The spacious room, the cleanliness and the suitable bathroom

The hotel does not offer in-house breakfast, and it does not have a coffee maker which makes it very difficult for guests and makes one go out to have a coffee or eat

Le petit déjeuner était correct dans l’ensemble. Le jus d’orange fraîchement pressé était parfait. En revanche, le reste était assez classique et manquait un peu de spécialités grecques. Il aurait été appréciable de trouver, par exemple, de la feta pour accompagner les tomates, des olives, ainsi que de l’huile d’olive. La présence d’au moins une pâtisserie faite maison aurait également été un vrai plus. Les biscuits proposés étaient, quant à eux, essentiellement des produits industriels (cookies, Savane, etc.), ce qui est un peu dommage dans le cadre d’un petit déjeuner mettant en avant une expérience grecque. L’ensemble du personnel était vraiment au top ! Une équipe à l’écoute, disponible et particulièrement bienveillante. Un vrai plaisir !

J’aurais apprécié d’être informé(e) avant la réservation que les chambres de type « suite » ne se situent pas dans le bâtiment principal de l’hôtel, où se trouvent notamment la piscine et la salle de petit déjeuner, mais dans un autre bâtiment situé à quelques rues de là, à environ 200 à 300 mètres. Cette information aurait été importante à connaître au moment de la réservation.

We had a huge room for an overnight stay which was clean. A good breakfast at a sister hotel around the corner.

The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. We arrived late and did not have much chance to request a change.

Honestly , I didn’t like that there was no coffee machine in the room , and when I asked why , I was told “we don’t know why , but there is no coffee machine in all the hotel buildings “ , as a coffee person , I had to wait 15 mins (minimum) or half hour sometimes , for first coffee to come in the morning (even if it was free, only in the morning ,breakfast time is free, )but still , in my opinion , a coffee machine must exist in every hotel room , no guest should wait (morning or night ) a half hour , just to have a black coffee .

The suite is so big that can host 5 pax in reality . We are a family of five but had to rent 2 rooms instead . A/C is noisy

Πολύ καλό πρωινό. Όμορφο περιβάλλον.

Το νερό στο μπάνιο. Το ντουζ το ήθελα με περισσότερη πίεση να τρέχει το νερό.

Le petit déjeuner était correct. Jus d'orange pressé : parfait Le reste très classique. Il aurait manqué des spécialités grecs comme par exemple, de la feta pour accompagner les tomates, des olives, de l'huile d'olive. Au moins une pâtisserie faite maison. Les biscuits étaient industriels: cookies, savane,... Le personnel a l'écoute et très agréable.

J'aurais aimé savoir avant de réserver que les chambres "suite" ne se situent pas dans le bâtiment principal ( piscine et petit déjeuner) de l'hôtel mais a quelques rue de là ( environ 200 ou 300 métres).

La chambre mérite d'être rafraîchie, la numérotation des chambres par rapport à l'ascenseur est à refaire, rare chez les grecs mais ka personnel peu souriant

The hotel is at a very nice and quiet location, ideal for a peaceful stay in Athens. The staff is great, very attentive and kind, and always ready to help.

The facilities of the hotel are somewhat outdated, which unfortunately led to some inconveniences during the stay, as the plumbing in the room had several issues. The staff did help resolve the issues, but for a short stay of 3 days, it was a little disappointing.

קיבלנו חדר מלוכלך מאוד עם שערות על אסלה מברשת אסלה מלאה בלכלוך ,ריצפה מלוכלכת ,העבירו אתנו לסוויטה גדולה אבל חלונות לא אטומים לרעשים שברחוב ורעשים מהמסדרון

Άνετο δωμάτιο, ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο μπάνιο και μεγάλο!

Το σεντόνι είχε κάποιο έντομο, με τσίμπησε 3 φορές στο πόδι μου.. έχω εμφανίσει μεγάλο πρηξιμο μια ημέρα μετά Τα μαξιλάρια θέλουν σίγουρη αλλαγή!

The location was convenient for us

There were ants in the room and many small insect near the sofa. The reception were not clear on check in and there was confusion regarding whether we paid with our pre authorised card or a new card. Breakfast is terrible, very poorly managed and very overpriced for the poor choice they offer. The bed was far too hard and the pillow old and lumpy

Δεν έβγαζε καθαριότητα το δωματιο ένας μεγάλος χώρος ήταν ο οποίος όμως είχε κουρτίνες που φαινόταν βρόμικες χαλασμένες η τηλεόραση ήταν πολύ μικρή για το δωμάτιο φασαρία ακουγόταν απ’ έξω

We had one of the basement rooms which for the price was amazing. Everything was clean and in good working order. Cannot fault it. Was a short stroll to the heart of the kifissia precinct which we enjoyed tbh I liked the walk to and from lunch/dinner/shopping.

The bed was terrible. It was hard and you could feel the springs, we both suffered greatly with sore backs after only two nights.

Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, ευρύχωρο με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεσαι ,το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό κ τα παιδιά στην υποδοχή πολύ εξυπηρετικά..το εξωτερικό περιβάλλον με κήπο με δέντρα..η απόλυτη ηρεμία!

