位置最滿意，其他都不滿意，最差既住宿體驗

員工一啲都唔友善，check-in黑面就算有房都唔俾仲要加多$200先可以入住，態度極差，第一間房冷氣有問題，等待換房時間極耐最後要我們自己走去前台攞房咭，連退房都要等好耐繼續黑面🙄🙄冷氣機好污糟，房間有一陣霉味！

The location is great with a short walk in distance from Terminal 21

The bed was unbearably uncomfortable and hard, able to feel the wooden planks and not having a wink of sleep.

His actions were truly heroic, especially his quick response in saving your son at the pool. ​The Swimming Pool: This was the highlight of your stay, offering great activities. ​The Location: The hotel is situated in a decent and convenient location.

Reception Staff: Their communication style was aggressive and focused on threats. ​Room Condition: The furniture is old and worn out; the room is in urgent need of renovation. ​Bathroom Design: The window opening into the room raises privacy and security concerns. ​Cleanliness: The elevator was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. ​Breakfast Quality: The breakfast was disappointing and of poor quality. ​Value for Money: The experience suggested that better hotels are available in the area at the same price point.

晚上的櫃檯人員服務有夠差

Das Hotel hat eine sehr Gute Lage, Die meisten großen Malls und Outlets sind in der nähe. Es gibt einen schönen Pool und man kann auch in den Pool im Nebenhotel. Der Fernseher hatte sogar YouTube. Alle Zimmer haben Balkone. Jedoch ist zu beachten, das auch auf den Balkonen nicht geraucht werden darf, es gibt einen extra Raucherbereich vor dem Hotel.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind in die Jahre gekommen und das Badezimmer war recht alt. Frühstücksraum ist im anderen Hotel nebenan.

Staff's behaviour and cooperation

Breakfast was below average, there was no coffee machine and the table had ants. There was a strong smell in one of the rooms too, although the staff cooperated and came to spray but it wasn't helpful.

The security advance (refundable) amount they ask is not reasonable They can check the room at the time of checkout and ask for money if any damage will there.

離terminal 21近,走10分鐘,早餐該有的都有。豬肉粥、蛋煎台、麵包吐司、泰式熱炒、優格、水果、熱湯、喜瑞爾。對素食友善。服務人員很親切,已經訂了下一次的行程還是選擇這裡。很舒適CP值高!😍

救生衣扣環有些壞掉了,泳池150公分深。沒有大人救生衣。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering good value for money. The property is also within walking distance of Terminal 21, which was very convenient for shopping and dining. Another advantage is that a 7-Eleven is located very close to the hotel, making it easy to pick up snacks, drinks, or any daily essentials at any time. One thing to note is that the hotel is a little far from the beach and the central marina area. However, if you enjoy walking, the distance is manageable and can be a nice way to explore the surroundings. The breakfast was good, but it is served in the hotel's neighboring building, so guests need to walk over each morning. It wasn't a major issue, but having breakfast in the same building would be more convenient. I would also suggest improving the bathroom lighting, as I found it quite dim. Additionally, the air conditioner in my room was leaking water and making noise when I first checked in. However, after I contacted reception, they promptly sent a technician who resolved the issue, which I appreciated. Overall, the hotel offers spacious rooms, good service, and a convenient location near Terminal 21. While there are a few areas for improvement, I had a comfortable stay and would consider staying here again.

Ein sehr sauberes, komfortables Hotel in guter Lage mit äußerst freundlichen und stets bemühten Mitarbeitern. Man fühlt sich wohl und gut aufgehoben. Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt, ich werde wieder buchen.

The location was perfect for all the main attractions. The staff was friendly and professional.

I paid for an upgraded room with pool access. The room assigned had NO hot water. Even when staff attempted to fix the issue, I was told the warm water was the best that can be provided. After two nights we requested to be moved and were told we would have to pay an additional fee even though the new room was not considered an upgraded room which I reserved and paid for. After discussion with a supervisor, there was no additional fee. However, I was also not refunded my upgrade charge since I no longer would have direct pool access. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, it was extremely busy with families and their little ones that took over both swimming pools. The gym equipment is a bit aged and in need of repair!

Location was great, close to terminal 21, beautiful breakfast each morning and the pool was amazing my son in particular loved it here. Staff were friendly and the location is perfect for families (away from the hustle and bustle and the red light area/scene). Rooms are spacious and beds were nice and comfortable.

Check in was not smooth we were early and made to wait which is fine but by the 2pm check in time they were still not ready and my toddler was beside himself, hot and screaming. It took me getting annoyed for them to say oh we can give you one room now and one room later.
