Sites Hotel

No llegamos ni a alojarnos. Al pedir el servicio de recogida al aeropuerto es cuando me entero de que no hay ninguna reserva a mi nombre. (Confirmada con número de reserva, pin etc). Este alojamiento lo había reservado hacia muchos meses para un viaje por Colombia. Me encuentro en una ciudad con mi marido y mi hijo en la calle, cargados con las maletas a 8000 kms de mi casa. Booking intenta ponerse en contacto con el hotel y dicen que darán una solución en 45mnts. Nunca llaman. No se preocuparon lo más mínimo. Lo que creo es que hubo un mejor postor que pagó más por nuestra habitación. Una vergüenza. He viajado mucho y esto no me había pasado nunca. No sé arriesguen, vayan a otro sitio, les puede pasar lo mismo. No se fíen de la confirmación, ni siquiera de conversar por mensaje, eso no les asegura una cama.

Súper amplio, cómodo. Al frente hay una tienda donde comprar abastos. La vista desde el jacuzzi en la noche. Los baños cómodos, limpios. La ubicación, cercana al éxito al D’uno, Dentro del éxito hay farmacia, y a la estación del metro del poblado. Puedes comprar fritanga fuera de la estación. Si vas al parque del poblado que es punto de encuentro para los tours, tienes que caminar una cuesta durante unos 5 minutos y estás en el sitio. Y unos metros más arriba es Provenza. Me pareció muy tranquilo el lugar. Ideal para estar con familia.

I servizi offerti non sono all'altezza di un hotel a 5 stelle. La colazione è risultata piuttosto scarsa, con personale poco presente e poco attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La piscina è di dimensioni ridotte e priva di adeguati servizi: persino per avere degli asciugamani era necessario cercare e sollecitare il personale. Inoltre, per un hotel di 12 piani è disponibile un solo ascensore, con inevitabili attese nei momenti di maggiore affluenza. Ho avuto anche una spiacevole esperienza al check-in. La prenotazione effettuata tramite Booking.com riportava un prezzo che, secondo la struttura, non era corretto. Nonostante avessi mostrato immediatamente la ricevuta della prenotazione, sono stato trattato con poca cortesia e molta rigidità. Dopo circa trenta minuti di spiegazioni, peraltro in spagnolo perché la receptionist non parlava inglese, il problema è stato risolto. Tuttavia, l'accoglienza ricevuta ha lasciato un'impressione decisamente negativa e ha compromesso l'inizio del soggiorno.

Ein wenig unambitioniertes Personal im Restaurant an einem Abend. An der Rezeption war man leider nicht in der Lage, uns ein normales Taxi zu bestellen.

Helpful and accommodating staff at the reception and at the restaurant. Good location for us, near to some restaurants and the éxito supermarket nearby.

The room is very dark and needs extra lighting. We booked a two-bedroom room, but Wi-Fi didn't work in either bedroom because they are at the far end of the hotel and the signal doesn't reach. Maintenance and reception told us that's just how it is. For Wi-Fi, we (all) had to sit in the living room. We had a room right under the restaurant, and the dragging of chairs started at 5 a.m. and ends at 10 p.m. We were wide awake at 5 a.m every morning 😐

Nothing. The room wreaked of raw sewage. The hotel was undergoing major renovations. There were construction workers doing some construction work on and around the Lobby counter near the receptionist area and where the customers enter.

