Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Here you are paying for the location and amazing seaview from the large balcony. The apartment was overall clean on arrival, plenty of clean towels and spare bedding in the wardrobes. I especially appreciated the welcome water, coffee and cakes. There were a good amount of dishes, cutlery and pans. The bonus were a proper tin opener and vegetable peeler which are usually missing in Spanish accommodation. Good pressure shower and good seating on the balcony too. Very comfortable bed. I would possibly stay again as a solo/couple for a few nights given the good price for this area on the beachfront.
As others have mentioned, the apartment needs a full refurbishment. The communal corridors and lifts are not pleasant at all, but these are outside of the control of the apartment owner. Many of the dishes were not cleaned properly by past guests and need a deep clean. I used the same few dishes and washed them before use. I wanted to use the kettle in the cupboard, but the cable was damaged and so unsafe and inside was full of flaky limescale, thus needs replacing. I boiled water on the stove in a pan instead. There was intermittent sewage smell and loud construction work upstairs which was not very relaxing during siesta! Finally, the cleaner showed up before check out time which was off putting and made me rush to get out. She was very pleasant, however not a welcome disturbance.

Pour avoir fait dautres appartement du stella maris plusieures fois dont un pour le reste de la semaine je lai trouve tres tres sale des coùlures sur le sol salle de bain sale aussi literie plus que inconfortable pour une chambre a ce prix cest inadmissible dommage

Взагалі відсутність вай фаю, навіть мережі не було. Не сподобався душ, він не закривається повністю, маленький умивальник. Також варто зауважити, що було дуже неочікувано, що коли вперше забираєш ключі від номеру, потрібно їм казати номер картки, cvv код, щоб вони заблокували 200€ на картці!

La zona el dpto era acogedor,tenías el supermercado cerca,el parque de juegos de niños también. Incluso nos dejaron salir después de la hora del check aut ya que estábamos con el niño

Olía mal al entrar ,el baño muy antiguo y con remiendos ,la limpieza regular ,pusimos las toallas para que las cambiaran el primer día se las llevaron y no las repusieron en los 3 dias restantes teniendo que ir a recepción para pedirlas ,el papel higiénico no lo repusieron teniendo que ir a comprar, soy cliente de muchos años y van cada vez a peor,si no es por su ubicacion no volvería, es mas el año próximo intentare buscar otro cerca de ahí

Que cuando te hacen el servicio de habitaciones practicamente solo te estira las sábanas y poco más y casi ni barrer ni nada y que al entrar las camas y el suelo estaba todo lleno de arena de la playa y las sabanas de la cama algunas que otras manchas un tanto "raras"

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The location and view were stunning. The balcony was huge. The beds were comfortable. There was a washing machine and duvets available. Some beach items such as a trolley, chairs and umbrellas were available. There was a gym, supermarket, bar and pool attached to the property.
The lifts were old, noisy and quite busy at times. It’s quite easy to get locked on the balcony if the patio door shuts behind you. The glass coffee table was too big for the room.

Al entrar al apartamento nos lo encontramos sin hacer. Las camas con la ropa del anterior inquilino tiradas en la cama. En el cuarto de baño las toallas mojadas utilizadas tiradas en el suelo, tabaco en el váter y todo sin limpiar de arena. La cuna parque ya que viajo con un bebe, estaba partida por un lado y sin colchón. El sofá cama estaba quemada la tapicería. Me pongo en contacto con la propietaria y me indica que fue un error que pasaría al día siguiente una chica a dejar sábanas limpias y que nos devolvería el importe de la primera noche. Dormimos sin sabanas y limpie el piso yo ya que estaba con mis padres y mi hijo. La trona para comer estaba asquerosa y negra de tenerla en el balcón y una puerta de cristal de la placa ducha estaba quitada y puesta detrás de un baúl que tiene el en balcón. No tengo devolución de la primera noche y no contesta a mis mensajes. Me parece despreciable aprovecharse así de la gente. Al hotel no le puedes reclamar nada ya que es un particular que no está en España quien lo alquila. Si tenéis algún problema, sabéis que poca respuesta vais a recibir. En pleno agosto y ya en Fuengirola, no encontraba otro apartamento a un precio aceptable para poder irme ya después de haber pagado este, si no, no me hubiera quedado allí.

Tenían un problema en el balcón y los dos primeros días estaban los albañiles y no tuvimos intimidad y tranquilidad los dos primeros días . Poco espacio para guardar la ropa de las maletas ya que estaban ocupado uno de los armarios con mantas, plancha de ropa , aspiradora. La fregona estaba muy guarra , no pudimos a penas fregar el suelo , por lo asquerosa que estaba. Hormigas continúa en la cocina .

Betalen voor kluisje van € 2,50 per nacht terwijl we € 175 per nacht betaald hebben, had er voor die prijs wel bij gemogen. Hadden te maken met baldadige jeugd, dit aangegeven bij receptie. Kregen te horen dat er geen beveiliging was bij zwembad.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Pues una vez ubicado en el apartamento, nos llamaron de recepcion al rato de estar en el apartamento para cambiarnos de planta, mi sorpresa fue que pregunto por que y me dicen en recepcion que nuestro apartamento ya lo habia reservado otro cliente, entonces le conteste que ni hablar y me opuse a cambiar sobre todo por tener todo el equipaje deshecho y ubicado en los armarios, pero lo que me mas me sorprende y me molesto fue que otros clientes puedieran tener reservado el apartamento y yo que llevo asistiendo a este Hotel 10 años e intentado siempre reservarlo con tiempo el mismo apartamento y nos lo han negado contestandonos el Hotel que solo por orden de llegada, o ¿es que hay clientes favoritos?, pues si se puede reservar apartamento que me indiquen en la reserva como hacerlo ya que siempre reservo con bastante tiempo y casi siempre la misma fecha.La verdad que es la primera vez que nos ocurre y todavia me siento confuso.
