It is a breathtaking experience with its scenic nature , huge lakes, rain trees forest. Worth to visit if you are nature lover. You rent bicycle and enjoy in a scenic road while reaching a waterfalling from cave . Rooms are also clean

كثرة الحشرات داخل السكن وعدم الاهتمام بنظافة الموقع (وجود وزع وفضلاتها داخل الغرف).

I enjoyed the atmosphere and surrounding areas with lots of activities to do it's a wonderful place. 😀

The hedges were a bit trimmed so we didn't have as much privacy as we wanted.

We had pool villa. Amazing

We stayed at burden for three nights to enjoy the surrounding phangnga area while traveling from Phuket to Krabi. It was a great way to break up our trip and take in the beautifully scenery and nature that the area had to offer. The rooms were generous in size and had everything we needed. The accommodation is simple, clean and comfortable. The private pool was a great way to pass the afternoon after heading out to sightsee in the mornings. Breakfast was decent, enough options and fresh produce for what we needed.

It’s a great little spot and reasonably priced. I would recommend for anyone wanting to see the area, just important to manage expectations, it is by no means luxurious, but really let all the needs we needed and more. You really need a car on this area.

Nous étions dans une jolie villa avec une piscine au centre et vue sur l'étang. Cadre magnifique au milieu de la nature et des magnifiques pitons rocheux. Il y a également une grande piscine commune avec un tobbogan pour les enfants. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et réactif. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Beaucoup de faune dû au fait que l'établissement est en pleine nature : varan, lézards en tout genre et nous avons même vu un scorpion. L'établissement a été très réactif quand nous leur avons signalé.

Pour le prix, nous nous attendions à un établissement un peu plus haut de game. Villa un peu vieille et vétuste. Il faut savoir (si on a de jeunes enfants) que les 2 chambres sont indépendantes et pas dans la même maison même si la villa forme un tout. L'hôtel est loin de tout et les GRAB ne fonctionnent pas à cet endroit. Nous sommes obligés de passer par l'hôtel pour prendre un taxi.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The check in and service was smooth. The food and room service are very good and inexpensive for hotel standards. The beds are comfy. The atmosphere is very nice especially the Chamchuri trees with a backdrop of coral cliffs.

The rooms are a bit dated and have almost no insulation. There are many corporate events going on with entertainment so there’s noise all day. The internet is a joke. This hotel is not recommended for people with disabilities.

Très beau site.

Accueil pas très efficace. Nous sommes tombé en pleine fête de je ne sais quelle organisation. Les participants faisaient des jeux très bruyants dans le parc. Nous avons été placé a proximité de la piscine ou la fête batait sont plein. La chambre est vieillotte et équipée d'une baignoire XXL en carrelage et protégée pas des panneaux de bois façon fond de placard. Les fenêtres en bois équipées de film surteinté sont dans l'ambiance "vieux et de mauvais goût ". Malgré un magnifique parc, nous sommes à quelques mètres d'une route très passante. Le bar restaurant est d'une autre époque et s'appare te a un bon restaurant pour routiers. Attention cet endroit ne reflète pas la magnifique vidéo de présentation!

מקום נקי, מרווח, שירותי ומפתיע ביופיו. בניגוד לרוב האורחים, הגענו בלי רכב אבל צוות המלון סייע לנו לארגן הסעות לאן שרצינו, מטיול יום לko panyi ועד ל 7-11. לקחנו 7 ימים למשפחה עם 3 ילדים ושדרגנו לוילה עם שלושה חדרי שינה. השתמשנו בכל מה שהיה למלון להציע, מיני גולף בריכה ענקית משותפת שהרגישה כמעט פרטית, אופניים מעולים איתם טיילנו למפלים, מסלול טרקטורונים קצר מסאג׳ מעולה ועוד ובעיקר רבצנו. יש ממש מעט אורחים רק 50 וילות בכל השטח העצום אז התחושה מאוד פרטית יוקרתית ושקטה. אנחנו משפחה מאוד קולינארית, סמוך למלון נמצאת המסעדה הטעימה בתאילנד, bangramen והקפדנו לאכול בה כל יום. החדרים מושלמים. הצוות שירותי וחייכן.

