Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Breakfast included is always a plus. Walking distance to the night market. Front office staff asked every morning when I wanted the room cleaned and then arranged for it. The cost value was excellent. Room was clean.
Sort of further from everything, which could also be a plus if you like that. The shower could not be adjusted so the spray went six feet at a 45 degree angle to spray the opposite wall (it was a large stall). The problem is if you are shorter than six feet tall, you would need to stand against the opposite wall for the water to hit below your head. And even then it was not ideal. My daughters and I used it by detaching and using it as a hand held.

Reviewed May 9, 2026The bathroom is spacious and has a window which is rare nowadays. The proximity to the new Daijjing bridge is cool...to bad we couldn't quite see it from the room.
Very inflexible hotel...had to pay for the stay in a weird ATM machine in the lobby in 3 installments, breakfast is served at only 3 set times you have to select the day before, all too early. We had the best room in the hotel with supposedly the best views and it really wasn't all that nice. For the price, there are much more comfortable and better located hotels in Taipei we have since found. There is not much to do in the area, not a lot of restaurants or cafes, and they are basically all shut by 9pm.
