Las Marianas Hotel

O café da manhã é muito simples, mas condizente com outras pousadas na Argentina. A localização é muito boa, embora precise subir algumas ladeiras, mas nada demais para turistas acostumados a andar.

Banheiro um pouco escuro. Sistema de box de meia parede molha muito o chão.

El estacionamiento gratis. La presión del agua de la ducha. La calefacción ok. Atencion amable.

Que el techo del baño tenía hongos y se descascaraba sobre la ducha. Mucha humedad en el baño. Habitación muy pequeña. No había opción de alquiler de equipos de ski, ni ropa, ni alquiler de autos o traslados como decía en booking. Lo elegí x eso y no fue buena elección.

Próximo ao centro, mas tranquilo. Café da manhã bom no padrão de Bariloche. Funcionários atenciosos. Só o box do banheiro que deixou a desejar, muito pequeno.

Todo bien, quizás mencionar que el baño era algo pequeño, pero todo lo demás compensa tanto que lo omites

Muy lindo y acogedor hotel. El personal increíble. Las Marianas super lindas y con ganas de ayudar. El desayuno muy bien. Está en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso. Todas las instalaciones muy limpias.

Lindo hotel en general, limpio, calentitas las habitaciones (agosto) y cómoda la cama.

Solo agregaría un barral para la toalla en el baño y jabones (shampoo y enjuague había)

Ameiiiii a medialuna, é a MELHOR medialuna da Argentina. Boa demais! Já estou com saudades inclusive :D Localização excelente e quarto com conforto térmico. Os funcionários extremamente educados e atenciosos.

Preço um pouco caro para o tipo de comodidade e o banheiro é pequeno. Como choveu dois dias, a TV fez falta.

Bom custo benefício, muito próximo ao centro de Bariloche!

There was nothing I did not like about Las Marianas. Chosen on whim, we were delighted to find the location perfect for exploring downtown shops and restaurants. The incredible family staff was proud to share off the beaten trails to explore. The hostess’s art had as feeling we were staying in a museum. I can highly recommend Las Marianas.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Las Marianas. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Bathroom small but an excellent hot shower. Tasty, expansive breakfast with eggs cooked on order. The hotel is beautifully decorated with art by both Mariana's painting & sculptures. Hosts are warm, welcoming, and a wealth of information on activities in the area. Safe, onsite parking. We would happily return.

La casa es bonita y limpia y la gente es amable, pero es imposible dormir por el ruido que se oye en las habitaciones. Todo el mundo que llega y habla es como si estuviera en tu habitación. El desayuno está al lado de las habitaciones y se oye todo desde las 6 de la mañana.

Decoration and environment of the place, really nice and welcoming!

After hours, the entrace door is closed but you can ring the bell at any time that there will be someone opening the door for you. You can hear this bell upstairs close to rooms which is not very convenient. I would try to keep the noise downstairs only.

Nice hotel with tasteful decoration, very good breakfast, kind and helpful staff

Property was charming and quaint. The hotel is actually a B&B with great breakfast selection which I took advantage of every morning and I’m not a breakfast person. However I could not resist the homemade apple bread. The B&B is in an updated historic home of German architecture and adorned with original artwork by one of the owners. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Most of them spoke little English but with my ‘Spanglish’ we were able to make it work just fine. I really liked the location - several blocks from the center of town but very convenient once I got my bearings. My room was small and basic but comfortable. The bathroom was also very small. This was all fine with me because I was not there most of the time during the day. Not a lot of amenities other than the great breakfast - but I do not require a lot of amenities. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice comfortable place to sleep after a day out hiking and exploring the area and a nice breakfast to get the next day going again!

