The room was larger than I expected and very clean. I also appreciated how peaceful the property was, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff made sure guests felt welcome from the moment they arrived

The hotel felt modern and well looked after. My room was comfortable, everything worked properly, and the staff delivered friendly service that left a very positive impression. I'd definitely consider staying here again

très cher pour un hotel vieillissant (les photos doivent dater d'il y a 20 ans !), un accueil très peu sympathique. La première chambre proposé avait le coffre qui ne fonctionnait pas. La patronne nous a fait déménager de chambre plutot que de s’embêter à changer les piles. Piscine sale.

We hebben deze plek gekozen omdat het ietwat weg van Bangkok en redelijk in de buurt van het vliegveld. (25 min rijden). We hadden een kamer waar je zo vanaf je balkon het zwembad in kon stappen. Het eten in het restaurant (dat erbij hoort), is echt meer dan fantastisch, superlekker!! De bedden lagen heerlijk en de badkamer prima! Personeel ook heel lief.

Op de kaart die bij Booking.com zat leek hst alsof dit hotel meer in het groen van de natuur zou zijn, maar dat is niet zo. En ik had Google niet gecheckt deze keer Het is midden in een wijk met huizen en winkeltjes, dus onze verwachting was compleet verkeerd. En er waren maar 2 ligbedden bij het zwembad. Dus dat is echt weinig.

Because there was a party in the area where we had our rooms, we got an upgrade to a room near the pool, which was very nice. The food in the restaurant was fine

נראה שמאז הבניה לפני שנים רבות אין ממש תחזוקה. מקום משעמם ורק אם מגיעים עם ציפיות נמוכות זה בסדר.. מדרגה מסוכנת בחדר רחצה. אין הקפדה על שקט בלילה וחבל.

Przyjemne miejsce niedaleko lotniska, cicho i spokojnie - w listopadzie było niewielu gości. Miła atmosfera, przyjazna obsługa. Niedaleko targ z owocami i znakomite salony masażu.

Pokój był czysty, ale już trochę podstarzały. Niskiej jakości śniadanie.

On a mal géré en ne regardant pas assez bien la localisation ! C’est vraiment ex centré de Bangok et si votre but et de visiter la ville, ce n’est vraiment pas idéal. Mais si votre but est de vous poser entre 2 vols, l’hôtel est relativement proche de l’aéroport (30’ en taxi).

Grande chambre bien équipée exceptionnelle pour le prix. A 30 minutes de l'aéroport en taxi.

Au premier étage sans ascenseur c'est peut-être un peu difficile si on a une grosse valise.

5 sterren is het zeker niet waard. Simpele kamers. Echter schoon. Foto's zien er geweldig uit, werkelijkheid is echt niet zo. Voor overnachten is het lakei. Niet te ver vd luchthaven. Restaurants in de buurt zijn echt locals. Veel bouw terreinen om het hotel. Restaurant van het hotel is geen restaurant

Location close to my destination and staff are nice

Extremely poor and bad quality of breakfast Room furniture, cleaning, and comfort are average or below average. Pool not clean.

The foyet was nicely presented and the AC in communal rooms was great. The staff were also friendly.

The balcony was a 1m square cut out the housed the AC unit above your head. Absurd! The bed sheets were incredibly hot and sticky. Room service constantly turning off AC when can. Lack of robes and slippers. The paper bags supplied do not class as slippers. On two days we had to share a towel. The view was the top of a huge factory roof. Poor room choice given how empty the place was. The breakfast was possibly the most insulting excuse of such a thing. Essentially consisted of local food for staff (mainly fish) and for others it was a few chicken sausages, a tin of pre-made cooked eggs, some dry bread and some filter coffee that had been standing for way too long. We ate a their ‘restaurant’ once. And finally the pool. It certainly was nothing at all like the glitzy pictures. It was inaccessible and filthy with floating leaves, sticks etc. I understand it’s not a hotel as such but it possibly the worst piece of false advertising I have ever seen!

Considering the amenities and services provided, Paeva offers excellent value for the price.

The proximity to Suvarnabhumi Airport made my transit smooth and hassle-free!

Our family enjoyed the children's play area and the spacious family rooms. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the staff were attentive to our needs throughout our stay.

Located just a short drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport, this hotel provided a perfect stopover with its clean rooms and efficient service. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety!

