Struttura in stile coloniale molto accogliente e silenziosissima. La piscina, piccola, è tenuta benissimo in un giardino estremamente curato. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

La casa Bustamante es un lugar precioso. Las casa la tienen muy bien decorada y sus jardines. La habitacion muy espaciosa, limpia y confortable.

Nos hubiera gustado un desayuno, seria muy agradable y comodo que lo ofrecieran o por lo memos Brindar cafe en las mananas y agua.

El hotel es una casa colonial muy acogedora. La zona de la piscina es muy agradable para descansar y el desayuno estaba bien . El personal muy simpático y servicial

El personal es muy amable y atento a ayudar. La casa es muy hermosa y la habitación fue espaciosa y cómoda.

Keurig boutique hotel, prachtig interieur en grote kamer. Heel fijn zwembad met ligstoelen, erg lekker in zo’n warme stad als Cartagena. Gunstig gelegen; lekker rustig en in 10 minuten wandel je de oude stad in.

Het ontbijt was erg beperkt. Het personeel maakte nauwelijks contact. Vriendelijk op aanspraak, maar echt niks meer dan dat.

Durante la noche hubo una fiesta con música, gritos y ruido constante en el hall, justo delante de la puerta de nuestra habitación, lo que nos impidió descansar. Lo más grave es que, según nos informó el personal, la celebración había sido organizada por el propio dueño del hotel. Nos quejamos y solicitamos una solución y la devolución correspondiente, pero el establecimiento no asumió ninguna responsabilidad ni ofreció una compensación adecuada. Tenemos vídeos en los que se escucha claramente el nivel de ruido. Además, después de nuestra estancia encontramos otra reseña de una huésped que relata una situación prácticamente idéntica: una fiesta de los propios dueños, ruido durante horas y falta de respuesta por parte de la dirección. Por tanto, no parece tratarse de un hecho completamente aislado. Un alojamiento debe garantizar el descanso de quienes han pagado por hospedarse, no ser el causante directo del problema. No recomendamos este hotel si se busca tranquilidad, respeto al huésped y una gestión responsable de las incidencias.

The owners also stay in the hotel and are using the communal areas. One day they were even hosting a family party in the living room/hotel lobby. As the owners are not particularly friendly you feel like an intruder as a hotel guest. The atmosphere is not warm, inlike our other experiences in Colombia. The breakfast is monotonous and consists only of eggs and bread or arepa

Der Stil des Hauses war sagenhaft schön! Die Tatsache, dass es sehr wenige Zimmer gab, hat die Einzigartigkeit noch unterstrichen. Alle waren sehr nett und freundlich!

Die Duschen sind verglast. Nicht jeder will von seinem Reisepartner beim Duschen beobachtet werden. Ein Milchglas könnte das Problem rasch beheben.

El.personal.siempre a la orden, la piscina, la casa tradicional, la limpieza y la.pulcritud en el trato. Las habitaciones frescas con ventilador y aire, amplias y camas muy cómodas. Los anfitriones realmente hospitalarios y cercanos.. Un auténtico placer para los sentidos...es sentir la hospitalidad de Colombia en estado puro

La Casa estilo republicano es Bellísima, acogedora y muy cómoda. Lo que más nos gustó fue la calidez humana de sus propietarios y sus empleados, te hacen sentir realmente que estas en casa.

Debí planificar más días de estadía, en el próximo viaje.

Casa antigua muy bella y bien mantenida, personal amable, limpieza, tranquilidad y buen desayuno. Piscina agradable con un jardín hermoso. Aire acondicionado funcionaba impecable.

Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit mais aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. L’hôtel est une ancienne maison coloniale très jolie. Proche du centre à pied, environ 10/15 min. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût. Le personnel a été très accueillant et nous a aidés avec toutes nos demandes

Las instalaciones tienen un estilo colonial encantador y su personal es muy amable.

The design and decor of this boutique is stunning and inspiring. The hotel is close to the old city. We had exceptional assisted and attendance by Wilson. The pool is a lovely space to relax in after a hot day. Our room was of generous proportions and the bathroom was lovely.

Perhaps a mini fridge in the room would be a great addition

Bardzo pyszne śniadanko, dobra lokalizacja, świetna obsługa, basen, klima bez zarzutu.

Ein sehr gemütliches und gut erhaltenes Haus voller Fotos und alter Gegenstände der Familie Bustamante. Der Patioo mit kleinem Pool ist sehr schön. Gute Lage, nahe dem historischen Zentrum.

Der Wasserdruck ist sehr schwach.

O staff foi o ponto alto da nossa estadia, sempre atenciosos e disponíveis. Os quartos sao muito espaçosos e confortáveis. A casa é muito bonita, estilo colonial e acolhedora, sendo que a localização é segura e sem o barulho do centro, e a uma distancia a pé de 5 minutos.

O PA poderia ser melhorado.

An absolute oasis in Cartagena. Beautiful peaceful garden and pool, airy well air conditioned rooms, super helpful and kind staff. Perfect.

