The food was delicious and truly enjoyable. While the restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, the front desk service could be improved, as it did not meet the same standard.

Excellent rooms, Good restaurant & excellent Service by Sagar & Neha. Toilet & Bathroom are a bit cramped though in the Suite rooms. Otherwise it’s a well managed property. Would recommend.

Rooms are spacious but toilets are too small, don't even have basic clothe hanging rods. Food is good. Location and ambience is very good. Mr. Sagar, Neha and Kajal provided good service.

Had a wonderful stay at Raga on the Ganges. The property is beautifully located right by the river with breathtaking views of the Ganga and surrounding hills. The atmosphere is very peaceful and perfect if you want a relaxing break away from city noise

Great resort with great ambience,food and hospitality. There are lot of things to do in the resort like fun activites etc. The Ganga view is awesome. The evening ganga aarti is serene. Neha from the staff was really nice and helpful. Would recommend this place for a good vacation.

The stay was excellent, marked by outstanding hospitality throughout. Ms. Neha and Ms. Dhruvi from the dining area were extremely courteous and attentive. Their recommendations were well-informed, and all the dishes we tried were of exceptional quality. A special highlight was the morning trek conducted by Mr. Chinmay. It was a truly memorable experience, as he guided us to the banks of the Ganga, offering a serene and picturesque view that was both refreshing and rejuvenating

Fareena was a great yoga instructor. Did posture corrections.Loved everything about the property. Radhika at the spa gave world class services. Must go for atleast 2 days.

Serene views , hygienic rooms , friendly staff especially Dhruvi and Neha at the restaurant with great service , The yoga and meditation instructor was an excellent guide for the trek as well as the exercises. Lots of room to explore within nature and friendly staff all around . This place possesses natural beauty , filled with greenary , one cannot help but be at peace especially with the calm sounds of the crashing waves of the ganga right below .

Excellent hospitality food is good

The location is very beautiful, great views of the river, you can walk down to the bank as well, the restaurant is very good, try the chicken jhakhiya, it’s the a great local preparation. Both Dhruvi and Amit took great care of us, much appreciated. However it’s is located and takes time to teach from Rishikesh

Very beautiful location along with good services and amazing food. Neha and dhruvi are very supportive. Their hospitality is top notch. Also, Mr Jitendra in bar and cafe area prepares amazing drinks, is jolly and helpful person.

It was a great experience at Raga on the Ganges. Neha did a wonderful job at the restaurant Burans - making us feel at home for all our meals. The property is excellent with a lot of things to do.

We had an exceptional stay at Raga! A few highlights are called out below. But overall 10/10, I would highly recommend staying at Raga on the Ganges. My husband and I traveled here from Colorado USA for reference for foreign travelers. We are so happy we found this gem and would absolutely return Location is about an 45min-1hr outside of Rishikesh area. The short drive is convenient to access, but also nicely tucked away for a peaceful escape. The grounds are overlooking the Ganges and the morning trek is a great opportunity to walk along the banks of the river. The grounds were stunning! Even in the winter season, the flowers and foliage were absolutely lovely. I found myself continuously admiring the layout. The owners did an excellent job planning. The graded hillside gives cottages privacy while maintaining a glorious view. There are peaceful, meandering walkways that bring you to alcoves for yoga and meditation. Absolutely beautiful The room was very comfortable. The open floor plan opens to the stunning view outside. Perfect for a jet-lagged or travel-weary guest, if you’re too tired to leave the room you can still enjoy the beauty of the Ganges We had two visits to the spa, and what a luxurious treat. Extremely relaxing, excellent massages, at very reasonably prices. Spa staff was professional and made us feel very comfortable. Sauna after a massage is highly recommended The food was also very good! Everyday we had tasty choices with a large variety to choose from. There were also great pan-Asian options available. Both the dining hall (breakfast/dinner) and room service options were all delicious. Room service was efficient and convenient Finally, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. In particular, we enjoyed meeting Carpal, Manooj, and Dhruvi. Dhruvi was a smiling face that greeted us every morning and wished us well in the evening. I’m sad that I didn’t get more folks’ names, because the entire dining staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you for the excellent stay, Raga!