מושלם. מומלץ להגיע עם רכב, אבל מי שאין לו יכול לקבל מהמלון הסעה לכל מקום. יש מיניוואן לנסיעות ארוכות ופיקאפ לנסיעות קצרות.

Chambre non conforme a la reservation (chambre pour deux, alors que reservé pour 3), proposition de surclassement mais payante, petit dejeune non compris alors que reservé sur internet, lit en planche de bois, clim defectueuse...

Very good panorama, the best view you can have in a hotel in Thailand. Excellent service, specially Ann who speaks very good english.The room are around the lake, so the hotel is big, but easy to go with the bridge. They have pedalo, snooker, table tennis, darts, mini golf...for free They have tours to see James Bond Island and other place, you can rent a bike...

Mon et Kyle se sont très bien.occupés de nous, stt pr l anniveraire de mon fils, un gâteau et une chorale d accueil! Incroyable! La vue et le calme st d une sérénité incomparable. On y mange très bien, c est varié , délicieux et adapté à ceux qui boudent la cuisine thaïe... Les happys hours st un bonheur total. Ns y avons passé dix jours, excursions proches géniales -James Bond Island, Elephant rescue park... Je recommande chaudement, ce fut royal

Un.gd plus aurait été des activités pr occuper les petits comme yoga ou balade...

La piscine, les lits et le jardin

il y avait un événement de running , et ils ont placé ma villa juste en face. Résultat : impossible de dormir de la nuit car ils faisaient des essais technique avec micro et enceinte pendant 3 jours. Je suis repartie de là épuisée .. je ne comprend pas pourquoi on ne m’a pas proposé une villa à un autre emplacement étant donné que c’était en basse saison et vide

Superschöne Anlage mit vielen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine Villa mit Pool und drei Räumen die unsere Erwartungen übertroffen haben. Der Service rund um die Anlage war super, schnell und jederzeit freundlich. Besonders bei Mon, Yha und Pok. Das Essen war ok und die Abläufe rund um die Bar sollten angepasst werden, selbst bei wenig Gästen dauert das Essen und die Bedienung etwas lange. Die Anlage ist dennoch sehr zu empfehlen.

There were a lot of lizard droppings in the room before we checked in and during our stay increased.. looked like the top of the bed/ cupboards hadn’t been clean in a while. But we do understand it’s a very nature forward environment

Transports, car il est très difficile de sortir de l'hôtel pour faire des excursions (non prévu par l'hôtel, prix excessif si on le demande, et taxi impossible à avoir dans cette zone isolée). Il y a beaucoup d'activités proposées mais souvent décevantes : pédalos ne passent pas sous les pontons, ballon de basket disparu, gants de boxe : 3 mains gauche et 1 droite, billards : difficile de récupérer les billes,... Mon fils s'est brûlé les pieds en montant au toboggan. Un panneau d'avertissement devrait être installé, pour mouiller l'infrastructure avant de monter dessus.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank *Mon، Ya and Ked* for their kindness and outstanding service. They were so helpful and made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for your warm hospitality. I highly recommend this resort and would love to stay here again.

נמלים בכל מקום , על המיטה , כל הארוחת בוקר נמלים (בזמן , משקאות) אוכל ברמה נמוכה הזמנו פאדטי עוף הגיע עוף מקולקל . היינו אמורים לשהות יומיים ברחנו אחרי לילה אחד בגלל עניין הנמלים במיטה .

