The best vacation
Excellent
They trim some trees brand, my glass for a viewer al time had foggy, some fryer in my room
Wonderful staff! The transport coming in and out of the island was excellent and everything is in order. The island itself is beautiful, accommodation is excellent and the staff are all courteous. Our kids love Evan , very nice and gentle with them. We will definitely comeback with our friends and families. Thank you so much for making our trip a wonderful vacation!!
This resort is incredible in many respects. The people are exceptional, the beds are plush and comfortable, they were wonderful about accommodating my food allergies, and took great care of us. The connection to nature was apparent and appreciated. The dive shop folks, spa staff, and nurse did a tremendous job too. The only thing I would recommend addressing would be the lack of magnifying mirrors in the bathroom and the REALLY dark area around the sink. This is several times better than a regular dive resort but those of us who need glasses would still like being able to see for personal grooming and makeup application. One poor gentleman was shaving outside his beautifully appointed room for the lighting. Other than this concern, we would like to thank everyone for a special and memorable experience! We had a lovely few days with you and so appreciated the obvious care that all of you put in to making the resort a special place.
This is a nice resort to stay over for a couple of days. It’s rather far from the main island and there is not a lot to do beyond sunbathing and swimming. The quality of accommodation is good, although the room seemed a bit small compared to others in the Philippines. Staff is polite but appears overworked. The food at the restaurant is passable for western standards. Overall, this is a good place to relax and unwind for 2-3 days
We stayed in the Sandbar Bungalow which was amazing - the views, the amenities, the privacy - were exactly what we were looking for. The excurs
Everyone was so nice and helpful
Very Friendly staff, very clean environment and it is worth coming back yearly .
The rooms were especially nice. Overall the resort ticks all the right boxes.

Great resort and great service!!
Beautiful location. The water is so clean and clear. Very peaceful and relaxing with more active options available. The service and support from staff was terrific - from pickup at the airport to drop-off at the airport a few days later. The restaurant had a sufficiently wide selection such that we tried new things every day. (But had to have a scoop of purple ube ice cream every night - so good!) Highly recommend - hope to visit again!
Nice private island property
Secluded getaway with incredible customer service! Highly recommend
Will, the dive master and his team were excellent! Safely dove with us and another team looked after the rest of our family who snorkled while we dove. A wonderful morning that we will forever remember. Best halo halo ever!!! The calamansi juice is so refreshing. Attention to detail in every way! Thank you 2 Seasons!!
We were in a remote island paradise! Wow! The staff were all excellent, we were treated like VIPs. We felt like we were in Disneyland someone is always cleaning, the upkeep was excellent, very clean and beautiful. Just lounging in their beautiful beach was more than enough! Only one restaurant but the food was excellent. We stayed for 3 nights and that was just perfect. It is 40minutes speedboat from the main land and airport to hotel transfer is included. It was a luxurious vacation for us. We have our 2y/o grand daughter and she did not want to leave, she love the beach too much. Highly recommend this resort, we will definitely be back!
Great service, tremendous staff. Need to inspect plumbing, experienced leakage when flushing toilet.
My recent stay at Two Seasons Coron was marred by consistent disappointments and poor management practices that left a lasting negative impression. Throughout my time at the resort, it became clear that the management prioritized profit over customer satisfaction, resulting in numerous issues that significantly detracted from what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. From the outset, the recurring errors during breakfast service, despite clear communication and efforts to rectify them, underscored a lack of attention to detail and customer care among the staff. These mistakes persisted despite assurances from the restaurant manager, FERDS, suggesting systemic issues that management failed to address adequately. A particularly frustrating incident occurred when Ferds offered us a complimentary beach dinner as a gesture of apology for the ongoing service mishaps. Regrettably, upon checking out, we discovered that we had been charged for the dinner that was explicitly promised to us as complimentary. This misleading practice, compounded by dismissive responses from management (MARY GRACE SAPINOSO) when questioned, epitomized the resort's disregard for transparency and customer satisfaction. Adding to the disappointment was the quality of the food served in the resort's restaurant, which was consistently tasteless and uninspired.
