The fine print when booking lists parking as an amenity, but it turns out you have to pay extra. Also, breakfast was reserved when I booked, but it didn't appear on the system when I checked in.

I like it and clean the only downside is the the WiFi is very slow but that’s it! Overall, me and my husband enjoyed it there.

Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Einzig die Betten hätten ein wenig größer sein können.

Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel sind mit 20 €/CHF pro Tag leider sehr teuer. Mein Tipp: Ein Stück weiter weg gibt es günstigere Park-and-Rail-Parkplätze (z. B. beim Coop).

Die Lage nah an der Autobahn und beim Bahnhof ist perfekt, das Zimmer war gross und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Ich finde es etwas speziell, dass das gesamte Personal nur englisch geredet hat.

Eine einzige Enttäuschung – definitiv nie wieder! Der Aufenthalt begann bereits mit einem extrem langwierigen Check-in. Die Verständigung an der Rezeption war sehr schwierig, da kaum Deutsch gesprochen wurde. Das erste Zimmer war schlicht inakzeptabel. Haare im Bett, Haare im Föhn – von gründlicher Reinigung konnte hier keine Rede sein. Zusätzlich war das Bettsofa ausgeklappt, obwohl ich alleine angereist war. Seife fehlte komplett, der Wasserkocher war verschwunden und selbst die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war nicht auffindbar. Bei solchen Zuständen habe ich sofort ein neues Zimmer verlangt. Dieses habe ich bekommen. Aber ganz ehrlich: Sauberkeit sollte in einem Hotel selbstverständlich sein und nicht erst nach einer Reklamation funktionieren. Das Frühstück war dann der nächste Tiefpunkt. Lieblos angerichtet, Tische nicht gedeckt und teilweise durfte man sogar selbst den Tisch abräumen. Das Brot war so hart und trocken, dass es mindestens zwei Tage alt wirkte. Eierspeisen? Fehlanzeige. Insgesamt hatte das Frühstück für mich weder etwas mit Qualität noch mit einem vernünftigen Hotelstandard zu tun. Als wäre das alles nicht genug, ist auch der Parkplatz völlig überteuert. Für mich stimmen hier Service, Sauberkeit, Qualität und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Wenn ein Gast erst das Zimmer wechseln muss, um ein sauberes Bett zu bekommen, beim Frühstück hartes Brot vorfindet und dann auch noch ordentlich für den Parkplatz bezahlen soll, läuft grundsätzlich etwas falsch. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen und werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Lage Nähe Autobahn sehr praktisch für einen Aufenthalt während der Durchreise. Zimmer ruhig und optisch ansprechend.

Camere semplici, ma complete. Si lasciano oscurare bene le finestre. Bagno completo e funzionale, enorme la doccia. Parcheggio sotterraneo ampio. Ristorante italiano accanto all'albergo.

Evidenti segni di usura su alcuni mobili, materassi logori, parcheggio un pò caro. Alla reception parlano solamente inglese. Hanno sbagliato i dati della prima fattura, poi prontamente risolto.

Comfortable place to stay. The reception is close after 10:30pm but ?Olivia or Livia (not so sure) did above and beyond to accommodate us. Our trip was a bit stressful due to delay flight (weather conditions).

Front desk is not manned at all times even at day time.

Great location, easy access to train station ,clean and quite room. Friendly and helpful staff, specially in reception staff Dobi and Lana was very helpful and good.

Can include few more choices for the breakfast.We did not have much options for breakfast.Most of the food were bread, bread roll, croissant, egg and yoghurt and fruits.

Jeli jsme s třemi dětmi, dostali jsme sice dva pokoje (za cenu jednoho v jiných ubytováních), ale pokoje šli propojit společnými dvěřmi

The hotel was well located and the staff was very nice.

We asked for an extra bed in one of the rooms, that the hotel confirmed to be possible by e-mail and at check in. Later in the evening when we came back to the rooms, there was no extra bed. We had to share the double bed with our son, who is not so small. This affected the comfort of our stay. Another problem is the reception closes at 9pm and if you are traveling on a Saturday like us, it will be also closed on Sunday morning. So, We had no one to help us with the bed situation. Finally the room as a little degraded, and probably not used in a while. Walls and carpet stained and some tiny crawl bugs in the room and bathroom.

Very clean and comfortable easy to find

The staff was friendly, and there is a supermarket nearby, but not much else.

Parking was CHF 20, which was kind of expensive; the beds were not comfortable at all, and there was noise from time to time coming from the elevator.

C'est bien pour une nuit afin de faire une pause et reprendre la route le lendemain.

Ich bin unerwartet zwei Stunden zu früh im Prize Affoltern eingetroffen und habe geplant, die Zeit bis zum Check-in um 15 Uhr mit Arbeit in der gemütlichen Lobby zu überbrücken. Die Receptionistin war sehr aufmerksam, hat die Möglichkeit geprüft, ob ich das Zimmer etwas früher beziehen kann - und hat das dann möglich gemacht. Das war beispielhafter Kundenservice. Vielen Dank, ich komme wieder!

