Hotel Verde Cape Town Airport

Great location, fast shuttle, comfortable, spacious rooms, excellent restaurant

All went well Thank you! Shuttle service excellent! Good breakfast and beautiful garden.

Service, Dinner, Frühstück, Shuttle

Shuttle service available for transfer to airport terminal

But tired for the price paid

Excellent breakfast buffet, nice spacious room, good shower, very helpful staff, free airport shuttle

Nothing

Everything about the property from pickup to and from the airport, location, staff, services provided , comfort, food were fantastic could have easily stayed much longer

Could not fault anything about the property

Fijn restaurant, ontbijt is echt top.

The room was lovely. Amazing bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful.

The room was next to the air conditioning vents which was very noisy

shuttle from airport

location in industrial area

comfortable beds, best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, accommodating and helpful staff

Vriendelijkheid

Very close to the airport ideal for a late or early flight. Great breakfast and service will stay here again!

Sehr freundliches Personal und Hilfsbereit. Essen sehr gut und ebenso das Frühstück.

Hab nichts auszusetzen 👍

Clean, great staff

It was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service was good.

Price and what hotel is offering is not realistic. We expected more for this price. Staff was also not so hearthwarming and simpatic like other hotels where we stayed. Everything was somehow cold, strickt, unfriendly feelings. It is not so bad, but we will not recommend it.

Close to the airport, Shuttle service was so helpfully. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Beautiful hotel, more than expected for a hotel close to the airport.

Not that we used the pool , but it looked more like a pond than a pool.

Fijne kamer met goed ontbijt.

Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, Luggage Storage by Reception, Easy Checkin, Room was lovely, exceptional breakfast. Overall wonderful stay.

It was very clean and modern, very close to the airport.

Staff did not communicate well - on checking we were told the minibus only takes 5 -10 mins to get to the departures area at the airport. What we weren’t told was that it only runs every half an hour. We came down in good time for our arrival at departures but there was no mini bus. To be fair to them they did get to come back for us earlier than scheduled which we were grateful for.

The accessibility of the shuttle bus services and the early morning bfast helps to cater for those who are catching their morning flights. The spa was a perfect addition to soothe our tired muscles after a long flight. Love the heated massage beds and the masseuses were very attentive.

Close to airport

The AC was off and we had to request for it to be put on,even then the room was hot. Menu selection was not a variety. We had room service and food was cold, waited extra 30 minutes for ketchup and rice. Didn't have peri peri sauce in stock

Tutto confortevole, vicino all'aeroporto. Molto buone colazione e cena. Servizio navetta comodissimo.

Staff

All good

Staaf where great and restaurant food was excellent.

Pleasantly suprised and impressed with this airport hotel. We needed 7 rooms at last minute due to a late flight cancellation. The hotel and staff were helpful, excellent in fact, and the restaurant food was delicious. Both room rate and dinner were very good value. They even packed us breakfast boxes to take away as we had to leave at 4 am!! and the airport shuttle to and from was so helpful. Breakfast box was no extra cost, and tasty too. I also enjoyed a 90 minute massage in the spa to help de-stress. So it made a bad situation as good as it could possibly get!! Thanks guys. Alison from Australia.

Zero

The room was clean. The food was excellent

Everything was perfect

Very nice hotel. Will visit again

Restaurant staff

The complimentary airport shuttle was amazing and so helpful. All staff were super polite and I felt comfortable during my entire stay. Highly recommended!

Freindly staff, clean and comfortable room lastly transportation to the airport and back always on time.

Modern and clean

Location. Convenience for early flight. Gave me a room when I checked in early. Staff lovely. Dinner great. No problems.

Could not adjust air con. It ran at 25 degrees and cooked us overnight and was very loud. Shocking sleep. Then the toilet flush packed up. Eew. Then the morning shower leaked water out of the stall into the bedroom. We paid a LOT of money to stay here for what was a basic hotel, and it is not well maintained.

Hotel is great for the airport, food is very good.

Sehr gute Auswahl und qualitativ gut.

Lovely staff, very spacious room, lovely garden with multitude of bird life to enjoy, great breakfast, free shuttle to and from airport making a late night landing very easy

Great location and airport pick up. Large and comfortable rooms. Lovely staff.

I love the shuttle service from the airport. It is quick on time and very good to know there is reliable transport to the hotel.

It was great, nothing not to like.

Shuttle service, staff, room and breakfast was very good. The best airport hotel I have ever stayed at. Will stay there again.

Signage at airport on where to board courtesy bus

A really great hotel if you arrive late or Are leaving early in the morning

Ideally situated close to the airport, but very quiet.

