Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love

- •Friendly, helpful staff and hospitality
- •Several guests report cleanliness and proximity to shopping
- •Long-term repeat guests / consistent service for some visitors
Areas to consider

- •Parking problems (others occupying reserved slots)
- •Room issues: uncomfortable beds and need for renovation
- •Poor or nonexistent hotel food/kitchen
Cleanliness
6.5/10Mixed mentions: several guests say the hotel is clean (نظيف), but there are explicit complaints about dirt and lack of upkeep (وسخ, needs attention to cleanliness), so overall slightly below average.
Service
9/10Repeated positive comments about staff and hospitality (طاقم عمل جميل، استقبال متعاون، very good hospitality, long-term repeat guest), indicating strong, helpful service.
Location
9/10Very consistently praised for location (near Marina, malls, central, many reviews cite excellent location and proximity to restaurants/shopping).
Room Quality
6.5/10Several mentions of uncomfortable bed and need for renovation (السرير غير مريح, تحتاج تجديد), indicating room quality below average.
Amenities
6.5/10Issues reported with basic amenities (no drinking water provided, toothbrushes/toothpaste missing, parking problems), so amenities are somewhat lacking.
Value for Money
7.7/10Mixed signals: some guests list 'value' as a pro while at least one explicitly flags value for money as a con; overall slightly above average but not uniformly praised.
Food and Beverage
6/10Weak or absent hotel food service noted ("Lato cucina praticamente inesistente") and many guests use nearby restaurants, so F&B scores below average.
Overall Experience
8/10Despite some issues (cleanliness, room condition, amenities), multiple strong endorsements, repeat guests and hospitable staff produce a generally positive overall experience.
