Really great room, very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Staff were really friendly and we received a packed meal each which was great as we hadn’t eaten with all the flight cancellations and upheaval.

Location was a bit out of the way, with some derelict buildings and wasteland around. But to be fair we didn’t see it all properly as we arrived later at night.

Muita demora para o check in , com reserva já feita demorei quase 1 hora a ser atendida. A funcionária não foi muito prestável , não deu grandes informações sobre o hotel . Não voltaria a lá ficar.

This hotel is fairly close to the airport, offers late check out and an airport shuttle bus, so it's quite convenient for travellers who are flying. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was good value and the room itself was quite spacious, quiet and clean.

This was a very busy weekend in Madrid and the staff were clearly under the pump, however the overall service was very poor. We tried calling for three hours to organise a shuttle bus pick up at the airport and the reception phone just rang out. There was no place to simply get a drink or a snack in the evening in the hotel - which is not near any other cafes or restaurants. They have vending machines - but all of them were out of order for many hours - which was an issue for many guests who had nothing to eat and didn't want to spend the money for a big fixed price dinner - which was the only choice available for food. People were going to bed hungry. The wait staff in the restaurant in the morning were brusque, as was the shuttle bus driver and reception. The swimming pool safety attendants were on their phones, not looking at what was happening in the pool, there were no pool towels, or anywhere to sit around the pool, plus all the pool showers didn't work. There were dozens of children playing around in the internal courtyard on bikes, scooters and roller blades late in the evening - who didn't appear to be staying in the hotel - and some of the young girls were approaching us for money in the lounge areas - which was frankly disturbing. The general aesthetic of the communal outside areas of the hotel is 1950's Eastern Block and the whole experience was not one I would repeat.

Room were excellent, really good. Generally hotel was good. Food Dinner - good, we were a little late due to flight, but restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was good and we enjoyed our meal. Breakfast - Here again was good with good variety and choices - We enjoyed our breakfast.

Hotel Reception is poor quality in relation to the rest of the hotel. First impression were therefore dissapointing, but that soon changed when I visited other areas of the hotel. The hotel is further away from the airport because you need (ofcourse) drive around the perimeter . So although it is physically near, its a 10minute ride in a taxi. (The hotel does off a shuttle service which is worth arranging)

A pesar de que su punto fuerte es que sea cercano al aeropuerto, sigue estando muy lejos de todo y de cualquier estación de metro o bus. No es un inconveniente mayor, pero es algo a tener en cuenta si te gusta moverte en transporte público en madrid.

indicaba que tenia transfer desde el aeropuerto al Hotel, fui a las indicaciones y pregunte a varios transfers y me indicaron que podía tardar hasta 1 hora en llegar a buscarme, no podía esperar y me fui en taxi. Me indicaron en recepción que tendría que haber llamado para asegurarlo, pero es imposible porque nunca contestan, solo hay una locución que indica que allí estará esperando el transfer. Me parece muy mal servicio por parte del hotel. El servicio de consigna es de pago, 10€ por dejar una bolsa me parece un atraco.

Señores de Meliá. Cuando unen su nombre a un hotel, son prisioneros de su calidad. Cogí este hotel dejándome llevar por el nombre. Meliá , o cualquier otro nombre, lleva asociado un estándar, una seguridad de que al menos habrá un mínimo nivel de servicio. En este caso, este hotel se cae a trozos. Las paredes sucias, el acceso a la invitación incómodo, atravesando miles de pasillos. Unos colchones realmente malos, muy malos, incompatibles con cualquier hotel de tres estrellas, menos aún de un Meliá. El buffet del desayuno es de una calidad muy mala. Aún por ahí encima, un espacio muy pequeño, que parece un hormiguero de gente. Mi consejo, no se dejen llevar porque haya la palabra Meliá en el nombre,y cojan cualquier otro hotel al azar

Tardamos más de una hora en que nos hicieran el check in por motivos de aglomeracion por un vuelo cancelado a Chile. Íbamos con reserva previa. Pudimos entrar a la habitación a las 2,00 h. para levantarnos temprano para ir al aeropuerto. Además tuvimos que hacer cola para el desayuno. Comedor demasiado pequeño para el número de plazas del hotel. Las paredes de la habitación daban verguenza de lo sucias que estaban. Muy mala experiencia y carísimo para las prestaciones recibidas.