All staff were courteous and professional. The place is gorgeous
being on the island restricts any other activities. we rented a boat one day . after that, there was no other place to go. the staff was excellent.
Absolutely amazing experience, the staff and everything was top tier.
AMAZING place! My wife and I went for our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier. The staff are amazing and the resort is beautiful. I didn’t want to leave!
This place is great however overpriced and not a lot of options for excursions. The food options were limited and they seemed to be out of everything, so it was slim pickings when it came to meals in a remote location. The mountain rooms suck, you can see right in them and so you have to keep the curtains drawn, which really doesn't matter as the view is horrible.
3 stars hotel service level
I have had the good fortune to travel to many beautiful beach properties all over the world. Two Seasons is at the top of my list. It is the only resort on Coron Island and surrounded by amazing views of the islands in Palawan. Only 46 units so very few people. Very little boat traffic. Fabulous service. I’ll be back.
Everything and everybody was exquisite! The spa was the best in the world! The ladies were amazing with their hands and very friendly.
Staff perfect, location ideal, could not have been happier
Amazing hotel, location is stunning. Really friendly staff who can't do enough. Room was the best we've ever stayed in. Lots of activities available and a great beach. Loved our stay.
I highly recommend the massage spa which was the best I've ever received and the all day private tour. It was amazing.
The ac was pre-set at low (not medium or high) button. Very convenient to the airport. FYI - massage you use are 24/7.
One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at. Staff makes you feel like you own the island and they all work for you. Try to get a VIP Villa or beach Villa. Highly recommend for romantic get away. Sunsets are spectacular. We had dinner on the beach almost every evening, unforgettable time here. I love you guys.
Great island experience. Away from the crowds. The most hospitable staff. We’ll be back in the future.
Staffs are nice and polite. Bathroom are great which has a different room for shower and toilet. Resort needs an upgrade. Resort has lost supply of water due to mechanical problem that delivers no water to the unit residence.
First rate everything and exceptional staff.
Quiet & safe to walk around the property. Staff are attentive, respectful & accommodating.
I paid 980$ and i expect the condition of the room should be perfect. Very disappointing stay 1.no tv channel or cable 2. Dvd player not working need to call maintenance to change it while we are inside 3. At check in found blood stained -top sheet of the bed. I have the photo with me . Lookslike sheet not change from last guest. Need to call HK to change disgusting sheet. 4. In the morning drape from the washroom right area detacched from the ceiling then of course again called the maintenance to make it work. As a paying guest fir very expensive hotel when you check in guest ROOM SHOULD BE CHECK AND IN GOOD CONDITION we should not be calling for the HK and maintenaclnce for the issues in the room. Very disappointing stay. Waste of money
Loved this place! Cannot beat the view! Staff is so incredibly kind ❤️
Very quiet, relaxing, excellent first class service, pristine beaches.
Best hotel we’ve stayed at. We had an Island Tip Bungalow which was a stunning room! Amazing rainfall shower, very comfy bed, awesome private plunge pool, very clean. Beautiful views on both sides of the room. Food was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Free kayaks to use which was great. Definitely will be staying there again.
You will be impressed with the welcome party as soon as you arrive at the hotel. The excellent accommodations and privacy of the island ensures that we will be returning next year. The private beach and warm water alone beckons you to return. Just love it!!
A unique experience from the moment of the meeting point at busuanga airport till the end of journey ... the staff were professional everything is doable they don’t take no for an answer.. asked for a fresh coconut from the trees & asked to play volleyball with the staff at the island and all agreed.. an unforgettable spa experience to relax the mind & body.. different options of tours nearby the island... the food & room service & breakfast all top notch.. crystal clear beaches .. a definitive must try experience !
