On the edge of town so not as walkable for options in the city. Can walk along the waterfront easily. Beautiful views. Great staff.

We were delighted by the staff and facilities of this charming hotel. Definitely would recommend for anyone wanting a comfortable homey non-cookie cutter type stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff and the property were outstanding. However, we did encounter one issue with the taxi service. We asked the front desk to call a taxi to the airport and were quoted one price. However, upon arriving at the airport, the taxi driver unexpectedly doubled the fare.

Had a wonderful stay at Weskar lodge. The property has a gorgeous view of the water and mountains. The restaurant and lounge area was very cozy and had a nice charm/environment. Staff were great. I would definitely stay again.

A little further from town than I hoped. :20m walk, plus some apparently available bikes. But I was hoping to be right in town.

The hotel was fantastic! Great welcome drinks, beautiful rooms, amazing views, best breakfast in Chile! We stayed here before and after the O track. They kept our luggage for us while we were on the trek. My daughter had a health crisis, and they arrange for care while we were here. They gave us a late check out. Nicest, kindest innkeepers ever!

Nice lodge in a good location w beautiful views. Only trouble was with the lack of hot water. They worked hard to correct the issue and was resolved in time for a hot shower in the morning.

Lovely hotel with amazing views. It does sit on a big hill and a lot of the tour vans won't go up the hill.

The room is very clean and bedding is very comfortable. Sea view room has beautiful lake view. Nice breakfast selection with gorgeous scene looking out to the lake. Hotel staffs are super nice and helpful. we had a flat tire. Receptionist was helping us to call around for tire service and also ask the hotel owner to help. Without his help, there is no way we can get the flat tire out. They also recommended a few service locations for us to get the tire fixed. Really appreciate all their help. They have gone beyond and above to help their customers.

We loved this property. It was just outside town but an easy and lovely walk. The views were incredible from our room. The restaurant in hotel was excellent. Would stay there again!

The view of the mountains and water front from the room and dinning area is breathtaking. The property offers a lodge style of staying experience and is walkable to the city center and great for walking along the waterfront walkway.

It was a little bit removed from the main strip, which made it quiet and restful.. The service was lovely and it was the best breakfast we had in our trip -simple and delicious. I also has great views of the lake. The dinner was just ok, but we were tired and hungry and appreciated there kitchen staying open late for us!

This was our last night of the trip. We got a complimentary drink each. The cafe and breakfast are had many large windows showing the amazing views of Torres del Paine national park.

Great service and excellent view from the rooms.

The property staff was very sensitive towards my family during a difficult few days in the middle of our family holiday. I really appreciate how kind they were towards us when we were dealing with some unexpected news during a trip while very far away from home. In addition to this the food was excellent- we had just come off the trail and their dining room was the best experienced in Chile. The rooms were small but extremely comfortable. They staff was very helpful in storing our luggage and helping us make arrangements for car services as well. I am very grateful to the hotel for taking such good care of us when we needed it most.

Very nice location, walking distance to town, bikes available to borrow to use to go into town. Most front desk staff speak English well; others not so much. Good breakfast - though a change in offerings from one day to another would be nice for variety, especially for guests sitting for more than 1 night. Very good customer service. Our rooms were smaller than how they looked on the photos on the website. Nice seaview rooms nonetheless.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a quaint and semi-rustic hotel with all the amenities. It is outside of Puerto Natales, but the town is reachable by a 15-20 minute walk. Facing the water, it showcases some amazing sunsets.

I liked the view from the hotel room -big window to ocean and mt view. room was comfortable with good heat system shower and sink area was little tight and only had rain shower head. I prefer hand held shower option.

No shuttle to airport

We stayed one night in January as a base before heading to Torres del Paine. Amazing views from the large gallery window. Open-plan format of rooms. Quiet. Very good on-site restaurant. Very good breakfast served timely enough for early departures. Not really walking distance from town, but taxis easy to come by.

This place is wonderful and was so difficult to leave. It's away from town but on the main road into town, so it's quiet with easy access. The lodge has bicycles FCFS, no additional fees, so we were able to get into town in minutes. But if you want to taxi it, as of Feb 2023 it was 3000 pesos/ride--pretty inexpensive fare. And the views from the room (read your fine print to make sure you're getting a room with a view if that's what you want) made even spending time in the room a luxury. The dining and bar are great amenities, the main lodge a cozy hangout spot to chat with other travelers and the staff. Maira was the best.

This is the best hotel that my wife and I stayed in during our trip to Chile. Their complimentary breakfast has more options than anywhere else we stayed. The rooms are impeccable and the staff is very friendly. We also loved the food at the hotel's restaurant for dinner after our long hikes at Torres del Paine. The only negative thing that we encountered was that there was no fridge in the room to store our food for our hikes, but overall, I can definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area.

Catalina who greeted us at the front was fantastic. She helped with translating and always giving suggestions. The whole staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We would highly recommend this place. Great location as well

A very cozy hotel in a beautiful location, great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Our room was comfortable with a great view. The daily breakfast was plentiful. The hotel staff were always pleasant and very helpful. A special thanks to Maira who helped us book several excursions in advance and answered all of our questions before we arrived, and to Felipe for all his help, particularly in arranging transport back to Punta Arenas. We highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, quiet, spectacular views. Easy walk into town.