Hotel room itself was overpriced and dated. The Airport "shuttle" which consisted of a few cabs arriving randomly, later than specified pickup time; turned what should be a very straight forward process into something stressful. Guests being told at random to get in cabs - no lines, lists or system of any sort, no explanation or information given during the process.

Отель немного под уставший, в общих зонах, коридорах и в номерах, я бы даже сказала потрепанный. Но вроде как начали небольшой косметический ремонт. И еще рядом одна гостиница захвачена полностью оккупантами. Было немного жутковато.

No responde a las expectativas de un "Meliá": la habitación estaba deteriorada en la pintura, la tela del sofá y las camas no tenían cabecero. La quinta planta olía a comida y a pintura (están reformándola).

La habitación era preciosa y espaciosa. Me gustó mucho el servicio gratuito de carro que nos recogió del aeropuerto.

El hotel tiene suites muy cómodas, súper limpias, tienen aire acondicionado (aunque no es fácil de entender cómo se usa). La ubicación es mala porque se encuentra rodeado de edificios abandonados, tomados y no se siente una zona segura para salir caminando (al menos a la noche) no hay nada en los alrededores además de un par de hoteles a unas cuadras. Buenas camas, buenas sábanas...muy cómodo. El estacionamiento de pago no es caro y muy cómodo bajo el hotel y con conexión directa. El desayuno regular y comienza tarde para ser un hotel cerca del aeropuerto desde las 7am...nos dieron una bolsita con cosas que no consumimos y habíamos pagado 12.90 euros el desayuno. El ambiente es muy extraño, nos encontramos con la guardia civil las 2 noches que nos quedamos con intervalo de 1 mes. Cada vez que uno pasaba por recepción estaba la policía buscando a algún huésped. Gente tirada fuera en el patio interior, raro, pregunté porqué había tanta gente fuera que no parecían turistas y simplemente me dijeron que eran apartamentos de 'larga estadía'. El restaurante también tenía un ambiente raro ya que la misma gente que estaba fuera entraba al comedor. La comida de regular para abajo, los niños se abalanzaban a la comida, a los postres...todo muy extraño hasta que un chófer nos comentó que eran refugiados de la Cruz Roja que los hospedan en el hotel. Ahí entendimos todo. La segunda noche fuimos a cenar a un hotel a unas cuadras en auto por supuesto. Toda la noche hubo música muy fuerte que no se escuchaba porque está insonorizado pero venía del edificio ocupado a 100 m. Volveríamos porque nos queda cómodo para recibir el coche ya que la agencia se encuentra en el mismo edificio del hotel pero sabiendo todo lo que antes mencioné.

Only the room was ok. Everything else was not proper of a hospitality business. The hotel operates with a “pay-to-play” mentality, charging guests for services that most hotels consider basic hospitality. Unfortunately, the staff’s consistently rude and dismissive attitude made the entire experience even worse. Communication before and during our stay was extremely poor. The hotel offered transportation from the airport, but the “bus” was actually a minivan. It drove directly past us while empty and did not stop, leaving us waiting in the sun for more than 40 minutes. We repeatedly contacted the hotel through Booking.com and tried calling, but no one replied or answered the phone. After approximately one hour, we had no choice but to take a taxi. When we arrived and explained what had happened, the staff accepted no responsibility. They essentially told us, “That’s the way it is,” and claimed that catching the shuttle was our responsibility. They behaved as though the transfer were a personal favor rather than a service offered as part of the hotel experience. Having worked in hospitality for ten years, I know that services advertised as “free” are ultimately included in the price guests pay. Before arriving, we also asked about early check-in. We were told that it was subject to availability and could only be confirmed upon arrival. Even if the room happened to be ready, we would still have to pay an additional fee to enter it early. We understood that early check-in might involve a charge, but the hotel’s attitude reinforced the feeling that every minor request came with an extra price. We also asked whether we could store two suitcases because the official check-in time was not until 4:00 p.m. They told us that luggage storage would also cost extra. Charging guests simply to place two suitcases in a storage room is remarkably inhospitable. They eventually allowed us into the room early because of the shuttle incident.

