Overall good, breakfast was good

the room was clean and comfortable.

The service. I came to the hotel around 12:45 to13:00 looking to check in. I was told that I could not check in without being charged an extra fee, which I did not even inquire about, due to the cleaning crew still working. I was to come back between 15:00 and 21:00, outside of these times there were going to be extra charges. Seriously only 6 hours to check in? I could understand this IF it was during the peak summer season, not the middle of November. I understand the need to try and keep costs lower by cleaning as many rooms close together as possible. Then there was breakfast, or the lack there of. I arrived to the breakfast area around 08:30and found that there were only 4 sausages that looked like they had been there since 06:30 and there was no scrambled eggs left. For the cost of $200 cost this left me disappointed.

I had left my sandals in my room. After contacting the front desk they were able to locate them and return them to me. I truly appreciate the honestly and effort to have them returned! I also liked the location for how I could leave my car and walk into Southampton.

Adequate. Plates were in wrong spot for easy serving. Should have been at the first before the waffle machine and the eggs, sausages and home fries.

Had a difficult time with the TV.

Breakfast was disappointing. The "pancake" eggs were cold and rubbery. The room was clean and the area very quiet. We will probably stay here again like in the past.

For the price I would have expected at least a couple bottles of water in the room, or even a couple when asked for at the front desk. Travellers do not usually want to use tap water… you had coffee in the room, you should have supplied water for it.

Parking was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Friendly staff. Will come back again!

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are comfortable and clean - always great to relax after a day at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay – clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds, and a great breakfast buffet (my son especially loved the waffles!). The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect with free parking. We’ll definitely come back again!

Great stay, well maintained property

It was very good and staff were helpful to me as I am on a walker.

Reservations were done through Booking.com by a relative. Price was more than quoted and VAT was overcharged. We are seniors and members of CAA and we were not made away of those discounts. Will call Quality Inn directly next time.

The hotel was nicely located, close to Sauble Beach 🏖️. It was well maintained, and the staff was very accommodating. The room had ample facilities and the breakfast was very nice.

I can't really fault anything for the money we paid for this stay.

The beds were advertised as two queen beds but I think they were double beds. The room was clean but the furnishings are old and worn. Breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. Eggs & sausage I’m not sure if they were real. The utensils were not bad if they are recyclable except for the spoon which you can’t eat cereal with milk with. All things went in same bin so don’t thinks they are recycled.

Check in was very long. The person on the front desk wasn’t sure of what he was doing.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. I was pleasantly surprised that housekeeping even did a turndown service during my two-day stay, which made it feel extra thoughtful. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely return.

While the property and facilities were fine we did have a problem with our cable box on our tv. The day we checked in it fell off the back of the television twice. A staff member came in both times to re install it on the back of the tv. This however didn’t help as it fell off the back of the tv in the middle of the night waking us up and scaring us half to death. We had an early start the next day and our sleep was quite affected by this experience. After reporting that the cable box fell for the third time it no longer worked and the staff seemed wholly uninterested in doing anything about it or for us.

Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Front desk could be friendlier.

Fridge was a bit noisy. Rooms had thin walls though luckily neighbors in adjoining rooms were not too loud.

24/7 coffee in the lobby, plenty of parking.

Ridiculously high price for 2 nights for a basic hotel. Outdated TV. Uncomfortable pillows. Thin walls, little or no soundproofing, can clearly hear people talking/ walking upstairs and in the corridor.

Decent hotel, with comfortable rooms/bed. Our request for earlier checking was accommodated and received the preferred room.

Morning breakfast - room is tool small, we ended up hovering around the room to get a spot to have our breakfast. Thy could open the area a bit to accommodate for a few more tables when needed. The backyard could me more friendly, have proper sitting area, maybe even a patio&pool(why not?).

Great place to stay in Southampton! Close to Foodland

When I checked out of the property I asked for a receipt, they just said you don't need one, all good. Coming home I see a $20 charge on my credit card, I called in and they said I had more guests staying in my room, and that I was told of the charge on checkin. No one told me about an additional charge, if I had been asked they would have known I had 3 11 year olds and 1 12 year old with me - not adults. On the phone call I was told that they would reverse the charge as I had not been advised of it, it's been 3 weeks - no reversal of the charge. So dishonest, just looking to make a couple extra dollars from you.

Staff very friendly. The buffet was good . I enjoyed having coffee and tea on the main floor at all times. The rooms were very clean and shower had very good water pressure The hotel was well situated.

Breakfast and location were good.

I thought that paying $349 for one room of 2 queen beds for 2 adults and $320 for the other room of 2 Queen beds for one adult and 2 kids 10 and under, for ONE night was very expensive. I realize it is "high" season, but one rents a cottage for the week for $2500-$2800 these days and there is a lake and many more amenities at a cottage than at a Quality Inn, and there was no pool. However the staff were great and as I pointed out the staandards of the hotel were excellent! I also have concerns about losing all of one's deposit if one is sick or there is an emergency and you cannot come. There do not seem to be any policies to cover this with booking.com whom I used or with the hotel's website.

This was perfect for our 1 night stay. Lovely staff, clean, spacious rooms, quiet and provided a great continental breakfast. Water, coffee and tea available anytime. Very happy with our stay.

I made coffee and added some milk, but it turned out the milk was spoiled. Breakfast didn’t have many good options and was really basic.
