Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The hotel is very close to the Innsbruck Central train station. Less than a 10 minute walk. It is also very close to the historic downtown area where you can find the building with the golden roof. The Spa area is very nice and the view is great from the Spa area. The huge picture windows in the suites on the 10th floor are magnificent.
The first room I checked into had a really bad smell to it. I smelled like sewage from the shower drain. I didn't realize it at first but after 15 minutes in the room I couldn't stand it anymore. I went to the front desk and they reassigned me to another room immediately. That room was great and did not have any issues as far as smell was concerned. I do not like the old style bathtubs that have a little glass door that doesn't even reach halfway across the tub. There was a leak at the bottom of the door that always caused water to flow out of the tub and under the toilet. There were no towel holders by the sink. Lots of space for towel holders, unfortunately none to be found. At 9:30pm there were no more fresh towels in the Spa/sauna area. This is a pretty cool and fancy hotel and I am just surprised by the lack of attention to detail. Would not have expected that. I pointed these issue out to the front desk staff when I check out. Let's see if this gets taken care of by the time I visit next.

The air conditioning was quite weak, and the water had an unpleasant smell. These are areas that could be improved.

Beim Doppelbett sind die 2 Matratzen oft verrutscht, da das Bett keinen äußeren Rahmen hatte zum fixieren der 2 Matratzen. Außerdem waren die Matratzen doch sehr weich, etwas härter wäre schöner gewesen zum schlafen.

Schallschutz zu den Gleisen war sehr schlecht. Frühstücksservice ( 23.00 € pro Person) sehr schlecht. Kein Abfallbehälter auf dem Tisch. Zusammen gestelltes Frühstück wurde als Abfall abgeräumt. Ich war gerade Kaffee holen ! Kein Bügeleisen, Papier ,Kugelschreiber und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Deckenleuchte defekt. Durchgesehene Matratzen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit 34 qm für € 400,00 die Nacht. War wirklich das Geld nicht wert. Da gibt es in innsbruck besseren Hotelservice für den halben Preis.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Die Aussicht auf der Bergseite aus der 11Etage des Zimmers, ein Traum. Die Bar in der 12 Etage, freundlich und ein Erlebnis. Stadtcentrum ganz in der Nähe, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Empfang und Service, sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück, ausreichend und vielfältig.
Da der Spa Bereich, direkt auf unsere Etage(11)war, hat man leider, durch das Ständige Tür-Knallen, vom rein und raus gehen, das Gefühl von ruhe im Zimmer nicht genießen können. Auch nachts! Auch früh morgens, vom Reinigungspersonal rücksichtslos, trotz Beschwerde. Das hat leider ein sehr großen bitteren Beigeschmack vom Aufenthalt bekommen! Die Sauberkeit und Reinigung, bei dem Preis, ist ausbaufähig. Bei der Abreise, hat man das sehr ernst genommen und wird sich dem annehmen.

The restaurant menu is way too small for a meal. It serves much more bar food than restaurant food. No lobby/waiting-area to hang out (usually by the reception), only the rooftop bar can serve this purpose.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Lage nahe am Bahnhof war für mich mit der Bahn ideal. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich konnte mein Gepäck vor dem Check-in schon einmal abstellen und die Zeit nutzen, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Mein Wunsch mit Bergblick wurde berücksichtigt und auch wenn man die sicher aus jedem Zimmer sehen kann, bekam ich extra ein Zimmer im 10. Stock. Von dort hatte ich ein wunderschönes Alpenpanorama vor mir. Zudem war das Zimmer echt groß und modern eingerichtet. Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Den Spa-Bereich habe ich nichts genutzt, da draußen 31°C waren und ich keinen Bedarf nach Sauna hatte, aber der wäre inkludiert gewesen. Die Lage ist auch ideal, um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Insgesamt hatte ich einen schönen Aufenthalt.
Unten hört man natürlich den Bahnhof, aber das machte mir gar nichts aus. Ich wollte ja ein Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe. Einige könnte das aber vielleicht stören.

Vi hade bokat och betalat för tre personer i ett dubbelrum men fick bara två uppsättningar handdukar och vi fick gå en extra sväng till receptionen och be om att få lakan, kudde och täcke till extrasängen. Det var lyhört. Med tanke på priset hade vi förväntat oss mer.

We came back when they were cleaning the room and our door was wide open and no one to be seen. Felt a bit insecure. Other than that all great though.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Everything was great except for the housekeeping service. The staff usually only made the beds without properly cleaning the room, and towels and tissues were not replaced regularly.

Reviewed Jun 6, 20261) Receptionists were so welcoming and really helpful. Always had a smile on their faces. 2) Parking facility was good even though it is bit hard to exit for swiping the exit card. Electric charging also works.
1. The breakfast was average and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel, especially considering the room rates being charged. 2. The restaurant staff were not particularly welcoming, which affected the overall dining experience. 3. The bed linens did not appear to be of the quality expected from a hotel of this category. 4. The pillows were not very comfortable and could be upgraded. 5. The telephone in the room was not functioning. 6. Shower caps were not provided by default and had to be requested. 7. An iron and ironing board were not available in the room. 8. No laundry bags were provided in the room. 9. Train noise during the night was quite noticeable and affected sleep quality. 10. Given the size and weight of the curtains, motorized/electric curtains would be a useful addition for guest convenience.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Es war wunderschön. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war traumhaft, die Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und man hat sich richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Restaurant im zwölften Stock war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis – das Abendessen zu genießen und dazu die tolle Aussicht. Der Wellnessbereich mit den Panoramafenstern war ein Traum.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Beautiful property in innsbruck. Location was excellent. And the view from the room was superb. Could see the mountains and lush greenery from the room. Front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was very good - excellent breakfast and many choices for dinner

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Zetrum, das Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage (ca. 20 Euro pro Tag) parken, Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer (8.Stock) hatte ein Panoramafenster mit einem tollen Blick über die Stadt und die Berge. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, in der Nähe gibt es alles um sich zu versorgen. Perfekter Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross mit einem bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Leider hat man die Bahnen vorbeifahren durch die Fensterverglasung gehört. Aber es war zum Aushalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

The noise from the trains kept meant we didn’t get much sleep. Ask for a room away from the station as the hotel itself is really lovely

Reviewed May 30, 2026Zimmer war offenbar länger nicht benutzt - Abwasserstränge habe durchgehend gerochen, keine Abdekcbrille auf nur Sitz auf Toilette, Steckdosen unter einer fest verschraubten Bank, sodass man sich auf den Boden legen muss um an den Stromanschluss zu kommen.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Good Location Near the center and shops. Top Floor restaurant view is amazing. Breakfast was good. A welcome drink on the restaurant was complementary we enjoyed it with the views.
Sounds every 5 min heard from the room which was annoying i think it was the water pump supply.

- volgens hun huisregels komt de schoonmaak langs tot 1330 uur, maar ze stoppen er veel eerder mee. Daardoor kwam ik s 'avonds 2x terug in een kamer die niet schoongemaakt was. - de schoonmaak vult niet alles goed aan. Zo was bij mij de shampoo, tissues en instant koffie op. Kreeg geen aanvullingen.
