Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal und super Küche. Wir durften auch die eBikes benutzen um die Region zu erkunden. Gut gelegen mit ÖV Anbindung und schöner Sicht auf den Genfersee. Ich werde es weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank dem ganzen Team

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage, hoch über dem Genfersee. Das Personal war außerordentlich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Trotz geschlossenem Restaurant durften wir auf der Terrasse essen und die Aussicht genießen

Beautiful surroundings. Quaint lodging. But be aware that the train tracks are directly opposite the street (for those sensitive to sound).

This summer’s heatwave meant we had to keep the windows open - the auberge does not have a/c. But that meant getting the direct noise from the trains all night.

Wunderschöne Lage im Lavaux, direkt an der Bahnhaltestelle Grandvaux (Züge in der Nacht stören wenig). Nett dekoriertes Zimmer, modernes Bad. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick über den Genfer See ist großartig.

Sehr freundliches Personal

Freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal Kaffee und Tee war im Gang ohne Aufpreis bezugbar.

Sehr unbequeme, alte Betten. Privatpersonen, welche über unserem Zimmer waren, waren bis 23:00 Uhr laut und wir konnten deshalb mit einem kleinen Kind nicht einschlafen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein.

Die Lage und das Personal waren gut.

Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Für diesen hohen Preis habe ich ein besseres Frühstück erwartet! Keine Warmspeisen beim Frühstück, nur sehr wenig Auswahl.

Nous avions une chambre hors du bâtiment principal, donc pas représentative.

La probité des propriétaires qui ont réajuster le prix de la location à sa juste valeur qui a sévèrement fait porter à la baisse les prétentions de votre annonce !

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und originell eingerichtet. Das Essen war sehr gut. Service war top. Das Wirtepaar war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

The rooms, the meals and the proprietor were all wonderful. It’s within walking distance of vineyards and cute towns in great wine.

It was a little tricky to get to because the trains weren’t working the day we arrived. However, that was a godsend because we didn’t hear the trains going by.

L'accueil du couple de propriétaires pour commencer et comme le personnel n'est pas en reste non plus, c'est vraiment 10/10, merci à vous tous. La terrasse ombragée avec sa vue incroyable doit également être mentionnée et plein de petits détails (le jardin, l'ameublement) donnent une âme à ce lieu. Et aussi la proximité immédiate de la gare, c'est bien agréable de pouvoir laisser la voiture au parking. Last but not least, le petit déjeuner d'une grande qualité.

Devoir, en quelque sorte, choisir entre la peste et le choléra. Il faisait plutôt chaud dans la chambre pendant ces deux nuits d'été, trop chaud pour pouvoir bien dormir et nous avons dû ouvrir la fenêtre qui isolait extrêmement bien du bruit des trains qui passent à quelques mètres. Mais une fois la fenêtre ouverte ce sont les trains, et ils circulent toute la nuit contrairement aux avions aux abords de nos aéroports, qui nous empêchent de bien dormir. Pas idéal pour un hôtel où le but premier est quand-même d'avoir une bonne nuit de sommeil.

What a beautiful place to stay. The view is amazing even if it is beside the train line. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is excellent with a great choice.

An overnight stop on way to Switzerland. A very warm hotel and welcome by staff. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast the next day. A very spacious room with a view of the lake.

Excellent location and very helpful personable staff

I stayed at room no. 5 which is a dependance on the back of the hotel. The room and bathroom were very nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the the leman lake view and the use of the outdoor table, chairs and chase lounge. Breakfast was very delicious and with product of high quality. The hotel is very close to the Train station and free travel tickets at disposal during our stay there, were very appreciated and useful. The restaurant was closed during our stay. Hope to try it next time. Highly recommended

Our room was spectacular - large and absolutely charming. We also loved the large bathroom with its walk in shower. The lake view from our window is beautiful! We have enjoyed visiting the bunnies and chickens on our way into the hotel. It is also close to the train station, so it has been easy to travel to the neighboring areas. We have been treated so well here — I can’t recommend it enough.

Just returned from a 3-night stay at this beautiful small hotel. Location was perfect for hopping on the train to visit Lausanne or Montreux and easy access to the stunning walking path across the terraced vineyards overlooking Lake Geneva. Afternoons I spent on the shaded terrace with a cool drink. My room was so quiet and comfortable and the daily Swiss breakfast delicious and filling. The owner is a very accomplished chef, and I enjoyed an excellent meal one evening (fresh perch from the lake!) What makes this hotel so special is the warm welcome and hospitality extended by the entire staff. I highly recommend this hotel!

Charming and tasteful family affair. The best dinner, perfect cooking, friendy and elegant host. Breakfast with outstanding views and perfect selection. Comfortable rooms and amneties leave nothing to complain. We can confidently recommend.

It is always a warm welcome in this hotel and restaurant. I spent my short trip 2-3 times a year at this place. Firstly I enjoyed beautiful scenery and comfortable, clean room. Then for sure had an excellent lunch or dinner menu. At the restaurant. The stay was really stamped a beautiful memory.

Right by the station, this homely family run hotel was a real gem. The owners were lovely and there are even bunnies and chickens on site! The view from the terrace is 10/10!

