This is an affordable hotel but clean and the rooms are big enough for families. The staff are also friendly especially Mr.Thammarat The breakfast is good too. I definitely will stay here next time in Phuket. The location is perfect as well. I had a 6night visit here. We were guided to our room as soon as we arrived

Paid reasonable price 700bt incl tax with breakfast Good value for money but not as good as appeared in advertising. Room very spacious good working Aircon but dated old CRT box TV, WiFi slow, Didn't think the noise would bother me as got in at 3am each night but Saturday loud music below til about 4am. Breakfast basic buffet -chicken sausage & fried eggs and Thai option with rice /noodles +toast tea coffee. Had pancakes one day (better option in restaurant in the soi ( fresh cooked breakfast 160bt) Free water fridge and kettle Good situation easy walking distance for Bangla or Paradise depending on your preference

The hotel is located stone throw away from Bangla road which is famous for night life in Phuket. Being close proximity of Bangla Road, anybody can visit Bangla road even after late night / early morning. Also small bar / restaurants are located just hotel premises and hence anybody can enjoy the spirit of bars/ restaurant after stepping out from his / her room. Also the Pa-tong beach is just less than a kilometer from this hotel and hence beach goers can walk to the beach anytime. The room is specious and clean. Breakfast is provided by the hotel and breakfast menus are reasonable. Although the hotel has a swimming pool at the top floor, it is not well maintained. Apart from this, everything is good.

Spacious rooms, polite staff, good location. Rooms could use better soundproofing as there are like so many hut bars in that campus and mixed music and people creating ruckus can be heard almost all night.

Nice location, convenience, polite staffs, room very big and spacious, easy to move around and very near to Patong beach. Service very fast and efficient.

We read the reviews about this hotel and were e bit sceptical, but once we got here i can say: Pros: -cheap -large rooms - free air con - free and good wifi - clean rooms, fresh towels daily. Cons - building needs a refresing - it is very noisy at night, you absolutely cannot sleep without plugs in your ears

The photos advertised were nowhere close to what the property looks like. However it is located in the middle of everything. The property itself was not bad. Just was false advertising with the appearance.

We stayed here for 10 days. On the positive side: It is cheap. It is cental in Patong.The room is big and clean But. It is very noisy at night. The building really need some maintanance. The breakfast is very basic. We had very weak runnig water in our shower and i did report this several times to management with no reaction. They also require a 3000 baht deposet for the safe. Really? I certanly wont stay there again.

This hotel was great.The rooms are big( two king size bed), location are walking distance to Bangla Street, Jungcelon shopping centre and lots of restaurant within the hotel. Value for money. The hotel are both great for family and friends.

Great place to stay, clean and tidy, close to town. I would recommend this place if your on a budget and want to be close to town

we stayed at belair from 22nd feb to 11th march it is situated in a street with many bars which can be very noisy at night and they dont close until very late at night around 2 or 3 am ,but to be fair my stay was only disturbed on one night as the noise was very loud until 5 am .

My friend and I booked to stay here through Air BnB. So cheap! There are no real amenities, by that I mean, bar, pool etc. The pool and jacuzzi were closed. A fridge in reception for beers and water etc. You really don't need anything in this hotel as you have everything you need on your door step. Clean enough. For the money you can't go wrong. Advise, EAR PLUGS! It is in a very lively area... You get what you pay for and for the price I would 100% stay here again and recommend. If you want luxury however, I wouldn't. It was honestly hostel prices but your own room...

Great location, you in the midst if everything ull need. Satisfactory rooms for a short stay. Ideal for economy family and couples. Has a nice rooftop and sun baththing area. If ur in to have fun there are lot of shacks bars right under. But yes there will be late night music but its part of the experience.. Do not come here if ur looking for a quiet time and peaceful rest, this is the party zone.

The hotel accommodation and breakfast were good. The surroundings though left a lot to be desirable . Loud music from the bars till early hours of the morning and some sleazy men wasn’t suitable for a family.

No warm water to shower. But the air conditioner is good. I booked a 3 ppl room but only 2 quilts in room and we asked for it and the staff seems not want to do it. And the next morning we asked for a one more glass cup for drink and nth came.

