주변 경치도 좋고 시설도 좋았습니다. 생각을 많이 해서 만든 호텔 같았습니다.

산책로의 관리와 안전 안내가 미흡했습니다. 산책로로 안내 되어 있었지만, 하천을 건너 호텔로 이어지는 길이 제대로 확보되어 있지 않았습니다. 특히 풀이 무성하게 자라 징검다리조차 잘 보이지 않았고, 이동 중 넘어져 발목을 접질렀습니다. 결국 119 구급대의 도움을 받아 이송 되는 상황에 이르렀습니다. 이용객의 안전과 직결되는 문제인 만큼, 산책로를 조속히 정비하고 이동 경로와 위험 구간을 명확히 안내하여 같은 사고가 재발하지 않도록 조치해 주시기 바랍니다.

모든게 다좋았음.숙소도 크고 깨끗한편임.

풀장규모가 생각보다 작음. 조금더 컸으면하고 선베드는 저녁에는 가격을 낮추는게.

위치가 아주 약간 떨어져 있긴 하지만 주변 자연경관도 좋고 무엇보다 조용하게 쉬다 오기 너무 좋았어요. 생각보다 인근 객실도 다들 조용한 편이라 잘 쉬고 왔습니다

남원에서 젤 좋았어요 주차도편하고 전망도 좋아요

조식이 7시30분시작이라 조금 늦다고 생각했어요.

Ruime nette kamer, grote badkamer. Ruim opgezet hotel. Mooie omgeving. Heerlijk bed.

Zelf niet goed gezien tijdens het boeken dat je moet betalen voor het zwembad en de ligbedjes 60.000 won (33 euro) voor 2 personen en dan nog 12.000 won per ligbed per 2 uur... Teleurstellend. Westers ontbijt is matig en beperkt (prijs kwaliteit niet goed) Zit een lekkere bakery vlakbij, zou daar eerder heen gaan als je lekker ambachtelijk croissantje en koffie wilt.

조식부페 안먹는게 성공한거임 다른곳을 견학하고 개선했으면 좋겠습니다...

사우나에 샤워삼푸와 타올 없음

지리산 가족 여행 재방문 합니다. 정원 관리도 잘 되어 있고 무엇보다 친절 하시고요. 지리산 일대 여행 하기 최적의 위치 입니다. 패딩 빌려주시는 서비스, 1층에서 책 빌려 주시는것도 좋고요. 사우나는 8천원 가격으로 생각하면 나쁘지 않았습니다.

식사 퀄리티가 4성급 이라고 생각하면 조오그음 아쉽습니다. (특히 저녁 식사 메뉴) 조식은 괜찮습니다만, 가지수 많은것도 좋지만 과일이나 특히 빵 퀄리티를 조금만 더 올려준다면 좋을거 같습니다. 이 호텔을 애정하여 조심스럽게 말씀 드려봅니다.

We stayed here for one night in a corner suite. The room was huge and was great for our stay. We loved seeing the sun set and rise from the windows. We are in the restaurant and it suited our young girls. The staff in the restaurant were really friendly.

There are paper cups to use in the room rather than china and glass and a very limited complimentary tea and coffee. Be nice if it more eco friendly and used reusable cups. We thought we had a working kitchen from the pictures but it was only a kettle- we should have read what it came with more closely. We felt the use of the pool should be incorporated in the room fee, it seems silly to charge an additional rate for this.

Es stand nur noch die Villa zur Verfügung...mega mit 184m2 ein Haus:-) Sehr sauber..es hat an nichts gefehlt...Blick und Zutritt zum Garten..herrlich... Schwierig in der Nähe etwas vegetarisches zu finden ( Namwoon) von daher im Hotel gegessen...es gab 1 Gericht ohne Fleisch u. Fisch...war sehr gut...in der Küche haben sie uns noch einen Salat zusätzlich bereitet...toll Das Frühstücksbüffet liest keine Wünsche offen...

담배냄새가 아래층에서 올라왔습니다. 한번 컴플레인했는데도 개선되지 않았습니다. 투숙객에게 안내가 필요합니다.

무인편의점이라 술을 취급안하고 전자레인지 정도는 층별로 하나씩 있었으면 좋겠어요.