The room had ants and there was an empty water carafe left in the room. No view of the lake and had to go into the village to eat as no priority for staying guests in the restaurant. The hotel was the most expensive on our Switzerland France trip and was disappointing

Hübsches, kleines Hotel mit super Lage in Mitten der Weinreben

- Lage inmitten der Weinberge toll! - Obwohl in meiner Buchung ausdrücklich Zimmer mit Seesicht versprochen wurde,erhielten wir nur Zimmer nach der Seite gelegen!(trotz Reklamation!) - Schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich: Küchen- ventilator direkt vor Fenster! & Bahnlärm erheblich! - Ganzes Gebäude recht "abgewohnt". - Fazit: Preise für Zimmer und vor allem für Abendessen viel zu hoch!! - Frühstück war hingegen in Ordnung

On a passé le weekend à Grandvaux. Une nuit à l'Auberge de la Gare: c'ètait simplement FANTASTIQUE!!!

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant Freundliche Gastgeber. Der Bahnhof daneben "stört" bei geschlossenem Fenster kauf.

Authentic hotel Between the vineyards. Aside of city noise. The jewel of its all is the restaurant. Fabulous.

객실은 안락하고 깨끗했지만, 그렇게 넓지는 않았습니다. 아래층에 식당을 함께 운영하고 있어서 저녁에는 음식 냄새가 좀 올라와서 불편함이 조금 있었습니다. 또 엘리베이터가 없어서 캐리어를 가지고 방까지 가는데 좀 힘들었어요. 하지만 직원분들은 매우 친절했고, 아래층 직당은 미슐랭 마크가 있는 곳이라 저녁에 한끼 정도 식사를 하는 것도 좋습니다. 식당 손님이 많은 편이고 음식 맛도 좋습니다. 아, 기차역이 바로 옆이라 소리에 예민하신 분은 비추 입니다. 창문을 닫으니 큰 소리는 별로 나지 않았습니다.

A very pleasant comfortable hotel

Perfektes kleines Hotel mit wenigen, sehr gemütlichen, mit Geschmack eingerichteten Zimmern und offenbar sehr guter Küche. (Konnte ich leider nicht testen, da das Restaurant am Montag geschlossen ist.) Sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Service; kleines, aber gutes Frühstücksbüfett, Einziger Vorbehalt: Die Eisenbahnzüge fahren unmittelbar vor dem Hotel durch.

Déco de la chambre très jolie. Literie confortable et salle de bain agréable avec une baignoire. Un peu cher, d'autant plus que notre chambre n'avait pas la vue sur le lac, mais sur le poulailler et même si les poules sont superbes, la vue aurait pu justifier le prix élevé. Il n'y a pas de mini bar et impossible d'avoir de l'eau fraîche au robinet de la salle de bain, donc si vous voulez boire de l'eau mieux vaut amener sa bouteille, qui sera un peu moins chaude ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et les petits déjeuners excellents! car il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur et impossible d'avoir de l'eau fraîche au robinet de la salle de bain.

Lovely, small hotel in peaceful, tranquil area with spectacular views. A little out of the city but only 9 minutes by train (twice an hour and free with hotel pass) to Lausanne. The hosts are very welcoming and the restaurant is superb. It was the perfect tonic to an overly hectic schedule and we enjoyed every minute.

Very comfortable and well equipped bedroom - I had what amounted to a vill in the gardens. Very welcoming staff. As it was a monday, the hotel was closed, but the manager very kindly knocked me up a salad and cold meats when I had found difficulty in finding somewhere else to eat locally. Very nice breakfast. Personally, I didn't find the fairly quiet adjacent rail line a problem at all - yes the line interrupted the view from the hotel, but the proximity to Grandvaux station was a real benefit to me - with regular trains to Lausanne.

We spent a truly relaxing weekend based at l'Auberge de la Gare, having travelled by rail from Geneva via Lausanne; the Auberge is a stone's throw from the station yet not disturbed by passing trains at all. The views are mesmerising, the auberge charming and homely yet with all modern comforts; it's popular with locals, who call in for a drink or a snack, and I imagine that a meal or drink in the sun on the terrace would be sheer heaven after a busy day.

This hotel is a gem for people who travels with a car and doesn't need a lot of help from the hotel staff. It is nicely located in the middle vineyards and the view is amazing (I saw beautiful rainbows over the mountains and the lake right from my hotel room). The room itself is spacious and comfortable. But there are a few things I would like the bring up for references. First of all it isn't the easiest thing to find the hotel even with a GPS. My GPS gave me wrong directions and also the roads are extremely narrow (sometimes single lane for traffic from both directions). Also I don't know if I should call it a hotel because it only has two guest rooms(?) and there isn't any front desk or designated staff for hotel. Every time I got questions I had to go downstairs to the restaurant and ask the servers there. On Sundays the restaurant is closed so you are pretty much on your own. For me I don't mind it that much and I would go back if I visit the area again.

What a lovely unique hotel. Everyone was terrific. Our room was in the back separate from the main building which has maybe 4 rooms. It felt very French and country. The restaurant was also great. We ate there 2 nights. The train may be an issue, but it was not for us. We found it convenient to hop on the train. You are surrounded by vineyards and have a fabulous view of Lake Geneva. What more could you want?

Fantastic views of Lake Geneva and local vineyards covering the hills. The owner is the Chef in the restaurant and the food is superb! There are only a few rooms and reservations are necessary for both the Hotel and Restaurant. The owners are very friendly and helpful and we hated to leave!

This was a very charming spot in the middle of the vineyards with pluses such as easy free parking, free wifi, a great restaurant, and personnel that were very helpful. I just came from a $500 per night hotel and the experience at this hotel was ever bit as good if not better.
