Furano Hops Hotel

The hotel area is serene. I like that they have enough water pressure and sufficient hot water. Very much needed in winter.

I’m so glad to stay at this hotel. The view is very nice and the staff is also very efficient and we look forward to staying here again

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Bathroom is very spacious with separate area for shower and bath. The hotel is quiet and perfect for a good night sleep.

The property had appeared a bit deteriorated. But other than that, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and tranquil area and was close to tourist spots. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good.

렌터카 없이는 접근하기 힘들것 같다. 시설은 오래되었지만 깨끗하다. 언덕위에 있어 경치, 뷰가 좋다. 어느 영화에서 보던 장면이 떠오르는 호텔이다.

This hotel needs a renovation because it is showing wear. It is also vastly overpriced for being about a two star hotel.

Malheureusement, malgré des chambres dites non fumeur, le fumoir de l’étage dégage une odeur dans toutes les chambres. Le tapis est tellement usé qu’il est troué dans les chambres et le corridor. Ces deux aspects donnent un aspect repoussant à tout l’hôtel. Toutefois, la salle de bain est grande et propre et les lits aussi. Le personnel est courtois.

The lobby and facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness of the room really stood out. The room was spacious, allowing plenty of space to move around, which made for a very comfortable stay. I slept well, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you’re renting a car, I highly recommend this place! High season with a affordable price as well

古さを感じるが、部屋は広く掃除は行き届いている

お風呂が秀逸！ 風呂とトイレが分かれているだけでなく、浴室内には広い洗い場が設けられ いて快適でした。 室内の広さと調度はこのクラスでは普通だと思います。 食事は予約時に申し込まないと到着後には後づけできません。周辺には店が無いので食事の予約は必須です。

眺めの良いレストランの夕食は　冷製スープなどとても美味しく頂きました 部屋も大きな浴室でゆったり、ただ気になったのは かなり年季の入ったBedカバー そろそろ　交換したほうがよろしいのでは・・・

静かな高台に立地し、熟睡できました

　高台にある西洋風の素敵なホテル。 　希望通り高層階にしていただいた部屋は広くて､街並みや遠い山々､朝日が見渡せて気持ち良かった。 　部屋のカーペットや壁紙は､リフォームを要すると感じた。特にカーペットは､小さいものがいくつか敷いてあったが､つまずいて危険だと感じた。 　湯船､洗い場､トイレは独立しており､広く､リフォームされたのか､とても綺麗だった。 　夕食､朝食共に､宿泊費を勘案すれば､十分に満足できる内容でした。

Friendly staff, convenient location with lovely price

食事は朝も夜も普通に良かったです。 部屋は広くお風呂もきちんと体を洗うところがあり広くて良かったです。

少々造りが古い気がするが、問題はなかった。入り口のロビーが薄暗く、ものがたくさん置かれ雑然としていた。

今朝は気球がホテルの敷地から飛び立ちました。 ここから乗れるって、お得ですよね！

ホテル内が暗い感じでしたが、外の音などは全くなく静かでした。隣の部屋の音は少しします。部屋の椅子に自分のではない髪の毛が落ちていたのが気になりました。

コストパフォーマンスの点で特に朝食が良かった。

English below 開業以来手を入れていないようです。部屋は古く、床も椅子も写真のとおりです。床は何とか隠そうとはしてあります。また、部屋はとりあえず禁煙となっていましたが、廊下がタバコ臭い。エレベーター脇に喫煙室があり、それと以前からの床にしみ込んだ臭いを放置しているようです。もし階で禁煙・喫煙をわけているのなら、ホテル側の都合ではなく、客にフロアの選別を聞くべきではないでしょうか。ひとつ面白いことは、こうした欠点があるにもかかわらず、トイレだけ蓋が自動で開くタイプでした(!) 立地は丘の上なので遠くからも見え、それなりに見えます。もっと手を入れれば集客を望めるのかなと思います。 The corridor is filled with cigarette smell, and the room is worn as shown in the pics. It appears that they have done no renovation since its establishment. The hotel stands on a hill, and it looks nice from a distance. They simply have not kept up with its attractive location (20 min to Naka Furano, the heart of the flower gardens) nor have they provided a cleaner ambience. Interestingly, despite all these time-lagged managerial attitudes, the toilet comes with an automatic cover--as you enter the bathroom, it automatically opens (!).

