Sehr schönes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung

Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption und keine persönlichen Ansprechpartner. Alles geht nur online. Man bekommt den Zugangscode für Hotel und Zimmer erst kurz vor Anreise am Nachmittag. Und wenn man in dem Moment keinen Zugang zu seinen emails hat ist man komplett aufgeschmissen. Anrufen ist komplett zwecklos es läuft über viele Minuten nur eine automatische Ansage mit viel zusätzlichem Blabla. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich. Keine Hilfe!!

La chambre était très grande et très propre. Le stationnement est situé juste en face de l’hôtel et la rue principale de la ville est à deux pas. Dommage que la vue de la chambre donne sur une ruelle.

Aucun service, pas de réception. Personnel parfois impoli et impatient. Système drôlement conçu, qui porte à confusion. Lits inconfortables, chambre humide. Aucun avantage tel que stationnement ou petit-déjeuner.

Facile d’accès, stationnement publique en face, bien situé, très propre et confortable.

Il ne faut pas prendre la chambre avec vue. La vue est sur la rue et le stationnement et c’est bruyant.

Very safely and clean

The staff closing up the banquet room after the event had finished was very nice and welcoming. The Hotel room was no like other hotels in the area of any I have been to in the past for that matter, I liked this!

On avait des bouchons pour la musique du bar dessous mais ce n’est pas eux qui ont dérangé mais plutôt les souris dans les murs…. Très mauvaise nuit…

I loved how close everything is to this location. Everything you may need is in walking distance!

I didn’t like that the TV was an older style, which meant there was no streaming services (Netflix/Prime). Trying to find something good to watch on tv, on a Saturday night wasn’t great.

The online check-in is easy, the room is comfortable, and the shower is nice.

There is no elevator, so you have to take the heavy luggage on the stairs. The parking is terrible, the app doesn't work if you are outside of Canada. I had to woder around the block until I found something.

I loved the room. It was very nice, clean and comfy. I absolutely LOOOOOVED the soaker tub. The location was great. The self check in/out was a lot easier than I thought it would be! 10/10 would recommend this hotel and I will be back!

Je n'ai vraiment pas aimé la vue de la chambre. On avait l'impression d'être enfermé entre 4 mur. La vue d'un mur de brique plein d'excrément de pigeon n'était pas très intéressant. La douche était assez vieille...

Le bruit, très mal isolé et pas de rideaux foncés donc besucoup de clareté.

We had a small issue and the staff were quick to respond and correct/help. We did have to move to another room but it was all good. Bed was comfy. Everything was what we expected.

I'm not a fan of no one on site. I understand why but its not cheap to stay for a night and you are all on your own if something goes wrong. So while there the toilet didn't work and no one was available to fix it. They moved us to another room but everything was on us. I went for coffee in the morning and walked over broken glass someone had left all o er the front door. If I was in different shoes I would have e cut my feet all to pieces. Like I said with no one on site its on you as a guest and $250 + a night is a bit much.

The room was immaculately clean. The presentation of the room was wonderful with subtle touches like robes and complimentary ear buds!

Slightly noisy. I'm not sure from what but loud hammering and maybe music later on from the restaurant? We realised when we saw the "complimentary ear buds". Mattress and pillows were not great unfortunately. The mattress was too firm to get comfortable. The bathroom wasn't very private. Yes, it was a separate room, but besides a thin, mid-wall privacy film on the shower walls, you could see through the entire rental. It could be charged to a thicker, and full length privacy film on the shower walls so that you can't see the bed from the toilet.😬

Being close to downtown

The noise when entering there was a lot of construction going on lot of banging non stop. Also the lobby was packed with people until 11pm no where's to sit.

The location is great. The bed was comfortable. The robes are a nice touch.

There was not enough hot water. The soaker tub could only be partially filled. We were expecting a different room as per the description. When we called the hotel directly, the lady was rude. Also, they furniture dragging at 8am was very disruptive

Everything !! The stairs were a little tough when staying on the 3rd floor for someone with a heart condition, but I'd still come back. The location is prime for anyone from out if town attending an event at the Capitol Theater. The thought given to client care was wonderful. The cleanliness and welcoming feeling was great. We're scoping out all events from the Capitol Theater now as we can't wait to come back.

There was no hot water. When I first brought it up to the staff they kind of brushed it off and said I should have called the emergency after hours number and offered nothing else. The second time I called they offered me half my money back and a free upgrade if I choose to stay there again. I saw a review from a couple weeks prior with the same issue so I was a little surprised it was a known issue that still wasn't fixed.

Location was good and was clean.

Bed was terrible and was not sound proof. Could hear music from downstairs and from the hallway. No elevator. The room smelled like mildew quite a bit. No window to the outside.

Did not know about 2 flights of stairs. Not listed on line. We are 65 plus and is an issue. Still would have booked but would be nice to know in advance.