The location and the view is good! The main problem is the noise. If you are coming here to entertain and have a night life you are on the best place, but If you travel to have a good rest or you arrive with small children, then make sure you ask a room at a highest level like on the fifth or sixth floor, otherwise the night life like loud music and the singing lady around 5 o’clock in the morning can obstruct your night rest. I had to ask the reception to have me moved in an other room on the 6 floor from the second floor where below that was a bar. The beach is roughly 10 minutes by walk. Breakfast selection was quite poor. There was only one toast electric machine. Sometimes I had to wait about 10 minutes to warm my bread.

This hotel is located amidst the bars and is a 10 mis walk from the patong beach. Nice and clean, the only down side is that the area is quite noisy at night. Now i stayed there during Christmas so probably it was more noisy during that particular time. The breakfast spread is quite good. There is a roof top jacuzzi offering amazing views. The location is also quite close to the Bangla street and the happening area. Recommended.

Being such a big 3 star resort. The facility here are below the line. Pathetic breakfast with no choice n nothing for vegetarians. I Will nvr recommend this hotel to anyone. They charge security here for the lockers in the room. What's more worst than it that we had to carry our cash passport etc in r backpack while visiting places.

1. I stayed there with family. The property offers you large rooms , wide verandas, old fashioned furniture and effective air conditioner. 2. The facilities get limited to clean bed, towel and a bottle of drinking water. 3. The music and the ruckus at the bars located next to the hotel keeps you pondering till wee hours. This is the 2nd time I stayed here. Reason being this hotel is affordable especially if you are going with family. We booked an adjoining room and stayed for 4 nights. If you are looking for affordable, good location (2 streets away from the beach) this is the place but this hotel does not provide bf. If you are looking for clean bathroom this is not the place (acceptable) and please bring your own towel as all towel provided looks like they have seen better days. However staff are friendly and helpful

Bathroom was bad. Shower was right above toilet making it wet every time we took shower. The room was nothing like the pictures on line .

Have stayed here on numerous occasions and found it quite adequate. Clean and tidy rooms, quite spacious and comfortable. Find the best prices and best value in town. A bit of noise from Bars downstairs but I am used to this.

Good stay

Yes, it is a budget hotel and quite worn, but it was literally a bed to sleep in for us and nothing more. We found the staff to be accommodating, the room cleaned daily with clean, albeit very old worn towels and 2 bottles of water left daily. The rooms are large and the mattress was ok for us and the wet room large although the shower did seem to have a mind of its own! The AC worked perfectly in our room. We stayed on the 5th floor but could still hear the bars below, which sometimes carried on until 4am although this was not a problem for us. A 10 minute walk to the beach, Bangla road and Jung Ceylon. Cannot comment on breakfast as didn't book it. The Wi-Fi was good when we arrived but became intermittent during our 12 day stay. Would I book again? probably not...

We were in the hotel for 8 nights. It is enough if you only need a bed to sleep somewhere, but don't expect too much! The breakfast is simple and not too various. The beach is not too far. There is a pool on the rooftop, but we were afraid to try it.

Worst Hotel EVER! No matter how much you want to save do not stay here, it is extremely shady, beds are as hard as a rock, no shower or bath, aircon leaks in the bathroom, no place to put your tissue, no clean towels, doesn't smell fresh, it is just a horrid hotel, the breakfast was terrible ended eating watermelon, bread and jam only, everything is old and crusty, shower is right by the toilet, it is just horrid, just don't stay there, ended booking my own hotel cause the living conditions at this hotel was bad. the bed cover had blood stains, it was just horrid.

Room clean & comfortable, however toilet seat broken, t-v getting to old ( some chanels sound not great) room leaked when heavy rain, curtain on front window not hooked properly, no shower screen, otherwise ok

I have stayed at this property many times, although this visit was the worst. The internet dropped out everyday, the Shower had low water pressure and water temperature not warm. The bars downstairs play music till 2am loud so its hard to sleep. The customer service from the front desk staff was poor and extremely rude in particular one staff member by the name of Leng. This was the worst service I have ever had at a hotel and will not be visiting again and advising all of my family and friends not to stay. The staff tried to make additional money for their own benefit (staff to pocket) by making charges up upon check out and stating specifc things are not charged for then trying to charge for them upon checkout. There are many hotels in Patong which are of similar rate and with better service. not recommended! Poor example of the normal awesome and friendly Thai hospitality

Looks like a run down soviet era coloss from the 50ties. It has seen its best days. In the yard there are like ten beach bars. Loud music keeps the hotel awake until four in the morning. Not able to borrow us beach towels etc.