Het hotel lag best ver van de stad Zürich af met openbaar vervoer. Parkeren kosten voor 1 nacht 20 Zwitserse kronen.

Konumu harika araba ile geldim ancak Tren istasyonu hemen yanında alışveriş merkezi hemen yanında otoban hemen yanında otopark imkanı sunuyor. Restorantı var. Bir kaç gün kal istediğiniz yeri gezip tekrar otele geleceğin bir nokta. Ben çok memnun kaldım.

Sadece otopark ücretli . Ayrıca geçen sene gelmiştim. Otopark ücreti ödedim ancak saat 23 civarı geri geldiğimde otopark kapalı idi. Bu hususu konuşmanız lazım.

Looks upscale; clean, pretty decorated, modern, staff are polite and have pride. Rooms spotless and lovely big window. Location was great for our needs and such a low price!

Parking is charged separately and had a height restriction 2m that we couldn’t use as had a roof box so had to hunt for a space around and walk back with stuff

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Zürich. Alles war super – das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, die Lage war sehr gut und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

relativ enge Doppelbetten

Meine dürftige Bewertung für das Personal hängt mit der Tatsache zusammen, dass die Damen an der Rezeption - die übrigens sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend zu mir waren - ausschließlich Englisch sprechen, und das in der Deutschschweiz, Da bin ich also als Deutschsprechender in einem deutschsprachigen Gebiet gezwungen, in einer Fremdsprache zu kommunizieren, was ich nicht in Ordnung finde.

Zimmer OK, Lage sehr gut.

Das Personal spricht nur Englisch, wenn denn überhaupt jemand da ist. Stattdessen mussten wir uns mit einer KI unterhalten (die nicht wirklich funktioniert) und CheckIn war alles andere als einfach. Noch nie ein so unpersönliches Hotel erlebt.

Het ontbijt is wat aan de karige kant, maar prijs-kwaliteit is goed. Hotel is ingericht op grote groepen, wij als stel met baby hebben hier geen last van gehad.

A new hotel. Next to it, there is a shopping complex and a huge supermarket.

The air conditioner didn't work well. There is no reception staff in the morning. The room doors are very hard to open. Breakfast was meager and repetitive.

Die Unterkunft war in einer guten Lage. Die Zimmer waren I.O.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Unterkunft war praktisch nicht erreichbar. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche per E-Mail, Booking-Nachricht und Telefon haben wir nie eine Antwort erhalten. Telefonisch erreicht man nur eine KI, die teilweise falsche Informationen liefert (z. B. dass die Bar 24/7 geöffnet sei). Auch die Parkplatzsituation war sehr ärgerlich: Wir bezahlten CHF 20, erhielten jedoch kein Ticket und mussten beim Ausfahren nochmals bezahlen. Zudem ist die Einfahrt nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr möglich. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren freundlich, konnten jedoch nur Englisch sprechen. Insgesamt hat die mangelnde Organisation und Erreichbarkeit unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Location ok, next to motorway. It was clean

Shocking experience. No staff available and reliant on technology that did not work well. Had huge trouble trying to enter property (no staff on site) and rung every phone line but no answer. Received a call back the following afternoon which was completely useless. Bed had a mattress that was very thin and worn. The curtains did not keep any light out. Really poor hotel and would never go back.

Superb hotel. Very close to the train station. A dedicated underpass for pedestrian is just in front of the hotel. From the train station can go direct to Zurich or Zug. The station is not crowded and so peaceful.

Modern, very clean and comfortable hotel with everything you need for a one or multi-night stay. Quiet location about 40mins outside of Zurich with easy access by car or train.

This hotel is clearly focussed on large amount of people from Asia. Very disappointing stay and certainly would not recommend or ever come back. The problems started before arrival: although we had prepaid and were told our room would be ready at 1:30 p.m., we had to wait until 3:00 p.m. At check-in, our reservation could initially not be found. The first room was unacceptable, with hair in the bed and a shower hose repaired with tape. We had to change rooms, which cost us valuable holiday time. The beds advertised as "Queen Size" are only about 132 cm wide, making them uncomfortable for two adults and affecting sleep quality. So not really made for "normal" size Europeans. Further issues included a loose toilet seat, an extremely hard sofa bed, limited reception availability, and communication difficulties due to the lack of German-speaking staff. Totally unacceptable. The first night was ruined by excessive noise from a large group in a neighboring room, and throughout our stay the hotel seemed heavily focused on large international tour groups rather than individual leisure guests. The only real highlight was the breakfast staff, who were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we would expect from a Radisson property, and we do not feel the price paid reflected the quality received.

The saving grace for this hotel was the sweet lady serving breakfast. The bedding/pillows were pretty comfy.

The staff who checked us in was quite rude/dismissive. Room was not ready at 3pm so we waited til near 3.30 before a room was ready.
