La qualité de l'accueil et le professionnalisme de notre hôte Nous avons été surclassés dans un hôtel 4* suite à un problème technique et tout s'est très bien passé, tant au niveau de la fluidité des échanges,que dans l'efficacité.

Tout était parfait

ottima posizione in riva al mare, ottimi servizi tra cui buffet per la mezza pensione con cibo buono e prodotti tipici. Personale gentile e cortese. Clienti che da un anno all'altro si ripresentano, quindi nel complesso una buona sistemazione.

Bagno davvero da sistemare, tenda della doccia ammuffita, lavandino senza saliscendi e con scarico annerito. Una struttura economica perchè ferma di fatto agli anni 80/90, meriterebbe una sistemata generale, in particolar modo i bagni.

Abbiamo fatto 12 giorni in questo hotel le prime due settimane di settembre. La struttura è molto accogliente ed organizzata. È appena fuori dalla A90 quindi è veloce arrivarci. La camera è confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario ( Piccolo appunto preferibile mettere un porta doccino in alto così ci si lava più comodamente) In generale è bella soprattutto la Terrazza comodissima e splendida. Cibo sia colazione che cena buoni con vari prodotti locali e tanta scelta. In generale ci siamo trovati molto bene e non abbiamo riscontrato nulla di problematico. Il personale sempre gentilissimo ogni giorno col sorriso e sempre pronti a consigliarti e aiutarti per gite e posti da vedere o anche solo per fare due chiacchiere. Spiaggia davanti all'hotel per 8€ due lettini e un ombrellone l'intera giornata. Bar e taverna per prodotti tipici a pranzo buonissimi. Se volete degli ombrelloni da portarvi in giro nelle vostre gite chiedete alle cameriere ai piani o in reception tanti turisti li lasciano dopo averli comprati e ne hanno tanti da dare. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Lo consiglio.

Sono solo consigli non critiche. Non è un posto di lusso però credo che andrebbe data una svecchiata generale alla struttura fra mobili, bagni e pareti. Per cena dare più scelta di frutta e dolci e variare più spesso.

Outdated facilities We had a problem with the toilet. We reported it to reception on the morning… but when we returned at 10 pm, the problem still hadn’t been resolved… we had to go and complain and insist, otherwise they would only have offered to send a technician the following morning… After requesting compensation, a technician came and fixed the toilet in two minutes… a shame for the hotel, which is needlessly losing marks…

L'ubicació, el personal molt amable

El Hotel és antic, no fan el llit deixen el llançol de sobre per tapar-te a sobre el llit. Les tovalloles no les canvien tots el dies. I la televisió només hi ha canals grecs.

Il cibo. Ripetitivo, arci speziato e pasta e riso sempre stracotti.

L'hotel in riva al mare offre camere di buone dimensioni, con vista spiaggia, bagno privato, climatizzazione. È inclusa nel prezzo la mezza pensione per cui ci sono cena e colazione a buffet, ricche e abbastanza buone. Si può mangiare sui tavolini fronte mare e attorno alla piscina. Comodo parcheggio esterno.

Nulla di cui possa lamentarmi

Clean and spacious room, great sea view. Dinner was delicious. Beach in 10 steps. Really polite and friendly staff.

It would be better to have a bit more variety for breakfast.

Multă verdeață,plaja frumoasă,dar șezlong cu plată deși eram cazați,dezavantaj. Am preferat plaja la piscină și plimbare pe plaja frumoasă.

Cazarea separat de micul dejun, departe. Avantaj, liniște si piscina aproape.

