Otel temizliği fena değildi konum olarak güzeldi her yere yürüme mesafesinde altında bir restoranı var gayet güzel fakat kahvaltı almamıza rağmen kahvaltınız yok dediler onu da geçtim en azından telafi amaçlı söyleyebilirlerdi sonuç olarak 2 gece üç gün konakladık tek iyi yanı otoparkının olması feribota çok yakın fakat kahvaltı konusunda çok üzüldük koskoca otel bunu telafi edemedi. Biz zaten uyuduğumuz için belki kahvaltı bile edemeyecektik ama en azından söylemeleri gerekirdi diye düşünüyoruz.

Otel çok merkezi bir yerde, ancak tesis biraz eski. Temizlik konusunda gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltı çok iyi değil. Kahvaltı hariç alınıp dışarıda yenebilir. En kötü serpme kahvaltı da ayrıca alabiliyorsunuz.

I was here as part of an organized tour of Turkey. This was definitely the best hotel in the tour. Located in the centre of Chanakkale. The room was quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The food was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style and offered a wide variety of dishes — all delicious. Highly recommended!

We stayed just one night while on a two-day battlefield tour of Gallipoli. The entire decor is themed on the story of the Trojan horse. The detail stunning everywhere you look. The staff in all areas super friendly and welcoming. The location a minute from the ferry in the centre of this festive township, surrounded by a myriad of eateries and little shops. The room compact but with all the amenities, nothing missing. Free WiFi a fantastic breakfast. Keen to visit again and do the Troy tour, we didn't know it was so close. Full marks to Büyük Truva Oteli!

A clean and well located place

Don’t be fooled by the photos of large rooms. We had a 6 foot bed given a waffle blanket that didn’t even cover the bed with NO sheet. When asked for one we were given a duvet that wouldn’t even cover the bed. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever had it was more like a cupboard

Benim için konaklamada önemli olan şeyler temizliği, yatak rahatlığı ve konaklama yerinin konumu. Bu üçünü de çok iyi karşıladı. Tek kaldım, çift kişilik bir oda verildi. Odanın büyüklüğü, içindeki eşyalar, dizaynı gayet iyi ve yeterliydi. Gece gürültü yoktu. Klima gayet iyi çalışıyordu. Kahvaltısı gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Bir sonraki tatilimde tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer oldu. Eksik gördüğüm şey ise çalışanlar fazla kendi halinde, dört yıldızlı bir otelde hissetmiyorsunuz. Öyle güler yüz, ilgi veya otelle ilgili bilgilendirme görmedim. Çalışanlar otelin kalitesini hissettirmiyor ancak konaklama olarak tavsiye ederim.

Nice hotel with lovely staff that was there for your every needs and so friendly Whe had trouble with our navigation on our bikes that took us to another address that was on the hotel web site apparently this happens a lot in the area but was worth it when we found it

Nice hotel. Clean and convenient to the waterfront and restaurants. Can walk to good restaurants and naval museum. We stayed as part of a tour group and they were very helpful. Beds are pretty comfortable, but you can get a bit of noise from outside, but this didn't bother us. Worth a stay

Great location on seafront. Lovely ,clean and modern rooms .Mini bar in room ,free Wi-Fi , ample charging points ,flat screen TV , complimentary water ,comfy bed and power shower in bathroom . Breakfast a buffet - ample choices. Would recommend

Das Hotel war sauber und wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Meeresblick. Das Hotel ist in einer Top Lage. Das Empfangspersonal war leider nicht sehr freundlich, die anderen Mitarbeiter dafür umso mehr. Leider hatten Sie nur ein Babybett, keines für ein kleinkind (18 monate).

Hotel Truvadan çok memnun kaldım. Bir daha geldiğinde yine bu otelde kalacağım. Arkadaşların bile yakınlarıma burayı tavsiye edeceğim. Teşekkür ediyorum.

Good location by the sea. Comfy room and polite reception. Buffet dinner was yummy with many salads but less can be said about the main course which was limited in choice. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Waiting staff spoke little English but we spoke no Turkish! They were helpful and polite.

Otelin yeri harika,sahilde. Kendisine ait otoparkı var. Heryere yakın (kordon,feribot iskelesi,çarşı).Otel çok zevkli döşenmiş ve odamız çok kullanışlı ve konforluydu. Sadece resepsiyon çalışanları daha güleryüzlü ve canayakın olabilir. Kesinlikle önereceğim bir otel.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien im Juli da. Leider hat die Klimaanlage und die Minibar nicht funktioniert. Bei 34 Grad war das eine große Herausforderung. Weil das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt, konnte man bei geöffnetem Fenster durch den Lärm nicht schlafen. Das Hotel hat sich keinesfalls bemüht irgendeine Lösung zu finden. Nie wieder!!!