Later, we asked whether there was a shop or restaurant nearby where we could have lunch. The staff simply responded, “No, there isn’t,” in a very unfriendly and unhelpful manner. Because there was nowhere else convenient to go, we had to eat at the hotel—and the treatment during lunch was just as unpleasant. At lunch, they acted as if serving us were a favor. Cash was not accepted, even at the vending or coffee machines, and requesting another glass of water seemed to annoy them. Breakfast was equally unpleasant. A staff member took away a juice pitcher we brought to our table to share, while staff appeared to monitor how many plates we took. It was the worst food of our month-long European trip: the scrambled eggs tasted processed and the boiled eggs were rubbery and seemed old. The shuttle schedule was absurd for a noon flight: departures around 7 and 7:30 a.m., then nothing useful until much 11am. Since breakfast starts at 7, we had to eat in 20 minutes and rush. The shuttle does not wait. When we realized we had left a bottle in the room, a staff member raised their voice and bluntly told us that no one was going to bring us anything and that we had to collect it ourselves. We had to get the key and run upstairs, missing one shuttle. The schedule effectively prevents guests with morning flights from eating calmly. Finally, although our reservation had already been paid in full and a card was registered through Booking.com, the hotel demanded an additional credit card as a guarantee. We were told that we would not be allowed into the room without providing it. Even if this is hotel policy, it was communicated in an arrogant and intimidating way. As Latin American guests, this hostile treatment left us wondering whether prejudice played a role. We cannot know their motives, but we felt unwelcomed and discriminated against. This ruined the final day of our trip.

Las camas están duras y se le notan los muelles en la habitación no hay televisión y el sofá es muy incómodo, así que en el salón viendo lo que hemos podido pasar poco tiempo Me gustaría que hubiera un calentador de agua o un microondas Uno de los días estaba dormida y alguien abrió la puerta de mi habitación y le dije que no y ya se fue, pero ahora no sé si han podido entrar también cuando yo no estaba la verdad que he dormido intranquila Enfrente hay un piso abandonado donde viven personas y están muy mal estado, Es muy raro Y por la noche es imposible aparcar fuera hay que pagar el parking y por lo cual es un dineral

Las habitaciones son como pequeñas “suites” pero luce muy antiguo, las paredes con grietas, había una telaraña en la habitación… Es pasable para una noche, pero muy caro para lo que es.

El servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto al hotel no cumple las expectativas anunciadas, ya que tuve que abonar un taxi tras una espera de más de 90 min en el aeropuerto. Además, se demoran en dar la factura al cliente, aún estoy a la espera de recibirla tras 2 días de haber finalizado mi estancia en el hotel.

Personal del restaurante. El servicio d traslado muy puntual y amable. El desayuno para llegar.

El tener que usar gorro para la piscina. No hay hamacas. Hasta las 16 HS para poder entrar a la habitación pero si pagaba 24€ nos dejaban entrar antes. Hay nada alrededor Precio desorbitado de las bebidas de maquina.

Es amplio y cómodo. Esta cerca del aeropuerto y del metropolitano.

El barrio. Esta frente a un edificio ocupado a medio terminar y no hay nada que hacer andando.

We met a really nice employee from Venezuela that helped us bringing our luggage upstairs, he was really nice and help us in our requests.

Because of unforeseen events we missed the pre-paid breakfast. I kindly asked if we could get a reimbursement and the hotel receptionist said no. We didn’t eat anything and it was a honest mistake. It was 28 euros wasted. Never pay for breakfast beforehand cause if anything happens they are not flexible. Also the fridge was not working and the machines to buy food and drinks were often not working.

Breakfast was good. My wife had a bus pickup at 7:30 am and was not able to dine in. The night before the front desk staff told her there was a to go bag but somehow she missed that. I grabbed her a few pieces of fruit and bread to give her before the bus took off. Later the host said I did a no-no giving her something we added to our room fee.

Did not notice the room had AC or how to turn it on. There were ants on the floor mat in the bathroom and I killed a mosquito in the room.

Quizá la ubicación. Si te quieres mover en metro al centro de Madrid tienes que irte hasta Canillejas o Barajas pueblo

El personal es poco escueto. No solo con nosotros, al lado nuestra en recepción había una pareja que querían saber un poco más sobre el parking, si no es por que nos metimos en la conversación no les indicaban ni el precio ni el horario. Además para la piscina hay que usar gorro si o si, estarán desactualizados con las maneras de mantener limpia e higiénica una piscina vaya...por la que ya pagamos el precio del hotel para poder disfrutarla sin tener que pagarles mas por un gorro...

El transfer al aeropuerto puntual. Habitación grande con sofá

En un polígono industrial sin nada cerca. Comimos sándwiches de una máquina porque restaurant abría 20hs Con 40 grados no tomamos el transfer que pasa cada 45 minutos. Cabify 19 euros.

