Everyone was very kind and went above and beyond to be helpful to me as well as my friends staying in another room.

The size of the rooms gave a great sensation of personal space. The staff were very kind and treated me and my friends wonderfully. I would come here again.

Grande chambre familiale , vue le soir sur les malls. Proche aéroport ( voiture 25min). Parfum d'ambiance à l'entrée . Petite piscine interne . Petit déjeuner correct.

Fenêtre mal isolée.prises électriques cassées, Cuisine casi vide de vaisselle. C'est clair que cette hôtel date un peu.

Le personnel est très serviable et accueillant. La chambre était propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour une famille pour quelques jours. Petit-déjeuner varié. L'emplacement était parfait, à proximité de 2 grands centres commerciaux et du train night market.

Manque de pression pour la douche et manque des linges pour la psicine sinon très bien.

Nothing for the room, but the location is not bad and not too far from airport

About 10 light bulbs are not working in the room initially assigned to us on the 14th floor, en-suite started to flood just around 2 minutes after I started showering. The front desk lady was saying that the hotel was full and wish that we could stayed in that room for a night. But she can then changed our room to another one after I insisted. So I guess they can help if you insist? Lack of maintenance. Photos are from the better room already.

Location and cleanliness of the hotel.

Had a faulty oven (replaced) and with full kitchen facility but many of the cooking utensils are not there, have to request from housekeeping.

Excellent service from friendly and professional staff.

浴室排水不良

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the amenities available in the room. It was all so beautiful! I wish I would have been able to stay longer. I ordered the chicken, veggies, and cashews and it was delicious.

I was very happy to see a washer/dryer combo in my room but there was no laundry soap. There was no way for me to call down to the front desk, the phone in the room didn't seem to be working.

Great breakfast. The hotel is really close to major shopping centres and the rooms are wonderful. Our room had wonderful views over the city and having a washing machine was an added bonus.

The bathroom is a little outdated but is very clean.

Great staff. Located half hour from central Bangkok but handy for airport.

Expensive. I said before in reviews. Thailand not as cheap as people say it is.

Good location. Close to 3 shopping centres, restaurants, convenience store and train station. Big car parks.

Spät in der Nacht versuchte jemand, in ein Hotelzimmer einzudringen. Kurze Zeit später rief uns mitten in der Nacht eine Rezeptionistin an, um uns mitzuteilen, dass ein Hotelangestellter das falsche Zimmer betreten hatte. Die Rezeption hat sich entschuldigt, aber ich finde, der Vorfall war unangemessen. Nachts ruhen sich die Gäste aus und sollten nicht gestört werden.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν άριστο όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα βρισκόταν σε σχετικά κεντρικό σημείο από το κέντρο και το αεροδρόμιο. Αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση και γι’ αυτό βάζω και εννιά είναι ότι η ρεσεψιόν δεν ασχολιόταν πολύ στο να σε βοηθήσει να κλείσεις ταξί ή κάποιο εστιατόριο για να φας.

We got a one bedroom, its spacious with washing machine. The location is perfect. Its at the mrt yellow line and opposite 2 shopping malls. Overall its good value for money. If you want to avoid the city crowds then this will be a good place to stay.

A bit far away but getting a grab was easy

Appartement très confortable et spacieux. Idéal pour voyager avec un jeune enfant. La situation est assez excentrée (1h du centre), mais le quartier est bien animé avec 2 malls, le bts, le night train market. Street food a gogo et ambiance peu tourisitique. Le personel est très aimable.

Seul couac, impossible de faire un late check out le dernier jour, malgré le fait que nous l’avions demandé quelques jours auparavant. On s’est fait quelque peu éjecter après 3 semaines dans l’hôtel…

Roomservice was good and the room was cleaned everyday. We got a free upgrade to a two bedroom suite because the one bedroom suites were full. We had a nice view from the 22nd floor.

Some things like the toilet holder and the watertap were lose. One of the bathrooms smelled like sewer so we had to keep it closed.

Location, view, room is spacious and well distributed.

Mattress (too old) and pillows (too hard) weren't confortable.