Boa experiência, porém, a propriedade deixa a desejar em alguns aspectos: Acesso em rua de ladeira, Espaço do café da manhã junto ao corredor de acesso aos quartos ocasionando incômodo nos quartos, Campainha de acesso causa incômodo no quarto quando acionada, Falta de sinalização aos hóspedes sobre a necessidade de guardar silencio, Descuido das arrumadeiras com a tranca das portas dos quartos

Very helpful and personal front desk, great breakfast, eggs to order. We were able to keep ski bags in the lobby, it was very convenient.

O chuveiro não suportava banhos quentes consecutivos . Orientaram a aguardar 30min entre os banhos . Achei isso muito desagradável por termos chegado cansados de viagem e com 2 crianças

Had to book last minute and the facility was great for what you pay for. Very kind staff. Large lounge and work area.

The Marianas, mom, daughter ( and grandmother and grandaughter also although i didnt meet them) are lovelyand were great with arranging transport and giving recommendations. Lots of pictures of mom and others Nordic skiing and the daughter enjoys it immensely also and can arrange a guide in the winter if one wants to find the best places...very tempting! Everybody in town knows them...

The property was in a convenient location and included free private parking which was great for us. The host were kind and helpful.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einem steilen Berg. Mit Koffern und zu Fuß ist dies sehr anstrengend. Die Zimmer verfügen über keine Klimaanlage und war daher etwas warm. Die Zimmer sind mit 2 Koffern etwas klein. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wifi does not work in the room. Had to go to the lobby or dining room to use wifi. Management should consider installing wifi booster so wifi works in the rooms. Walls are thin and noise can be heard easily. Loud talking guests can cause annoyance for other guests. May be management can post a sign to keep noise level down.

Close to bars and restaurants.

The doors are old, hard to close and they dont keep the noise out. The bathrooms are really old.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet area of town (out of centre - peaceful at night). Good breakfast. We loved oir stay.

We loved it here but it is good to be aware that it is about a 15 min walk from the centre. When you walk back, you go uphill. So, bear this in mind. Breakfast had few options (but it's great). And the walls seem thin so you can hear talking in corridors - didn't bother me at all, but it can annoy others.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were very informative about things to do in Bariloche. Also, they helped arrange a same-day laundry service, which really helped me out. The breakfast was very good.

Most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and the beds were comfortable.

OFF-STREET PARKING WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. The website specifically states that it is, and is free, but one night the front spaces were occupied, and the older male employee would not let us park in the driveway. We had to find a place on the street to park. Also the hotel was rather noisy during our stay, as you could here people in the common areas throughout the hotel and from the bar next door. Lastly, the splash divider in the shower is insufficient and results in water splashing all over the bathroom.

It was delightful to stay at Las Marianas. Every room is filled with beautiful art work, we learned, were created by the hostess and her daughter. From check-in to breakfast service to check-out, staff couldn't have been nicer. Breakfast included offered a wide selection. Room was comfortable and we highly recommend it. We would love to stay again.

The staff and owner were extremely helpful and accomodating. The location was awesome and I would definitely recommend to others traveling in the area.

It was a little noisy due to a beer garden or other buisness that is next door, but not an extreme issue. I am just an early riser and there was some noise when I was ready to go to bed.

The behavior of the owners. When we arrived to the hotel there was a change in the currency in Argentina. For every hotel we arrived at, they charged us 40% less in the price. The owner refused to do so. And when we made check out and all the luggage was in the car she came out and made obscene gestures at us. When my friend asked her why, her husband came and pushed my friend . We were two adult couples we are traveling all over the world . it's the first time we sow such behavior. Also the room was small and the bathroom was tiny. The breakfast was standard. It is difficult to climb on foot because of the slope.

Mariana was extremely helpful for booking cabs, giving suggestions for activities and directions. Very nice breakfast, delightful artwork done by the owners, comfortable common areas.

they charged me in US dollars when I reserved in pesos. I would not reserve this place for the amount they charged me. It was not the market price. In addition, they didn’t say that upfront, but they requested us to leave the car key with them during the night.

Really lovely homely hotel, quiet and calm and the owners were wonderful.