Traveling with elderly parents was made easier with the hotel's accessible facilities and attentive staff. The elevators and wheelchair-friendly amenities were much appreciated!

Attending a conference here was a breeze with their well-equipped meeting rooms and reliable Wi-Fi. After work, relaxing by the pool and enjoying a meal at the restaurant was the perfect way to unwind.

Room was nice and clean. Shower was good.

I have no idea how they have a 5* rating. Nothing luxurious about this, it was okay and people were nice. Bed was hard, but seems to be the standard here.

The place was very dirty. Shower had black mold, after complain about the black mold they still didn't clean the black mold.Instead they got angry at me for complaining. Had to bleach it my self. Food Stain on the wall the only thing the TRY to clean not even. The Curtains covering the glass door was gross with flood stain going across it all. The swimming pool was dirty and green allergies on the walls and coners of the walls. This was the worse hotel stay in my life. That made my trip to Thailand very unpleasant and angry at times

Pour passer une nuit avant de se rendre à l'aéroport, pourquoi pas. Y séjourner plus longtemps, je ne conseille pas. Heureusement, le personnel est très souriant et pro. La piscine est réellement plus petite que sur les photos. Bravo au photographe. Mais surtout elle mériterait d'être nettoyée. Il y a du laisser aller un peu dans tous les domaines.

You could hear a lot of noise coming from people in the hallway as it was very echoey and you could hear noises coming from next door as at the time of sleeping as it could be better soundproofing the room from the noise coming from oustide . The room door frame emitts light from the edges that comes from the hallway as it's not a very good door jam seal or sound proof

The property is run down with uncomfortable beds and there is no transportation or spa services provided. The list of amenities are inaccurate.

The welcoming attitude, professionalism and accomodating presence of all the staffs. Though the location is far from the busy area, the place makes you feel comfortable and relax. The hotel needs to be updated about their faciliy, but over all I am so glad that I have stayed with them for awhile. 😊

I didn't like the property. It wasn't as advertised. I booked a suite and I was given a simple plain room and a bath. I left the property and found another room in a different hotel. I did nit spend the night there. Not what and was charged for. A rip off.

I liked the food around ABAC (university).

This is a university dormitory that has been upscaled into a 'luxury condo' for tourists. There are hardly any staff. The gardner is the security guard and doorman. There were only 1-2 other guests....it was a ghost town with no F+B, no nothing. Pool too dirty to swim but well-kept koi pond. I just don't know what to make of the place...maybe has changed ownership a few times over the pandemic? Despite everything, I did enjoy my over-priced stay in this student dorm because the area has a lot to discover.

The only thing I liked was the woman who works in the restaurant. This is the most pleasant person who is constantly in a good mood and with her positive she charged other people. Well, the pool is also not bad, more or less clean.

I did not like that a lot of the information that is indicated on the site is not real. First of all, this is a 2 star hotel, barely 3, I would say, only because the complex is new and the rooms are still clean and free of insects. The staff does not speak English. This creates difficulties in communication. When booking on the site, indicate that the hotel has a transfer from and to the airport. I book a room, indicate that I need a transfer, indicate the time and day of arrival, and I receive a message that the transfer is paid separately 1800 baht one way. I'm shocked, my first thought, I was deceived in one question as many as 2 times, because, at the airport itself, I got into a taxi and drove to the hotel for 400 baht and the hotel asks to pay 1800, where does this price come from ??? But in the most important information, services that are provided for free are usually indicated! And already separately, in additional services, they attribute that there may be additional services, if necessary. Well, the rest, a room with a balcony, with a view from the window, this is also all a hoax. I generally keep quiet about personal hygiene items, they can’t even put soap. I asked the cleaning lady, she laughed, she says we don't have that. Hands out with my shower gel. She showed that everything that lies there, use it.

Beskrivning av hotellet stämde inte. Mat serverades i samma sal som frukosten. Detta var enda restaurangen, ingen bar. Taxichauffören hade svårt att hitta dit från Bangkoks flygplats.

The front desk staff was amazing. So kind and helpful. Even helped us order pizza for delivery. Helped call us cabs and everything. Pool is huge, and clean. Restaurant on site, with cheap prices! Very quiet and low key, which we loved for our last days relaxing.

Well, I'll never come again this hotel. Hotel is new and clean but inconvenient breakfast service and sell in the room.
