Toromsleilighet? Så vidt jeg kunne røre meg i rommet… Kaldt på badegulvet. Jeg trodde jeg hadde frokost inkludert, men det var det ikke. Med hotellets egen app hadde den vært… Dårlig informasjon.

After staying in Smarthotels in other cities this one was an unpleasant surprise. There is no bedside table, there is only a narrow shelf instead of a desk, a teeny tiny sink suitable only for washing hands, not face, a teeny tiny shelf in the bathroom that was hanging so that things would slide off, no hooks in the room, only some kind of a relief in the wall and a few hangers stuck into it. The window opened only a tiny bit because of a limiter. I do not see how 2 persons could ever share such a room.

For 155 eur I expected at the very least to have somewhere to put my things. There are pretty much no horizontal surfaces, only a narrow shelf in the room and a tiny shelf threatening to fall off the wall in the bathroom. There were no hooks in the room either. The windows do not open, I had to sleep in a 25°C room.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is one of its strongest points. It is right in the heart of Oslo, within easy walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and public transportation. Despite being so central, the hotel is situated on a relatively quiet street, making it a great base for exploring the city. I also really appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach. Their commitment to sustainability is noticeable and adds real value to the experience, especially for travelers who prefer environmentally responsible accommodation. Overall, Smarthotel Oslo offers an excellent combination of cleanliness, convenience, sustainability, and value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Oslo!

It's ok place to spend one night, if you are alone. We were two, and room was too small (even single room in Smarthotel Tromso was bigger). The mattrass and pillows were weird (too soft and too hard (where you can feel the springs) at the same time).

Noi abbiamo camminato , quindi , a parte il Palazzo Reale a 5 minuti , altri punti di interesse dai 30 ai 45 minuti a piedi. La stazione è a circa 20 minuti di camminata. Nel complesso, visto la spazio ridotto della camera è un punto d'appoggio per un massimo di 2 notti. Molto buoni i prodotti a disposizione in bagno.
