Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Die Betten waren sehr gut, Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen.
Das Zimmer war äusserst kärglich eingerichtet. Es gab keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das lag sicherlich daran, dass wir in einem behindertengerechten Zimmer untergebracht waren. Aus diesem Grund waren die Türdrücker (Türklinken) auch sehr niedrig angebracht weshalb ich mich beim Öffnen der Zimmer- und der Badezimmertür bücken musste. Weiterhin war die Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend weshalb sich meine Frau nicht im Badezimmer sondern am Zimmerfenster schminken musste. Ebenfalls fehlten Ablagen im Badezimmer, von den fehlenden Nachttischen ganz zu schweigen. Abschließend muss ich sagen, dass das Zimmer den Charme einer Jugendherberge hatte, weshalb das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht gepasst hat.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Die Lage - wir waren für einen Abend und ein Konzert in Berlin. Das Motel war sehr nah am S-Bahnhof und auch der Lokation. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Keine nennenswerte Reklamation oder Ähnliches.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Было чисто, вся мебель в хорошем состоянии. Очень удобные подушки и кровать, невероятно милый и старающийся помочь персонал. У нас номер выходил во двор, было приятно и тихо. Рядом остановки метро, что очень удобно. Есть свой закрытый паркинг за дополнительную оплату. Спасибо!

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Ya estuvimos otras veces en este hotel, el cual valoramos por su ubicación respecto de los familiares que visitamos. Es un hotel más del tipo apto para viajantes que para parejas. Por eso está muy bien para lo que pretende ser, sin ningún diferencial que lo haga especial.
No tomamos desayuno en el hotel, puesto que la relación precio servicio nos pareció cara. Te realizan la limpieza de la habitación solo a pedido y con 24 horas de anticipación.

WiFi reception in our room was quite slow to the point of sometimes being unusable. Our room was also basically on the street which made it quite noisy.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden und die Rezeption per Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Das Zimmer war klein und sauber und hatte alles nötige, was man braucht. Ich habe die Unterkunft gewählt um nahe der Konzertlocation - Hole44 - zu nächtigen. Das hat sehr gut geklappt und auch andere KonzertbesucherInnen nutzten das.
Das Hotel schaut von außen deutlich weniger schick aus als innen.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Vom ersten Eindruck positiv überrascht, von einem Motel nicht so eine tolle Lobby erwartet. Der Check In war unkompliziert und schon ging es aufs Zimmer. Hier legten wir nur unsere Sache ab und ging zur Messe. Somit waren wir nur zum Schlafen da und wir konnten gut schlafen. Auch wenn das Motel an der Straße liegt. Die Frühstücksoption haben wir nicht genutzt.
Teurer Parkplatz. In den Nebenstraßen konnte eine kostenfrei Alternative gefunden werden.

Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt bereits einen Tag nach der Anreise abbrechen und ein anderes Hotel buchen. Vorab wurde uns ein Ventilator zugesichert, da das Hotel über keine Klimaanlage verfügt. (Ventilatoren sind übrigens nur gegen Aufpreis zu erhalten..). Bei der Ankunft wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass keine Ventilatoren mehr verfügbar sind. Aufgrund der extremen Hitze im Zimmer im Sommer war ein Aufenthalt für uns nicht zumutbar. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass das Personal keine Lösung oder Alternative angeboten hat. Obwohl wir den Mangel sofort gemeldet und zusätzlich Booking kontaktiert haben, konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Das Zimmer war zudem eher veraltet und verfügte über keinen Kühlschrank, was bei den hohen Temperaturen den Aufenthalt zusätzlich erschwert hat. Auch im Nachgang wurde trotz des gemeldeten Mangels und unserer vorzeitigen Abreise keine anteilige Erstattung für die nicht genutzten Übernachtungen gewährt. Mit einem lösungsorientierten Umgang und etwas mehr Entgegenkommen hätte sich die Situation deutlich besser lösen lassen.

На ресепшене долго не могли найти бронь. При этом персонал плохо говорил на английском. Маленькие подушки и после кровати болит спина. Из окна очень шумно. Нет холодильника и кондиционера.

Śniadanie było bardzo skromne i podstawowe, ale dobre. Najgorszy jest brak klimatyzacji- jeśli wiecie, że Wasza podróż będzie w czasie upałów wybierzcie inne miejsce. Dodatkowo przy otwartych oknach hałas ulicy bardzo utrudnia sen.

No coffee/ tea making facilities in room, I bought a kettle from a local shop as I had my own coffee and aero press. No fan/ AC in room and it was exceptionally hot 32-38 Deg c this week. I bought two fans from local shop and found out that you could hire a fan from front desk afterwards (these were out of stockthough when we asked).. To use an iron you rent from front desk too.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Morgenmaden var nogenlunde. Lidt friskere rundestykker vil hjælpe betydeligt på opfattelsen af kvalitet. P.g.a. receptionen var der lidt forvirring omkring adgang til morgenmaden, men det skal ikke lastes personalet omkring morgenmad.
Modtagelsen var ikke så god. Personalet var noget uklar omkring priser, services og lod sig afbryde af andre kunder, så man følte sig overset.

Brak klimatyzacji przy wysokich temperaturach jest problemem. Otwarcie okien odpada bo hałas z ulicy jest bardzo dokuczliwy.

Zimmer sehr laut bei offenen Fenster. Bei geschlossenen Fenster aufgrund fehlender Lüftung, fehlender Klimaanlage warm und stickig.

My sister and my father stayed. I need to say that the poor communication with the reception and very poor service was the main problem: 1. they gave a wrong room. 2. They removed a furniture while we were outside without asking, saying I received "too good" room so they had to remove a couch. 3. There were no basic facilities I normally expect, e. g. water kettle or teas or refrigerator. 4. I ordered cleaning service extra as they explained (usually they don't clean the rooms for environmental sustainability), but they didn't clean the room and they never explained reasonably why the services are poor. They just kept saying "we don't know". As soon as I wanted to talk to the manager, they offered us a breakfast token. 5. The room was on the road side so it was noisy when you open the windows.
