☺️ so good.Room and location nice thqnksto all

I can’t say enough about the “all-hands-on-deck” help I received while staying at the Regent. I lost my phone while traveling to Delhi and I was frantic to find a new phone so I could at least take pictures and communicate via text with my tour mates. When I explained my situation, three staff members immediately reached out to their contacts to find me a phone I could use while in India. Then, the Manager assigned a staff member to personally escort me to an ATM so I could withdrawal the cash I needed to buy the phone, the phone store itself, then another location to buy a protective cover. I know I took him away from his regular duties, but being a first-time visitor to India it was a great comfort to be with someone I could absolutely trust in a new environment. My room was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the wait staff were very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Room clean. Advice for visiting Delhi. Restaurant staff attentive and food delicious.

Very good staff . Nice service food also very tasty.rooms very clean thanks for manegement........,.................

The stay was good and the food was really nice. The staff was really nice. The room was very clean and the toilets was sanitized. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

Lovely place to stay, and staff were helpful. The location was ideal due to being so close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city.

Service excellent & most helpfull. It was a pleasure staying here. The rooms were neat and tidy and exceeded all expectations

Rooms was spacious and clean. Well stocked with shower supplies. Breakfast included made to your specification omlets as well as a good assortment of other options. Staff is very helpful.

Great hotel and experience. Close to places that I needed to go. Recommend. Good breakfast and staffs are gentle. Come to stay here!

Room was tiny for a 4 star. Barely any room around the bed. Bed was comfortable. My rooms was directly above the kitchen so all I heard was noise the whole night. Made for poor sleep.

One my Best Experiences ever, the staff and management is very polite and professional and Hotel is very well maintained. One of the best Hotels to stay at if your with Family or on a Business Trip

Nice hotel .good service nice staff.food is really tasty.i would like specially commend the front office team at hotel outstanding service during my stay thanks for your support.

Ambiance is very beautiful, stayed for 3 night ... very very comfortable stay... staff is very nice.... food is very delicious... Mr. Bijendra GM is very cooperative and intelligent in hospitality. He know how to maintain the property... Highly recommended

Stayed here with family, very nice location. Very good rooms. Food is very tasteful. Staff service is excellent. Mr Vijendra is very cooperative to every guest. They provide all kind of local help support to guest, will visit very soon

great hotel. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Service excellent, staff did everything they could to make us comfortable. Room was musty smelling when we first got in but they came to spray some air freshener to clear the air. Hot water for bathing not readily available. You need to alert reception 20mins in advance for them to ON the water heater for our room.

Very good hospitality from all staff members and waiters. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Caterers were able to provide allergy menu foods and made special dishes based upon our needs, everyone was very considerate.

Awesome

The rooms were okay but on the next day was not cleaned properly and sheets were not changed. Other than that was all okay.

I would like to especially commend the front team at hotel regent grand for their outstanding service during my stay. We are happy with the service. Though we were there late night, they were able to accomodate and guide us seamlessly. thank you.

Excellent service and comfortable rooms. The breakfast in the hotel was the best part! There was a great variety and the staff was great. Also, air conditioning was perfect, especially for those hot Delhi days. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Delhi.

"Stayed at Regend Grand for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The hotel's amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great location. It's a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers."

Hotel Regent grand an Anonymous Guest The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the breakfasts are a delight. Thank you to the owners for taking care of us. An address to recommend,

The hotel is clean and nice. The rooms are spacious, clean. Bathroom clean enough. Water bottles, very nice and helpful staff! Many thanks to the Administrator and Rajesh for all their help and understanding.

The booking from Booking.com was not confirmed! The reception DID NOT FIND my reservation.

