Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort

Room was available when we got there. Signed up for player/rewards card and was given a free T-shirt and was told if you accumulate 500 points or more before 8pm, you will receive a free folding table. It was fun receiving all the unexpected items. Shower in room was enormous and movie channels on TV. Plenty of different kinds of slot machines.

Went for the buffet on Sunday. It was not good. We were looking forward to the Backyard BBQ but I guess the menu changed, and they were serving Seafood (whole lobsters and crab legs). It was hard to crack the lobster, the crab legs were good.

The valet folks were great. Friendly, they remembered us, one day when my hubby couldn't find his ticket we gave a description of our car and they said "no problem Mrs. ____", and by then hubby found his ticket. They always offered to help with luggage, bags, etc.

The food was horrible. We had previously eaten at the Zenith Steakhouse which was absolutely FABULOUS! So we stuck too the other restaurants this time. Blech! It was awful! Every meal. Even the breakfast buffet was awful! I ended up eating cold cereal. Our first morning we were really tired from traveling 2500 miles and wanted room service. We were told there was no room service that day since the person who delivers the room service had called out sick. We were flabbergasted. That was the last thing guest expect to hear. And whoever we talked to on the phone, and then later the person we spoke to at the front desk acted like it was a regular thing and no big deal. Our last day we did order a very small order from room service, hubby repeated the order several times since we were tweaking a burger order -- it arrived totally wrong. We had an executive suite which has a living room and a separate bedroom. When we arrived the room was warm and the mini fridge was all iced up. The maintenance guy swapped out the fridge and worked on the AC. The living room never got cooler. The next day we called for a maintenance guy again, and this guy couldn't fix it saying it was like a breaker being tripped and there's nothing to be done after that. Our bed was like sleeping on a rock with a half-inch foam mattress pad on top. I tried going out to the couch but that was worse with deep sink holes every few inches.

I liked how everything was a little bit slower and actually gave you the environment to relax.

We came on a Tuesday and spent one night. It would have been nice if the gaming tables were open but we will reschedule next time so we are there when they are open

Cleanliness, soft beds.

Our air conditioning did not get cold, it stayed at 71. We informed front desk and they did not send anyone. Pool could use a scrub around the walls where it touches the water and it was 88 degrees really stuffy.

We had a very nice dinner and breakfast. Everyone made you feel like they were there just for you. Looking forward to staying there again.

I truly can’t think of anything that could have made our stay any better.

We tried to extend our stay. Our room was available for the night. But they wanted us to check out at the check out time and check back in at check in time. Absolutely ridiculous. We left

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, secure resort. Several restaurants are available. The king-size bedroom is spacious, and the way they are all set off the main hallway makes it very quiet. Huge bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. And the price is amazing! We will always stay here when we have the opportunity.

The room was very nice and clean. The one and only restaurant that was open was good and our server was very nice.

Your selection of video poker was awful. The pillows and bed were like rocks. I was on the floor playing for nearly 6 hours and not one server ever checked with me for a beverage or water. That has never happened to me and I've been to plenty of casinos.

Coffee in room. Plenty of plush towels. Firm beds. Room darkening drapes. Quiet rooms. Fast elevator. Many food choices on site. Friendly staff. Indoor pool was open late. It was big and warm enough to swim. Hot tub was nice.

No late night food (desserts) on site except vending machine snacks. Refused to give late checkout.

Rooms are clean, I didn't eat breakfast in any of the restaurants, we had coffee in the room. Thank you for providing coffee

We at the buffet for Father’s Day. Was suppose to be free for fathers but they charged us an extra 20.00 (10.00 each) which was unnecessary. Over $75.00 for both of us to eat. Food was very bad. Messy and dirty counters. No service for beverages. Will not eat there again.

There is not enough places to eat in Twin Arrows especially if you bring children, sometimes we have no choice but to take the kids into the Sports bar to eat. I wish the buffet area was open daily.

The beds are so comfortable. Rooms are clean. Everyone in the hotel were nice & very helpful.

The restaurants downstairs need more help with customer service. Very rude. The only person there that was happy to be there was the hostess. We ate as fast as we could just to get out of there. Which is unfortunate because we spent a lot of money to be there.

Says the pool is heated but it was cold. I liked that it was indoor and not crowded.

The room was hot. I asked front desk to check the temperature in my room several times because the ac wasn’t cooling. The lowest it would go is 70. They have a cafe and the experience was awful. The bread was all green and moldy and smelled horrible. After I saw that I didnt trust the buffet no more. Figured if the bread is old and moldy what else is old and reheated. For a resort it was definitely not what I expected and staff was very rude and didn’t really care they seemed very careless.

Everything from the very first employee who checked me in to the beautiful pool area and my room was absolutely fantastic. The entire property was incredibly nice, spotless, and well-maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — everything felt perfect and made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Will definitely be back!

The room was very spacious. Loved that the bathroom had double sinks. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. The restaurant was delicious. I forget the name but it was very good and reasonable priced. The sports bar had really good drinks at reasonable prices.

The casino was ok. Didn't have a lot of newer slots and the slot machines we played were not paying off at all. But we still had fun.

The coffee bar was closed too early. We were looking for coffee in the evening and it was closed
