Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa Northwest/Oldsmar

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. With 3 kids that was great to not feel right on top of each other and have space to move around. I also loved the little kitchen area that gave the extra space to make bottles.

Sehr gute Lage. Sauber und ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Leider wird noch viel Plastik und Pappbecher verwendet.

10$ Parkgebühren sind in einem Autoland und mangels Alternativen nicht gerechtfertigt.

Location was great, staff friendly & helpful. Lots of parking.

When I got the bill, I had no idea there was a charge for self parking.

Anniece Plaisir is a truly GEM to Hampton Inn. She is so welcome to all the guests. Thank you again Anniece for the lovely breakfast 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice.

The pool was very small. I would have enjoyed a bigger pool.

Excelente Hotel.

Everything is good.

Everyone was helpful

I am truly disappointed as a Hilton Diamond member for over 5 years at this property. I have stayed across America in Hiltons from tru by Hilton to the Waldorf Astoria. There has been many of nights in my travels that I have checked in before 3pm. Most times the agent is ELATED to accommodate as long as the room is available. I’ve checked in directly after audit before free of charge due to a booking error on my part. So you can only imagine how it felt to have Vivian refuse my early arrival when I was dealing with a travel emergency. Where was the empathy, human decency. to be told the room is sitting available but I could not check in early as a diamond member with an emergency was and is ridiculous. Vivian had turned this Diamond member away from this Hampton in the future. I actually had my wife cancel and book the Hilton Garden Inn down the street whom was more than welcoming and happy to accommodate. That was the Hilton brand Ms. Vivian, I hope you get more training in HOSPITALITY

Shower pressure very horrible especially if your on the 3rd floor

Friendly service and pool was nice

Nothing

Lighting in room inadequate

It was in a great location. Very clean and such a spacious room. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Excellent location for our needs. Desk staff very helpful and friendly.

Needed to extend our stay and it couldn’t be done with the same pricing I had booked original with.

Quarto moderno, bem limpo

Nada

Me gustó mucho la limpieza , el trato del personal y lo mejor es que encontramos café muy rico y crema las 24 horas .

Todo bien

Home feeling

There were small insects on the Aircon and coffee table

The front desk staff specifically Mikayla and I believe it was Dawn? She had long blonde hair were absolutely lovely and phenomenal! They helped us with all of our needs and made sure our stay was extra comfortable, because of them my experience was 10x better than I could have imagined. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and treating us so lovely! I'd defiantly stay again because of the front desk staff!

Overall the only things I would change is some of the garbages were a bit dirty upon arrival and need to be replaced. I wish there was more water bottles in the fridge as well would be very nice! Other than that not much else!

The room was spacious. TV service was good, Linens were clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly.

The A/C in our room was noisy, but it worked well. It was hard to fall asleep because of the noise. Bed was too firm but the pillows and blankets made it cozier. Bathroom toilet/bathtub was tight. Door was too close to toilet.

No water pressure . You never feel clean when the water pressure is so low.

Just more water pressure

Si

Todo perfecto

The room and bed were fantastic.

Breakfast.

Lots of choices for breakfast… very impressive.

No complaints

A gem that is hidden. I will for sure visit again. Nice clean rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Big shout out to marvic (breakfast attendant). Only bad thing the pool (ice cold) other than that everything was great.

We were a group of 20, visiting from Philadelphia for spring training. This hotel was perfect from start to finish. The location was close to the stadium, shopping, restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and a great start to the day. The hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable. The outside pool and hot tub was a relaxing oasis after a long day. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the area.

This place is great. Super clean. The staff was so nice, we enjoyed chatting with Greg at the front desk and he was very helpful. The breakfast buffet and coffee bar were excellent. Plenty of parking. Will definitely be back. They even gave us free waters when we checked in.

Restaurants everywhere and a new buffet in front of this hotel. The staff is always on point and the rooms A+. Breakfast is not included but many places close by. Quiet and restful no complaints here ever! The pool is heated and a lobby bar staffed by a gentleman.

The room was clean

Nothing , everything was very good

Room was spacious and appeared to be clean

We were bitten all night on the bed by some type of bug. It was not bed bugs that we're aware but we both ended up with bites and very itchy. I made the desk person aware and she did not even apologize. She just handed me a card with the number to Corporate but only because I asked her for the number. There were also some automakers ridiculous charges like self parking. Like where would we park if not there so why the charge? Also I was not are there was a state tax. I'm a Florida resident. Not happy at all with our stay. This was the second time and the first time we did not have these issues except for an extremely loud extracter on the 7th floor that ran all day and night. Will not be staying there again.

Lovely place quiet comfortable. Staff very welcoming

Not Great, but it OK

Room Cleanness

Room size for our family of 4 was great. Also free parking and breakfast included was a plus. Staff were great and I want to give a shout out to Greg on the reception when we got there on Christmas Day evening and the Hotel system was down. He was very friendly and helpful between trying to get everyone installed and solving the issue. Awesome customer service!

We only had 3 towels for a family of 4 and when I asked for more the second day we were there they had none (only pool towels).

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff

Humming noise all day and night from vent by ice machine

Nice place, good breakfast and excellent customer service.

The bathroom tube was a little dirty.

Loved it! Thank you.

The pillows are not good. They need to be firm. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean. Drinking bottle water in the room would be a nice touch I hope you add this daily.

Nice room. As advertised.

Staff was friendly, rooms are clean and big

Only concern was card reader did not work so had to be take to our room the day I was there

The hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent with ample seating.

Breakfast was pretty good

Comfortable, clean and in excellent condition. Helpful staff. Would have liked a better breakfast.

Staff is great and super convenient