We are regulars to this area but this was our first time at this hotel. What a beautiful place! We visit this area for the nature and scenery, and it's really on your doorstep here. Absolutely loved our room. The service was impeccable, everyone made us feel so welcomed, we will never forget the manager, always so happy to help, thank you Mr Khal for your warmth and hospitality. The director asked to meet with us also to see how our stay was and if there was anything he could do to improve our stay, in talking about our interests in the area he went and organised us a complimentary trip! All in all this place far exceeded our expectations,

Nothing to dislike

We recently stayed at Borsaen Villa and had a wonderful experience. The highlight for us was the hotel's beautiful and spacious grounds. You don't even need to leave the property to enjoy your stay – you can rent a bicycle and ride through scenic paths surrounded by lagoons, mountains, and lush tropical nature. There is also a lovely café and restaurant on-site serving delicious food. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. Some of the rooms are currently being renovated, so the hotel will be even better in the near future. The value for money is excellent. This is one of the best places we've stayed in Thailand for the price. We will definitely come back and highly recommend Borsaen Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.

Het is een mooi resort even weg van de drukte. Het personeel is echt heel erg aardig, super behulpzaam en zorgen er voor dat je niks te kort komt.

De kamer had wat schoner gekund. Klein beetje gedateerd.

Le lieu comme tel est épatant. Le personel, super, le déjeuner et le dîner la veille, super, savoureux et en grande quantité…

L’endroit à besoin de maintenance et notre piscine arborait un cerne de saleté tout autour, au niveau de l’eau…le jacuzzi on l’a pas senti comme tel…le lit est dur, très dur, un bed topper serait apprécié si on ne change pas les matelas…

1. В номере было полно живности, ОДИН ОГРОМНЫЙ ТАРАКАН БЫЛ ПРЯМ В МОЕЙ КРОВАТИ!!!!! Два в душе, утром летала оса в номере (хотя все двери были закрыты) ночью меня кто-то укусил в ногу и она распухла, скорее всего это были муравьи, тк утром их тоже обнаружили прям в кровати. 2. Невозможно нормально отрегулировать кондиционер, на 25 градусов дует очень сильно и прям на кровать, на 26 очень жарко, я всю ночь из-за этого не спала. 3. Завтрак заставили выбрать на 2 дня вперёд, непонятно зачем, если его готовили все равно прям перед нами. 4. Видно, что виллы старые и им пора делать ремонт. 5. Ужасно грязный холодильник!!!! 6. Проблемы с замком, дверь просто нормально не закрывалась

Nos gustó todo, parece que estás dentro de una película las villas con piscina privada es lo mejor, te dan privacidad y te sientes como en casa, el desayuno también increíble comida TODO, de verdad sin duda hemos estado 3 veces en Tailandia y este es uno de los mejores en los que he estado tanto calidad precio como todo te sientes en casa desde el primer momento, y en plena naturaleza, dentro de el mismo resort puedes llegar a la cueva también muy bonita para gente aventurera y que le guste explorar repetiremos si o si gracias a todos los trabajadores nos hemos sentido como en casa felicitaciones por este magnífico lugar, incluso se nos coló un drone en un árbol super alto y los chicos no duraron ni 1 segundo en ayudar, de verdad que recomiendo este lugar para desconectar y para todo

No puedo decir nada malo.. por decil algo la ubicación pero si lo que quieres es relajarte y estar sin el bullicio es el lugar perfecto para desconectar

The bicycles need to be serviced or replaced, many of the breaks do not work. There were no signs on how to get to waterfalls or caves.

Please, change pillows if possible - they are very big and hard. And extend time of activities at least until 8pm. Please, check quality of your bicycles - most of them need to be fixed. Thank you.

Gorgeous resort style property set on a lake and surrounded by jungle. Villas are private, modern and clean and it's lovely to hear the jungle noises as night settles in. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Villas are designed as two separate wings - living and bed/bath. My visit was during rainy season and it was a bit annoying to have to go outside via the wet patio to go from the living wing to the bed/bathroom. Bed was a little firm for western standards.

