Great location, friendly staff, nice pool, cold fridge and AC.

Showerhead needs replacing, I was worried the door key was going to break as it was extremely damaged and they won't supply a second key.

The staff were very accommodating. The room was perfect for two people. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Little far from beach

The location is amazing, only 10 min walk to Patong Beach, which saves you spending money on taxi. Close to markets and touristic attraction ( Bangala Boxing Stadium). The hotel is very clean and good value for money. Would highly recommend it. Would also recommend not to book the breakfast

Breakfast options limited, as a vegetarian didn't have options. Only had breakfast once in the week, as I didn't end up having options. The only option were eggs, and more often they were gone, as all guest were having eggs. Also wasn't impress of the lack of logic of placement of the toilet paper holder. The toilet papers holder is se underneath the soap dispenser and next to the shower, ending up getting wet all the time. Had to move it away.

Pool was nice and shaded and not crowded. Staff mostly helpful and friendly. Air conditioner works very well. Fridge is nice and cold.

Some incorrect information advertised, no stocked mini bar in the room only an empty fridge. TV reception is dreadful, bed springs sticking into me even with 2 mattress toppers, couldn't supply an extra pillow so I went to BigC to purchase 2. Safety deposit box is just sitting on the bench, bedding not changed during 10 days. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room just a kettle so you have to sign at reception for a cup and spoon.

Close to patong beach so the location is great if you want to go out partying

Can hear music and noise all through the night. Stayed on the 5th floor and can hear the road and music / exhausts all night. Walls are paper thin. Hotel room is run down and shower gets the toilet wet which is a weird layout. Bed is uncomfortable. Aircon is very loud. Was cheap at 22,000 thb / night but would have rather paid more and been able to sleep.

The property locatios is excellent! Its 5 min walk from Junceylon shopping center and local market where you cam buy food. Also, 7 eleven is 2 min walk, two Italian restaurants also, laundry service and scooter rent place The staff is so nice and kind, very pleasant, 10/10! You can borrow beach towels everyday for free which is also a great thing! And the room has a fridge! Breakfast is good, mostly thai food but also eggs and some cereals.

The fact I didnt like is the cleaness. Towels are old and full of stains and sometimes you get a ripped one. Same thing for the sheets. They do clean your room on a request, but the rooms def need some renovation, its old and not in a good condition. So that is the biggest minus definitely!

Over two nights I could hear my neighbours making lots of noise at 2am in the mprning which wwnt for over an hour. Then next night wasnt as bad but was still noticeable

La propreté = 0 c’est assez sale et délabré, les avis et photos n’ont rien à voir avec cet hôtel. Des serviettes trouées de mauvaises odeurs, des miroirs sales, des couvertures JAMAIS changés depuis notre arrivée la tête de lit est taché. L’odeur d’humidité horrible de la chambre dès notre arrivée

Quando chegamos ao hotel, o chuveiro estava sem água quente. Porém no dia seguinte isso já foi consertado. Gostaria somente que eles tivessem me avisado que estava sem água quente quando fizemos o check in

Noise and not clean

Chambre confortable avec un bon buffet au petit déjeuner. Emplacement à quelques pas du centre commercial et de la rue Bangla Road, bonne adresse pour des personnes qui souhaitent faire la fête et dormir au calme.

Manger dans un bruit dès le petit déjeuner (baies vitrées de l’hôtel grandes ouvertes) c’est dommage

Location is strategic located in Nanai Road and walking distance to all major hotspot on Patong beach

Location is good, the breakfast was decent as well. The staff are helpful!

We had no control over the room temperature and juggles between too hot and too cold.

The room was nice and spacious, the shower had good pressure. Nice little pool perfect for relaxing, pretty much had it to ourselves. Excellent breakfast and easy to walk to everything you need in Patong.

The place was filthy the aircon takes a whole hour to get cold enough so you can rest peacefully and even then you can’t control the room temp on your own accord. Mould on the ceiling mould on the bed frame and the mattress was as solid as a rock. I booked for 4 nights stayed one night then bailed with no refund that’s how bad it was. Staff are not to blame the owner is wouldn’t recommended to anyone

large and clean rooms, pool not big but very good for cooling off and clean water, very diverse and quality breakfast. 15 min walk from the beach, supermarket across the road, 10 min from Bangla road

Awesome staff cute hotel

Notre séjour dans cette hôtel a été la pire de notre séjour en Thaïlande, le prix payé pour 2 nuit est cher pour l'expérience vécu. La chambre très petite la salle de bain pas pratique le balcon pas grand avec un gros bloc de Climatisation qui donne très chaud juste au dessus de nos tête. On avais vue sur un bâtiments en construction donc réveiller très tôt avec les travaux d'en face. De plus on a eu un soucis avec la climatisation qui été dysfonctionnel. Le personnel n'étais pas réactif et n'a pas résolu nos problème de Clim malgré qu'un technicien soit venu dans notre chambre. On recommande pas du tout.

Few staff were rude,especially the reception lady and the lady who was in the duty of mastering the breakfast. Hotel provided hot water kettle without any tea coffee sachet in the room,.Felt like we stayed in a hostel with rules bumping us now and then. And the meanest thing we felt is they were racist towards indian which I did not face any of the other 2 hotels we booked in Thailand. For me its a big thumbs down hotel for our next trip to Thailand.

WALK IN DISTANCE PATONG BEACH 10 - 15 MINUTES AND OPPOSITE HAVE GROCERIES SHOP AND 7ELEVEN EASY TO BIY FOOD AND DRINKS

Swimming pool bit small can fit 5-6 person and lift only 4 people allowed

The location was convenient for me.A quick one night stop over.Breakfast is OK.

Building work next door.Driving piles into ground, so lots of noise during the day. Topfloor might not suit anyone lacking mobility. No hot water in sink.
