Was clean

Facilities was not great as Sheraton others. There was no drinking water in suite and breakfast didn’t have variety as seen other Sheraton.

Gratis upgrade, schone, nette, ruime kamer, niet tever van de luchthaven.

Ontbijt was erg duur en ver van het centrum.

Frühstück war top Zimmer top jedoch schade, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann

We stayed in a Club Room and had access to the Club Lounge during our stay. The room was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a good job. The Club Lounge was a nice place to relax, but the food selection was quite limited and was basically the same every day. Breakfast was of decent quality, but unfortunately there was very little variety. We stayed for several days and the breakfast selection was almost exactly the same each morning, which became a little repetitive after a few days. The hotel is a little bit away from the main train station, so the location may not be the most convenient if you have a lot of luggage. However, if you enjoy walking, the distance is still quite manageable. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the Club access was a nice benefit, but more variety in the Club Lounge and at breakfast would definitely improve the experience, especially for guests staying several nights.

酒店位置方便，离机场不远……到市中心也十分便利，门口的四路电车直达苏黎世总站！酒店房间相对比较大，卫生很好，虽然靠近铁路，但是一点儿也不吵……房间视野也很棒。早餐十分丰盛，工作人员热心友好，尤其是那位云南的小姐姐，特别是幽默风趣……酒店隔壁还有一家超市，日常买水买花买水果都十分便利……虽然是第三次来苏黎世了，每次住的酒店都不错，但还是比较喜欢这家喜来登，下次还会选择这里！

الافطار نوعا ما كان جيد ولكن الخيارات فيه قليله ، الموقع غير هادئ وقريب من القطارات ، الفندق من ناحيه الهدوء فهو جيد ويصلح للعوائل ، ويوجد هايبرماركت قريب من الفندق ومطاعم

نظافة الممرات في الفندق غير نظيف ولا يتم تنظيفه بشكل دوري

Location so close to a Tram line

Nothing, if pushed maybe the bathroom glass could be less transparent to avoid light filtering into the whole room when the bathroom light is turned on

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel

Das Frühstück hat leider unsere Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt. Das Brot gab nur weißes. Das Befüllen der verbrauchte Nahrung hat es sehr gedauert.

Für Konzerte im Letzigrund ist das Hotel ideal gelegen. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein Pluspunkt. Personal an der Reception ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

My stay at the Sheraton Zurich Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. While the location is slightly outside the city center, I actually found it to be very convenient. There is a tram stop literally at the hotel’s doorstep, and Zurich’s tram network is so efficient that you can reach virtually anywhere that matters in the city with ease. Because of that, I have absolutely no complaints about the location. What truly made this stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff. A very special thank you to Chris (Christian Salce). I have traveled extensively, and Chris is genuinely one of the kindest, most helpful, and most knowledgeable hospitality professionals I have ever met. No matter what question I had, he always had the answer. Whether it was trains, restaurants, sightseeing, car rentals, local tips, or simply navigating Zurich, he was incredibly patient, calm, humble, and genuinely eager to help. Every interaction with him was a pleasure. His recommendations and guidance significantly improved my experience in Zurich, and he is a true asset to the Sheraton team. Another very special thank you goes to Nina. She was absolutely fantastic. As a visitor trying to understand Zurich’s public transport system, I was initially a little overwhelmed, but Nina explained everything with such precision and clarity that she practically made me feel like a local. Her instructions were detailed, easy to follow, and incredibly helpful. She even assisted me with booking a tour and ensured I understood exactly how to get where I needed to go. It genuinely felt as though she was walking next to us and guiding me through the city. Her dedication to helping guests goes far beyond what is expected. I would also like to give an honorable mention to Maria, who assisted me during checkout.

Its just a little far from the city, breakfast could do with some more options

Das Zimmer: Sehr geräumig! Das Frühstücksangebot hervorragend, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Die Lage: Rund um das Hotel war nichts los..., aber die Strassenbahn vor der Haustür, daher schnelles Erreichen des Stadtzentrums!

The hotel was perfect fit for our purpose of stay- ice hockey world championship, very close to arena. Hotel itself was very nice and modern, very good breakfast and professional reception staff.

there was some confusion on the tax as when we checked in the person at the checkin counter checked everything including all passports and levied the tourist tax appropriately. When we were checking out they said it was a mistake and charges us for one person extra which didnt make sense. we were in a rush to didnt argue and paid it anyway.

An excellent service by GM Mr Jan and his Team Mr Chris who is so attentive and helpful , Mr Louis and Ms Verana ( receptionist) who are always there to assist. Great Job! Keep it up and we look forward to returning very soon to enjoy your hospitality.

A very mediocre Sheraton hotel. Interior outdated. Needs an update. Had to pay 60-80CHF by taxi to go to Hauptbahnhof and city center. The local tram and national trains (in two directions) passes by every 2-3 minutes, which is very disturbing. Rooms are clean but made up very late every day. Even had to ask for make up the room one late evening. Booked a room with Club lounge access to have at least continental breakfast. Please don’t!!! They serve only croissants. The continental breakfast in the restaurant was 28CHF, not worth it! Full American 38CHF, didn’t try it. The ”dinner” as they call it, in the lounge is the saddest ever. The cold dishes was the same every night. The hot dishes was almost the same and very dry and very sad too. One evening vegetarian kebab, same kebab? was pork kebab the evening after. As it was heated too long, couldn’t tell the difference. Over all, no i would not book this Marriott Bonvoy hotel again. Sorry.

Bröckelige Wand, Konnten kein Deutsch (in der Schweiz🤷‍♀️), keine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer, Föhnstecker des Hotels ging nicht in Steckdose

We had a very good stay at this hotel in Zurich. Our Family Room was clean and large enough for 4 people with all the amenities we expected. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We arrived by car to the hotel. The car entrance is at the closest traffic light west of the hotel. Signs lead you to the parking lot and which spaces are designated for the hotel. The hotel’s elevators are directly connected to the lot. You will have to pay every time you enter/exit the parking lot, though you get a small discount if you pay at the hotel’s reception. There were some restaurants and a Coop supermarket by the hotel.

Spacious and comforting furniture.

Nothing to mention stay was excellent and child friendly.

I wish the cleaning was done everyday

Die Lage ist super. Das Angebot für den Roomservice ist vielseitig und auch qualitativ hochwertig.

Der eine Sessel war an der Seite ausgefranst. Sah nicht sehr schön aus. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