Resort is truly beautiful and stunning! The staff are very friendly & courteous. My family and I wanted to make the most of our vacation to the Philippines - what better way to make a trip to Coron. If it wasn’t for the on & off rain, the resort and beauty of Coron would only be more beautiful!
The resort is beautiful and well appointed. The villas are well designed even down to the last detail. We enjoyed staying in the rooms as much as outdoors. The service and staff are laudable. The place is truly a gem!
The hotel offers a free transfer from the airport or their location in Coron Town Proper to the property. The speedboat trip takes about 45 minutes and is a beautiful and fun start to your stay. Although you can book tours through the property, we chose to just enjoy our time on the island and instead did tours when we were on the main island of Coron. The resort is on the smaller side, but has a great pool area, white sand beach for snorkeling and offers gear, kayaks and paddle boards to borrow for free. We had some rain, but utilized the pool table and DVD renting as we waited for the storm to pass. The restaurant and bar served good food and overall we had a really relaxing stay. We stayed in the sandbar bungalow, which was incredible, but all of the properties looked good. The view from the island is incredible and it definitely is a great place to escape to for a bit. We had an incredible time. We thought we wouldn't have WiFi, but we had it throughout the resort and at fast speeds.
The hotel itself is amazing! Very luxurious and pampering, the staff is very well trained and polite. Yet we did not like few things about the hotel policies. First of all when we wanted to book a tour we were told that we are not allowed to book a tour from an outside company because its a private island. When comparing the price of the tour offered by the hotel and other companies, it became very clear to us that the hotel is totally taking advantage of the fact that we are on an island without too many choices. The tour costed us around 300$, the boat was extremely old, actually the engine broke on our way back to the hotel, we had to wait for another boat to pick us up. The meal served during the tour was extremely basic. We were interested in exploring the city, it turns out that the only way to do that was to book a private boat to the city wich was very expensive as well. We literally felt like we were in a cage, totally taken advantage of. Not to mention that everything was overpriced starting from bottled water ( around 230 pesos) to exchanging money ( they charge you extra 7 pesos for every dollar!!) Apart from that i have to say that the staff is really friendly, our tour guide was awesome!! I highly recommend booking a tour with him. He is called jonald. He took the most amazing photos of us! To sum it up, the place is amazing!! But extremely overpriced .
The island was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and very attentive in our needs. The room was huge especially the bathroom. every thing was perfect during our stay. would definitely book this hotel again.
Beautiful location, very relaxing. Many tour options. Food was okay.
It is a secluded island resort which is about 50mins by speedboat from coron town. Coron town is only 5mins from most scuba and snorkeling locations which makes coron island too far from the main attractions. As a resort it is 4 star not really 5star. Food is fine but limited if you are staying more than 3 days and not fine dining. Accomodation and the resort is a bit tired and in need of maintenance.
All very good, especially the attentive, courteous and friendly staff. a small complication with room assignments for our party of nine. not a big deal... big disappointment for me was that the pool table was out of commission! I was really looking forward to playing billards! At any rate, my brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces had a really wonderful stay. The food was good, especially the steamed lapu-lapu, salpicao and halo-halo.. They could replace or augment the many steps all over the place with inclined walkways it would make the place pwd and senior friendly... I'm not a fan of stairs... Island and lagoon tour was very enjoyable with very able and watchful guide... Great experience over-all!
Honestly l was so disappointed with utility service such as water. The quality of water for domestic purposes is very poor. The water pressure is very low and we had to call the attention of the hotel staff just to make sure that sufficient water pressure can reach our unit. This l dont expect from a resort & hotel this caliber.