숙박하기에 모자람이나 과함없이 딱 적당한 느낌입니다. 아이랑 같이 수영장에서 즐겁게 놀았네요. 숙소가 남원시내와 멀지 않지만 한적한 곳에 위치하고 있어 맛집이나 관광지를 찾아가는데 부담 없이 다녀올 수 있었습니다. 덕분에 남원에 대해서 많이 알게 되었어요. 다음에도 또 찾고 싶습니다.

시설이 다 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었습니다. 수영장 물도 따뜻하고 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있었습니다.

Le personnel à l’accueil est d’une telle gentillesse! J’ai été très touchée de recevoir autant d’aide à chaque fois que j’en avais besoin. Merci! Et puis notre chambre était spacieuse et agréable.

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas très bien (il est difficile de la contrôler depuis la chambre). Je ne recommande pas le resto de l’hôtel, même si c’est l’option la plus pratique.

방에서 습한 냄새가 났어요 조식을 먹었는데 세척된 그릇이랑 컵에 음식물이 남아 있고 립스틱 자국도 봤어요 친절하고 편리하게 차려져있었지만 위생이 조금 아쉬웠어요

So expensive for dirty windows, horrible spa, smelly old hotel

작년 이맘때쯤 묵었었는데 너무 마음에 들어서 올해 또 가게되었네요. 지리산에 접해있어서 지리산 둘레길 걷기도 좋고 근처에 맛집과 남원시립김병종 미술관도 가까워서 좋아요.

한적한 분위기와 야외 수영장 최고

We got a fantastic room, two bathrooms, kitchenette. We are a family of four and like staying in the same room whenever we can, but this probably is the largest we have seen. There is a laundromat in the premises, very useful in road trips, reasonably priced. Although instructions are in Korean, two members of the reception team were extremely helpful and translated. In general, exceptional value for money.

Food options in the evening and service in the restaurant could have been a bit better. Also, we were left alone for over 10 minutes. We did not have time to use the pools, but they are charged extra unless you have a special room rate that includes their use. I checked the booking conditions and it clearly says there is an extra charge, so my mistake for assuming it was part of our rate, but as the pools are extensively shown in the property pictures, I find it a bit misleading.

nice pool area, nice and spacious room, friendly staff. the use of the pool was included in our room tariff, however, if this hadn`t been the case the usage of the pool would have been a relatively very pricey experience

Dinner menu was very limited and was not flavorful

We stayed in the royal suite and really enjoyed it. The suite is very very large, with an expansive living room and dining room, plus an office area and a small kitchen area, but no stove top. The suite has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom alone is over 1000 SQ ft. We especially liked the expansive balconies and windows, which line the entire living room/dining room area and the master bedroom. The easy to use shade controls allow you to open one or all of the window shades in a particular area. The entire suite has floor heating and there are 4 overhead A/C units. Unlike some hotels in Korea, we were able to use the A/Cs and venting even in the spring time. A 2-burner stove top and apartment size refrigerator would be a good addition. Wish list for our next stay! Very quiet and nice. Nearby walking paths along the river and a 2-5km trail up into the hills. Lots of parking and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. No bell service,. however for help with bags.

가격대비 객실상태가 별로 였어요 비싼가격에 숙박을 했는데 커피잔하나도 없고 종이컵 몇개가 있어서 당황스러웠습니다ㆍ

The reception staff were superb 👍. Very helpful and took extra effort to help us search for information as we do not speak the Korean Language. The 2 reception ladies could understand a little English which was very helpful to us. The night shift lady even guided us how to use the washing machine and dryer. Really thankful for her thoughtfulness. Always with a smile🥰. Breakfast was good with variety and local cuisine.

전반적으로 좋았어요. 펜션수준의 넓은객실, 운동장같은 화장실, 정결함등 아주마음에 들었던숙소였습니다. 비수기평일에는 가격을 조금더 낮추었으면합니다.

밖에 있는 온수풀은 그야말로 완벽합니다 그리고 따뜻한 내부룸 온도도 너무 좋았습니다 아주 안락하게 잘 있다가 갑니다~

청결하고 안락한 숙소입니다. 묵으시면 후회하지 않을 것 같고 어느 누구에게든 추천합니다.

