Die Lage vom Hotel ist Top. Das Personal ist sehr feundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einige interne Hotelzimmer Umbuchungen und es professionell und schnell gelöst. Wir fahren eine Grupoe von 9 Personen umd 5 Zimmern. Die Hotel Skylounge mit Party ist sehr zum empfehlen. Die Cocktails sind sehr gut.

Хороший отель за свои деньги. Номера большие. Отель удобно расположен. Есть вопросы к качеству уборки- убирались каждый день, но не очень качественно. К примеру, песок на ТВ тумбе (дети туда клали очки для моря) ни разу не вытирался. Также в номере есть кухня, но почему-то вообще нет никакой посуды, как ей пользоваться- непонятно.

- местоположение в самом центре Нячанга, до ТЦ Нячанг Центр и Golden Cost 10 минут пешком, в другую сторону в 10 минутах множество ресторанчиков - до пляжа 2 минуты по тоннелю, где есть туалет и душ - завтраки хорошие, разнообразные: 4 вида яйц (вкутую, глазунья, скрэмбл, омлет с овощами, ветчиной и сыром), фрукты, выпечка, роллы, хлопья, сосиски и т.д.; удобно, что ресторан открывается уже в 5:40, поэтому можно успеть позавтракать перед ранним выездом на экскурсию или в аэропорт - номер очень большой, кровати и подушки удобные, кондиционер работает хорошо - хороший курс обмена валют

- отель старый, в номере пахнет затхлостью - на фасаде балконов нет, поэтому все номера с балконами с видом на город - бассейн маленький и находится под крышей, т.е. все время в тени, и с кучей народу - тоннель на пляж темный, грязный с неприятными запахами

- персонал на ресепшн хорошо говорит по-английски - хорошие завтраки - хорошее местоположение - тоннель на пляж

- отель старый, в номере пахнет затхлостью - тоннель тёмный и грязный - бесплатных лежаков на пляже очень мало, занять невозможно - пляж не широкий, платные лежаки по 300 000 донгов, и к 16:00 их уже все убирают с пляжа, а отдыхающих чуть ли не выгоняют с них

Excellent location, staff were very friendly, professional & helpful. Hotel was very clean. Great variety of food for the buffet breakfast.

Not enough sun beds on the beach or at the pool to accommodate the amount of people at the hotel. It would be good if the hotel pool was opened later.

Хочу начать с того, что этот отель точно не 5*, и даже не 4* Бронировали один из самых дорогих номеров в отеле, с двумя спальнями и гостинной. Описание номера плохое - не указан вид из окна (противоположная от моря + на стройку), не указано, что обе спальни без окон!!, мебели совсем нет, номера большие и пустые. Вся стоимость такого номера за счет балкона с креслами, но балкон точно не нужен, сидеть и днём, и вечером на жаре нет никакого желания. Замена этого номера была очень трудной: персонал явно не хотел делать замену. Предлагали писать в поддержку Букин.ком, сами лишь говорили отговорки. После долгих ругательств, через день, пошли на замену, дали два номера делюкс с видом на море. По цене одинаково. Уборка номеров УЖАСНАЯ! За 12 дней ни разу не протёрли журнальный столик, заляпанный фруктами, ни разу не пропылесосили ковровое. Только замена полотенец и поставили воду и всё. Было два раза - приходили в 8 утра, открывали дверь сами. Бесплатных лежаков на пляже КРАЙНЕ МАЛО! Их занимают в 5-6 утра и держат весь день. Всем остальным платить 200 тыс донгов за один лежак. Громких китайцев ОЧЕНЬ много. На завтраке не выносимо! Лифты работают медленно, ждать приходится долго. Сейф в номере работает плохо, два раза сейф открылся самостоятельно, возможно батарейка разряжена. Депозит за номер 100 долларов, имейте в виду. Минибар (платный) совсем слабый, две лапши и бутылка водки. Бар на крыше - один вечерок скоротать, во второй раз идти не хочется. Бассейн оставил лишь негативное впечатление. Из-за большого количества отдыхающих и плохой уборки вокруг лужи, плохие запахи, мало места. Сауна работает до 7 вечера - крайне не удобно, днём в сауну никто не пойдет, а вечером она закрылась. Одним словом - никому не рекомендую и сам сюда не вернусь!

The lifts were a horror show, very poorly designed and synced, we had to wait a minimum of 3-5 minutes each time we needed to use it, i understand it’s a 40+ floor hotel but there are 6 lifts and they don’t seem to be working as they should be They also asked us for a insurance deposit when checking in, it was the only time we got asked about that in our 6 hotels stays in Vietnam… The Breakfast, I mean, i basically had fruits for breakfast my whole stay, and i’m a foodie. The egg station chef was rude as well Also, i expected a better bed when staying in a queen suite, not a creaking one

9/10 Room was spacious and comfortable Tunnel to the beach was very helpful Staff was very nice and accommodating The hotel room and public areas of the hotel were clean

Only 6 elevators for all the rooms, they were very slow during peak hours however, the staff did try and remedy the situation by having employees stay in the elevators and try and make it faster for guests

Location was great, rooms very clean and spacious, staff were very friendly

Other visitors were loud in the corridors at 11.30 at night, pool was also very cold, could of done with heating up a few more degrees

There was a dirty piece of rotten fruit in the cupboard at top and some girls underwear.

