Excellent location, great staff, comfortable bed.

Room was dirty, and in need of some repairs/updating. Not worth the nearly $400 rate for one night. Won't be staying there again.

Frankly, the sofa downstairs in the lounge area was not at all comfortable. In the overall scheme of things, a small concern.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The room layout is fantastic - having a stove, a full-sized fridge, and kitchenware made our stay incredibly comfortable. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were great and fresh every morning. The location is also perfect if you are traveling by car. It is close to a subway station with a park-and-ride lot, so we could easily leave our vehicle there and take the train straight downtown, completely avoiding heavy traffic and expensive parking fees.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality. The staff—especially Sofia and Sakara—were incredibly caring and attentive..

The front desk staff were so friendly and fun when checking us in and out, like real humans. The suite was perfect size, the facilities and the price were top knotch!

I stayed here for a week with work The beds are so comfortable The rooms are equipped like an apartment great facilities Including a well equipped gym And I’m told the hot tub is really clean and good. Breakfast is limited to a couple of dishes but the coffee is good and the ladies running the breakfast couldn’t be more helpful

La cuisinette, qui nous a permis de ne pas être dépendants des restaurants avoisinants n’offrant pas d’options santé. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le jacuzzi, ainsi que le gymnase pour se détendre. L‘insonorisation des chambres est impeccable, ce qui est appréciable car l‘hôtel est près des autoroutes.

Nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de vaisselle dans la cuisinette.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist charged my credit card for the full amount of $1700. Shortly after, she claimed her system had crashed and said she couldn’t see the payment on her end. Even though I showed her the confirmation and the transaction clearly showing on my credit card account, she insisted I pay a second time or else she would not hand over the room keys. She told me to pay again and come back later to “sort it out” – essentially asking me to trust that I would be refunded a duplicate $1700 payment. I was left with no choice but to pay again under pressure, which is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering how large the amount is. On top of that, they canceled my booking with Expedia in order to avoid paying commission, which means I didn’t get my Expedia rewards either. This feels deliberately dishonest and made the entire situation even worse. To make matters worse, I accidentally left behind my lunchbox when I checked out. Just a few minutes later, I emailed the front desk to let them know I would be coming back the next week to retrieve it. When I returned, it was difficult to get any help from the staff, and I eventually discovered that the contents had been emptied. This lack of care and disregard for guests’ belongings added yet another layer of frustration to an already terrible stay. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and feels like a scam. Holding a guest’s room hostage unless they double-pay, while sabotaging Expedia reservations to dodge fees, is not only unethical but a terrible way to treat customers. Combined with how they handled my forgotten item, I can confidently say this hotel operates with no accountability or respect for guests. I’m still in the process of resolving the double charge. I do not recommend staying here unless you’re ready to deal with serious billing issues, shady practices, and poor customer service.

Everyone on the property were so friendly and accommodating, we didn't stay long but would most definitely come back , rooms were big with kitchenets too!

This is a letter I sent to the GM of the hotel and for which I never received an answer. It sums up my experience: "Dear Mr..., I am writing to you today to provide some feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel from August 21 to August 23 in room 516. Overall, the hotel staff were professional and welcoming, and the room amenities were excellent. Unfortunately, our hotel experience was negatively impacted by a significant issue with the soundproofing in our room, particularly regarding the occupants of room 514 over our three-night stay . We were regrettably sharing a locked door linking the two rooms. Throughout our time at the hotel, we were consistently disturbed by loud music, vulgar and argumentative language, and general disruptive behavior coming from that room late into the nights. I need to mention the smoking of marijuana as well, as the smoke was sipping to our room through the crack of the door. This was very distressing and made it difficult for me and my wife to relax and rest, as we traveled from Pennsylvania to attend a wedding. We were also concerned by the smell of our own clothes that could be tainted by the smoke from our neighbors. We literally had to lock ourselves in our bedroom with open window in order to find refuge. I understand that hotels cannot control all aspects of guest behaviors, but the lack of sound insulation was such that the disturbances felt as though they were happening in my own room. I share my concerns with the front desk, but nothing was done to remedy the situation. I am bringing this to your attention so that you are aware of this issue and can address it for the comfort of future guests. Thank you for your time and for your attention to this matter."