Deniz manzaralı suit dairede kaldık, oda 2 oda 1 salon gibiydi çok büyüktü ve çok güzeldi☺️ tertemizdi her yer eve düzenliydi. Odada gerekli her şey mevcuttu. Sabah açık büfe kahvaltı yeterliydi. Sıcak yiyecek seçenekleri daha çok olabilirdi. Genel olarak yeri odası çok çok güzeldi.

Temiz sakin konforlu banyosu lüx yataklar king size konumu çok güzel bir hotel ve konaklama idi.

Ailemle kaldım iki odamız vardı . Genel olarak odalar temizdi denize bakıyordu . Birinde Fransız modeli balkon vardı . Biraz küçük ama fiyatına göre iyi. Sabah kahvaltısı çeşitliliği yeterliydi . Sessizdi . Sadece babamın odasının banyosunun kapı kulbu çıktı ve içinde kaldı. Ama 5 dakikada müdahale edildi ve hemen açıldı. Yani bir sorun yaşarsanız yardımcı ve hızlı bir ekip var . Hizmet kalitesi için ekibe teşekkürler

This comfortable, well appointed hotel is located on the seafront within easy walking distance of many of Canakkale's sights of interest.

8 günlük tatilimizin en son 6. otelimizdi. Tüm kaldığımız otellerden çok daha iyiydi. Alerjik 4 yaşındaki oğlumuzun rahat ettiği tek otel oldu. Çünkü odanın yerleri laminant parke ile kaplıydı. Tüm otellerin odalardan pis halıfleksleri kaldırmasını arzu ederiz. Çok iyi bir otel. Alinizle gönül rahatlığı ile kalabilirsiniz.

Çok güzel konforlu geniş mimarisi güzel restoranları deniz kenarı ve uygun fiyatlı

Otel yenilenmekte olduğu için deniz gören odalar kapalıydı. Bize verilen odadaki tek sorun mefruşat da yenilendiğinden çok yoğun kimyasal koku vardı. Koku yeni kumaş veya döşemeye aitti, ancak çok yoğun olduğundan bir süre sonra nefes kesiyordu.

Arrived late evening for one night. Very dated, honestly can’t remember what we ate, probably not much! Nice walk along the promenade to see the Trojan Horse. Good bar close by The Hangover for a few drinks.

Room was small and dirty, bathroom fittings broken. Staff didn’t seem to care but did grudgingly move us to a slightly better room. The food was dreadful, the worst we had in Turkey. All of our party were appalled. Avoid if possible.

Çok güzel konumlu, kaliteli hizmet sunan bir otel. Açık büfe kahvaltıda çeşitlilik gayet yeterli, malzeme kalitesi çok iyi. Banyoda şampuan ve saç kremi var, keşke vücut sabunu da eklense. Odada klima uzun süre çalışınca koku yapıyordu.

The receptionist gave me bad information about buses to get to Troya. I found in the toilet shampoo bottle from the previous guest. The air condition was a joke. There were only greek channels. English lessons to the staff would be nice.

Our main attraction to this hotel is the on site parking and proximity to nearby restaurants. Otherwise the hotel rooms are clean but decor is now dated. The restaurant looks depressing, but we had no need to use it. We did request a quiet room but were given a sea front view which attracts some noise. Overall the hotel is not good value for money. We stayed just the one night which was convenient.

This hotel is conveniently located by the water, with walking distance to the main downtown area. It is just a short walk from the Trojan horse from the movie Troy. Staff are helpful. Restaurant is ok, not fabulous but fine as an option. Reasonably priced.

We stayed here for two nights to check out the area, and the normal tourist sights. There are two hotels right on the main waterfront, and this is one of them. Technically, the hotel is "4 star" by Turkish standards. However, it's a bit aged and there aren't many amenities besides a bar and restaurant. English is possible with the staff, but not a strong suit. Restaurant quality was low, and there are better options if you walk 5 minutes from the hotel. They do have a private parking lot, which is nice. However, there is another 4 star hotel about 70 meters away on the waterfront that looked significantly nicer. Average as a whole, but would probably book somewhere else if I was returning to Canakkale.

Location can’t be beat, right across the street from the Trojan horse used in the movie Troy. Tons of bars and restaurants right outside the doors of the hotel. Starbucks 2 doors down was handy too. Kind of older decor in the lobby and elevator seemed out of date. Room was comfortable with 2 double beds. Beautiful view of the water.