La habitación era de un rango superior a la reservada, porque estaban de obras. Prácticamente la estrenamos nosotros y estuvo fantástico. Solo si vais para el aeropuerto, la ubicación solo es buena para eso.

La piscina. En principio parecía otra cosa, pero es una piscina para natación y no para relax. Además de que necesitas gorro, que no se especifica en la reserva y debes de pagar por él si no lo llevas (que de normal a una piscina en Agosto no se va con gorro). Salvo eso, pues el hotel muy bien.

El personal es encantador y la habitación fantástica.

El entorno es horroroso. Hay edificios abandonados y casi enfrente uno ocupado. Me recomendaron no dejar el coche en la calle por el peligro de que no me lo encontrara al volver. Una pena, porque el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones.

Das Hotel aht mich mit der Aussage Flughafentransfer inkl. geworben. Leider habe ich über 90 Minuten am Airport an beschriebener Stelle gewartet. Transferpartner von Hilton oder anderen Melia Häusern sind gekommen und gefahren. Nur dieses Haus nicht. Also habe ich die teuerste Variante benutzt- ein Taxi. Zurück hat es fabelahaft funktioniert. Zum Airport ist der Transfer hervoragend gefahren. Das hätte die Bewertung verbessert

La habitación estaba limpia.

Hacíamos una parada de un solo día en este hotel y para no volver NUNCA más. Nos causaba mucha confianza que estuviera afiliado a Meliá, ya que habíamos estado en otros de la misma cadena y estuvieron súper bien. Elegimos este hotel por os motivos princupalmente. Servicio de Transfer gratuito y piscina. A la llegada al hotel, el Transfer totalmente completo a casi todas las horas centrales del día. Solo había disponible a las 7.30h de la mañana o si no ya al medio día. La solución es coger transporte privado. Pero lo más gordo, son las pocas ganas de trabajar del personal de recepción, por no dar nombres. Vamos a la piscina y resulta que necesitamos una pulsera para entrar a la piscina que nos tendrían que dar en recepción y un gorro el cual hay que ir a buscar al restaurante. Vamos y en el restaurante nos dicen que cuesta 4.50€. Total, vuelve a subir a por dinero y vuelves bajar. Una vez en la piscina, ni una hamaca ni sombrilla (las fotos dejan ver todo lo contrario), toca sentarse en el suelo cual piscina de pueblo. Nos ofrecen un beneficio exclusivo de mejorarnos la habitación, recién reformada y con cama kingsize (el resultado es que las dos camas individuales que teníamos en un principio, nos las ponen pegadas y eso lo bautizan como Kingsize... Y eso no es todo, estando en la piscina te enteras que es un hotel para refugiados. Que mala imagen da para Meliá... Lo siento pero estoy es imperdonable... Ni media hora aquí y ya me quiero ir. DESASTROSO.

Estuvimos esperando el transfer desde el aeropuerto al hotel cerca de 2 horas , es muy pequeño y no da , por eso no llega. Es preferible tomarse un taxi, si supiera de esa demora lo hubiera hecho. Al salir del hotel no usamos el traslado por la demora y antelacion

I was given a room on the third floor where they were having a crew plastering and painting. I had to go through the bad smelling area and struggle through painted walls, electrical cords, construction materials… That area should have been closed to the public. I had to ask for a change of room. The swimming pool was closed up to 4pm and it was dirty and green on the sides. I had to purchase an uncomfortable swimming cap in order to get in the swimming pool. And when I asked for pool towels, I was told to use the same ones I use in the room after a shower and they would replace them the next day. So, I was supposed to use the same dirty towels used after the swimming pool to dry up after a shower??? Food at the “restaurant” had no salt and food was tasteless. I had to purchase something from a vending machine, I was charged but the product never came out. I went to the front desk where I was told to look for the phone number on the machine and make a claim, but there was no phone number there.

Es un hotel cerca del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones parecen suites, amplias y con un sofá. Con buen wifi, no conocimos las amenidades, tiene piscina y restaurante.

Por decir algo, algo tardado el.check in. Solicitamos una habitación triple, y como la habitación tenía un sofá cama estaba bien, pero no dejaron ropa de cama. El transfer del aeropuerto nunca pasó de ida al hotel. De regreso si fue excelente.