部屋や浴室は非常に広いです。快適です。

nice view from the room, the room is huge -thanks for the nice service especially from the restaurant staffs -cannot excepted to have such delicious dinner (I chose western style) I will definitely come again:)

ゆっくり出来る静かなホテル。

すごく広い部屋で、仕事の際に利用させていただいてます。すごくありがたい値段で利用させてもらっているのですが、 ただアメニティの歯ブラシだけ変えてほしいです。 ちょっと小さすぎて良くないです。 他は十分な気がします。

Slightly further out from furano region, but hotel has parking facilities and room is nice and cozy. May need to drive 15-20km to reach furano city centre

　私は上富良野におばあちゃんの家があるので泊まってはいませんが食事だけさせてもらいました🍽 食事はフルコースで、蟹の茶碗蒸しや海鮮のちらし寿司など北海道らしい食べ物もありました。 特に美味しかったのは富良野牛🐄？のしゃぶしゃぶとデザートの苺のムース🍓は特に美味しかったです☺️☺️ また、トイレを使った際ラベンダーの香りがし、ラベンダーの飾りなどが置いていて可愛いかったです ロービーはゆったりとしていてとてもホーム感のあるホテルでした‼️ 少し山の上にあるので歩いて行くのは難しいかと… でも、十勝岳が天気の良い日は見れますよ〜 I think this hotel is good because you can eat Wonderful meal 😁😁 I ate Steamed crab teacup🦀,Seafood Chirashi Sushi and so on.... Particularly Furano's beef 🐄 Shabu-shabu, Strawberry mousse 🍓 is the best to taste!! Let’s go to kamifurano in Hokkaido !!

風呂は広いがすこし古さを感じる

富良野を旅行していて突然延泊するにあたって、こちらが良さそうだったのでそのまま予約して宿泊。 シーズンオフだからか、がらんとしていました。 その分静かでゆっくりできます。 部屋はとても広く、1人でしたがツインルームでベッドは大きくセミダブル。 坐り心地の良いソファーとテーブルあり。 お風呂は洗い場と浴槽が独立しているので、家のお風呂のようでくつろげる。 しかも温泉です。 最高でした。 周囲にはほとんど何もありませんので、食事などが不便です。

お部屋は広く、バス、トイレも広い。 全面禁煙なのが喫煙者にはツライ。 喫煙所は一応はありますが、室内の芳香剤が強すぎてタバコが美味しくない。。 朝食は非常jにシンプルでした。

決してクレームではないのですが、古いホテルでした。お食事も昭和っぽい感じです。 お部屋の掃除は行き届いていましたが、カーペットが擦り切れていたり、古くさいソファがあったり、ベッドの質もイマイチ。 繁忙期で、周辺ホテルの料金が高騰していたので泊まりましたが、リピートはないと思います。 安さ重視の方にはいいかもしれません。

The staff is very friendly but the hotel room is a bit old and worn out.

駅に近く便利です。部屋は広くゆったり過ごしました。

換気口？の所から常に水が流れている音が聞こえていて、気になって眠れない。景色は最高だが、窓が汚いので台無しに。ホテルも全体的に暗い感じがする。活気がない感じです。

飯店有點歷史了！不過服務還不錯！

정말 다른 숙소 보다 넓음 편에 속했습니다. 그리고 창문으로 보이는 밖 풍경 좋았습니다. 숙소 정문앞 꽃들도 많이 피어 있어서 좋았고요.

部屋のカーペットやイスがボロボロ、壁紙はツギハギ、風呂の天井やタイルの目地が黒ずんでいる。 ファミリーやカップルでの観光には適さないが、コスパは良い。

酒店是小型的，設施有點舊但房間寬闊和乾淨。酒店在山上，比較適合自駕遊。

가미후라노역에서 도보 약 20분거리에 위치하여 렌트카 이용시 권장할 숙소임. 다소 올드한 분위기이나 룸 컨디션은 깨끗한 편이고 조식은 괜찮지만 석식은 별로였음.

到達大堂按前檯鐘，要等上10 分鐘，大堂充滿著洗手間的氣味！明顯是人手不足，服務也一般; 房間空間大，浴室很寬闊，水力十分好！床鋪也大，睡枕高厚較難適應，床鋪清潔度一般！四周環境清優，窗外景觀不錯，十分舒服，酒店旁有露營住客！酒店提供一泊二食，食物簡單健康，！在郊野位置整體算不錯。

Hotel in a quiet location. It's near Farm Tomita (15 mins drive). Rooms are big and the staff are very friendly.

