Bardzo ładny hotel i całe jego otoczenie mega klimatyczne. Strefa Wellness , basen ,sauna i zbiorniki z wodą mineralną. Super

De mooie locatie, het prachtige uitzicht vanuit de eetzaal, de fijne zwembaden en sauna en het vriendelijke personeel.

Er waren eigenlijk geen minpunten.

Cadre verdoyant dans un hôtel de charme où nous ressentons l'histoire familiale. C'est un lieu charmant avec une âme. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et tout est toujours très bien géré. La propreté est parfaite et le spa avec piscine est très propre ,très bien agencé et décoré. Un Havre de paix L'hôtel est proche de départ de ballades avec de jolies découvertes dans cette région splendide. Nous avons pu partir depuis L'hôtel sans prendre notre voiture pendant notre séjour. A recommander

Das Zimmer war etwas im die Jahre gekommen und der Balkon sehr klein

-Location: it is located in the picturesque alpine village of Flims. A 20-minute walk (mostly downhill) will bring you to the famous Lake Cauma -The staff is kind and professional -My room was located in a chalet in front of the hotel. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. It even had a balcony -The breakfast was very good both in terms of quality and variety -My room and all the common areas were clean

No big issue to report. All in all, the hotel offers good value for money. I do not write anything on the wellness area and the swimming pool because I have not used these services during my stay at the hotel

Lokacija mirna,sobe uredne i čiste,večera odlična,osoblje jako ljubazno. Puno raznih lokacija u sklopu objekta gdje se u miru može provesti vrijeme. Nažalost,boravili smo samo 1 noć

Breakfast was good, sauna was extremely nice and a pleasant surprise. Pool was also much better than expected. Staff were also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The whole stay exceeded my expectations.

Sauna opening hours were a bit restricted. The sauna closed early and also was not open in the mornings.

È il secondo anno che passo il weekend del primo d agosto in questo hotel. Mi trovo molto bene, il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. L hotel cresta si trova in una posizione ottima, rimane più tranquillo rispetto ad altri alloggi direttamente in paese, ma tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Io vengo con i mezzi di trasporto da zurigo è davvero facile raggiungere l hotel. Il giardino e la piscina sono stati un toccasana dopo tutti i chilometri di passeggiata fatti. Inoltre la colazione è molto ricca, con ottimi formaggi, uova e molta scelta di affettati! Posso solo consigliarlo, perché io l anno prossimo torneró sicuramente :)

Piccola nota, perquanto l arredamento sia caratteristico e tradizionale le stanze sono un po' vetuste. Gli asciugacapelli andrebbero davvero sostituiti.

Semplice, accogliente e pulita! Mi è piaciuta la strutturazione in diverse case, quella principale e quelle più piccole. Malgrado sulle foto nella camera singola ci fosse un letto singolo, al mio arrivo ho trovato un letto francese, piacevole sorpresa!!

Sehr charmant, gemütlich, wir wurden persönlich empfangen. Die ganze Liegenschaft mit Park hat eine lange Geschichte, es ist ein echtes Erlebnis alles zu entdecken. Einzigartig.

L’emplacement très au calme, très jolie vue, le jardin, la piscine, le buffet du petit-déjeuner très copieux et l’accueil à la réception. Tout était parfait. Notre chambre pour 3 était spacieuse et très propre.

Sehr toller Garten, schöner Biopool und geheizter Aussenpool mit Massagedüsen, Sprudel etc. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, nettes Personal. Bequeme Betten.

Zimmer etwas älter, Dusche in Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, jedoch sauber und mit Balkon.

Nah am Caumasee und generell guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Dafür ist Flims Dorf etwas weiter weg gelegen, aber die Busstation ist gleich in der Nähe.

The staff was extremely helpful when we informed them that we would arrive after the reception closing time due to unexpected delays on the alpine roads. However, access to the hotel was well arranged after a long day. The views of the mountains were great, and the location was peaceful.

The breakfast was a bit basic with limited options. Also, the swimming pool was too cold to really enjoy.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas klein aber es hat alles was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde immer aufgefüllt und war sehr reichhaltig. Das Hotel hatte verschiedene Zimmer und Gebäude und war sehr heimelig.

Unser Zimmer war sehr rustikal (alles mit dunklem Holz getäfelt) und hatte einen dichten, langhaarigen Teppich den ich ungern barfuss begangen hätte, obwohl das Zimmer sehr sauber war. Die Matratze war mir etwas zu weich. Die Böden im Wellnessbereich waren etwas schmutzig da der Zugang zum Aussenbereich mit Wiese möglich war und deshalb zwangsläufig Gras und Blätter mitgenommen wurden.