I enjoyed this hotel. I was close to the beach, shops, markets, and nightlife. It had a great view form the balcony outside. The room was large, and so were the beds. The AC wasn't that great, but they were in the process of replacing all of the units while we were there. The WiFi was great and the TV was okay. It was a great value.

The towel was dirty and there is no soap in the bathroom staff are very rude there was blood on my pillow It was very dirty also during the night it's quite noisy this hotel looking party area and every night until 4 am they have loud music I didn't sleep at all.

The hotel airconditioner was damaged due to technical issues but the authority transfer all d guest to Ashley hub resort which is way better than bel aire and a bit expensive also. but it was free of cost for us. so very professional behaviour and attitude from the management.

Very large, timber cabin feel rooms. Protected from sun radiation and daylight. Minor maintenance issues, management fixes immediately on report. Daily friendly room service. Crazy good location within centre and beach proximity. Walk to everything.

I have stayed here before and knew the noise levels I would encounter. Unfortunately someone bought a Karaoke unit and turned drunken, bad singers loose at 2am! Pretty basic rooms but at the prices good value.

We booked through hotels.com with 2 bookings for 6 nights. We asked hotels.com to confirm the same room which they did. After 17 hours flying and in airports and an hour in a taxi we arrived at 10.35pm to be told we didnt have a room. The place looked a mess, run down and the reception and ground floor looked like it was 100 years old and had never been renovated. The hotel looks like it is basically a brothel for the local bars of which there are about 20 running until 2 pm apparently. We were told there was some problem and were shuffled off to another hotel 4 kilometers away. We booked in this location as we have family in this area. We arrived at Ashlee Plaza and were given a room at 11.30 pm ...on entering it was already occupied so we were shuffled again to building #4 around the corner and finally got into a room at 12.15 am... hopeless hotels.com and Bel Air and the ashlee was no better...still no reply after 3 days to a what are they going to do about it email!

Too noisy . Bars too noisy . Walls wafer thin . You can hear everything .

Elevator was broken for one day and I have my room in 5th floor not cool. Second: bars in front of the hotel are very noisy could not sleep. And the most funny thing they charged me minibar 3x coke which I didn't even drink. Maybe maid took it maybe maid left open doors and someone else took it but I know that I didn't drink it. I don't even drink soft drinks...

On the first part of the stay the roon was on the quite size and did not get to much sun, bad thing is that you are expected to pay a deposit fee to use the safe, the breakfast food is bad, same stuff every morning,, we then went to Phi Phi Island and got back to the hotel, we as for some of our stuff to be lock in the saferoom, guess what, it was still standing where I left then 3 days before, nothing was missing. We then got a room on the 6th floor 619 and 620, the sun was hitting the room, rooms are clean, aircon were not working properly, the last few days was horrible. the place is not god situated, the is a couple of bar down in the street, very load, till 4 in the morning Stay away, get a decent place, pay a bit more

Enjoyed the stay, however sleeping was a priblem as it is extremely noisy.

The room was big and clean. However, you are not allowed to bring any food or drinks from outside into your room! That is the worst rule I have ever heard a hotel make. The hotel wants to force all guests to eat and drink things purchased via the hotel. The rooms do not provide any body soap only shampoo. The hotel itself leaked. However, for the price I paid it was acceptable.

The place was not too bad. We only stayed a night so didn't see too much of the room. But the room was clean and the aircon was good so you can't ask for too much more than that for the price.

AC npt working. No swimming pool as claimed in the website. No coffee or tea maker in the room. Lousy breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights here. Location is walking distance to Patong's most famous road,Bangla Road. Bit noisy as they have bars down the hotel but im okay with it. I didnt get wifi connection in my room. Our bathroom clogged (the water flowed very slowly), and i had minor trouble handling the traditional air conditioner. But it worked out just fine. Have no worry :). Good thing about this hotel is definitely the location. Near to everything. Pharmacies,drugstores,family mart,money changer,halal food just a walking distance,jungcyelon mall,basically, everything. I had an okay stay here. :)

Hotel is VERY basic but cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. If you're expecting 5 star stop looking at $35 a night hotels. Rooms were large but air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was REALLY hot when I was there. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was only there for 1 night before and after a dive trip so wanted something cheap and thats what I got. I would suggest if you were planning on staying longer it would be worth paying a little more $$ for something a bit better. Lots of bars downstairs but I didn't really hear them as I was on 6th floor both nights. All in all a little disappointing but mainly die to poor a/c in room.

