Clean, staff are nice. I like the check out time which is 12nn. No question when we check in 30mins early.

Front desk staff and management couldn't have been worse. Completely ignorant. No accountability for their own mistakes when it came time to bill, instead were incredibly rude while making false accusations. No apology when they realized they were wrong the whole time. Service staff were great, room was always clean.

There was a Christmas party for thestaff in the breakfast room below our room, where drunken karaoke carried on until 11 even after phoning and asking if they could turn it down it was very very loud. Was not worth the almost 200 a night for a family room when my children can not sleep due to the noise. In the morning the breakfast options were cold ham and sausages, old eggs, or cereal without milk. Not impressed. Won’t stay again. Told the front desk lady about the loud people when checking out and she couldn’t care less.

The hotel was very nice and accommodating for pets. The breakfast was excellent! There’s not much to do in the town though and very few places to eat. My husband and I would stay here again if ever passing through.

We had a great stay here from beginning to end. The front desk staff were great, the room was clean and bed comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was better than average.

We needed a place to stay to take shelter from a severe thunderstorm and this place was conveniently on our path. Very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable and most importantly we felt safe. Good breakfast options in the morning.

Good place to stqy for work

It was a nice hotel to stay at. I stayed in a Standard Room with 2 Queen beds. The room had a microwave and mini fridge, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold food (standard breakfast food) which was very delicious.

Travelling with pets it’s nice that this is a pet friendly hotel.

Very clean. Check-in was a little long. We had booked 3 rooms and each room had to be checked in separately. But we were allowed to check in a little early to change for a wedding we were attending. The breakfast staff were so friendly and quick to clean up. Definitely stay here again.

It was a easy and good stay

Booked a jacuzzi room and upon arrival was told that “sometimes online shows we have two jacuzzi rooms but we only have one and it’s booked.” This was the only reason I booked that hotel. Very disappointed and no real apology or offer to make up for it.

Stay on the first floor the laundry room is down the hall and between that and the games room makes for a real fun evening

Everything was good except for the fact that the hotel building is so close to the main highway and anyone could hear the big trucks passing over that highway.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is very, very clean and the staff are professional and friendly. Loved the fact that each person got a choice of pillows, one soft and small and one larger and firmer. Think this a a great ideas.

Stay was great, very clean and extremely comfy beds. My only complaint is the room I booked had a jacuzzi tub in the stock photo but when I got in the room there was only a pull out sofa? So kind of misleading, it wasn’t too big a deal though as I checked in late anyway. Great stay!

Great hotel, has a game room, often free meals and friendly service