Beautiful property , very delicious food

Raga on the Ganges was an excellent choice. We stayed for 4 nights at rhe resort. It is located on the banks of .River Ganges. Location: it is 30kms from Rishikesh town so no chance of eating out. However it is in the most peaceful surroundings with great views on the river and mountains. Accommodation: it is a 4* property. The rooms were large with a seating area inside and outside the room. We enjoyed our morning tea outside whilst waiting for the sun to rise. Bathroom was huge with a walk in shower. Dining: The resort has one restaurant, a coffee shop and a bar. We did visit the bar once and there was a good choice of drinks and finger food. The dining restaurant was huge and overlooked the river. Choice of food was great and good quality. The staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to get some ginger tea made for us as we had a tiring day. Special mention goes to Dhruvi who was on her training programme. She was very professional and paid attention to our needs. Sagar and Amit also were great. SPA: A small Spa with good treatments and reasonable pricing. Staff: All the staff at theo resort were very helpful and well trained. Special mention goes to Tanuj who keep our refreshing drink. Ready when we returned from a long day's tour. He ferried us in the buggy to and from the restaurant- always with a big smile . Above all he filled is some bottles of oly water from the river. A big thank you. I would recommend the resort to those looking for a friendly, peaceful and clean hotel for their stay in Rishikesh.

Beautiful boutique property. Staff are very polite & curteous and nothing was too much. Rooms are comfortable but need a little updating. Food is very good, great choice of continental, Chinese & Indian food. The spa was good & the therapist are very proffessional. The views from the property are stunning and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back here. Thank you to all the staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Wonderful and peaceful stay! The views of the Ganges are drop dead gorgeous from the suite rooms. The food is amazing - especially the wonderful service by Gurupal and Neha in the F&B team. They are super polite and always smiling and kept us fed. Do try out the local Pahadi dishes they recommend. Overall had a restful stay for 4 days and cant wait to come back

It was an incredible stay at Raga. The staff is warm n hospitable. Along with the scenic beauty the resort also has good activities throughout the day for people. We are having the best vacation at Raga resort. They have lots of activities organized by hotel starting with morning treck, yoga, meditation, ganga aarti etc. the trek guy Himanshu was amazing. He took us all the way to the river and arranged chai for us there. Great experience and I highly recommend this resort.

Overall, the stay was very good. The staff was consistently courteous and helpful. The food was good, and the property is beautiful with an amazing view. We stayed in a standard cottage, which could benefit from an infrastructure upgrade. Apart from that, the stay was pleasant.

This resort is at a beautiful location along the Ganges with breathtaking views of the river with the mountains in the backdrop. 6 of us stayed in 3 cottages each of which had beautiful scenic views. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. During our stay for just one night - we indulged in various activities like meditation in early evening followed by high tea and then Aarti of the Ganges (really liked how personal it was), a short trek to the river Ganga (very accessible from the resort), Yoga, and spa services. We liked each activity and how well it was organized. The staff was very polite and friendly- special shout out to our guide Himanshu during the early morning Trek! The SPA rooms have beautiful views, and I really enjoyed the Ayurvedic full body massage there. A must do when you are here. Food at the Restaurant Buran's was definitely above average and was liked immensely by all family members young and old. It had a wide variety of choices available throughout the day. The staff at the restaurant was very helpful and service was prompt. I think the highlight of the resort is it's beautiful and serene location with great views from every part of it, the food and the amazing service from the most polite and friendly staff I have ever come across. Highly recommended for someone looking for a great serene experience in the scenic natural environment.

On the good part - location, property layout, rooms quality and entire upkeep is very good and photo worthy. 5 stars for it! Room amenities are incomplete. Shower cubicle is not having any shelf. Hand towels not present. Dining experience is average. Despite peak season and high occupancy, there were less options in breakfast and high tea. Taste and quality was sub-par. Mandatory gala dinner wasn't ready on time as promised (Christmas). Kitchenware, utensils and sections for veg and non-veg food need to be separate. Although, Ms. Neha at the restaurant was courteous towards us.

Great location and atmosphere. Big, clean and spacious rooms. Feels like a place where you can unwind and reconnect with yourself and nature. Best part of the place is the friendly and lovely staff. They are always around to offer help and services but very discreet and not intrusive. We tried different things like trek, spa and yoga. Had a very relaxing time there.

Amazing stay with friends for 3 days, location is perfect no light pollution at night, feels very secluded and elite. Food is the best part, BF buffet is top class with loads of options, hitea is also great perfect for snacking then comes the dinner and they have blown us with great tasting food and blinkit level service. Rooms are spacious with beautiful bathrooms and modern amenities. Hot shower is divine and helps you relax. Cleanliness is top notch, we did bon fire one night which was super fun. Private area was provided to us which is super good. Totally worth the price and if they have any chain anywhere i would surely like to stay at other properties.
