So many details that are missing in this hotel- it is definitely not 5 star and not even good 4 star. From plastic prosecco glasses on arrival(with lipstick stain), to poor breakfasts, where we had to look for someone to ask for coffee, this place needs a lot of work. The private beach area is lovely, but you have to get a beach buggy down to it (across a main road) and when we requested one to go back up, we waited so long, we made our own way back up to the hotel. So many other things just not good. On departure, we weren't even asked if we enjoyed our stay. This hotel needs work and staff could try to look a little happier!

Ein wundervolles Hotel in bester Lage. Die Ausstattung ist entsprechend und der Service hervorragend. Das Frühstück war super, das Abendessen in der Pizzeria lecker. Der Garten mit dem darin angepassten Pool perfekt.

Eine Kleinigkeit, der Beach Club am Strand ist wirklich schön gedacht und entsprechend ausgestattet. Jedoch gibt es keinen Sonnenschutz. Mn kann zwar Gazebos buchen, aber das finde ich für ein Hotel dieser Klasse unangemessen. An Schuhe für das Meer sollte man denken, da es sehr steinig ist.

Pt personal, nu faceau o mișcare in plus , adică dacă vroiam la mic dejun afara ( erau doar mese de 2 ) și ceream încă un scaun la masă sau să lipească o altă masă ( eram 3 adulti) , 10 minute asteptam ca sa vina raspunsul NU… asta in primele 2 zile . Dacă era la soare și era loc la umbra, era dezastru dacă muta puțin masa. Seară de seară am luat cina acolo ( 3 persoane ) , în ultima seară ne dau o masă de 2 persoane știind ca noi suntem 3 in suita plătită dublu . A fost catastrofa și asta pt unii dintre ospătari ( șefi ) ziceau ca asa am rezervat . În final mi-au făcut după 15 minute masa de 3 persoane dar greu … având cel puțin 20 mese libere . Am primit apoi băutură de la bar din partea casei dar nervii deja erau întinși . Păcat ca în rest totul e perfect dar cred ca nu vor nici bani și nici munca prea multă . Sunt mai leneși ca cel mai leneș roman .

Mangiare a bordo piscina non ha prezzo. Struttura molto pulita, camera spaziosa. Quasi tutto il personale all'interno del resort sorridente e disponibile (no Mama beach) Piscina molto bella e posto incantevole .

Poco varietà del menù al ristorante, maitre discutibile per molte cose. Poca puntualità nell'orario dell'apertura della piscina e degli ombrelloni. Posizione non comoda per il centro città che dista circa 30 minuti a piedi e il mama beach è situata negli scogli , mare poco fruibile. La pizzeria mama è stata chiusa due giorni senza che la struttura abbia proposto una alternativa valida di pari servizio , solo il solito ristorante che come scritto al punto 1 offre sempre le stesse cose , se ho voglia di una pizza non puoi propormi una pasta. Personale mama beach demotivato e poco professionale. Per la struttura:Anticipate l'orario delle colazioni , dovete verificare gli orari dei traghetti (siete in un isola) altrimenti gli ospiti non possono fare colazione nel giorno di check out , come successo a noi. Spa con acqua appena tiepida e con getti per la schiena poco potenti.

Sajnos a szállodában szerzett tapasztalataink nem feleltek meg az ötcsillagos kategóriával szembeni elvárásainknak. Az ágy rendkívül kényelmetlen volt, a matrac túl puha, ami miatt mindketten hátfájással ébredtünk. A légkondicionáló működése zavaróan hangos volt, ami jelentősen rontotta az éjszakai pihenés minőségét. A “tengerre néző szoba” megnevezést megtévesztőnek éreztük, mivel a tengerből csupán egy nagyon kis részlet volt látható az erkélyről. A reggeliző egy zárt, kevés természetes fénnyel rendelkező helyiség, amely nem nyújt kellemes környezetet a nap indításához. A szálloda belső kialakítása számunkra nem volt harmonikus vagy elegáns, inkább ízléstelen benyomást keltett, ami szintén nem tükrözte az ötcsillagos színvonalat. A szállodához tartozó beach, olyan sziklás , hogy komoly kihívás bemenni a tengerbe. Összességében úgy éreztük, hogy a szálloda szolgáltatásai, kényelme és hangulata jelentősen elmaradnak attól a színvonaltól, amelyet egy ötcsillagos szállodától elvárnánk.

Hangulat tetszett. A szoba stílusa és a szálloda minősége kiváló volt. A medence környéke a sziklákkal gyönyörű! A személyzet legtöbb része kiváló és segítőkész volt, a beengedő idősebb hölgy az étteremben vagy a felszolgáló úriember maximális kiszolgálást adott.