The location, the tunnel to the beach, the chairs and beds at the beach were great the size and affordability of the rooms were excellent The shops within walking distance, along with food options that is not associated with hotel were also great

for the amount of rooms at the hotel, during peak hours, for instance, during breakfast and during the afternoon when people would most likely go to the beach, the elevators were a little slow, maybe a 2-3 minute wait

Fantastic location, good staff, tons of restaurants, shopping mall, nightlife around and very walkable. I would recommend it.

Air-Conditioning lacking at Cafe Level 2 during lunch. Not sure if it was turned off or not working.

Facilities were great but a little run down. I wouldn’t suggest staying in this hotel or this part of nha Trang if you’re not Russian but still very nice. Great beach acess

Room and views were fantastic, buffet breakfast was great, friendly staff.

Pool area had no vibe and not enough lounges. Could never get a seat and too crowded and noisy. The wait for the lifts was horrendous. Rear lift for levels 6 - 21 that no one used was not helpful as no one used them and we were on floor 38. Took ages to get to G floor and the lifts were always over crowded and hot.

Noisy at night (until about 3am) from nightclubs opposite. Hotel is huge (41 floors) and can feel impersonal at times although staff are efficient at dealing with the large number of guests.

Good location, right next to beach. Good service, polite and smiling staff, very good breakfast with a lot of options. Also got a small casino.

Not about the hotel rooms itself but the rooftop club music is a bit old and cringe.

Мы жили на 39 этаже. Музыка от Skylight бара мешает спать. И это каждый день. Считаю, что при заселении гостей надо об этом предупреждать.

The hotel is huge, crowded with package tourists. It's not a 5-star, but the price is right for a 4-star. It's a really nice hotel, exactly what I expected. Excellent breakfasts, considering the large number of people. They're really great!

Check-in. Guys, this is completely unacceptable. I was met by a so-called "Russian-speaking" manager. She raised her voice at me, didn't understand me, and was offended because of it. My check-in was disgusting. I would have easily checked in with an English-speaking manager, but you wanted to make an effort for me, saw that I was from Russia, and dragged this creature along. And this after 16 hours of travel and flights. But it didn't end there. I had problems with the taxi transfer. And this creature decided to interfere in my affairs again. Not only did she not resolve the issue, but she was rude again, got offended, turned around, and left. Think about it. I don't want to deal with someone like that. This is a bad experience; why would I need it, and what about you?

Awesome spot right on the beach, I love the underground path to the beach with sun loungers, towels, and a shower just for guests. They have great buffet breakfast choices on two different floors to handle all the people. The twin bed room is roomy. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which really brightens your day.

The high volume of visitors, while beneficial for business, has created a sense of being overwhelmed.

Restaurant for dinner for local food unexpectedly good Staff strive their best to make you happy. Views are great. Many great restaurants and clubs with live music are near by recommend 4P at Sheraton nearby ever if you just crave fresh seafood.

This is not "good breakfast" - focused on Korea and Russian tourist - bread quality is very far from France. Full of obnoxious and rude Korea tourists who unexpectedly surprised me of not caring of personal space. Every time good breakfast means you have flow of prosecco or bloody mary - but here nothing. Variety of local dishes if very slim - nothing spectacular Cannot swim in sea - but was unlucky with season by one week. Do not come before first week of Dec or better mid Dec to swim at sea. Very crowded place for breakfast I hope they can manage better.

De ligging is fantastisch. Centraal. Aan het strand. Met een beetje mazzel heb je een kamer met strandzicht. Ruime kamers.

Завтраки рассчитаны не на русских, хотя омлет /яйца всегда можно было найти. Но на этом все. Лежаки даже в не очень хорошую погоду всегда заняты. Их там все пару штук.

The location was fabulous! Across from the beach and within walking distance to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is massive and very busy, too busy. There is a bar on the top floor which plays very loud music into the night. We were floors below but can still hear and feel the music into the night. Breakfast is included and served on two floors, however, always a shortage of food and always cold. The pool was lovely but closes too early, 7pm. The smoking area is directly to the side of the hotel entrance which means non-smokers have to walk thru it and the ashtrays never emptied. Very disorganized as a hotel, no balconies and sometimes the language barrier is a challenge.

The breakfast is good. The hotel is good in packing for us a breakfast takeaway but coffee is terrible. The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The location is good.
