Reviewed Sep 11, 2026It has a great location close to the Kanazawa Castle and very easy to reach Kenroku-en. It is a very good hotel to pick for sightseeing.
There is no designated smoking area. Even if the rooms and facilities are non-smoking, it is standard to provide an area or a room dedicated for guests who wish to smoke. At this point you're left to your own imagination trying to find a place nearby. With the place also having a policy to only clean every 3 days, for the environment (read for their own profits), I would not recommend it for longer stays where comfort is a priority.

Como aspectos mejorables, destacaría la limpieza de las habitaciones, su tamaño —algo reducido— y la atención del personal de recepción.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Es ist ein Hotel, in dem einfach alles passt. Zimmer ist ausreichend groß. Das Bad ist super eingerichtet, man kann neben der Wanne auch duschen. Das Frühstück ist sehr Umfang- und abwechslungsreich mit vielen kleinen Häppchen. Man kann vom Hotel zu Fuß zur Burg und zum Kenrokuen gehen. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
Da gibt es nichts.

Struttura apparentemente super moderna e super pulita, purtroppo nel corso del soggiorno abbiamo notato che la pulizia era superficiale (es. pavimenti sporchi, polvere sul comodino,…), non all’altezza dell’hotel. Inoltre, noi abbiamo sofferto tantissimo la mancanza di aria: c’era una finestra enorme che permetteva alla luce di entrare, ma potevamo solo accendere l’aria condizionata, senza poter aprire un minimo la finestra.

Parking is available but you need some eating time to transport the care from the tall storage car park. But the staff are very helping and have good command of English.

Panie z recepcji nawet poszły z nami na parking aby sprawnie odebrać samochód z parkingu. Bardzo duży wybór kosmetyków. Pyszne śniadania, bardzo wygodny pokój. Cena bardzo dobra w stosunku do jakości.
Nie wiem kiedy tam wrócę:( może jakby jeszcze było podawane whisky w barku haha, ale sake też pyszne :)

La camera che dire: pulita, ampia per essere in Giappone, con vista (se comunque non su chissà cosa, avere una bellissima finestra in stanza fa molto), bagno bellissimo, dotata di tutti i confort, dal pigiama alle ciabattine, ai prodotti per la doccia. Super consigliato! Infine ci teniamo a ringraziare per l'opzione dell'aperitivo gratuito con sake e vini locali, veramente apprezzato!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026De locatie lag goed, dicht bij een bushalte. Verder was het personeel vriendelijk.
Helaas viel de hygiëne van de kamer erg tegen. Er waren vieze vlekken zichtbaar op de muren, het tapijt en in de badkamer. Ook waren de randen rondom de douche duidelijk niet goed schoongemaakt en zat hier veel opgehoopte viezigheid. Daarnaast was er veel stof aanwezig; de randen langs de muren waren bijvoorbeeld helemaal grijs en ook bij de scharnieren van de voordeur leek al langere tijd niet schoongemaakt te zijn. Het slaapcomfort viel eveneens tegen. De kussens waren erg plat, waardoor ik veel nekklachten heb ervaren. Daarnaast liet het beddengoed snel los, waardoor ik regelmatig direct op het matras kwam te liggen. Het bed zelf was erg hard en zorgde hierdoor niet voor een fijne nachtrust. Ook de indeling van de kamer was niet praktisch. We reisden met twee grote koffers en het was lastig om deze kwijt te kunnen. De opbergruimte onder het bed was eigenlijk alleen geschikt voor een klein koffertje en de bank bood nauwelijks ruimte voor één grote koffer. Tegelijkertijd stond er een grote tafel in de kamer, waardoor de loopruimte beperkt werd en we ons aan één kant van de kamer moeilijk konden bewegen. Met een betere indeling had de ruimte veel praktischer kunnen worden benut.

The only thing I could suggest would be to remove the small table in the rooms. This was more of an inconvenience as it was just in the way and served no purpose.

No caigo ahora mismo en nada que no nos gustase. No cogimos opción de desayuno así que no puedo opinar al respecto.