La gentillesse du personnel, le service restauration en buffet, la terrasse pour manger avec vue sur la mer : les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques ! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec coffre, frigo, balcon et climatisation sans frais supplémentaires. N'oublions pas la propreté : le ménage est fait tous les jours. La piscine ( très propre aussi ) et l'accès à la plage privée en descendant quelques marches. Il y a même un snack bar juste au dessous sur la plage. Notre vol pour l'aller nous a fait arriver vers minuit : 2 assiettes de repas nous attendaient au réfrigérateur avec bouteille d'eau. Notre vol de retour était à 22h15 : On nous a laissé profiter de la plage privée et de la piscine ainsi que de l'espace toilettes et douche pour se changer. Nous avons beaucoup visité toute la semaine ( Loutro, Balos, Plakias, Matala etc : Un parasol nous a été prêté à chaque fois)

Le top serait des transats autour de la piscine, une fermeture de piscine après 19h, et du gel douche et shampooing dans la salle de bains mais c'est du détail.

L'emplacement

Le petit déjeuner très moyen et répétitif omelette tous les jours.....pas de fruit frais pas de transat a la piscine donc obligation de se poser en bord de mer 8 euros les transats quotidiennement .propreté qui laisse à désirer .consignes bagages payantes, peser les valises payant.....

Nous apprécions l'hôtel depuis maintenant plusieurs années et y retournons chaque fois avec plaisir. L'hôtel est très agréable, avec beaucoup de fleurs et des petits espaces verts très agréables devant les chambres côté jardin. Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable avec une belle salle de bain ainsi qu' une terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la piscine.Le ménage est fait quotidiennement et la dame qui s'en charge est vraiment très efficace. La plage est très agréable et bien équipée ( transats et parasols, restaurant, douche) Tout est propre ( nettoyage quotidien ) et bien entretenu . La piscine également est bien entretenue. Les repas et petits déjeuners ( le café est très bon ) peuvent se prendre sur la terrasse avec vue sur mer ou à l'intérieur si la chaleur est trop forte. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel ainsi que le choix des plats proposés. Cette année, nous avons aimé les glaces proposées plus souvent que l'an dernier ,les spécialités grecques et les frites vraiment très bonnes 😊

Peut-être une chaîne télévisée française en plus ( tv5 monde uniquement pour l'instant) mais c'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose

L'esterno dell'hotel è molto bello con la piscina, il mare di fronte, i giardinetti. Le camere hanno delle zanzariere e il condizionatore. Il personale molto accogliente. Il posto è a 15 minuti dalla città di Retimo molto carina da visitare.

La vista parziale mare é solo sporgendosi dal balcone. L'interno della camera era da rifare, bagno datato, camera grande ma poco accogliente. Abbiamo preso l'opzione mezza pensione, poca varietà e alcune pietanze finiscono a 5 minuti dall'apertura del buffet senza essere rifornite.

Struttura vecchia, da ristrutturare. Sapevamo che per quello che avevamo pagato non potevamo pretendere cibo di qualità ai pasti, ma quello che non va bene è che invece le foto su booking erano fuorvianti e non è corretto.

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse irréprochable. La vue sur la mer avec accès direct à la plage. Deux piscines accessibles si on ne veut pas payer les transats.

le buffet. L'hôtel est proche de la mer mais loin des activités.

Beautifully right on the beach. Meals, breakfast and dinner, were very good. The upgraded room through booking.com was wonderful. A little supermarket within walking distance and a few local felines to say hi to.

The bed. Too firm for me.

Most of the staff were very friendly, the gardens were beautiful and the location was convenient, with shops, restaurants and a bus stop nearby. The half-board food was quite good, especially breakfast, and we appreciated the late-night meal left for us after our late arrival.

Our room was in a separate, rather tired annex reached partly along a road without a proper pavement. The room itself needed maintenance and deep cleaning, with heavily stained mattresses and worn fittings, and our advertised “side sea view” consisted mainly of vegetation and an empty plot — when I mentioned this, reception explained that we had not booked a “full sea view”, so the sea did not actually need to be visible.

El gerente, muy borde y parecía que no trataba bien al equipo, en el desayuno o cena ponen siempre lo mismo no hay variedad, el baño olía los desagües y no tenía para tapar los desagües y los mosquitos estaban muertos en las propias paredes.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι πολύ καλή και βολική για την εξερεύνηση της περιοχής. Επίσης, το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει.