A reggelinél hiányzott az oliva bogyó és a gyümölcs saláta. Ezek egy ilyen szintű hotelben elvárhatók lennének. A félig tele reggelizőben leültünk egy 4-es asztalhoz 2-en és a felszolgáló hölgy olyan stílusban szólt ránk (úgy, hogy már 2 napja ott ültünk és addig senki sem szólt miatta..), amit egy közepes hotelben sem engedhetne meg magának. És azt, hogy a beachen 40 fokban tűző napon az ingyenesnek hirdetett napágyak mellé nem tesznek napernyőt, de még a saját vásárolt napernyőt sem engedik használni, felháborító és kisstílű egy ilyen hoteltől. Csak azért, hogy a fizetős ágyat igénybe vegyük...

Lo mejor aparte del hotel, la atención por parte de todos los empleados, Fabrizio, el responsable estaba pendiente de todo, dispuesto a realizar cualquier cambio con tal de mejorar nuestra comodidad l. Teníamos media pensión y aunque tiene tres platos de primer y otros de segundo, total facilidad para cambiarlos. No habíamos estado tan a gusto en un hotel desde hace mucho tiempo. Repetiremos

The property, location and service are all amazing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food at the restaurant is also outstanding.

The only negative aspect, which is a big one, is that the sunbeds at the beach come with no umbrella unless you pay 100€ daily for a gazebo. This is not acceptable for a luxury hotel already charging a premium rate for the rooms.

The staff made all the difference, and really helped to personalize our time there. The facilities are nice, especially for La Maddalena. I’m not super sure how it’s five stars and not four or 4+, but I’m not the one reading properties. Very much appreciated the entire team, being conscious of my dietary restrictions and assisting me voluntarily. That meant a lot.

Basically, there’s no service at the beach club. They will rent you the cabana for €100 a day, and if you order via the QR code, they will bring you food or drink, but that’s it. They never return to check on you, if you liked your food, to clear away your dishes that have been sitting from your two meals and drinks for the last five hours. Service was good, but it’s nothing like a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. For the location, excellent.

Top frisch zubereitetes Frühstück mit Früchte, Eier, verschiedene Brote und feinem Orangensaft. Auch div. Eiersorten wie Rührei, Omelette, etc. war vorhanden. Das Süsse hat auch nicht gefehlt ;-).

Das Müssli war nur mit Haferflocken. Dort könnte noch ein besseres Müssli mit Dinkel Crunchy aufgetischt werden.

Sehr großes, modernes und sauberes Zimmer Generell hat mir das Design des Hotels sehr gut gefallen Nettes, aufmerksames Personal Frühstück ist gut und unbedingt die neapolitanische Pizza im dazugehörigen Restaurant MAMA probieren, die war überragend lecker!

Das Hotel hat keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer, es gibt aber einen Buggyfahrer, der die Gäste runter und wieder hoch bringt. 100 Euro Tagesmiete für ein Daybed am Meer war uns einfach zu viel, wir sind dann lieber an einen anderen Strand gefahren und haben uns dort Liegen gemietet.

El club privado en la playa es muy aconsejable, además tienen camas gratuitas, lo que te da acceso a una playa privada sin pagar extra.

Struttura bella, pulita, silenziosa. Ottima colazione. In sala colazione tutto il personale era molto gentile.

Per essere un 5* le stanze erano piccoline. Il personale alla reception poco empatico. La TV delle stanze poteva accedere ad un numero limitato di canali e non erano smart TV. La spiaggia ti concedeva dei lettini che erano però in pieno sole senza alcun riparo. Diciamo che è un buon 4*.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war okay aber alles Industrie Ware, Pane, Cornetto usw. für italienische Verhältnisse sehr schlecht, bei jeder italienischen Raststätte besser, schade, ist es doch der einzige schwache Punkt

Arredo kitch con moquette e fiori finti. A/c in camera freddissimo impossibile da spegnere durante la nostra assenza. Non c'erano lenzuola solo piumone! Al beach club I lettini gratuiti ma ombra a pagamento a 70 euro al giorno quindi di fatto se uno vuole passare un'oretta al mare rischia l'insolazione o deve sborsare 70 euro. Inaccettabile. A colazione niente latte fresco.

És un bon hotel però no considero que sigui de 5 estrelles. Les habitacions bé, el spa també encara que no te gran cosa, el beach club és ideal i el noi que hi havia també.

