샴푸케이스에 머리카락이 있고 방에서 벌레에 물려 물파스를 요구하니 없다고 했다 화장실에서 담당 직원이 핸드폰을 하고 인사도 없이 서있어 서비스 매너교육이 아쉬웠고 침대 옆에 콘서트가 없어 핸드폰 충전하며 사용 못해 불편했다.

Charging to use the swimming pool $35 AUD for a swim is outrageous. Also the hotel is too far from Seoul CBD Breakfast is really expensive as well.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026전밤적으로 관리가 미흡한 듯 . 처음에 들어간 방은 에어컨 문제가 있어서 (냉방이 제대로 되지 않아 소음이 심하고 방이 꿉꿉) 방을 교체 하였는데 , 그 곳은 룸 전화기가 작동 되지 않어 프론트 데스크 및 어떤 요청도 불가 였음… 그리고 카드키 작동도 제대로 되지 않음 .이런 5성급 처음 ……..

차 타거나 택시를 타고 나가야한다는 아쉬움 코엑스나 수영장 운행되는 버스 노선을 만들어 주셨으면합니다. 중국인들이 많아 다소 시끄러울때가 많고 식당에서도 보기싫은 장면 연출 음식을 가져간다는것등 보기 불편했음

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026It was my second stay and overall this Hotel deserves all the credits. very friendly staff and although i had 3 different reservations they made sure i could stay in my room for the whole time. nice walking distance to the goyang stadium. nice surroundings..Starbucks inside the area

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The hotel really needs to work on odor control. The smell of food was strong not only in the hallways but also inside the room. We tried using the fan and the air conditioner, but it didn't help at all, which made our stay little uncomfortable.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Very close to Kintex hall and the GTX A station so if you want to go to Seoul, it’s only 17 minutes. Also next to lots of shops and restaurants. The room was great. Very clean and spacious with the workers were very friendly and spoke English well.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Fantastic location close to the GTX-A which is three fast stops to central Seoul. Lovely lake park walking distance away and a fabulous coffee shop opposite called Moanu. Staff are excellent in this hotel. Gym is good. Can't comment on food as we didn't eat in.
Breakfast is expensive and they wouldn't allow me to come in and sit with my husband (I didn't want breakfast but he did).

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Close to the kintex train station and to several malls. Lots of restaurant behind the hotel. The room was very beautiful and spacious and the bathroom perfect. Minibar was included which was a nice touch. Loved that you could open window and air out the room.
Why does the toilet pling everytime I sit down on it? So weird. I left my luggage at 7am and asked them to process my cc since I was the one paying for the room but my friend was the one who were gonna check us in later since I had errands. Gave them my cc, got a green light that everything was done. My friend later told me the lobby was waiting for the payment, weird since it was already green lighted. But we didn't get back until 01 so I figured I'll deal with that in the morning. The day after they called the room as we were heading down. I told her to ignore the call since we were going down anyways. They called again. I felt hunted like a criminal. This is not how a supposed 5 star hotel treats their guests, by hunting them with 2 calls.

Reviewed Apr 14, 20261.如果是要來高陽綜合體育館看演唱會請無腦選這家，地點太讚了，ㄅ級分！ 2.雖然沒附免費早餐但飯店西塔一樓不用出去就有星巴克，很方便。周邊附近也很多吃的！ 3.離KINTEX地鐵站走路不用五分鐘！ 4.飯店每天都會清潔、補毛巾跟冰箱的水。 5.我們四人房先給了兩張房卡，後來去櫃檯多要一張也都很乾脆給。 6.可以跟櫃台買牙膏牙刷，總共五千韓幣。 7.總之從價格到地點真的都很推薦來高陽看演唱會的迷妹XDD
真的唯一唯一有點可惜的是沒有飲水機裝熱水（但房間有熱水壺）。

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026コヤンスタジアムを利用するためにこちらのホテルに泊まりました。ライブが終わっても徒歩25分ぐらいなので歩いて帰れたので助かりました。 部屋も毎日綺麗にしていただいて、部屋のまわりがとても静かだったので居心地がよかったです。 部屋のジュース、ビールの飲み物が無料なのはびっくり しました。 フロントのスタッフの方もとても丁寧で日本語で話してくれて助かりました。またこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。