The large and beautiful clear lake was so high that it was already clear from there that the earth was not flat after all. It was round. :-) At first, it's scary for me that a glass panel separates me from 100-meter depths. But over time, it becomes lovable.

Everything is fine now.

近MRT站，交通很方便，雖然離市區遠一點，但周邊環境很方便也很安靜，物價也相對市區便宜，房間很大、兩房兩衛浴還有客廳與餐廳，很有家的感覺！服務人員非常親切，很棒。

แอร์ เดี้ยวร้อน เดี้ยวเย็น ห้องพักมีกลิ่นอับ ห้องน้ำเวลาอาบน้ำ ชื้น แห้งช้า เครื่องระบายอากาศ ในห้องน้ำ ก็ไม่ค่อยทำงาน ผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าเช็ดหน้า ผ้าเช็ดมือ ไม่เคยให้ไว้ครบ ต้องโทรตาม พื้นห้องทำความสะอาด ไม่ค่อยสะอาดเทาไหร่ ทีวีดูเน็ทได้แค่ห้องรับแขก ส่วนห้องนอนเป็นทีวีธรรมดา

Nous avons aimé l'établissement en général , la chambre très spacieuse , les équipements à l'intérieur, le breakfast qui était parfait pour nous, la sympathie du personnel , la piscine intérieure , et le métro collé à l'établissement qui est très pratique pour se déplacer

Nous avons eu plusieurs soucis avec notre chambre , des petits soucis pas très important à nos yeux ( la télévision de la chambre parentale ne fonctionnait pas , 1 lampe de la chambre parentale ne fonctionnait pas non plus , 1 lampe de la chambre des enfants n'avaient pas d'ampoule..) Et un gros soucis qui nous a gâché notre séjour , l'odeur dans la salle de bain parentale , de remonté d'égouts !!! Nous avons appelé le personnel qui est venu et qui a constaté ces odeurs épouvantable , ils ont essayé de mettre des produits pour camoufler ces odeurs mais à notre retour le soir l'odeur s'était propagé dans toute la chambre !! Nous avons donc mouillé des serviettes , qu'on a mis sur les aérations pour stopper ces odeurs tout en laissant la porte de la salle de bain fermé jusqu'à notre départ le lendemain . Vraiment très déçu sur ce point , payé un prix assez conséquent pour passer 2 nuits avec ces odeurs , autant vous dire que nous sommes très déçu.

L’espace disponible pour 2 personnes, la qualité des équipements, la vue sur la ville absolument splendide

Le problème récurrent de Wifi et les matelas qui étaient séparés dans le même lit, ce qui crée un trou au mieux du lit

The staff were delightful. Extremely friendly, polite and helpful.

Very old and worn toilet, terrible wifi, shabby room with scratched furniture, not enough amenities and equipment, shabby gym with no aircon, shower water not hot enough, bad location.

Die Nähe zum Airport BKK. Anbindung zur Magnetbahn. Breakfast war nicht schlecht.

Unter der neuen CROSS Hotelkette hat sich nichts geändert, ausser dem Logo - LUMEN. Waren 2024 schon mal hier, Zimmer sehen nicht besser aus, abgewohnt! Preis / Leistung nicht ausgewogen! Scheint bei den Chinesen trotzdem gut anzukommen.... 😒

Imposantes Frühstücksbüffet, serh freundliches Personal.

Отель требует ремонта. Мебель старая. Есть кухня, но нет посуды. Чайник протекает. Очень плохое освещение. В душевой вода вытекает за пределы ограждения.

Varmvattnet var inte riktigt varmt, Vissa lagningar kunde varit bättre utförda.

Spacious room, great suburban location, clean, helpful staffs. Train station is right in front of the hotel. 2 big malls across the road. Super convenient.

The location is very convenient, close to station, close to the big malls and all walking distance.

The rooms and buildings is a bit old but very convenient and spacious rooms and walkways.. A lot to d storage options as well.

Room was spacious, we had a two bedroom suite on the 21 floor, view was amazing, rooms were big, bathrooms were ok and there was a jakoozi in the master bedroom

Housekeeping was a bit below the expectation. Although we tipped, they did not clean the room properly. We complained few times but still it was not up to standard.