Beautiful room with a fantastic view. Staff was very helpful trying to get Covid results, taxis and translation. Loved our stay and would definitely come again. The only downside was the lack of internet service in the rooms. That wasn’t a big problem since we were trying to get away from that, but it would have helped with planning things.

We loved our stay here, definitely recommended. The hotel is away from the town but it's nicely isolated and very quiet. It was a short walk to restaurants.

Property has lodge decor and views of the water but by comparison to the other hotel we stayed at in Puerto Natales for $20 USD difference a night this one was lacking: 1) Further from town 20 min vs 7 min walk, 2) No elevator (2 floors), 3) Did not provide complimentary bottle of water like the other hotel, 4) WiFi did not work in room and was spotty, 5) Did not provide sea view like other hotel, 5) Layout not as good - bathroom felt small

We were very excited about Weskar because it looked like a luxurious cabin-esque hotel with great views of the water. The property ended up being more outdated than I expected. The toilet in our room did not flush and even after staff came to fix it it did not flush well. The bathroom was quite small. The bed a little stiff. The view from our room was of the side yard. Positives: It was clean and the staff were very helpful. Additionally the breakfast was excellent. Overall would not stay at this property again.

Everything is excellent except wifi

Very nice place - rustic & quiet. Staff is wonderful. Only slight downside is WIFi - understand we’re here for the natural beauty but still need to get a few things done in between nature excursions. Either don’t have WIFI at all or improve bandwidth. Otherwise great experience

The staff was superb in their friendliness and willingness to help. The newer building has more up to date bathrooms. There is little closet space. Food is good but not quite 5-stars. Location is excellent—out of the town center but an easy walk away, weather permitting. Views are outstanding.

Great hotel. We had a superior room which had an upper and lower level and a sea view. Room was very spacious and clean. Good shower, two sinks, separate toilet. The staff were very friendly. Location is a bit more remote from the town centre (10 min walk), which is good if you prefer a quiet area.

We used this as a base to do day trips to TDP. The staff were very friendly and helped us to arrange the serrano glacier tour. They were very helpful and even booked the tour for us whilst we were out hiking. The bar staff are excellent and the food and service was brilliant. The town is a 30 minute walk. Which is fine to stroll down across the waterfront.

Beautiful lodge with a wonderful restaurant and many gluten free options. We stayed for our honeymoon and they were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The staff at Weskar made our stay very enjoyable and helped us arrange (and rearrange) plans to make the most of our visit to Patagonia.

Heating was manual and wasnt regulated. It possible others are the samw.

This is an interesting property. There's a distinct separation between the Haves and the Have-nots. There are two wings of rooms to choose from. Be sure you're in the newer, nicer building or you will have an experience similar to ours which was: We reserved 1 king bedroom and 1 double room (28, 29). Both were small and dated. While I definitely understand this is Patagonia, and thus a rugged, adventurous destination, the room just felt old. In our location in the older wing, the rooms were smaller with just enough space for beds and a closet. There are no full length mirrors, no chairs to relax in. The bed was comfy and the important things like hot water in the shower worked. The outdated bathroom also had a towel warmer which is a nice feature. The view was nonexistant as the window overlooked the parking lot. Such a shame as the hotel is in a great location on a hill and the other newer wing had rooms that were spacious with a great fjord view. But really, we could live with the outdated room. What was completely unacceptable was the lack of WiFi in this older wing. We were told to connect to an unsecured WiFi network that was spotty at best. When we inquired further we were told "Yes, the wind blows here and it may interrupt the signal". Um, quite curious since we spent several days in the town and other restaurants and hotels nearby, experiencing the same wind, did not have spotty WiFi.

We didn't think too much of this place at the time of booking as it was just a stopping point for us on the way to Torres Del Paine from Punta Arenas but it ended up being an awesome experience. The rooms were very simple but comfotable but what made this place surprisingly amazing was a very professional staff and AMAZING food. We ended up eating lunch because we were too tired to go to town and loved it so much we ended up eating dinner later at night as well. Very good food, it tastes like you're at a top notch restaurant and you can tell they take their time with everything. Great drinks and views were a big bonus too ! Plus they have a little couch area with a fire place in the lobby that makes you want to stay another night.

The front desk was extremely helpful solving a problem with a cancelled reservation at my next destination. With their help I was able to obtain a new reservation. They couldn't have been more courteous or able.

Room was a little bit cold at night than expected. I would recommend the hotel in a warm day since it's a long walk from downtown

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Puerto Natales. If you don't have a car, it is a 20 min walk to town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cute place with a rustic quirky vibe. Great views from all rooms out over Puerto Natales. Friendly staff that spoke English. Down comforters on the beds and the room was nice a toasty! Our room even had a sky light which we could open. Overall a great place to stay that is definitely above average for the area. Would stay here again for sure.