Extremely noisy and staff is unfriendly, you have to walk to your room from lobby through the street about 4mins, our room was facing a lot of bars and the rooms are not noise proof, so you feel like you are on the street, when told the staff, they simply said " what is your problem", would not recommend especially for the money you Apu you can find much better

There's no pool and the gym is not part of the hotel . Internet is not available in the rooms! You have to come to the lobby.

the shower flooded, the hot water only worked 20% of the time, cleaning lady was rude to my family and there is very loud music coming from the bars below, if you are on the lower floors it would disrupt your sleep.

There were like a dozen party huts right below you and they would party from Monday to Sunday from 3pm to 3am and even though we were way up high we could still hear the noise and yelling! The hotel buffet breakfast was average didn't really eat anything accept toast and watermelon.. The location was terrible it was established right next to a little sespit canal that had stagnant water that stunk very bad God forbid when it rained it would rise and flood the streets and courtyard we were staying in.. Patong beach was alright nothing extravagant but given they had a tsunami in 2001 it's pretty nice. I would recommend somewhere in kamala where there's vegetation, beach and fresh air. Staying in the heart was not good I couldn't stand the smell 😞 sorry but I rate this hotel a 3 out of 10 only for the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. Put it this way I checked out 7 days early to my departure date?

If your wanting to party then stay here if you want any sleep at all I wouldn't suggest this hotel music out side the rooms until 330-4 most morning. Rooms are relatively clean although I did wake up after the first night with bites all over me. Coming back to patong I wouldn't stay here again

The hotel though is okay if you are a stag and not looking for frill,thrills and prompt service . People with family will be sadly disappointed because it's a very impersonal hotel and there is no connect between the staff , guests or the structure . Everything is indifferent to each other . The break fast is very disappointing with same dishes being repeated and suddenly they stop break fast and they they just say NO HAVE BREAK FAST and go on repeating till you stop asking and be satisfied with a fried egg an some crumbs of bread . For me I had come for advanced certification in Scuba diving and I used to leave hotel at 7am and return only in the evening each day. So the hotel did not have much bearing on me . For guests who want to catch sleep then it's slightly difficult with all those noisy whorish road side bars lined up and yet create a lot if noise trying to entice customers .

Great location shame about the neighbours. Enjoyed my stay even added an extra few days. Unfortunately, the downstairs bars were very noisy. Luckily I sleep well! The room was a good size and very clean, excellent daily room clean and towel change. Very good overall value.

We were barely in our rooms for most of the stay. Hotel was close to the beach and to the party road. We also had easy access to what we called goat alley, which was basically a bunch of stand alone bars that had teh women bartenders calling out to you to come sit. We eventually found our favorite. Hotel worked out great and the rooms were really big. @ king beds per room. Plus you got a certain amount of free waters. A/C was lacking and I still cant get used to showering with the toilet 5 inches from me.

many times we stayed here abd always nice , pleasant staff, comfortable rooms,excellent location, good value for that money.

we had a very good stay. Breakfast could do with being warm. It was very plain. You can do better eating elsewhere for the charge. I sleep with ear plugs in so the noise didn't bother me but it did some people I know .It did have a pool but it is very small with NO shade .Noise & dust of building next door was a bit much when we were there.

Nice hotel locate in patong..remember to drop by da massage shop juz in front da hotel.

Was great for an overnight stay. Breakfast was very average. recommended for singles.

I had family with me but it was ok just a little noisy at night since in front of the hotel are some pub/bars. However, we were so busy doing tours and we only went back tour hotel to rest. Everything is close by and 5 min walk to Bangla road. I would recommend this hotel more for the single people or couples. Breakfast buffet was good for the exception of juices, it was salty.

dont stay here if you want to sleep...people we drink and party outside all night long...it is like having an annoying neighbor who parties every night...they also charged me for two nights that i didnt even stay there

Super friendly people and staff. Not a single issue with anything. Very helpful and kind. Clean rooms at a very affordable price. It goes to show that you don't have to spend too much for a great place to stay.
