Das Goldberg has to be our favorite hotel of all time. We also came last year and the experience was as this year's, absolutely amazing. Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is great. We have been coming to Bad Hofgastein for 10 years now and this hotel's location is by far the best. Also, the natural lake and pool are superb.

I was excited to book for the spa services but everything was fully booked when I checked in. There are only 2 staff for the whole spa serving all residents!!! I left without trying any service and this was so disappointing

Die Lage des Hotels sowie die Aussicht sind atemberaubend. Personal, die Speisen sowie der Wellnessbereich einfach klasse.

Завтраки очень плохие, продукты невкусные, фруктов практически нет, грязные столы не убирают, не встречают, очень медленное обслуживание. Основная претензия к персоналу, очень молодой и неопытный персонал.

Kein frisches Rührei beim Frühstück, auch auf Nachfrage nicht und ab 8 Uhr war das frische Obst meistens vergriffen!

The food is littile bit bad for muslim people also i payed for the suite with air conditioning but it didnt work but i contacted the reception and they bring a fan and next day they fixed it

Einrichtung, Details wie zum Beispiel kleine Geschenke, Snacks an der Bar, Spa Bistro, Nachmittagsjause, Wellnessbereich etc

Ein Kellner war extrem unfreundlich, auch zu Kindern, er heißt glaube ich Eduardo. Glatze und Brille. Föhns könnten im ganzen Haus hochwertiger sein. Evtl mehr Gym Equipment aber ich denke bei den Räumlichkeiten kann man nicht viel mehr Machen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this mountain hotel! Located in a stunning natural setting, the place offers a spectacular view of the alpine landscape – the kind of scenery that takes your breath away every morning. The room was a true oasis of relaxation. The fireplace adds a warm, cozy atmosphere, perfect for chilly evenings, and the in-room bathtub is pure indulgence – ideal after a day spent outdoors. The services were impeccable from start to finish. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food was excellent – fresh ingredients, delicious dishes, and generous portions. Every meal felt like a culinary experience of its own. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and top-notch hospitality in a breathtaking mountain setting. I will definitely return!

Kein kostenloses Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer, kein Zimmerservice am Abend, wenig Service in den Ruheräumen- leere Liegen wurden nicht freigegeben, etwas kleine Saunahandtücher

eher schon als exklusiv zu bezeichnen, sauber, freundlich, angenehm, alles perfekt. frühstückt sehr üppig und hervorragend

das essen ist zwar auch sehr exklusiv (mehrere kleine gänge). oft wünscht man sich aber auch mal ein einfaches schnitzel oder einen schweinsbraten

وش اقول وش اخلي 3 ايام كانت اجمل ايامي في النمسا في بداية الخريف بداية شهر اكتوبر وبداية صفار الاشجار وتساقط الأوراق الإطلالة ولا غلطة ووقت الشروق تنزل السحب بين الجبال ومنظر مبهر للعين شي شي راقي ومدفئة حطب اللي يقرأ الكومنت على ضمانتي خذ وانت مغمض وقريب منها الخدمات سوبر ماركت ومحطة وتبعد عن زيلامسي 37 دقيقة ومواقف تبع الفندق كثيره ومجانيه والمرافق داخل الفندق من افطار وسبأ تشرح الصدر والموظفين بشوشين للأمانه المكان راقي جدًا جدًا يصلح لشهر العسل والزيارات الكبلز انصح وبقوة والله ماندمت وحلال كل ريال يندفع فيه بإذن الله تتكر الزيارة 🤍

Ik heb alleen maar lovende woorden over het hotel, de locatie, het personeel. Alles was top en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Een zeer warm onthaal met uitstekende uitleg over wat het hotel te bieden heeft. Al het personeel, ontzettend vriendelijk en bekwaam. Zowel ontbijt, lunch en diner super lekker en gezond. Prachtig zwembad , natuurbad en sauna’s . Wij zijn grote fan geworden van dit hotel.

Geen negatieve ervaringen.

Amazing stay. Exceptional staff. Big hotel, but you do not get this feeling as architect obviously know how to design it.

This Property needs a excellent review, I travel around the world quite frekvently so I have many things to compare to! reminds me like a Maladives in the mountians! Stuff very nice and welcoming,( dealt with Robert at the bar and Andrew the manager both were fantastic! Fooood absolutely awesome ( Deer Cheeks to die for), Half a board is pleanty for the stay! Just get a good bottle of Wine! ( They have great selections). Breakfest is kick ass! Almost no kids, and they allow dogs, which all dogs were very well handled! This is Ski-in- Ski-out place! Two clean pools, one large Whirpool, Cold plunge and 4 Saunas from 45c to 95c , Cave-bombastic with constant 40c and 4 large rest areas that people just sleep, read or just enjoying the view! All Saunas are Male-Female all naked, but no-one gives you a grief if you keep towel around. The place has a great magic, since experince in construction filed, I must say they spend some money on quality of the work and great maintenance inside out and even great garden! This is a place you must visit more then once, becase second time you have something to look foward to! Cheers from Chicago!

I found one negative, small Gym! Only one multi-unit for men to work with and no weights. They do have large Yoga room but no mats at the time of our visit.

היינו בכמה מלונות 5 כוכבים באוסטריה וזה עלה על כולם! מלון הצגה! כל פינה במלון מעוצבת כדי להעצים את הנוף המדהים. בריכה וספא מהיפים שראינו. חדרים מצויינים וצוות מסביר פנים.

המנות העיקריות בארוחת הערב מאכזבות מעט לאור הסטנדרט הגבוה של כל השאר. עניין שולי.

The cleanliness and design of the hotel is outstanding. The view down into the valley is gorgeous and the room is cozy and spacious at the same time. The dinner was good, though, really small portions so be prepared to go to the salad buffet more than once.

The Wellness area has not much on offer unless you are old and just want to sleep all day then you have plenty of beds. However, there are only 3 saunas (1x steam sauna, 1x 60°C, 1x 90°C). So if you like hot saunas there is basically just one place to go. Plus, from Sunday to Tuesday there are no “Aufgüsse“ at all. There is also not any cold plunge bath or a bucket of ice - just a cold shower…so really weakly equipped for a Spa area. The fitness room is honestly worse than in any 2 star business hotel I’ve been this year. The dumbbells are cheap as and loosing sand on all over the room and also not much equipment in general. Hence, we can not recommend this wellness area for young couples/guests that do not just want to sleep during the day.

Beautiful, relaxing, clean, something truly unique.

1 or 2 staff not quite friendly which goes against the property values (seemed frustrated to help me). Dinner was confusing at first, as first time seeing buffet mixed with pre-determined menu (wasn’t explained to me and wasn’t sure what I was allowed to eat and not eat, only realized later it was part of the dinner offering). Not a negative but a comment: Not sure if I received an email on this (don’t think I did) but make sure to set up transportation to get there. I got there by train and got lucky to find a taxi at the station. The hotel I’m sure will happily pick you up, I just didn’t know there wouldn’t be many taxis there at the station I used (it was very small)