Δυστυχώς, η συνολική εικόνα του δωματίου θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί. Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν στο επίπεδο που θα περιμέναμε, οι κουρτίνες ήταν φθαρμένες και σκισμένες, ενώ το μπάνιο έδειχνε αρκετά παλιό και χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Το στρώμα δεν ήταν άνετο και υπήρχε μόνο ένα μαξιλάρι, το οποίο ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση. Τέλος, το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά βασικό και θα μπορούσε να προσφέρει μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία.

Были в отеле в июле 2026 года,еда была очень однообразной, интернета в первый день не было в номере совсем,плюс вечером интернет работал в номере плохо. Ранний завтрак был странным,только сухой хлеб и джем. В ванной комнате была ванная,которой было сложно пользоваться,так как вода с ванной все время просто вытекала. Отель средний, но питание сильно расстроило.

- The pool from the second building is clean and enjoyable. Hotel is located in the front of the beach and sunbeds are free. - Garden from the second building is pretty. - Air conditioning rooms - Drinks such as syroop juice, water and coffee are included in the breakfast.

- In general, food was not great. We only booked half-pension but we ended up looking for restaurants in the area because dinner look dangerously to eat. If you look for mediterranean food experience and you actually mind what you eat, this is not your place. - Bedrooms were tidy but not clean. As someone who has worked in 3 and 4 stars hotels, I identified several dirty spots: Bedsheets covered in bloodspots, bathroom floor with mold, a shower curtain highly unsanitary,, etc. It seems that cleaning is understaffed, in my whole stay I only saw one cleaning lady for the whole building, who was very attentive and help us with our needs, she did a great job even with the time and tools she had. - Sheets are only changed twice per week. If you want your room to be clean you have to pay extra. - Installations were old and rooms were not pleasently decorated. In general, installations are not cared properly and need extra attention in cleaning and reparations. - We also asked for a room with views to the sea but it mainly had views to the construction area next to the building... - No actual parking. You have to park on the street. - Not actually cheap. If this is not your only option, please find well. Creta is full of beautiful hotels and unfortunaly this one is not one of them. I really hope to see Dedalos change in the future because the place has potential!

Podobał mi się widok na morze z okien i tarasu. Bardzo miła obsługa w hotelu. Posiłki spełniły nasze oczekiwania. Przed hotelem bezpłatny parking na którym w tym czasie gdy byliśmy bez problemu mogliśmy zostawić samochód. Do pobliskich nadmorskich miejscowości można dość łatwo dostać się komunikacją publiczną, bo już dużo trudniej znaleźć dogodne miejsca parkingowe.

Nie podobała mi się pogoda. Nad polskim morzem było prawie 10 stopni Celsjusza cieplej. Przy hotelu przyjemna plaża, ale w czasie naszego pobytu fala była na tyle duża, że zrezygnowaliśmy z kąpieli. Na pewno następnym razem pogoda nie sprawi nam psikusa.

They were really nice and kind at the hotel and tried to help with everything that I asked. The price was good and the cocktails were awesome at the hotel bar.

Lots of mosqitoes were in the room and the breakfast could contain more meat and egg. Ham, bacon, sausage, scrambled egg etc.

Tengerparti hotel, tényleg 30m a tengerpart. A szobánk a medence és az étterem mellett volt. Kis gyerekekkel ez nagyon jó megoldás. Egy jó választékkal rendelkező szupermarket kb.200 m. A személyzet kedves, mosolygós. A tisztaság megfelelő, napi takarítás. A kilátás nagyon szép az étterem teraszáról, különösen a naplemente. A hotelnek van egy melléképülete kissé távolabb, azt nem tudom milyen, csak kívülről láttuk. Azért örültünk, hogy a főépületben lehettünk.