Wir haben spontan eine Nacht gebucht und wir waren über die Lage, das Personal, das Essen, das Pool etc. etc. einfach nur positiv überrascht. Einen herzlichen Empfang und generell herzliches und freundliches Personal. Wir hatten das letzte Zimmer das frei war im 4. Stock unter dem Dach und für uns war das perfekt für eine Nacht. Alles war wir benötigten war vorhanden.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sensationell. Preis Leistung stimmt mehr als vollumfänglich.Unser Zimmer im Chalet war sehr gemütlich....mit begehbarer Dusche und Balkon. Wir durften den Wellnessbereich auch am Abreisetag noch voll ausnutzen. Es gibt einen schönen Umkleideraum mit abschliessbaren Kästen. Ganz besonders möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit vom Rezeptionisten hervorheben....aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiterinnen haben einen guten Job gemacht.

Die Zimmer im Chalet sind ringhörig....aber das haben wir zum Voraus gewusst....Ohropax von Vorteil.

Bellissimo Hotel con 4 strutture separate noi eravamo nel Chalet Rosina😍 Una tranquillità e pace arredamenti curati nel dettaglio tutta bellezza! Il giardino con alberi bellissimi giganteschi un posto energetico nel verde con una quiete eccezionale e vista splendida sulle creste delle montagne di fronte. SPA una perla inmezzo un Pavillon soddisfa ogni desiderio e un bel pool esterno con i getti d acqua Il giorno di partenza gli ospiti hanno la possibilità di usufruire la SPA fin quando desiderano. Questo è un gesto molto generoso l abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. GRAZIE DI CUORE a tutto il team che abbiamo conosciuto molto cordiali e disponibili e non mancava mai un bel sorriso. È stato un soggiorno e compleanno meraviglioso e ha lasciato traccia nei nostri cuori💛❤️ 💛❤️❤️

Repas du soir moyen - petit déjeuner avec un choix restreint. Chaleur écrasante dans la chambre. Chambre de base extrêmement petite impossible d'y vivre à 2. Nous avons donc changé mais pour 40 francs suisse de plus

Per la colazione , manca frutta fresca intera , unicamente qualche pezzetto e in scatola...Buono per marmellate per diabetici e assugrin. Zona piscina sempre bella ma manca un po di manutenzione, sdraio vecchie e alcune rotte....zona sauna piccola ma confortevole e pulita, curata. Molti bambini , rumore attorno alla piscina, scarso controllo.

Camera bella , sottotetto, balcone con bella vista sulle montagne e silenzioso, unica neo la doccia, molto piccola, si faceva fatica ad entrare e con manopola doccia molto dura , si faticava ad usarla ! Richiesto intervento ....ma é rimasta tale e quale !

Chambre d’un autre temps avec moquette bien épaisse d’une propreté douteuse, salle de bain microscopique: vous êtes obligé de toucher les toilettes avec une de vos jambes pour ouvrir ou fermer la porte, ventilation de la micro salle de bain super bruyante, matelas extrêmement mou, température de la chambre excessive et impossible d’obtenir de l’obscurité avec leurs très vieux rideaux non opaques, bien sûr pas de store. Le comble fut le café expresso du petit déjeuner, un des pire que nous ayons bu. Nous avions réservé (et payé) 3 nuits via Booking, réservation non annulable. Le directeur de l’hôtel a refusé de nous rembourser 2 nuits (ou même 1 seule). Il a proposé de nous changer le matelas ou de chambre. Nous avons préféré quitter cet hôtel et perdre 2 nuits, afin de terminer nos vacances dans un établissement sympathique et confortable, plutôt que de rester dans cet hôtel médiocre.

Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren sehr gut, nettes Personal, schöner Pool und toller Aussenbereich.

Das Wellness ist toll, die Lage mit Aussicht auf die Berge, Nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück und viele Spiele zur Unterhaltung liegen bereit. Mir hat es gefallen.

Das Bett war nicht breit. Dafür jedoch bequem

Frühstück hatte alles als Buffet zur Verfügung, achtsames, wohlwollendes und freundliches Personal, ruhige Lage, schnell im Wald

Hezke bylo vse. Ovsem, co se musi vyzdvyhnout, je zahrada a zazemi bazenu! Personal, sluzby, cistota perfektni. Lokalita vyborna.

Neni to kritika, spise upozorneni, abyste si sebou vzali adapter, pokud budete potrebovat. Zasuvky jsou pouze na male zastrcky. Notebook nenabijete.

Ruhige Lage, trotzdem Central. Frühstück war super.

Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht.

Great stay overall — the location was perfect for us. Breakfast offered plenty of options, and the staff were kind and welcoming throughout. Check-in and check-out were both fast and pleasant. The spa area had everything we needed.

As for the bed, mine was fine, but my partner felt like he was sinking into a hole — might be worth checking if you're picky about mattress. One downside was parking: on busy days it's hard to find a spot at the hotel itself. There's a parking lot next to the church nearby, but it's paid. I would gladly give this hotel 10/10 if not for this 2 issues.

Delicious breakfast and a good-sized single room. The pool and spa area were lovely.

The single bed was quite small, and both the mattress and pillow were too soft for my liking. The bathroom was also rather small.