Schon etwas abgewohnt, große Küche aber keine Koch oder Aufwärmmöglichkeit, keine Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen - bei privatem Pool ein ziemliches Problem, kein WC im Gemeinschaftsbereich, man muss über den Außenbereich in die Schlafbereiche laufen - bei uns hat es fast durchgehend geregnet - der Bereich ist auch rutschig und mit 2 kleinen Kindern war dies eine ziemliche Herausforderung, eine Nacht hatten Nachbarn ziemlich lange laut Party

We loved the pool villas. We paid a good price for them. The villa was amazing and the outdoor bathroom was great too. The villa pool was small but fun. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. The resorts swimming pools were large. The walks around with the dog was amazing and exploring the many caves. The waterfall was nearby and was great fun. The viewing tower was cool and the dog followed us up there somehow lol. The food was very reasonably priced and tasted excellent. The lake was great and the pedal boats were fun. This place was very nice for our honeymoon but sadly not perfect, hence why i only gave it 8/10. It is a very nice place, but if they sort out the issues below, then this place would be perfect. This place is in the middle on no-ware, and not very close to shops and life, which is a great escape from it all, however, you do have a 7-11 close by and the odd food vendor so don't worry. Also the food at the resort is all you need anyway.

There was a bit of issues and it made me a bit upset as we were on our honeymoon, but it is what it is. I will list the issues i had: 1. When you called to asked to be picked up for breakfast or to the swimming pool, they took too long to come so basically they didn't come and we drove to breakfast each morning or drive to the pool and then drive back wet after swimming. They should have a golf buggy for all the rooms and so we wouldn't need to rely on the resorts staff to come to collect us or use our cars to go there. 2. When we called to ask for things, it took a while for them to be delivered to us or sorted, however when we asked for the pool massage pump to be turned off as it was stuck on for 24/7 they didn't do it which made our dog keep barking at it. 3. The mosquito nets in the bathroom have massive gaps and also a lot of cuts to them! You should fill those gaps and replace or fix the broken nets. 4. The windows and doors are made from wood, so there are a lot of gaps and will let mosquitos in. 5. When we asked for the room to be cleaned on one occasion it wasn't, so we had to then wait for them to do it while we had to pop out even though we didn't want to pop out as we already had been out. 6. As we drove from Pattaya, we wanted to check in and was told that we needed to wait about an hour as the room wasn't ready. It was a good thing we didn't try to check-in at 12pm as we would have waited longer, but at check-in time, you should have had the room available especially when you knew we was on our honeymoon and had a dog. 7. The swimming pool water things were not switched on and you had to ask for them to be turned on which i didn't know until i complained then was told you had to ask - no one told me to do that when checking in. Sadly the slide's water wasn't powerful enough to be used. 8. The pool table had missing balls and the q's were broken tips so you really couldn't play it, such a shame. 9.

Удивительное место, потрясающие виды на горы, огромная территория отеля. Есть куда прогуляться. Много активностей не территории. По территории гуляют трусливые вараны.

Видно что хоть и стараются но отель старый, неплохо было бы провести реновацию. Но даже при этом все очень классно 👍

It was great staying in nature. Everything (kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, private pool area) were spacious.

Doors and windows have gaps and are not sealed, so every room had ants and geckos/lizards. The geckos/lizards hang out around the ceiling. Their poop falls on the ground and bathroom counter, which attracts the ants. The biggest problem was that the geckos/lizards make loud noises at night, which disturbed my sleep. I understand it is an ecoresort, so little critters might exist, but it was too much and in my opinion easily preventable if the just seal the gaps and cracks.

Bijzondere locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht. Leuke speelse kamers met eigen zwembad. Grote badkamer. De foto’s op Booking zorgden ervoor dat onze verwachtingen iets hoger waren. Onze villa was geen 300m2, maar eerder iets van 150m2. Massage faciliteit was heerlijk! ‘S avonds konden we pingpong spelen met de kids. Minibar was goed gevuld. Happy hour cocktails van 16.00 tot 19.00 uur.