The room was spacious and had a very large bathroom. Breakfast was decent, although nothing particularly special. The location is beautiful, and the hotel looks very charming from the outside.

What I didn't like was the lack of windows and natural daylight in the room, which made it feel quite dark. There were also several signs that the hotel is showing its age, especially in the bathroom. For example, the toilet paper holder had been fixed with tape, which looked unprofessional. While the exterior of the hotel is lovely, the interior could definitely use some renovation and better maintenance.

Staff was great, very friendly. Rooms Were big.

The pool and breakfast are in a separate location 500m away from the house hotel in the palace hotel of the same name. That was inconvenient

τεράστια σουιτα με τεράστιο μπάνιο. Προσεκτικά επιλεγμένα amenities, fluffy στρώμα, κλινοσκεπάσματα που μύριζαν καθαριότητα. Οι κυρίες του housekeeping ευγενικές και διακριτικές. Πολύ καλό πρωινό χωρίς περιττά προιόντα, mega plus τα ολόφρεσκα φρούτα. Ευγενεστατο προσωπικο στην υποδοχή (κύριε Άρη ειστε καταπληκτικός) και θεσπεσιες γευσεις στο εστιατοριο/ room service. Εις το επανειδειν.

The location and the staff were amazing, Incredibly friendly and very professional.

I don’t think it was mentioned anywhere that the pool and the breakfast were more than 500 meters away around the corner and down the street. It made thing awkward. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable.

The rooms are huge, very clean and very well equipped.

Theoxenia used to be one of the most iconic and prestigious upscale 5* hotels of the 90s-2000. They still carry this grandeur of the old times but it has become more than obvious that a brave renovation is definitely needed. Yet, nothing is really shabby or torn apart, but it just doesn't have anymore, the feeling of "premium top"!....

Είναι σε εξαιρετικό σημείο, ήσυχο και ασφαλές!

Θα ήθελα περισσότερη καθαριότητα στο καναπέ του δωματίου!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο. Η πισίνα ωραία και η τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Κηφισιάς.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ κοντά στη reception με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει φασαρία και δεν ήταν άνετο να υπάρχει μόνιμα κάποιος έξω από την πόρτα σου. Επίσης η τιμή θα μπορούσε να ήταν χαμηλότερη ώστε η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής να είναι πιο δίκαιη.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία. Βρίσκεις εύκολα πάρκινγκ.

Τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο με αίσθηση πολυτελείας. Το πρωινό καλό χωρίς να είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερο. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό.

Room had essentially no windows. Must had been a storage room that was turned into a room. There was a smell of cigarette. Wifi was not activated in this basement room.

Zimmer sind groß angegeben, mit 50 m². Jedoch sind es keine 50 m², sondern nur 35-38 m².

In der ersten Nacht habe ich ein Zimmer (505) gegenüber der Rezeption erhalten Es war nicht möglich zu schlafen. Ich würde mehrfach bisschen um 3:00 Uhr nachts geweckt. Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer Keine kostenlose Flasche Wasser bei Anreise Das Frühstück findet im 500 Meter entfernten Hotel statt Die Betten waren nicht komfortabel Der Duschkopf war defekt im Zimmer 505 Inventar veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen Die Zimmer liegen direkt an der Straße, und auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man den Lärm In Summe eine vollkommene Enttäuschung

דירת מרתף מתוחזקת אבל יש בלאי חדר האוכל במלון אחר 5 דקות ברגל מהמלון. ארוחה טובה למחיר אבל אין מבחר גדול.

Παρόλο που το πρωινό διατίθεται στο παρακείμενο ξενοδοχείο, είναι πλήρες και με εξαιρετική ποιότητα. Τα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου είναι άνετα στο επίπεδο σουίτας. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία.

Ότι χρειάζεται να μετακινηθείς στο παρακείμενο ξενοδοχείο για να έχεις πρωινό. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι επιβλητικό και αρχιτεκτονικά ενδιαφέρον, παρόλα αυτά χρειάζεται μια μικρή ανανέωση και ανακαίνιση.

Establishment had an ongoing issue with the heating, AC was set on cold when outside was 10C... They brought me a radiator in the room but this not something a visitor of premium hotel should encounter

The hotel needs to have a renovation! it is way over Priced for what it is! The furniture is outdated and the room needs to be upgraded to todays standards! Also when i checked into the hotel they told me im not allowed to order take away food to my room. As it is prohibited! This is ridiculous! They oblige you to eat at there hotel. And spend your money there. If i knew this from the beginning i wouldnt have stayed there! They told me before booking that it is written on booking.com that im not allowed to order food from outside. I didnt see that anywhere written. Also the breakfast is nothing special either.

Ήταν το πιο ωραίο δωμάτιο ξενοδοχείου στο οποίο έχω μείνει!! Μεγάλο, πολυτελές, με όλες τις ανέσεις!! Το πρόγευμα άριστο από κάθε άποψη. Η τοποθεσία πολύ όμορφη. Πολύ ευχαρίστως θα έμενα εδώ ξανά και ξανά!!
