Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Lieve und Jan sind ganz tolle, herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Jeder Wunsch geäußerte Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das großartige Frühstück. Lieve variiert es jeden Tag. Sehr lecker waren ihre selbst hergestellten Marmeladen und Säfte von eigenen Früchten. Lieve und Jan haben uns wertvolle Tipps für den Besuch der Küste und von Brügge gegeben. Die Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet und mit eigenen Fotos von Jan dekoriert. Für schlechtes Wetter und für die Abende steht den Gästen ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung. Kaffee, Tee, Wein, Bier, Wasser und verschiedene Softdrinks stehen für die Gäste bereit. Sehr schön sind auch die Terrassen und der Garten, den die Gäste nutzen dürfen. Wir haben die Rundumversorgung von Lieve und Jan sehr genossen und können ihr B&B wärmstens empfehlen. Sogar das Parken in der Straße war kein Problem.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Der Aufenthalt war ein Rundum-Sorglos-Paket. Alle Tipps bzgl. Ausflügen, Wegbeschreibungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir perfekt anwenden. Fahrräder wurden organisiert und auch für das Abendessen wurden lokale Köstlichkeiten empfohlen. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Täglich sehr liebevoll nach Wünschen zubereitet. Obst, Jogurt, Brötchen, Kaffee, selbstgemachte Konfitüre und Traubensaft, Wurst und Käse - alles dabei.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024The size of the bedroom and the private bathroom, the cleanliness, the beers offered at the arrival, the succulent breakfast, the kindness of the owners who are eager to explain everything.
We went to a very expensive restaurant at 600 meters from the B&B where we were able to eat only 2 small plates of pasta.. Our advice: take the car to go just a little far away to find a better place to get a correct dinner.

Reviewed May 12, 2024We really enjoyed the hospitality of Lieve and Jan! The breakfast was very nice and delicous. Every day there was fresh bread and self made jam or juice. The location is just perfect for a weekend trip or a couple days away. It’s a 15 min drive to either the sea or to Bruges. You can also take the bus to get to the city. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! There is also a small patio to sit outside and enjoy the sun. We also really appreciated Jan’s inside tips for our Bruges tour.

The continental breakfast served was great and once again everything was explained what the different things was on your plate.nothing was to much trouble and we will definitely be back again.thank you.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2023Breakfast was the best I have ever had in a holiday, I miss it ever since, Lieve and Jan are nice hosts, and speak English very good. The bus stop was right in front of the house, though there were fewer buses in the weekend, but we could manage our comings and goings.
There was only one big/double-blanket, we use two seperate ones, so had difficulties sleeping at first, but got used to it.
