The pool was perfect! The apartment we stayed in was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It felt so safe too.

Das Frühstück war immer sehr lecker, frisch und es gab eine für uns ausreichende Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich, Im Service und an de Rezeption. Zimmer und Pool sehr sauber, die Lage am Strand ist mega schön. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und riesen groß.

Es fehlt an Ablagen, das ist jedoch ein allgemeines Problem in Thailand.

Breakfast was decent, with a different selection of cooked items each day. The modern coffee machine is a nice touch, but unfortunately the poor-quality beans make for rather terrible coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The check-in staff were somewhat inexperienced, but their friendly and welcoming attitude more than made up for it. Unfortunately, the shower drainage was blocked throughout our entire three-day stay, which was quite inconvenient.

The cleaning up process is super fast and proper. The gardener seems to care with what he’s doing.

The receptionist are not so welcoming the guests and uses such a tone of voice!

- ควรปรับปรุงด้านความสะอาด ห้องพักดีคะ เตียงนอนดีมาก ขาดแค่การทำความสะอาดที่ดี เราจองห้องพัก Room type Pool access หลังจากเช็คอินน์เข้าห้อง พบว่า ระเบียงเต็มไปด้วยใบไม้ เศษกิ่งไม้ เราจึงโทรเรียกพนักงานให้มากวาดระเบียงให้อีกครั้ง ซึ่งโดยปกติทางโรงแรมน่าจะมีการตรวจเช็คความเรียบร้อยจองห้องก่อนมั้ยคะ📌📌 - พื้นมีทรายภายในห้อง ทราบคะว่ามีบริการสลิปเปอร์ฟรี แต่โดยปกติของโรงแรมก็ควรจะสะอาดกว่านี้ - หากปรับปรุงเรื่องการทำความสะอาดได้คงจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งโรงแรมขนาดกลางที่ดีมากๆ ที่หนึ่ง - สระว่ายน้ำร่มรื่นคะ แค่ปรับปรุงความสะอาดรอบสระ ทุกอย่างจะดีมากๆเลยคะ

We recently arrived at the hotel for what we thought was a four-night stay, only to realize at reception that we had accidentally booked the wrong dates — one week later. It was a stressful moment, especially as we were traveling with our daughter, but the reception team handled the situation with incredible kindness, patience, and professionalism. A very special thank you to Khun Tar, Khun Aom, Khun Nan, and Khun June. They did everything they could to help us, checked the available options, communicated clearly, and finally managed to move our booking so we could stay. What could have become a very difficult situation turned into a warm and welcoming experience because of them. Our daughter was so touched by their kindness that she even drew a picture with their names on it. I am attaching a photo of these four wonderful reception team members standing in front of her drawing on the wall — it became a very special memory for our family. Thank you again for your genuine hospitality and care. This is exactly the kind of service that makes guests feel truly welcome. We would be very happy to come back and recommend this hotel to others.

Big room. Close to everything and on the beach. For the price you pay was more than adequate, always have stayed in big resorts but this will make me think twice.

Grounds could be more well kept. This could be such a lovely place to stay as it is right on the beach and staff are lovely. Maybe it is just because out of season but ground maintenance would make all the difference.

Within walking distance to the beach. Breakfast has a selection of western and thai food. The hotel pool was great. We especially liked the beach front view of our room. the room was spacious

Room was clean and a good size, with a decent shower and sockets either side of the bed.Staff were super friendly. Pool was lovely and shaded. Drinking water dispensers throughout. Good gym. Good location.

We’ve visited this hotel many times, and every time we’ve enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms are very comfortable, and the facilities are very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. We totally recommend staying at Kokotel. Special thanks to Khun Tar, Khun Night, Khun Mili, and Khun Bright 🙏🏽 You are doing a great job. Keep it up.

The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the room was very clean. This was my second stay here, and I was just as impressed as the first time. In the morning, if you have plans before breakfast hours, the staff thoughtfully prepare a breakfast box for you. Such a lovely and attentive touch. If I visit Khao Lak again, I will definitely choose to stay here

Lovely staff, right next to the beach, the pool was fantastic and clean. Bed was super comfy and the room was spacious, powerful shower.

L'état de la salle d'eau qui semblait peu entretenue (calcaire et tuyauterie abîmées) l'odeur de moisissure a mon arrivée dû a une fuite d'eau a l'étage. Humidité ambiante dû au même problème.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück direkt am Meer. Nettes Personal! Zimmer gepflegt und gut gekühlt. Schöner Blick aufs Meer.