A reggeli és a vacsora választék nem volt túl nagy, de erre sem mondanám, hogy nem tetszett, hiszen mindig találtunk olyat ami jó volt. Inkább azt mondanám görögös ételekre számítson mindenki és az vagy bejön vagy nem. De ha nem, a bolognai az minden nap ott van. A tenger két nap nagyon hullámzott, így nem nagyon lehetett belemenni, de erről a hotel nem tehet. A hotel elég messze van mindentől, akik csak pihenni és fürödni akarnak, azoknak viszont jó.

the seaview room is perfect! other rooms facing the garden were also beautiful. they have a very accessible private beach just infront of their hotel with sunbeds if u opt to. big supermarkets, coffee shops, bus stops, travel & tours just around the corner.

O hotel fica em frente à uma boa praia de areia, com um restaurante bem em frente ao mar, com vistas deslumbrantes de por do sol. O sistema de meia pensão foi perfeito para aproveitar a ilha e descansar a noite. Quartos espaçosos, boas toalhas, vista do quarto maravilhosa. É um lugar aconchegante e simples, tem belas flores e jardim bem cuidado. Tem um mercado na esquina, que ajudou muito. Deste local podemos ir a Balos 2:30), Preveli (40min) e Heraklion (1h) na mesma estadia.

A propriedade é um pouco antiga, faltam alguns confortos modernos como mais tomadas e iluminação melhor. As refeições no jantar eram bem medianas, diferente da comida maravilhosa que vimos no resto da ilha, que mesmo simples é bem feita e saborosa. As espreguiçadeiras na praia custam 8EUR por dia, no início achei ruim, mas depois vi como foram usadas de forma consciente, sempre tinha disponibilidade, e as que estavam sendo usadas realmente tinham gente o tempo todo. Então acho que é um jeito ruim, mas resolve o problema de reservar com uma toalha e gerar indisponíbilidade, além com conflito entre os hóspedes, que são comuns nessa situação.

Camera non pulitissima, asciugamani e lenzuola spesso macchiati o bucati, escrementi di piccione sul terrazzo, pulito dopo 2 giorni. Pieno di zanzare nonostante la zanzariera. Puzza di scarico/fogna sia in bagno che sulla porta (appena fuori). Cena di livello basso.

Soltanto la posizione vicino a Retimo. Situata nella località di Sfacaki sul mare e accanto alla Statale a scorrimento veloce dove puoi raggiungere tutte le località più turistiche di Creta.

Sono tornato in questo hotel perché nel 2025 ho trascorso una settimana di giugno e mi sono trovato benissimo. Nel 2026, al contrario, ho visto che la gestione è notevolmente peggiorata con il buffet della colazione e della cena che lasciava molto a desiderare in quanto a qualità e quantità. Soltanto la pulizia è rimasta ottima. Non mi hanno dato la stanza prenotata, ma ho dovuto accettare una stanza con vista pali della strada e rumorosissima perché davanti la tangenziale. L'ultima sera, prima di uscire, si è rotto un rubinetto mentre facevo la doccia e nonostante la pronta segnalazione non è stato riparato (tanto partivo il giorno dopo). Mi dispiace per la buona location, ma non tornerò mai più in questo hotel e lo sconsiglio vivamente agli amici che verranno per turismo nella bellissima Creta.

Die Lage direkt am Meer und die Terrasse überhalb mit Blick aufs Meer und den abendlichen Sonnenuntergang.

Das early breakfast war etwas spärlich. Kaffee, Tee, Säfte, Zwieback und Rührkuchen. Der Strand und die Straße zum Strand war ziemlich dreckig, Abfall lag überall rum. Ab und zu reinigen wäre schön.

Angenehmes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Hier kann man entspannen oder aber, mit einem Mietwagen, Kreta erkunden. Ideal für Ruhesuchende, kein Lärm, abseits vom Touristenrummel!

Bel hotel avec chambre vue sur mer magnifique, endroit calme.Le personnel très agreable et sympathique. Nous avons pris la 1/2 pension , repas sous forme de buffet simple mais varié (boisson à prevoir en +). Je recommande ++

Puikus vaizdas, prie pat jūros, maistas vidutiniškas, bet personalas labai malonus ir paslaugus, apačioje yra paplūdimio baras. Kambariai tvarkomi kas dieną. Visai šalia yra parduotuvė, kurioje galima rasti viską, ko reikia, ir keli restoranai. Puikus pasirinkimas keliaujant po salą.