Grate hotel to visit for short and long stay with fantastic staff always willing to assist and has a grate garden to distress

Neat and clean. Good professional staff. Location near to airport with free shuttle service

Their emphasis on being green and the beautiful garden and eco pond.

Super Personal, großes Angebot und gepflegter Außenbereich in direkter Flughafennähe. Shuttle-Service top.

-Seltsames, zeitweises Pfeifen im Zimmer

Staff very service oriented and room very comfortable. Breakfast started early and was very good. With something for everyone.

Very convenient hotel if you’re traveling in and out of Cape Town airport. Good shuttle service and very friendly staff (Clayton, Tihara, Fatimah, Lunga and Aphiwe) amongst others. We ordered room service which was delicious!

Everything was setup

Loved everything about breakfast

Goede service en fijn verblijf.

Het was wel heel veel licht. Niet mooist ingericht volgens onze smaak

The hotel was very convenient for its proximity to the airport and great shuttle service for our early flight the following morning. The gym was also a great bonus! The hotel restaurant was also very nice and offered a lot of tasty meal options.

Friendly staff, good service and amazing spa experience booked last minute. After forgetting my sweater, also perfect follow up to get it back.

service, comfort and excellent breakfast

Very convenient and having the airport shuttle is great!

Bewachter Parkplatz.

Great for stopover plus stsff are all friendly and courteous

Fantastic hotel located minutes from Cape Town Airport, with very convenient and free shuttle between the two. Nice spacious rooms with a beautiful garden despite the industrial setting. The pork belly dish at the hotel restaurant is extremely delicious. Would definitely stay again when transiting through, and even maybe when visiting Cape Town longer for one night between planes.

Excellent shuttle service. Comfortable bed. Friendly, smiling staff. Delicious dinner. Perfect location very close to airport.

Unrestricted access to first floor, key card access only to floors 2 and above. First floor rooms felt less secure.

Amazing hotel. We did the eco tour. Just amazing.

Fabulous hotel. Love all the eco concepts.

We stayed overnight between our international and local flight. The shuttle from the airport was well run, clean and had a very friendly driver. The reception was well-run, efficient, helpful and exceptionally welcoming. They were very accommodating of our early morning checkout, and even made our breakfast to-go! Could not recommend enough!

Breakfast was good. Airport shuttle was also great

Close to terminal, great staff!!

Tolles Zimmer, sehr groß und gemütliches Bett. Top Dusche.

Fijne bediening en super ontbijt en mooie kamers. Goed begin van je vakantie

Gemakkelijk , netjes , vriendelijk personeel.

The Hotel Verde was the perfect place to stay after a long flight from the USA. The shuttle was easy to find and ran in time. Rooms were lovely, clean and quiet! I took advantage of the gym which had everything I needed for a workout. The food was amazing. Both dinner and breakfast were top notch!

It’s super clean, beautiful artwork, friendly staff, wonderful food and beautiful landscape

Everything was great- shuttle right there - hotel super close - staff friendly- breakfast was great - loved all the attention to Earth conservation of water and recycling and plants etc

Having been in Cape Town for a day of meetings and a dinner I wanted to be close the airport for an early morning flight out. On arrival, around 23h00, I received a warm welcome from the front desk. Room on the top (fourth) floor was spacious, clean, well equipped, functional and quiet. Hotel located in an industrial area behind the airport. They serve breakfast from 4am! Went down for breakfast at 5am, good food choices, including my favourite omelette. Friendly check out from the same gentlemen who checked me in. Shuttle every 30 minutes, on the hour and half hour, to the airport. Took exactly 6 minutes. Really enjoyed my short stay. Now I know where to stay when I need to be near the airport.

Great stopover after a long flight, arriving at night. Great shuttle service, friendly and efficient check in, clean and quiet room, super comfy bed and excellent breakfast. Appreciate the hotels active care for the environment.

Nothing.

Excellent place to stay for those arriving late / leaving early from the airport. Stunning hotel with a very reliable and convenient shuttle service. Friendly service.

Huge rooms. Clean and spacious. Brilliant service. Even phoned us to check if we were happy with the room. Brilliant dinner. Free shuttle service to airport. Highly recommend

Excellent hotel! We stayed one night between flights. My kids enjoyed the restaurant so much that they wanted to go back just to eat there. Rooms were comfortable and the shuttle was convenient.

Excellent stay in all respects, very npleasant and comfortable, and staff very very friendly and helpful

very good, Your room service is very good please consider point system, improve on food by including buffer. Your rooms are very clean, Generally your staff is very welcoming and nice to customers

I have booked a room at this hotel, booked through Hotels.Com, and I had a query. I first contacted Hotels.Com, but they did not respond. I then messaged Hotel Verde directly (twice), and they too chose not to respond. And this is all before I have even stayed there.
