The quality of our stay was greatly diminished by the presence of a rooster that would start too sing at 4:00am every morning and wouldn't stop until past 9:00am. This is definitely a bad point - no matter how comfy the room and bed might be, you cannot sleep with the rooster singing every couple minutes.

There is privacy at all times despite the fact that the place was busy. It was very well designed. You can really breathe fresh air and relax with your family.
The breakfast was delicious. I wish they offer lunch and dinner as well. They should consider having a restaurant as well. The hotel is near town, still it would be nice if they had a restaurant so that the guests could enjoy the place longer.

El Comedor se debe mejorar bastante, no es cómodo y se ve muy básico comparado con el resto de las instalaciones. Los servicios de zonas húmedas pueden mejorar con ofrecer unas batas o toallas disponibles en la zona. En las habitaciones se pueden agregar detalles sencillos como Pañuelitos Kleenex, mejores toallas de forma que estén acorde al precio de la estadia.

At this time, during the weekdays, the spa is not in operation, just on weekends. They serve a very good breakfast, but not other meals. The colonial city of Villa de Leyva is close by. I would go back.

Podrían ofrecer servicio de bicicletas pues su ubicación se presta para ese deporte. Podrían aprovechar mejor la montaña que tienen junto al hotel demarcando un sendero ecológico. Es un hotel cálido y acogedor. El restaurante podría tener más opciones para desayunar.