후라노 비에이 여행을 위해 2박을 했습니다. 낡은것은 알았지만 관리인력이 너무 부족하다고 생각됩니다. 에코플랜으로 침대시트를 갈지 않았는데ᆢ 침대시트 위의 겉이불은 계속 세탁않고 사용하는것으로 보입니다. 저랑 와이프랑 숙박중과 숙박후 뭔지 작은 벌레에 여러곳이 물렸는데ᆢ 아무리 생각해도 방에서 물린것으로 생각됩니다. 방이 넓은것 말고는 추천하고 싶지 않아요~~ 호텔은 좀 더 많은 인력을 사용해서 관리할 필요가 있다고 생각합니다

The type that we book from hotel.com was "Other". We thought it was a Japanese style room. For us, as long as it is a room, we are ok with that since we will get there late and will leave early in the morning. However, they offer us a tent outside of the hotel. The manager told us it was the mistake from hotel.com. So we had to book another hotel to stay in that late night. The manager told us that he would cancel our reservation and refund us. However, 2 weeks after our trip, we still don't get any refund. So we are not satisfy with the followup service from the hotel and very disappointed with hotel.com. They didn't help us to find another hotel with a room that night and kept us on hold for about an hour. And now, they don't even offer to refund us. This is the most disappointed hotel experience.

離富田農場近，這次遠眺遠處可看到薰衣草花海；適合自駕旅客，服務態度很好，附早晚餐。下次再到富良野 還會是首選。

Worst hotel I ever stay in Japan, everything are old and dirty, dust everywhere, staff unfriendly and Rigid rule. Really spoil my stay in Furano.

食事が、さいわくもう少し、事前に、説明があれば。

I booked a double room non smoking. When I arrived they told me they only had camp sites. They did not care that I didn't book a camp site and was left without a room. In the end they refunded half my money but I shouldn't have to pay anything for their mistake. The staff were rude and unconcerned about it.

out of our expectation. even not a dinner buffet, the food is simple but taste good. reception staff is very nice and keen to help.

비에이와 후라노 이동이 편리했습니다.

設備が古いところはありましたが、掃除は行き届いていました。スリッパは中敷きを変えるタイプのもので、これも古かったので、使い捨てタイプが良かったです。浴槽は広めで、体を洗う場所もあり、使いやすかったですし、リンスもありました。富良野の観光には便利な位置にありました。

場所柄、団体観光客メインかと思うし、それほど混雑するようなエリアでもないかもしれないが、その中でよく頑張られている感じがした。 設備は新しくはないが、清潔感もあった。 ただ、ロビーが狭く感じ、少しどんよりしている。売店を充実するなどして活気を見せてほしい。また、広い庭を何か活用してほしい。

合自駕由，房間大但裝修舊，早餐和吃+西式很好，晚餐很簡單碟頭飯，整體合格

食事などは、至って普通でしたが、設備は、清掃が行き届いていて、清潔感がありました。突筆すべきは、スタッフの方々の細かい心遣いです、部屋には、ウエルカムメッセージが、ありました。心和む一瞬でした。また、送迎をして頂いた、女性スタッフの方が行きはもちろんですが、帰りの送迎をお願いしたら、最寄りの駅まで、でしたか、天候が悪く富田ファームまでの移動を相談していると、富田ファームまで送って頂きました。本当にありがとう御座いました。いつかまた、伺わせていただきます。

I enjoyed my stay v much at Furano Hops hotel. The rooms and fittings were all new n sparkling clean. Toilet n bath was also clean n comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and scrumptious. My family ate our fill n were totally satisfied. The staff were all very friendly n helpful. Do come to this hotel! It is set on a hill n recommended to drive here.

附近似死城，洒店太殘舊不會再入住

Original room offered had clogged sink and old furniture. Insisted and received a better room rather than fixing sink. No eating or services within walking distance. Desk and dining staff friendly.

We had a wonderful stay here at this hotel. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful to provide us information around this area. Yummy and delicious breakfast for all of us. Room is very spacious and clean. The garden around this hotel can be improved to provide better view to guests.