Hotel Regent Grand No 1 Best hotel in Delhi NCR "This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of marketing purposes near Market for Karol bagh . Hotel food also very delicious and nutritious food. Reception staff very helpful thanks

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our India holiday. Horrible hotel, we arrived at 5am after a flight from Sri Lanka, and they put us in a room opposite the kitchen. The staff had the door open as it was hot, and we got absolutely no sleep that morning before we were picked up for a tour at lunchtime. The refrigerator in the room didn't work and, despite telling the front desk, nothing was done. The room was spacious, but very tired and worn out, certainly not a 4,star standard. Breakfast the following morning was awful, mostly curries and Indian food. I made do with Strawberry milk, cold, hard toast, and tinned orange juice. A one star rating seemed too high.

HOTEL REGENT GRAND Best hotel in Delhi NCR Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Spl thanks for Mr praveen nice give information and guidance for delhi and hotel Regent Grand Room Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporar

Hotel Regent Grand I had the best experience at (Hotel Regent Grand ). Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. Thank you so much ... Very nice hotel Reception staff thanks for all thanks

The employees are very nice, friendly. They try to meet your needs but the culture is different. So the food is always spicy; towels, soap, etc are scarce. But all very accommodating. Mattresses and pillow harder than I like but decent. White Towels darker than I like but doable, especially for the money (hotels in Delhi are more expensive than in other cities in India).

Hotel is neat and clean. Friendly, helpful staff at all points. Room is neat but the bathroom drains had a bad odour emanating from time to time. The location of the hotel is not so Grandin you're tourist as you may find it away from tourist attractions, shops and other restaurants. The street area at the back of the hotel is unsightly and at the front entrance is a busy road with heavy traffic. The roof top on the 5th floor overlooks the train lines. Restaurant on 1st floor serves tasty food and staff is professional and helpful.

Omg- this place is not a 4star. It's maybe 2 star. Horrible smell in all the rooms we booked and no hot water. We told our travel agent that we needed to move to another hotel immediately as the place is poorly maintained. Staff spit in the hotel even while cleaning the apartments. Very noisy and definitely not a place to bring family or have a holiday unless you are back packing or need a room on a tight budget for the night. I am very sure that they have a deal with travel agents as many other guests had told us that their agent recommended this place but given that it's peak season, they cannot move elsewhere. We eventually moved to a 4 star hotel close by which was much much better. We have also stayed at a 3 star hotel in Ayodhya which was far better so I really question the 4 star rating.

Ok hotel, had the basics. Did not feel it felt like a four star hotel. Felt like it needed a renovation. Breakfast was standard vegetarian and ok. First hotel visited in India at the beginning of the holiday. Walked around the neighborhood and found an excellent Kerela restaurant.

The best hotel ever. Great hospitality. Mr. Praveen and Mr. Kirti are si nice and helpful. They are very humble and polite. I would love visiting again and gain. I really recommend people to stay in this hotel. Food is also tasty and rooms are neat and clean. Moreover cab facilities are available 24*7

Very bad experience and rude behavior of staff bu name Sunil who.is GM of property. Sunil was very threatening and abusive. Do t recommend this property at all. Better to.book any another propert. This property is unprofessional and doesn't worth spending for this property mainly because of unprofessional staff by name Sunil

Group Tour Stay at Regent Grand for 2 nights. Excellent Food ,Staffs and hotel hygiene good. Second floor rooms need a bit small. Need to use as single room only Will come back again Recommend this hotel which is located near katol Bagh market and others.

Excellent staff..prompt service..neat and clean place. Kirti at the front desk is a very friendly n jovial person. Keep it up Team Regent Grand. Happy to have stayed here and will look forward to come again whenever in Delhi. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

The property was situated at a good location near the Patel Nagar metro station. The rooms were good and spacious with necessary facilities. Cleanliness was maintained and room service did an excellent job. There were issues with unavailability of hot water on two days. The breakfast spread was OK, the North Indian fare was very good. The a-la-carte options were good, again North Indian food items were really good. Parking was a constraint though. Overall, a good place to stay for a slightly higher budget.

We stayed at Hotel Regent Grand with family trip. We enjoyed here very much with family and children. The rooms was neat and clean. Service was very good morning break fast was delicious.।thanks for your support. ,,,,, very kind staff..।।।

Hotel regent grand very nice location and metro view hotel .It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive ...................................