Upon arrival at Sites Hotel around 1:00 pm, we noticed there was some active construction and renovations in progress. We were told that the room would be ready at 3:00 pm, which we expected. My card was then requested and charged. We checked our luggage for them to hold, called for a Ride Share, and left to get lunch. Upon our return, we were checked in and given a room keycard. Immediately when we opened the room door, there was an extreme smell of sewage. We looked around, opened the sliding door for fresh air, then closed it. We left the room immediately, went to the upper level to watch the Final FIFA soccer match on tv. There were other families and staff present watching the soccer match also. Once we returned to the room, the odor was still as pungent. I began coughing, then we proceeded to the Lobby front desk. There were two families in front of us. The receptionist was listening to the first family complaining loudly of the same unbearable sewage odor. Next, the second family had the same complaint and they left the hotel with their luggage also. Once the receptionist heard our complaint, she was hesitant to offer any refund. She requested my card again in order to charge for one night. I refused and requested a refund. She called her manager and insisted I had to pay and to give her my card. I refused because I had already initially given her my card and got a printed receipt. I asked to speak to the manager, but then she stated that she would refund the entire amount for the two night stay that we booked. We got our luggage from the room, confirmed a Ride Share to our previous hotel. The Sites charge was pending on July 24, 2026. The Sites charge posted on July 25, 2026 for a two night stay. We never stayed at Sites nor disturbed anything in the room as stated to the receptionist.

Todo. Es un hotel en el que merece mucho la pena hospedarse. Está ubicado en muy buena zona. Nos asignaron una 8ª planta y las vistas desde la habitación son inmejorables. El desayuno es buffet libre y está todo muy rico. La cama es comodísima.

The breakfast was great when it was located inside because it didn't get cold fast and you never had to worry about bugs bothering you or your food. In the new location upstairs on the 12th floor the view is spectacular but your food got very cold quickly and there flying bugs you had to contend with along with the outdoor elements like rain and wind. No cover is provided. There is however, a cover for the pool that is located on the top floor before you reach the restaurant.

The restaurant they stated in a information sheet that was placed under the door stated it would be worth it. In my opinion the view is fantastic but the food not up to par. First there was no English translation as to what is being offered on the menu and no one to translate in English for what you were saying and asking for. I also did not like how the big classic hamburger with fries was removed from the menu and replaced with 3 little miniatures sliders with no french fries for a price that was too much. French fries should be a must on a menu because it is loved by most people worldwide. I and my family preferred the first classic hamburger that was on the old menu. Because of the new menu not being in English and the omitting of the big hamburger I ended up using Rappi and other carriers to deliver food to the hotel for us to eat. I was not happy with the menu and the relocation to the top roof would be better and nice if it were enclosed because when we were there we couldn't be seated anywhere near the window so to speak because it was wet and rain was coming in to wet you. Therefore, you couldn't take pictures of the magnificent view and that was disappointing.

j’ai ete prélevé 2 fois avec ma cb. une première fois le jour de mon arrivée, et une 2 eme fois 2 mois apres. sans reponse satisfaisante de l’hotel. j’attends des news.

This was our second stay at the Sites Hotel. The location is good in a quiet part of Poblado, a short walk from the Metro station as well as from restaurants, a large grocery store and the centre of Poblado. Our room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The daily breakfast was good with a reasonable variety. Eggs were cooked to order. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Medellin.

Our room only had one comfortable chair to sit on. We had a large balcony which we liked, but there were no chairs on it.

SOLO DISPONE DE MINI SPLIT EN LA RECÁMARA, HACE FALTA OTRO EN LA SALA.

Habitación amplia, silenciosa y cómoda con desayuno completo en el Poblado, lugar tranquilo con restaurantes cercanos y a escasos minutos del metro y del parque donde salen los tours.

Slow wifi things in room did not work properly

The hotel was clean and in good repair. It was in a good location, close to restaurants and public transportation. The breakfast food was good.

The wifi was horrible. I needed to work and had to use my phone as a hotspot. I tried wifi in the room and common areas, with no luck. Also, the coffee during breakfast was burned every single morning. They told us if we wanted good coffee, we had to pay extra.

Douche is erg zwak en duurt eeuwig voor warm water. Locatie is geïsoleerd, alles moet met de taxi. En daarmee is het hotel net 20% te duur tov andere premium hotels.

restaurante un día la comida estaba fría, al día siguiente, pregunte por el calentado me dijeron que era domingo no hacían, que lo reemplazaban con otras cosas, nunca me dijeron conque y pues durante el desayuno nunca vi que lo reemplazaran y la disposición de una persona en particular no fue la mejor, se demoraba en la atención

Personal Front Desk, Zimmerservice hervorragend. Service Frühstück (2 Angestellte) super, inkl. Küche. Standort - nahe zu Metro Station (schöner Fussweg) und Restaurants Poblado. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Service Roof-Top (PRANZO) und Frühstück von ein 1-2 Personen eher schlecht, unaufmerksam, mit sich selber beschäftigt.