Tische beim Frühstück unhygienisch. Im Zimmer gab es oft einen Gestank der Abflüsse, unangenehme Gase.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, Frühstück im Freien, perfekte Sauberkeit, tägliche Zimmerreinigung, neue Handtücher, sehr ruhige Lage mit Restaurants + Massageshops fußläufig erreichbar, Sonnenschirme, Badetücher für Pool + Strand inklusive, Strand mit Liegen nur für Hotelgäste, zum Hotel gehörender Shop am Strand zum Einkaufen und Leihen von Surfboards, Bodyboards etc. Glasflaschen und Wasserspender für kostenloses Trinkwasser finde ich super, Klimaanlage am Zimmer funktioniert perfekt, Zimmersafe, Haartrockner, Dusche zum Umschalten zwischen Handbrause und Regendusche

Vom Pool im Innenhof hört man schon zeitig in der Früh sehr lautstark alle Geräusche, da die Eingangstüren der Hotelzimmer leider sehr hellhörig sind. Motorrad-Verleih: Die Mitarbeiter an der Hotelrezeption stellen nur einen Kontakt zu einem Händler in der näheren Umgebung her. Das Motorrad muss man zwar selbst abholen, dafür gibt es jedoch ein Pickup-Service. Die Rückgabe des Motorrads erfolgt ausschließlich auf Eigenleistung, Dropoff-Service dafür gibt es leider nicht.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Haben Roller und Weiterfahrt über sie gebucht war nicht teurer wie der Rest. Frühstück sehr umfangreich in schöner Atmosphäre am Strand. In der Anlage gibt es den ganzen Tag kostenlos Wasser. Strandabschnitt ebenfalls sehr schön gelegen und man kann am nachmittag Surfer beobachten

Allgemein ist die Anlage doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Klimaanlage ist dementsprechend lauter. Uns hat es nicht gestört wer hier aber sensibel ist sollte eher von einer Buchung absehen.

L accueil expéditif ,la piscine des gosse hurlent toutes la journée, chambre humide ++ j ai jamais vu ça ! Petit déjeuner pas bon dutou, assez loin du centre ville. Je n y retournerai pas

Super Lage an einem schönen Strand und nicht so im Trubel. Night Market mit Tuktuk gut zu erreichen. Hotel hilft auch beim Organisieren von Ausflügen.

Alles mooi schoon en ruim opgezet, prima ontbijt.

De douche was of extreem warm of extreem koud, valt niet te reguleren dus. (Meerdere kamers hetzelfde)

Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses. L emplacement bord de mer est top.

Nous avions réservé la chambre familiale pour 6 avec mezzanine. C est une horreur, la clim ne fonctionne pas et les volets ne s ouvrent pas, vous êtes dans le noir tout le temps !!! A fuir absolument, j ai demandé à changer de chambre sur le champ. Dommage, le reste de l hotel est très bien, ce logement ne devrait pas être loué !!!!

The room was not very clean, there were so many bugs inside that it felt very icky.

Lovely boutique hotel near the beach. Good food and helpful people. The apartment was spacious to fit our 2+2 family.

Our stay was a nightmare due to a severe health and safety failure. Both of our children contracted Pseudomonas folliculitis (Hot Tub Rash) from the hotel pool. The infection was so painful that they were unable to even go into the ocean for two days. Crucially, this was not an isolated incident. We spoke to other families whose children were suffering from the exact same red spots and skin pain. While adults seemed unaffected, the pool was clearly a breeding ground for bacteria that targeted the more sensitive skin of the children. The hotel’s response was unprofessional and technically alarming: 1) Failing Filtration System: They claim the pool is cleaned daily, yet they admitted they need to perform "bypass cleanings" twice a year. This is a massive red flag indicating a buildup of biofilm in the pipes that their daily routine cannot kill. 2) Panic Response: After we complained, they shut the pool for "emergency cleaning." They promised it would reopen at 7:00 AM, but the work took until 4:00 PM—proving they were scrambling to fix a major contamination issue they had previously ignored. 3) Zero Transparency: When we asked for the legally required water bacteria test logs, the staff claimed they had no records. To any parents considering this hotel: Stay away. The management is reactive rather than proactive, and their "daily cleaning" is clearly not working. Do not risk your children’s health.

Le kokotel est vraiment un hôtel magnifique, le petit déjeuner est top, la literie n a rien a envier au resort. La propreté est top. Gros point positif pour la gentillesse du personnel surtout ceux du petit dej et du restaurant. Merci pour vos sourires et votre gentillesse.