La sala del esmorzar, petita i caotica. Passava un minut de l hora que finalitzava l horari d esmorzar i retiraven corrent tot el menjar, sorollosament i amb molta pressa. No dic que tinguessim malt tracte per part dels treballadors, això és tema de direcció, queda fatal tanta pressa, soroll i caos i tan poc marge després de l hora de tamcament, això no ens va agradar gens, detalls així fan que no et trobis en un hotel de luxe.

De ligging was wat ver van het centrum en de beach club viel wat tegen

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Hochzeitsreise Anfang Juni auf der kleinen traumhaften Insel La Maddalena. Ein schönes modernes Hotel, wunderbare Poolanlage in die felsige Landschaft eingebettet, ein gutes Frühstück und der Service war ausgezeichnet . Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, alles sehr ruhig und dezent gehalten und immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Gartenanlage war mit den weichen Liegen perfekt zum erholen und Ruhe finden. Es gibt einen privaten Strand ganz nah am Hotel, toller Aussicht und wunderbarer Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber etwas hellhörig. Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet und am Abend wurden sogar die Betten nochmals vorbereitet. Lage des Hotels ca. 2,5km vom Hafen entfernt (5min Taxi oder 25min zu Fuß am Meer entlang), SPA Bereich zwar klein, war aber sehr sauber, modern und ruhig. Die Pizzeria direkt am Hotel ist definitiv ein Empfehlung zum Abendessen. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Frühstücksraum war relativ laut und Terrasse schnell voll - einfach mehr Tische im Aussenbereich für das Frühstück verfügbar machen und auch den Bereich am Pool nutzen. Sonnenschirme sollten am Privatstrand auch verfügbar sein ohne unbedingt ein Daydream Betten mieten zu müssen. Die Snacks/kleine Speisen an der Poolbar könnten etwas umfangreicher bzw. preislich etwas günstiger gestalten sein.

Rust en comfort

Naast het hotel ligt aan de kust een bijbehorende beach club. Om enige schaduw te hebben moest je een plek huren wat 80 euro per dag kost. Lijkt mij onacceptabel en overbodig voor gasten.

schöne Zimmer, Hygiene und Sauberkeit top, schöner Pool und sehr individuell gestaltete Liegebereiche. Eine schön gestaltete Anlage. Ein besonderes Lob und Dank an das Concierge Team, das mit viel Mühe mein „Rücken/Matratzen Problem“ gelöst hat.

Die dargestellten Fotos sind „sehr gut“ fotografiert und erzeugen eine Erwartungshaltung, welche die Realität nicht erfüllt. Die suggerierte Meernähe sowie Terrasse mit Meerblick ist nicht/nur teilweise gegeben. Sunbeds am Strand werden mit 70 € pro Tag berechnet, was in einem fünf Sterne Haus eigentlich inklusive sein sollte. Ab 16:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr werden immerhin noch 50 € verlangt. Generell ist das Preisniveau sehr hoch (z.B. Aperol Spritz am Pool 16 €, an der Strandbar 18 €) Das Frühstücksangebot ist insgesamt reichhaltig, die Brot- und Obstauswahl übersichtlich. Ein Hotel Shuttle in den Ort wäre zu erwarten.

Das die Fotos mit der wahren Begebenheit nicht übereinstimmen, der Strand / Meer ist min. 8 min vom Hotel entfernt und eine Liege kostet pro Tag für Hotelgäste 100 Euro das ist eine Unverschämtheit !!

Die Preise an der Poolbar waren für mein Empfinden unverhältnismäßig teuer. Ich denke, wenn man angemessenere Preise verlangt, wäre mehr los. Das betrifft auch die Massagen.

Service in the restaurants and bars was slow. For a 5-star hotel I expected all the services included. Now at the beach area most of the sunbeds are not included and cost a lot!

Zimmer waren sauber und von der Größe ganz ok. Die Ausstattung war gut.

Extrakosten bei den Liegen am Strand, 70€ in der Nebensaison und 100€ in der Hauptsaison. Es gab wenige, kostenlose, separate Liegen ohne Schatten, was für uns nicht in Frage kam. Leider entspricht der Zimmerpreis nicht dem eines 5* Hotels. Waren enttäuscht. Sind dann jeden Tag an andere Strände gefahren.

Pictures on Insta (best hotels from Sardegna) are not matching. Furthermore 70 EUR per day for the sunbed is not fitting to the "beach". At breakfast you need to sit inside, as they do not provide all tables to be used, this is not understandable.

Kein 5 stern L hotel......max. 4* hotel. Frühstück eher mit einem 3* vergleichbar, das ist peinlich! .....in summe kein aha-Erlebnis! Leider. Nur der preis entspricht der angegebenen Kategorie.