De kamers waren wat gedateerd en niet super schoon. Ook duurde het vrij lang voordat de roomservice bestellingen werden bezorgd.

Домики конечно старенькие но все очень чисто , потрясающие большие кровати и удобные матрасы с белоснежным бельем , в доме есть все необходимое для проживания . Огромная красивая зеленая территория ! Мы катались на велосипедах по тенистым дорожкам , на следующий день хотели поехать на велосипеде в пещеру которая находится поблизости , но ребенок сидел у меня на багажнике и каким то образом засунул ногу в колесо и ее зажало ( так что пожалуйста будьте бдительны и хорошо объясняйте детям как нужно правильно сидеть на багажнике 🙏на этом наш отдых закончился мы в срочном порядке поехали делать снимок тк ногу раздуло очень сильно ! На территории есть катамараны Басейн с детской горкой , бильярд , настольный теннис , я советую данную гостиницу там очень уютно тихо и красиво

I would like the management to address the following issues: 1. weak shower and shower drain clogged, make it very slow to drain water 2. bathroom and interior fittings resemble more of dormitory rather than a pool villa - could have been redesigned with more taste 3. the salad station at breakfast fails to meet food safety standard - it was very clear that the corn was from leftover with fruit flies and ants, some tomatoes were rotten, most of the fruits and veggies were not daily-prepared. 4. water in the main pool looks very dirty and uninviting, as if to discourage the guests to swim there. 5. in one morning during our stay, there was power blackout - no electricity and no water for about half an hour, then everything was restored.

Понравилось всё. Вежливый, отзывчивый персонал. Виллы не новые, но ухоженные. в Домиках чисто, хотя, шторки не совсем. Чистое белоснежное постельное бельё и полотенца. Скромный, но хороший завтрак (яйца, колбаса, курица, рыба, хлеб,чай, кофе, каша)

Не хватало сушки для белья, веника, халатов, крема для тела. В спальне не удачно расположен кондиционер.

Everything about the facilities was amazing !

The pillows for sleeping were terrible and the staff working in the restaurant were very unfriendly and unhappy.

Мы останавливались уже второй раз в этом отеле. Виллы в целом комфортные, но уставшие. Нам нравится природа вокруг, красиво, спокойно. Работа ресторана при отеле стала немного быстрее на подачу блюд.

По сравнению с прошлым годом, есть изменения не в лучшую сторону. Прокат велосипедов теперь платный. Завтрак стал хуже, кофе на завтрак не вкусный. Виллу в этот раз нам дали другую, менее приватную, рядом стоят другие виллы и очень слышно соседей. В ресторане при отеле мое любимое блюдо Рис в ананасе готовят теперь не так вкусно, очень много масла, мало кешью. Доплата за собак 500 за ночь - дорого. Для второго нашего посещения могли бы хоть скидку сделать.

It can accommodate big groups and pets. This is such a great thing. And the kids playground and facilities is good.

Big ants and mosquitos. I guess it’s part of nature- but some pest control can manage this. We can’t use our outdoor area much because of the big fire ants and leaves from trees- i suggest leave a broom in the villa so guests can clean it up on their own. Our car doors also got infested by black ants from parking area.

Venligt personale. Smukke omgivelser. Roomservice var så god og til fair priser. Sad ofte i min pool på 'bænk' delen og læste. Det var fantastisk. Jeg tilmeldte mig den gratis meditation med munke, og det var meget smukt. Kan virkelig anbefales. Jeg regner klart med at komme tilbage.

Die Lage ist ziemlich abseits. Ausserhalb des Hitels zu Abend essen war leider nur einmal möglich, da dies mit dem Taxi (30 Min) geschehen musste.

Frühstück gut,völlig ausreichend!

Das Restaurant hat eine kleine Karte und wirkt etwas überfordert! Es gibt gutes Essen direkt am Eingang ,an der Straße!