조용한 위치에 있어서 좋았고 룸이 크며 화장실도 넓고 전반적으로 넘 좋고 만족스러웠습니다. 재 방문 하고 싶네요

조용하고 깨끗해요

Very nice hotel with big rooms, comfortable beds, luxury bathroom. We stayed only 1 day so we didn't got the chance to try the swimming pool or other facilities

독채 빌라여서 조용히 쉴 수 있어요. 이부자리가 좀 더 두꺼웠으면 합니다.

모든것이 다 좋았어요! 특히 욕실 욕탕 넓고 ~~ 분위기도 좋고 조용하고~~~~ 행복하게 잘 지내고 왔습니다 .

A very nice hotel with great views, facilities, vibes and room. The room was very spacious and with comfy beds for 3 persons. The bathroom was big with divided space.

The upper shower head was broken so we could not use it.

매우 청결하고 안락한 숙소입니다. 적극추천합니다. 다만 위치가 시내서 조금 떨어져서 차로 이동해야 되는 아쉬움이 있읍니다.

숙소 시설은 너무 좋았어요. 깨끗하고. 다만. 바닥이 마루여서 윗방의 소리가 다 들리고 화장실 배관 소리도 매우 커서 괴로웠습니다. 이틀 머물렀는데 첫날 프론트 문의 했으나 어쩔수 없다고 하더군요. 다른 호텔의 경우 적어도 실내화 의무 착용 요청이라도 해주실텐데. 이틀 내내 잠못자고 와서 무척 속상했습니다. 쉬러갔다가 못쉬고 온. 아쉬운 곳

부모님을 모시고 여행을 하였습니다. 숙소는 아주 편안하고 조용하였으며 직원들은 친절하였습니다. 침구도 깨끗하고 청소도 청결하게 잘 되었습니다. 예상치못한 작은 사고가 있었으나 직원분들이 책임감을 가지고 친절하고 능숙하게 잘 처리해준 덕분에 여행을 즐겁게 마무리 할 수 있었습니다

프론트직원은 굉장히 친절했는데 수영장 직원은 나갈때 인사도 없었음. 수영장에 야외 샤워기가 있어서 화장실 다녀온후 씻고 수영장에 들어가면 좋겠음. 객실 화장실이 넓어서 좋았음. 성수기라 가격이 높지만 전반적으로 만족함

욕실의 샤워기가 고장 나 있었고 비데도 작동이 안되었습니다. 도대체 숙박비는 비싸게 받으며 뭘 관리 하는건지… 조식 뷔페는 2만원 이었는데 1만원도 아까울 수준 이었음. 음식이 떨어졌는데도 안채우길래 종업원을 부르려고 쳐다보니 눈을 피함 ㅎㅎㅎ 모처럼의 가족여행 기분 훼손되었음.

갑작스런 여행길에 오게된 켄싱턴 리조트 남원은 객실 컨디션도 좋았고 로비 직원들도 너무 친절했습니다 남원시내에 위치해있어서 인근 식당들 이용하기도 편하고 바로 옆에 춘향테마파크도 있어서 관광지 접근성이 좋았습니다 리조트 바로앞 강변에 고수부지처럼 조성되어 있어 아침 산책하기 좋았습니다

전체적으로 시설, 서비스, 가성비 다 만족스러웠습니다

당일에 급하게 예약하고 갔는데 너무 만족입니다. 그냥 잠만 자고 갈거라 큰 기대 없었거든요, 온돌룸 갔는데 따듯했고, 화장실이 진짜 좋더라구요!!! 너무 마음에 들었어요, 날짜만 맞았어도 수영장도 가서 놀다가 왔을텐데 너무 아쉬워요!

프론트 직원이 친절하고 욕실이 크고 객실이 마루로 되어있어서 쾌적함. 위치도 시내에서 멀지않고 주변이 조용함.

화장실이 크고 쾌적해서 마음에 들었고 욕조 옆에 창이 있어서 좋았어요. 침실도 훌륭합니다. 수영장 등 아이들이 노는 시설이 있고 가까운곳에 계곡도 알려주셔서 잘 놀다왔습니다.