Het rooftopzwembad is zalig; superwarm, het uitzicht van de 12de verdiep,... De barman boven is geboren voor de job. Heel proper hotel en mooi interieur.

De uitrusting van de keuken in de kamer voor 4 volwassenen; 2 borden, 2 glazen, 2 kopjes (die niet echt onder het apparaat passen), geen stoelen op het terras. De koffie en fruitsap bij het ontbijt zijn ondermaats voor deze prijscategorie. De cocktailkaart boven mag wat veelzijdiger.

The apartment has small kitchenette, but little to no utensils or cups or plates if you want to have coffee or tea. Or if you want to warm up your leftovers. Has a dishwasher but no soap for it, etc. They happily gave me extra cups the first night that we wanted to have tea and the next day they took them away. So I had to ask again for it. Please be careful getting out of the pool, the floor on the shower and walk way is very, very slippery if wet. My father fell down. The staff was responsive. Emergency services came and evaluated him. Going for xray tomorrow.

Mooi hotel, gelegen net buiten de drukte van Poblado, maar nog steeds in een veilige buurt (op wandelafstand van Poblado centrum). Het zwembad op het dak was een pluspunt voor onze zoon. De kamer was heel groot en schoon, met een mooi uitzicht. Uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet. Supercomfortabel bed (sofabed iets minder, maar perfect voor kinderen).

Het sofabed was vrij hard, maar zeker geschikt voor kinderen. We kregen er ook een deken bij en een laken. Gezien de luxe van de rest van het hotel had dit wel een donsdeken mogen zijn (maar dit is een detail). De douche had geen constant warm water, maar was warm-koud-warm-koud.

Kaffee, Frühstücksbuffet insgesamt gut aber hat Verbesserungspotenzial (man muss für Cappucino extra bezahlen - was auch nicht sonderlich gut war, Brotauswahl/-geschmack)

L’emplacement est idéal. Le personnel est très accueillant. Il y a des fontaines à eau à disposition pour remplir nos bouteilles. Le rooftop est très agréable et la piscine plutôt grande.

On entend énormément de bruit extérieur et la literie pourrait être meilleure (les oreillers sont très très durs).

Hotel très bien situé dans le quartier de Poblado, à 15 mn de la station de métro Poblado pour accéder à la Comuna 13 et au centre historique où se situe le Museo de Antioquia avec les œuvres de Botero. Chambre très confortable et très bien équipée. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Comfortable, modern, and clean hotel in a good location. Good breakfast and professional staff. Enjoyed our stay, will stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Better/more lighting needed in the room, especially in the bathroom.

The beds were very comfortable, and the location outstanding. The view is amazing, and the breakfast in the morning was World Class. Reasonable priced, and you can tell that the staff love working there. Highly recommended.

Pool nur knietiefes Wasser. Bar am Pool war immer geschlossen Mehrfach kommuniziert, dass Sie am Sylvester Abend unser Zimmer schmücken sollen. Zum Geburtstag meiner Frau. Mindestens 4x plud Mail aus Deutschland, hat niemanden interessiert

Mooi en comfortabel hotel.

Spullen van vorige huurders waren nog in de ijskast bij check-in. Maar werd snel door personeel weggehaald toen ik front desk op de hoogte bracht.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Limited kitchen equipment. Just plates and cutlery, not even bowls unless you ask the staff. The roof just has a pool, the jacuzzi jets don’t work.

Location was great, beautiful amenities, room was clean, safe neighborhoods and the staff was helpful and very professional.

Corridors are a little noisy and breakfast could be better.