A base do banho é muito pequena e a água espalha por todo o espaço. As cortinas do quarto escurecem pouco a luz solar, logo pelo nascer do dia o quarto está cheio de luz.

Outdoor lounge was the best thing . Eating dinner with Sunset was simply great experience . Also , the location is right in front of the beach .

Emplacement au top. Plage attenante à l'hôtel. Chambre confortable, bonne restauration et petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait pour un prix plus que raisonnable !

Juste la terrasse avec vue sur la mer

Établissement resté dans son jus depuis des années: Rideau de douche, veille baignoire,lit double avec 2 petits draps de 90 large dont un troué, matelas super dur (on sent les ressorts), serviette de bain effilochée et trouée(à passer en chiffon)... Pas de verre au dîner à part si l'on achète une boisson au bar (2.50€ la bouteille d'eau) même pas la fontaine à eau, jamais vu ça ... Aucune indication du contenu des plats, ressemble à rien ou bien on a la surprise en goûtant..et manquait de réappro. Hôtel de passage, pas pour une semaine comme nous. Trop d'inconfort..

La proximité de la plage.

Το ξενοδοχείο σε γενικές γραμμές είναι καλό.. Καθαρό... Θα ξεχωρίσω το χαμόγελο της ρεσεψιόν.. Και τον μάγειρα για το επαγγελματικό τους ενδιαφέρον.. καθώς και μια κυρία στο πρωινό... Με πολύ χαμόγελο όλοι τους και αγάπη για αυτό που κάνουν... Ωραία τοποθεσία... Πισίνα... Θάλασσα... Μπορείς να απολαύσεις το ποτό σου το φαγητό σου δίπλα στη θάλασσα...

Συνήθως δεν κάνω αρνητικές Κρητικές και μπορεί να αποδειχθεί μέσω του booking... Αλλά δεν μπορώ να μην σχολιάσω αρνητικά.... Ζητήσαμε να πάρουμε ένα μους σοκολάτα στο δωμάτιο μας από το δείπνο... Αλλά μας το απαγόρευσαν... Αλλά όταν είπα να πάρω λίγο αργότερα δύο ποτά στο δωμάτιο από το μπαρ κανένα πρόβλημα... Τα ποτά φυσικά αποτελούν έξτρα χρέωση.. Και στις δύο περιπτώσεις να έχετε υπόψιν σας οι αρμόδιοι του ξενοδοχείου ότι το χρήμα στις μέρες μας είναι πολύτιμο... Και όταν το δίνουμε οπουδήποτε οφείλουν οι πάντες να το σέβονται... Ευχαριστούμε πολύ...

Le personnel est très très gentil. C’est très propre. Jolie piscine, joli jardin fleuri. J’ai dû faire un changement de date à la toute dernière minute et ils ont été très accommodants! Buffet du soir très bon.

Les lits ne sont pas très confortables. Il faut payer pour avoir accès aux chaises sur la plage .

Locația și meniul diversificat.

Nous avons été séduite par l’accueil, la proximité de la mer, le calme (pas de bruits nuisibles dans la chambre), la proximité des bus pour Rethymnon.

Peu d’animation en soirée. Pas de proposition d’excursions à la journée.

