Das Frühstück war gegen 8.00 Uhr schon kalt.Leider mussten wir auch darauf hinweisen, das teilweise einige Frühstücksprodukte fehlen. (Rührei, Pancake, Croissant)

I had a genuinely pleasurable experience at Aston Jember. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service made the trip feel easy and stress-free. A special thank you to the staff who went above and beyond: Mr. Hakam, Mr. Agung, Mr. Christino, and Mr. Sugi. They were consistently helpful, professional, and attentive, and their support made a real difference throughout the stay. One highlight for me was the gym — it’s well equipped and the personal trainer there was excellent, making it a great facility if you want to keep training while you’re in town. If you’re visiting Jember, I strongly recommend staying at Aston Jember. The team will genuinely help make your trip better.

The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The swimming pool was quite large and the coffee shop next to it was a nice place to sit. The staff were friendly and helpful

Soundproof from outside noise was great

The room we got needs updating. Old wallpapers and flooring with signs of use, mold in shower. We got to the hotel midnight and receptionist said that there were no rooms available. So we had to get a room through booking.com, which confused the stuff. We had to wait some time while stuff figures it out. And apparently they did have available rooms. We had to argue with the receptionist that they actually did have rooms, while he was saying the opposite

Very good, got a free upgrade thanks to mr faiz and ms naila. They were very kind and welcoming. when we first came through the elevators, they immediately helped us with our baggage and checkin went smooth and fast

Held High School reunion in Jember Aston Hotel, really cozy place, delicious meal and beverage, plus superb hospitality. Highly recommended. It's worth noting that the restaurant/cafe is also perfect place for business meeting with client.

The room was spacious and the renovated bathroom was very clean, as expected from previous stays. However, the lift broke down during a conference, causing delays. The bed and pillows were less comfortable than anticipated.

During my stay, the lift broke down, and I found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable. Additionally, the lobby had been converted into a dining area. While I was speaking with a friend, staff moved large tables, which felt a bit intrusive. I understand they were likely preparing for a seminar the next morning, but it interrupted our conversation and made the experience less pleasant, especially since I had a guest with me.

I have stayed at Ashton Hotel numerous times, and the staff is always very friendly and professional.

What I dislike about the hotel is that people were smoking in the restaurant. They should designate a separate area for smoking.

A touch of luxury compared to other, even more expensive hotels that we stayed at in Indonesia. Beautifully presented food at the Planet Kopi restaurant, nice ambiance and delicious meal. Great choice and quality food for breakfast. Attentive staff.

Comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Great conversation with Firman the bar tender at the pool bar. Breakfast was great, check in and check out was seamless.

The food is terrible..it would be easy to fix,but nobody seems to have a clue even for simple stuff like hot soup,toasted bread...its really bad ,even the Indonesian food!!

Great place for a quick overnight between destinations. All was well. Beds comfortable, room clean.

My only downside was limited evening food choices. They seemed to be out of a lot of things.

For Jember is very good hotel

Stayed here afew times over the years, by far the best hotel in Jember. Always very clean rooms, all the facilities are well kept. The staff are very professional and polite. The breakfast buffet is amazing, so much choice. I dont have a bad word to stay about this hotel.

Mini bar was not stocked, so could not have a cold drink when got to the room. Room service had to check to see if it was ok to buy drinks without food.

The security staff are helpful. There is a mini market in the hotel lobby.

I didn't know that the room had no window; if I knew, I would not choose that room. There is nothing to view or explore around the hotel.

While the breakfast was amazing, I noticed that the staff were a bit slow in providing cutlery. If guests are in a hurry, waiting for cutlery can be inconvenient. Given that the hotel was fully booked with conferences, I believe the staff might benefit from additional training to handle high-occupancy situations more efficiently.

I encountered a minor inconvenience during my stay related to accessing different floors. My friend was staying on a different floor, and I had to go down to the lobby to ask the staff for assistance each time I wanted to visit. I understand that this measure is likely in place for the security of the guests, which I appreciate.

Unfortunately, the room was too small and had a view of the hotel roof from the swimming pool area. My friend was not satisfied with both the view and the room itself.

The rooms were clean. The linens, sheets, and towels were fresh. The Breakfast menu and foods at the pool bar were tasty. Free upgrade rooms.

The towels service at the pool. We requested two towels, and the staff gave us only one towel. When requested additional towel to different staff, no one gave us any towe and/or any informationl. Upon payment at the pool bar, we asked the staff about the towel, the staff said that the towels run out. If the towels run out, the guests should be informed. The technical service for the TV. The hotel TVs set to such a high volume when they are turned on. We informed to the front desk about this matter, and no one from the technical department showed up.

Location is good

Hot water was not available and because of that 4hrs was wasted on my trip.

The staff were friendly and great customer service. The facilities were superb. Love to come back again there. 10/10 ❤️👌 love the breakfast time and the staff were very helpful and the dishes were so delicious.

Still the best Hotel in Jember with its warm hospitality, attentiveness and good coffee at planet kopi. What I love the most is their coffee at Planet Kopi, I ordered their local beans with v60 method, surprisingly very good taste, note and body. Breakfast is good, in terms of variance and taste. I will surely come back to this hotel whenever I have a business visit to Jember.

One of the best Hotel In Jember. The facilities, services, and products were great. I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay here. The food was awesome, especially for Sop Buntut. And then the Planet Kopi Cafe were awesome place to chill, the Coffee was great and the Staff too. Awesome!

I ask for the first time to pool staff to get pool towel (i was swim on the pool and theres so many people there) but after few hours the pool entrance was open but the pool towel is not ready yet. I think thats 20 until 30 mins to get the towel. Over all the room and the restaurant was good.

Ratings should definitely be higher. The room was very big and comfortable. Had all the amenities you could ask for including a kettle, tea and coffee, a fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were soft. It was super clean. Absolutely spotless. Quiet room at night. Super friendly staff always willing to help out. There’s cafe and restaurant food downstairs as well as a small supermarket. Honestly everything you need

Best hotel at Jember but sad the pool on maintenance. The breakfast was so flavorful. The room was clean. staff very friednly even the security got respect from me. Would love to stay at aston jember next time. But I need the pool to be ready soon