We came for our honeymoon trip and this hotel was our thired resort and the final one (after 35 days) This resort don’t need to call himself 5 star hotel. The food was average and the facilities you get from the hotel are limited. The value for money is the worst. To Hotels.com don’t have the full bord package you just get the breakfast, we felt like the hotel robbing us, we cannot left the island and we have to order lunch and dinner at the hotel we had no other choice the food in both wasn’t so good. The tours activity’s were super expensive and we have been in other resorts that the activity’s was free of charge. This kind of hotel if he wants to call himself 5 star hotel have to serve better food, to have just full bord package and do the most of the activity’s free, the diving should cost money but not the Boat. We arrived for 3 nights and as we doing the check in we understand we have a problem. We ask the hotel if their shuttle to the city. They told as that if we want to go to the city we should rent a boat that cost 130 euro. We ask if we can transfer to the other hotel that located in the city. They told us that we can have another reservation to the hotel (same company) after we paid 1500 euro. We were very disappointed, the island is beautiful but we don’t enjoy his beauty.
Bungalow type room over looking the ocean. Romantic and private. Great Spa massage. Expensive but worth it.
Two Seasons Island Resort no doubt is the best hotel in all of Coron! Exceptional service with breathtaking views - by far the best place I’ve ever seen in the Philippines! The entire staff is extremely friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and feel at home! Upon arrival we were greeted at the airport by our concierge contact Bon, who took care of us from the 30 min ride to the Bayside Resort, which is the docking station to the Island Resort & Spa. The boat ride is about 30-40 min and was a bit bumpy but Capt John and his mate JR are pros and made it as smooth as possible! **Suggestion - if you want to do any of the island tours you should start/stay at their Bayside propert first since all of the tours are closer to that hotel. You should book the latter half at the Island Resort & Spa for your R&R to enjoy this spectacular Resort! Overall I can’t wait to come back and see what the rest of this beautiful island has to offer!
This resort was amazing and breathtaking. The staff are indeed helpful and friendly! This place exceeded our expectations. From the staff, bungalows, food, island tours, and other services. We'll definitely come back! Overall, it was a great experience. We highly recommend this place!
Two Seasons (TS) Resort is really the ONLY option in the Coron area for a luxury resort. There are no comparable high star-rated accommodations in the town of Coron. Two Seasons has a sister hotel in town called TS Bayside but this property is not as luxurious nor spacious. Despite the high end features of the resort, there were problems and inconsistencies with our stay -- 1) Both the office staff and concierge staff were helpful but not very thorough. We had e-mailed TS months before to confirm booking of our own private speedboat for the days we were there. Although the property forwarded this info, they could not make the advance booking until we got a statement from the office that we were confirmed with one on both days. When we arrived at the resort, there was no speedboat available for the following day and we had to use an outrigger. We also purposefully moved from a deluxe suite oceanfront room to a regular mountain bungalow room on our third day but we were not informed that the free sodas and candies on the fridge on the suite did not apply to the bungalow. So we ended up paying almost $50 for the sodas and candies in the bungalow. 2) The principal logistical problem with the resort is its remote location, a plus for privacy but a hassle to going to the main attractions. When it would normally take 15-20 min by boat from Coron town to most sites (primarily Kayangan Lake), it is a good 45-75 min ride by boat or outrigger to these sites from the resort.
Had a great time at Two Seasons island resort. Wish I could of stayed longer. The Hotel staff makes you feel right at home.
The staff were phenomenal!!!!! The property was beautiful! The spa services were unbelievable!!!!! The children's centre and staff were amazing!!!! However, the hotels and facilities need a lot of TLC. The pool had exposed wires and needed some repair. The room was in need of updating and better cleaning. Overall, the experience was pleasant because of the staff, the property and the spa. However, we would not likely go back based on the cleanliness and the poor facilities. I felt as if we paid 5 star prices for a 3 star resort.
The hotel is in a private island and the bungalow I got is right in front of the sea. The resort has a nice private beach and fenomenal infrastructure. It also has great well trained massage therapists. Its about 40 minutes by boat from Coron, which is the reason to go there. The chef is very good but when we went it was short of raw materials.
Paradise Island with stunning views, beautiful beach and crystal clear water. The pool area is very nice and there is a wide range of water sports available. The service in general was good, especially the reception area and restaurant however the service in the bar area was poor at times. The Wifi was practically non existent during our stay. It comes and goes in the reception area only.