Wonderful service, stay, customer service, available clientele help

This is our second stay at this hotel and both times we had to switch rooms because of dirty linen and or filthy floors. Upon checking in, there was a huge fan like those used in construction, operating in the bathroom. I called the front desk and they said maintenance probably forgot it there. Unbelievable. The floors were filthy as well. After we changed room, they put us in a suite that was adjoining to another room and the occupants literally complained that we were being loud when we were literally just having a nice conversation. The hotel security came and then the guy from the front desk came to tell us to whisper (not in so many words). People tend to treat hotels like their homes and want other guest to tiptoe around them. We will NEVER return to this hotel nor would we EVER recommend it. We paid over $400 for the night which is high for a mediocre hotel in Vaughan.

Element was the absolute perfect choice for us and our guests for our wedding. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful before, during and after our stay. Our space was clean and set with amazing amenities in our suite that you don’t often see at other hotels! They have plenty of surface parking for everyone and the location is so convenient having multiple food options within walking distance. They also offer a phenomenal complimentary breakfast bar to guests staying equipped with hot foods at the ready. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anybody needing to stay in the area!

Breakfast was great, especially the smoothies. In our room the microwave wasn’t working right and it was replaced with a brand new one within an hour. The staff at reception were always very friendly.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property. The hotel is modern, clean and maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would like to recognize Oyinkansola from breakfast service. She went above and beyond to ensure we received what we needed and helped accommodate my 9 month son by providing us with a high chair and food he could eat. We will definitely return.

Wonderful new hotel near the airport and discount shopping center. Top restaurants are walking distance. An upgraded suite was sweet too. Long hours for breakfast let us get an early start. A suburban area within easy reach of Toronto.

A budget hotel in Vaughan which is located centrally and has some decent eating options near by. The rooms are big and that’s the positive side as it allows lot of space for movement. A fully serviced kitchen with all appliances is available. Filtered water via a tap is great for drinking water. The bed is comfortable and big. However the lights in the room were very low and limited and without opening the blinds it’s difficult to have a good view in the room. The service is decent but not that great, however don’t expect much for a budget hotel. The breakfast was same everyday and was almost cold most of the times. The eggs were runny and not well cooked. I had a 2 week stay so getting limited services and same food everyday leads to certain dissatisfaction. Overall a good and clean hotel to stay.

Friendly staff, daily thorough housekeeping, good Wi-Fi. I really appreciated the breakfast hours from 6:30 to 8:30 AM :) perfect for grabbing something before heading out early.

The staff didn’t miss a detail. Very attentive, polite and helpful to guests. The hotel offered wonderful breakfast options and even hosted a complimentary bbq on Wednesday evening. Wonderful extended stay! Wonderful experience overall.

It has a great pool, hot tub and exercise center. Great hot breakfast every morning with food options for everyone! And the rooms and common areas were very clean.

The pool could have used a better cleaning. It was quite murky but impressed with the rest of the stay.

My expectations were excellent. Breakfast was also delicious and satisfying. I was lucky to be served by Deeba and Sahar who were very polite and professional.

Room was terrible. Not as advertised and compare to other couples that booked with us (same cost and advertised room) the room we were given was awful. Other rooms had full fridges, kitchenettes, full couches, and plenty of space. Our room had a broken toilet, terrible shower w/ no pressure, no couch, a small mini fridge, and the bed and pillows were honestly awful. 0/10 would never come back.

The living plants everywhere were a nuce touch, and the BBQ.

We booked two rooms for our family plus our dog. We also have a senior with Alzheimer's so this may have been our last family trip together. It was amazing. We loved the pool! We enjoyed the courtyard area and felt welcomed. My teens were super impressed!