This was a one night stopover on our way back to Bulgaria. The hotel is very convenient for the ferry about 400 metres away and nearby restaurants and bars. Reception was efficient and cheerful service. The hotel appears dated, the room compact with a sea view. Car parking was plentiful. Breakfast was primarily Turkish and very limited.

It would not be dair to critisize the Hotel since I stayed during Clovis-19 pandemic but Basically the Hotel has a very good location and needs to be renovated.

Logistic is great. Seafood restaurant is great, open for late, very comfortable, close to the street. Food is pretty good. People are good. Service is nice. The rooms are not that big, but decent. The lobby is so so but it is very interesting to show the Truva Culture like a museum.

Hotel is located at a perfect location at the city center and by the seafront. Some of the rooms have sea view. Breakfast is good when you compare it with different 3 star hotels. Rooms are not specious but enough. You can have a turkish coffee or drink hotels open restaurant, it is lovely at nights.

Clean, very close to town center, friendly staff, wonderful sea view, good and rich breakfast, hotel restaurant is real good, had a pleasant stay for three nights.

The hotel is very unique with its design, theme and spirit, a few minutes walking distance to the center, sea side and attractions, but still has distance enough to grant calm atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy everyday. I did not choose a view room but if you do, the sea view is stunning! The breakfast was very good and had lots of variety And most importantly, the reception staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful with the tour organization, smooth check in and check out and all! Totally recommended!

Centrally located wonderfully decorated hotel with ocean views in front rooms and a restaurant along the Cordon. Staff is very professional and helpful. I will stay here again the next time I come to Çanakkale.

Late check in around 1 a.m. Without problem. Everything is around hotel which is in the heart of city. Reception very helpfull, parking with ramp, good breakfast , good rooms .

Read at some of tge reviews that the hotel was dated however the decoration they had was old otomanion style so therefore it meant to look like this. Overall great location food and very clean.

A very good location, next to the bosphorus, excellent view, good for morning walk, amazing hotel

There were two options available when I have booked the room. Both with exactly same specifications but with different rates. As I knew the building I thought the higher rate is for the sea view room and the lower one for the city view. I booked the room with higher rate expecting a sea view room. During check-in they told me that there is no room available with sea view and actually there is no rate difference between the rooms with sea view and city view. I opened the hotel page, showed the room options and asked the reason for the rate difference. They said that the rates in the hotels.com page is decided by hotels.com and they were not involved in that process. Consequently we stayed in a sea view (actually kitchen view and smelling grilled meat) by paying the highest rate. I should finally say that the hotel didn't deserve even the lowest rate, irrespective of my above problem.

We have stayed one night.If you are driving, the hotel has free and convenient parking space. We were given a room looking at the side street on the back of the hotel, we were told not no sea view rooms available although the occupancy of the hotel was low.Room was small. Tv is small.Decor and carpets are outdated and old. Bathroom looks nice with marbles and all but the shower experience is not pleasant.There is continuous hot water.Amenities are ok. Breakfast offers a variety of choices and the quality is good however the set up is old and outdated.It doesn't deserve the 4 stars period.Rate / quality is low.Not a value hotel. There is no International chain in the area so we decided to stay here as the Expedia rating was high.It doesn't deserve the rating.Beds and pillows are low quality.

This is an older style hotel located on the waterfront close to the centre of Cannakale and ferry terminal. There is a road in front but nothing obstructs the view of the Gallipoli Peninsula from the rooms on the waterfront side. Car parking is right next door to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

We spent two nights in October 2014 in a sea view room which was just fantastic. We had breakfasts and dinners at the hotel and found the variety and quality excellent. One dinner was buffet with a really mind-boggling spread. This was easily the best buffet we had anywhere in Turkey. Room was comfortable with a split air-conditioner that we decided to use. Toiletries were of good quality. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to visit Troy and Gallipolli.

The hotel locates in the heart of the city facing the sea (however we were not arranged to have seaview room). Breakfast was good and the restaurant has a wonderful view of the sea shore. Service, however, is just average with a very unstable wifi and staff with not-so-friendly attitude and limited English.

I spent for nights at this hotel, every one of them pleasant. I had a back room, which had no view but was delightfully quiet. The bathroom was small but superb, as were the double beds. The breakfast was better than most I have had on my extended stay in Turkey. The staff spoke limited English but nonetheless understood and attended to all my requests - I had to get my key reprogrammed every day for some reason, but they made it painless. Good hotel. Good staff. Fair price.

If you would like to go Çanakkale definitly you should stay over there...

Have stayed here on two occassions. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Mini bar is very reasonably priced for a hotel. If you can get a room facing the Dardanelles you wont be disappointed. A beautiful view from these rooms.
