Alors déjà j'ai réservé une chambre un Grand lit j'ai eu une chambre avec lit pour enfant le toit au toilette était enlevé envoyais l'installation et la femme de ménage elle a remis le verre ou j'avais bu mon médicament à sa place au lieu dele jetée elle a pas mis l'essuie de sortie de douche franchement je suis une cliente depuis 4ans et jamais eu ce service

la ubicacion, belgica ya no es tan seguro, hay mucho arabe con malas intenciones, de camino al hotel en el tren desde bruselas midi, tres marroquies, intentaban asaltarnos, al ver que iba con una bebe y mi mujer, soy exmilitar e iba preparado para accionar si intentaban algo esa gente. la estacion de tren super oscura, al igual que el camino al hotel, la maquina de ticket de tren dejo de funcionar. si se quedan en este hotel, les recomendamos llegar en bolt o taxi.

pillow was not good, it screwed my first night, they changed it day 2. Location not amazing, but I had the car so it worked very well.

La información de algunos productos, por ejemplo el desayuno Si lo decías un día antes el coste era de 8€ por persona, pero si no avisabas el día antes te cobraban 12€ por persona, lo mismo nos pasó con el parking Nadie nos avisó de esto nunca

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Exactly what you pay for. We used it as an overnight stay travelling from Germany to the Shuttle with a 3 year old so just needed a bed for us to sleep. Room was small but did the job. Toilet, shower, sink, TV and beds. Can't fault it. Staff were helpful and explained everything. Breakfast was simple but had the basics. No hot food other than boil your own eggs which my 2 year old LOVED!! Mean, cheese, croissants, bread, yoghurt, cereal so can't really go wrong. There was even a park pretty much next door to the hotel so we just played there.
Nothing I didn't like it was exactly what I expected.

One of the staff was unintelligible - he spoke so quickly hardly opening his mouth so that not even francophones could undertsand him. Two others did not listen to what was requested - a QR code to get out of the car park - although I handed them the 3-hour parking ticket to exchange it for another they assumed I was checking in so asked for my passport. The 3 hour free parking is a nonsense rip-off because no one visits this hotel for 3 hours - they stay overnight for at least 10 hours so everyone is charged. This does not happen in France. Average choice of food for breakfast.

Das man abends vor dem Hotel einige Mäuse herumlaufen sah, war schon ein ekelerregendes Gefühl, dass wir auch dort kein Frühstück gebucht haben.

Bien que se soit un ibis budget, le wc ne ferment pas a clé ( nous étions une famille parents et enfants) Et la salle de bain qui donne sur la chambre perd d'intimité. C'est l'agencement des chambres.

Im Zimmer war es sehr warm, und es gab weder Belüftung noch Klimaanlage. Ich finde, dass sich die Ibis-Hotels nach und nach verschlechtern und mittlerweile kaum noch zu empfehlen sind. Die Kosten für den Außenparkplatz waren zu hoch, zumal wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.

Des clients bruyants avec des enfants qui ont passé la nuit à courir dans les couloirs puis le matin se sont mis à taper sur toute les portes ce qui nous a réveillé sans aucune intervention du personnel c'est mon mari qui a dû leur demander de se calmer.