The staff were kind and very helpful . We had bed and breakfast which was great . We were touring so stayed a few night travelled and returned . Nothing was too much for the staff . We will definitely return . I recommend this hotel to all travelers

Keine Empfehlung

Location is nice and room is good

Breakfast is very bad. Very limited options.

Location was ok. Staff where friendly.

Smell from drains, the overall cleanliness was not great. Towels where grey and breakfast was poor.

good

Very disappointed Thought it was a 4 star hotel Cleanliness very bad

Hassle free, easy check-in/check-out, friendly staff.

Was OK nothing special just OK Place is run down but cleanish

Great hotel to stay at when in New Delhi. Staff are very helpful

I already wrote a details on bad things that can happen in this hotel. #Terrible smell in lobby and rooms,Chemical lemongrass and sewer. Dirty floors, slippery and moldy tiny bathroom Rom # 404 and #410.All employees without uniform. Minutes after checking in taking the Expedia/ Hotel.com review and giving thumps down to all. Off premises manager A. JHA calling and begging, strongly suggesting and bullying me to fix the review so they can get 4 star.Meanwhile wrongfully putting the 2.5 star hotel as 4 star. Check out I reach the desk at 7:20 am. They ask for cash, suggesting them I am not carrying that much cash, they suggest a ATM, refused that too, they tried my credit card 2 times, now again suggest me to go to ATM, I gave another card, this time an international, another person comes in and swiped my card 2 times. Meanwhils my ride, taxi calls the front office and says he is waiting. 7:35, my husband joins, they offer to accompany him to a nearby ATM to withdraw cash as their Credit Card Processor is not working. He also refuses to pay cash so they tried his card on another mashine. 7:45, they still insist on paying cash for the worst hotel room and surroundings.

Generally it was good. But the ground floor reception was not good.

酒店真的很一般，比不上国内的靖江之星，我也很纳闷这个是怎么评的四星，WiFi差到爆，酒店也不是很干净，体验很糟。

BRAND NEW, CLOSE TO THE TOP ATTRACTIONS (or easily accessible by metro) TODO NUEVO, MUY CERCA DE TODO (por metro)

ottima accoglienza, staff sempre disponibile ,ottima pulizia

This hotel is not BRAND NEW, but it is very well maintained and clean. All staff members spoke English and were very helpful. I am not familiar with New Delhi and didn't really do much sight seeing in the area, so it's hard to judge on the location. But in terms of comfort, we were very pleased with our room :) The hotel has a lift, so it is convenient for parents with kids and a stroller or for people with walking difficulties.

I chose this hotel because I filtered the Expedia search for hotels with Shuttle. I assumed that since they provided a shuttle it must be close to the airport but it was farther than I had thought. And to make matters worse, I had to pay a premium for the shuttle (about 4 times the cost of Uber). There were a lot of hotels much closer to airport with better prices.

Service was satisfactory. Room was clean. But the location was not so good (next to the road and metro, so a bit noisy and air quality seems to be a bit affected).

hotel is average 3 star. rooms are clean but mine was tiny. service is hit and miss. they try to deliver the best services but don't have the staff to do it. my room wasn't cleaned the second day and i had to keep reminding them. they do go out of their way to try to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is at 7 but i had an early train on my first day and needed to leave before 7. they put breakfast on for me at 6.30. breakfast is ok if you like a traditional indian breakfast. choice of 3 or 4 traditional options us cereal and toast.

部屋は清潔で綺麗だが、シャワーのお湯の出が最悪。たっぷりのお湯でシャワーを浴びたい方には勧めらない。

Very small room with outdated furniture. Pictures on website are photo shopped and highly misleading. No luxurious feeling or ambience in the hotel and would classify this as a 3 star hotel.

This was a good budget hotel in central Delhi. The breakfast buffet was good and included several options. The staff was attentive to any needs you may have. As a single woman traveling alone I felt safe staying here.