Hier wurden wir sehr freundlich, in bestem Deutsch empfangen. Obwohl wir keinen Meerblick gebucht hatten, bekamen wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war schön groß und geräumig. In den Betten konnten wir trotz unserer orthopädischen Probleme sehr gut liegen, die Matratzen hatten eine gute Qualität. Zum Balkon waren Fliegengitter angebracht. Fast alles in diesem Hotel war für mich als Gehbehinderter barrierefrei zu erreichen. Auch das Bad war ausreichend groß, es hat alles gut funktioniert und sowohl das Bad als auch das Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Überhaupt hat man hier ständig Personal beim Reinigen gesehen. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Beim Frühstück kann man draußen auf einer Art Terrasse, mit Aussicht direkt auf den Strand und das Meer sitzen. Am Abend gibt es dort tolle Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer, das ist traumhaft. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und es gab, neben den üblichen Standards auch täglich wechselnde warme Speisen und Eier in verschiedenen Variationen. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Das Abendessen war durchschnittlich und hätte etwas mehr Würze vertragen können. Es gab mehrere Male Fisch, der war immer sehr gut. Auch das Bifteki und die Hähnchenschenkel waren gut. Sämtliches Personal war sehr freundlich, fleißig und aufmerksam. Zum Hotel gehört ein flacher und gepflegter Sandstrand. Die Liegen sind auch für Hotelgäste kostenpflichtig. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze an der Straße. Das Hotel hat insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir würden hier gerne jederzeit wieder buchen.

Beim warmen Abendbuffet gab es am Abend mehrere Male eine Art Gulasch, die ersten beiden Male haben wir es probiert danach nicht mehr, da das verwendete Fleisch keine gute Qualität hatte, obwohl das Gericht an sich geschmacklich gut war.

Am petrecut o mini vacanta foarte frumoasa si relaxanta in Creta la acest hotel din Sfakaki administrat de o familie, Eliza si mama ei, fiind foarte implicate in administrarea hotelului si buna organizare a acestuia. Pot spune ca este un hotel frumos, amplasat la malul marii. Am fost cazata in cladirea principala a hotelului, camera 123, o camera mare, cu balconul vedere spre mare si piscina, de unde am putut admira rasaritul si apusul soarelui. Fetele de la curatenie faceau ordine si schimbau prosoapele si lenjeria zilnic si erau foarte dragute si amabile. De asemenea, restaurantul era organizat, cu mesele oferite suficient de bogate (micul dejun si cina), eu personal pot spune ca a fost ok. Si personalul care se ocupa de restaurant era dragut si amabil, fiind permanent atenti la nevoile consumatorilor, sa nu lipseasca ceva din meniul oferit. Statia de autobuz este la 5 minute distanta fata de hotel si exista si un supermarket foarte aproape de hotel. Pentru mine a fost o vacanta relaxanta si m-am simtit excelent la acest hotel.

Nu am nici o recenzie negativa. Totul a fost minunat. Mie personal mi-a placut tot sejurul!

Удивило что пляж при отеле платный,я думала постояльцам отеля не нужно доплачивать за лежаки и зонтики

Le personnel était toujours disponible pour nous renseigner.

Les repas. Le plat principal était toujours froid. Pas de dessert et les entrées toujours pareilles, tomates, concombre etc... Du basic, en quelque sorte. Au petit déjeuner pas de grille pain.

Ціна якість на початок травня були цілком ок. Харчування не дуже різноманітне, але смачне. Прибирали добре, але все дуже застаріле, потребує оновлення. Матрац твердий. Вид з номеру прекрасний, готель побудований таким чином що майже всі номери мають вид на море

Номер просторий і комфортний, з балкону видно море та басейн. Комплімент шеф кухарю, все було дуже смачно.

Lage, Studio und Personal waren super.

Das Essen war leider zum Teil fast kalt.

food is good ,location is ok ,easy to get bus from there to Rythmeno and tours. beach is good. I have stayed previously 10 years ago.

Bit akward to get to airport to leave from there and taxis are expensive.

La vue mer lors des repas que l’on prend sur la terrasse

Odeurs d’égouts de façon continue dans l’hôtel et dans la chambre La salle de bain est sale (rideau de douche, baignoire, lavabo, WC, …) Invasion de fourmis dans les chambres (elles rentrent dans le frigo, dans nos valises, …) Vue jardin qui n’en est pas une : nous sommes plutôt en demi sous-sol, vue brousse puis route. Bruyant la nuit (rue assez passante) Le petit-déjeuner laisse à désirer (pas de fruits frais, du surgelés pour la plupart des choses j’imagine). Pas de transat pour s’installer autour de la piscine (résultat, nous n’y sommes même pas allés).