El hotel es precioso, habitación muy grande y cómoda, el desayuno al aire libre. Es muy agradable salir de la habitación directamente a la piscina. Especial agradecimiento a Blanca por su amabilidad.

Aunque está cerca de la playa y de la muralla hay que cruzar carreteras con tráfico y sin cruces para peatones.

La amabilidad del personal, el patio con la piscina, limpieza, decorado con muy buen gusto, cerca del centro y cerca de la playa.

Very small and comfortable property. Lots of greenery, lovely pool, good breakfast and I loved Rose the receptionist she spoke very well in English and a bit of French she also helped me with my Spanish! Muchas Gracias Rose you made our stay unforgettable!

The bed was a bit hard for my liking but nothing else was bad…

The property is beautiful and clean. I really like the aesthetic. The staff were warm and very friendly. The location is close to the airport, the city wall and museum. Very quiet and walkable area. I appreciate the tips the staff provided on my first day about Cartagena and all services were swift. One staff member speaks English and the rest speaks Spanish which is great because I got a chance to practice Spanish with them!

I wish the shower water could be a little warmer and a mini fridge would be great. The mattress is a hit or miss depending on the day for me. But I would stay again next time! Overall the staff made the experience!!

Rose y Wilson encantadores. Las zonas comunes tienen mucho encanto y desayunar en el jardín es un placer.

La habitación que teníamos aunque bastante grande poco iluminada y que nos aconsejaron cogernos un taxi por volver por la noche pero no lo hicimos.

This boutique hotel is located very close to the historic center of Cartagena. It is a quiet place (important to us) with a nice breakfast offered near the swimming pool. Rosa, the concierge, is absolutely wonderful. She was most helpful during our stay with any and all questions we had about restaurants and places to visit in the city. Blanca, our housekeeper at Casa Bustamante, was very accommodating as well.

O atendimentimento dos funcionários. Muito educados e solícitos. A casa é linda, e a localização muito boa.

O café da manhã é muito fraco. Falta um pouco de criatividade e variedade. Sentimos muita falta de um frigobar. As altas temperaturas da cidade demandam esse conforto nos quartos.

L’hôtel a énormément de charme, il est typique de l’architecture locale. Les chambres sont confortables et la piscine est un gros plus.

L’hôtel est à sept minutes en Taxi du centre historique ou 25 minutes à pied. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre car nous sommes arrivés très tard et nous n'avons pas pu boire.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de Rose, toujours très disponible. La proximité, sans y être, de la vieille ville permet de vivre au calme avec la piscine pour se décontracter. Nous y sommes déjà venus récemment et confirmons nos impressions.

La ubicación fuera de la muralla es excelente. Muy tranquilo y cerca de todo. Mención especial para Rose en la recepción como para Manuel y Wilson en hacer nuestra estancia mucho más cómoda y segura. Son excelentes personas y staff. Muchas gracias a los 3.

Mis puntos negativos son para la mujer del dueño del hotel que debía estar de paso por allí pero no hizo más que molestar a los clientes en las horas de descanso a la noche como si estuviese en su propia casa. Tuve que llamarle la atención y lejos de pedir disculpas aún se ofendió. Me pareció vergonzoso.

We were happy with our stay because the place feels authentic and representative of the colonial past. The beautiful living /sitting room (and reception area) with the old photos and furniture made us feel like guests to someone's house. Rose with her smile and good vibes is all the money! The patio with the small swimming pool, where breakfast is served, is very cool and relaxing. Rooms are simple but very spacious with good air-conditioning. The place is super safe as there is someone there 24 hours to lock and unlock the front garden door.

We really missed a small fridge in the room. The weather is so hot that you definitely need one to put in some cold water or something Also there wasn't a hairdryer but luckily Rose managed to get me one immediately. The rooms feel somewhat dark because they lack natural light

Cosy little hotel, a haven of peace within the noise of Cartagena. But what makes it really special, is the owners and the employees. We were treated as real guests, everybody was very friendly and helpful. The location is quite good, only 10 minutes by foot away from the bustling Centro Historico of Cartagena, Within the hotel, it's quiet and comfortable. Felt safe in the surroundings, also at night. Good breakfast. Nice little pool to cool off, comfortable sunbeds and sunshade, inviting furniture in the patio. Thanks again to everybody for making our stay so very special!

Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções. Durante a estadia realizou-se uma festa privada no hotel com inúmeros convidados e música em níveis sonoros irritantes que começou no sábado a tarde e terminou no domingo: bem em frente ao meu apartamento. Presença de urubu na piscina.

El hotel es hermoso, la atención del personal es súper buena, la ubicación es fantástica y el silencio del lugar perfecto para el descanso..

Quizás podrían organizar pequeños detalles de las habitaciones como que la puerta del baño en la habitación 7 cierre correctamente y en la habitación 6 que el lavamanos drene el agua rápidamente.. De resto todo perfecto !