This hotel is old but one which still functions fairly well. Check in was smooth and trouble-free. The staff was engaging and helpful. The room might be old style but it comes with a smartphone which one can use to surf the net. The room is also laid out in what you would expect your typical Western style hotel room to look like which is a good thing in that it is familiar to a lot of travellers. Travellers would be glad to know that the hotel bathroom is large and has a proper segregation between the bathing area (comprising a bath tub and shower area) and the sink section (which comes with a generous counter area). The hotel sits on a hill which gives it a commanding view of the surrounding Furano town...and of the majestic mountain ranges (still snow-capped at this time of the year)! There is a large imposing statue of Guanyin, the Goddess of Compassion which could be a new addition located near the hotel. Japanese breakfast was provided and held in a cosy 10-table room for our party of 12. I recommend this hotel for travellers to the wonderful town of Furano who want a fuss-free stay in a hotel with a truly unique offering of a view of the majestic mountain range located nearby.

We arrived by car on a quiet day for the hotel and parked right at the front door. Lobby and elevator had a faint smell of cigarettes, but not too bad. Room was great- great view on a sunny day, clean and spacious, working air cond. It had a quaint feel to it- same as the rest of the hotel. There was a handwritten welcome note, which was a nice touch. Bathroom was impressive and seems quite new, with all the amenities. We had a good, affordable dinner at their restaurant (they have pasta, wagyu beef, salmon, pork) and great conversation with their maitre de, who was so generous to us and friendly. Great stay!

in winter just a stop place for rest.

We got a great price on our room, and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious, quiet and comfortable it was. Very friendly staff, who offered free shuttle to Furano ski area. Location is a little removed, probably better to have a car if you stay here

We stayed here on a ski trip , mostly because we were having difficulty finding lodging in Furano closer to skiing. The place was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast included a mix of traditional Japanese & western options. The drive to Furano ski area was pretty straight forward - not a big deal staying there if you want to save some money.

The staff were very helpful. Very good bathroom and room was a good size. Japanese style breakfast was nice and shuttle to ski field was handy. Restaurant food however was of poor quality and limited. The hotel is well maintained but a little bit worn.

Very friendly and professional staff that goes out of their way to help you. Ski storage room on ground floor. FYI : if you get a room with breakfast included, it is Japanese style breakfast.

Spacious room with enough facilities for short stays. Decorations and beddings are not brand new but clean. Breakfast and dinners are ok. Easy check in and check out. Staff has great service mind.

The hotel has a very big area. No other place established very close to and very dark at night. Room is comfortable. Old fashioned furnished, but still comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend.

The furniture in the room is a bit old but clean. Stayed for 2 nights. Room is huge which is nice. Free parking. Had a meal at the restaurant and it was decent.

Near to attraction area but you need a car to travel.

Value for money was disappointing but the elder gentleman at the reception for check in was very friendly and helpful. Though limited English, he managed to help us with dinner reservations and recommended us a nice local pub. The room was spacious but overall the entire hotel needs a make over. Location was good but without a car, a bit difficult to reach. The Japanese breakfast was mediocre even for local standards.

Aircon didn’t work in my room, nobody told us until we were sweating at 11pm night time. They gave us a fan and promised to fix the aircon, but was not fixed for the next 3 days we stayed. I doubt the aircon was ever working for a long time.

The staffs were friendly but English was very limited. The air conditioner was broken during our stay, no one informed us during check in, we were sweating hard during the night and had to go downstairs at 11pm to enquirer about the air con, only then they gave us a fan to use in the room. the standard of this hotel is more of a motel, the beds were also very uncomfortable and the blanket was actually more of a motel style comforter (bed cover)

Very big room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is salmon set rice. No much ppl during my stay. Staffs are friendly. Nice view. Love Kamifurano!

located on a hillock, the view of the mountain with the Guanyin goddess statue stands out with different weather colours.. At the morning breakfast, the staff , a retired army guy, speaks good English and was helpful to call up our next hotel to confirm booking

Hotel front desk service was excellent. The 2 gentlemen were very helpful in suggesting food outlet and directional assistance. Location is very convenient.

Given room next to staircase and was noisy throughout the evening. We cannot rest well.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious and clean. The staff were very welcoming and exceptionally helpful, especially Mr Fukase. Breakfast was adequate.

Good for families with car .

Stopover on the way to Asahikawa. Quiet place. Free parking. However, had to drive out for dinner. Bed was a bit hard. Overall, no major complaints.

Hotel is only reachable by private transport, onsen style bathroom is one of the highlight of the room. Very quiet and nice view from the room
