The property was beautiful and tranquil it was just what I needed.
I wish they had a gift shop
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was great and the property was enjoyable.
We did have some ants in the kitchen.

The cottages were very clean— the maids were excellent and friendly people. The masseuse was great. The manager Weini was so helpful. The beds were comfortable.
The property was exactly as advertised—shabby, worn furniture in the cottage, ugly outdoor furniture in the common spaces. The food at the restaurant was ok—try the Indian inspired dishes. The restaurant staff is rude as hell—so lazy, try to avoid serving food, especially at the tables outside. The worst is a woman named Ruth who acted like our existence was an inconvenience to her. Prince was the exception—a lovely and helpful guy.
Privacidade, boas instalações. Staff muito atencioso.
Tudo foi dentro do esperado e do preço pago.
The peaceful feeling, the koi pond, waterfalls, feels like living in the middle of a flourishing garden. The location is also perfect. They have a network of locals that will help you get whatever and to wherever you need.
Need mirrors in the bedrooms and make all the shower heads detachable
second time back here, warm and lovely staff as usual. loved the location where it is more quiet and not in the resort packed zone. highly recommend.
Un hotel con mucha calma, no te cruzas mucho con la gente. El restaurante está bien. El personal muy bien.
Resort was quiet, clean, and cozy. Jeffrey drove us over to the beach which is less than 5 minutes away. The rooms were small but worked and the actual cottage was a good size. Would come back
I genuinely appreciated my stay here. It was very personalized. The resort is small and so they have a small team that’s genuinely like a family. They were all so good at making sure our stay was smooth. Very informative! It was helpful that the grocery store was a 5 minute walk and there’s a shuttle straight to the beach. No complaints! We would absolutely return is we have the opportunity too.
Great customer service
Clean and centrally located. Food was good enough but the hospitality was variable. That was the only downside. Great to stay if you want to eat and be out and about most of the time.
Great staff who made the stay great.
The property is beautiful but the most amazing thing about the place is the staff they are the most wonderful people I’ve ever met and I’ve been a lot of places From Winnie the manager to wait staff cooks house cleaning Great made you feel at home
Very. Izzy with a friendly staff
Nothing
Comfortable and quiet place. Great service. Beautifully landscaped. Amazing cozy pool and hot tub. As soon as we arrived, the personnel were kind and courteous and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back and request the same cottage.
My husband and I just returned from a wonderful week at Kokomo Botanical Resort. WOW! We were so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings, the proximity to all the highlights of Turks and Caicos and most of all the great accommodations at Kokomo. The cottage we had was perfect for us, a well set up kitchen, plenty of living space and super comfy beds. The pool and hot tub area is a peaceful oasis where you can relax and gather. Our Chefs Table dinner surpassed our expectations - fine dining and excellent service. Thanks to Wenie, Gabe, Prince, Ryan and all of the fabulous staff for looking after all of our needs. We were a big group and we were catered to at every step. Thanks for a great experience!
A hidden gem! The property, lush with plants, flowers and fountains is truly a botanical environment. From the minute we arrived, to the minute we departed, we were treated like family. Ms Wenie, Maureen, Jeffrey (shuttle driver) and all the bar/kitchen staff and groundskeepers were very polite, attentive and professional. I highly recommend this quiet hidden gem with all the amenities at hand over any large resort. Thank you for a great week! We will be back! -Steve M.
This will ne my 2nd home!! Wenie, our concierge was fabulous. She texted prior to our arrival, when we arrived and every morning to check on us. Our cottages were the cutest ever, kitchen area, 2 separate rooms for privacy if traveling with a friend. There's security that patrols the cotteges. Jeffrey, the shuttle driver, will take you to the beach, which is breath taking on its own, but theres a designated are for the people that stay at Kokomo with chairs and umbrellas. The beach is not overly crowded. Our main taxi driver Junior, is the best you can get. He picked us up multiple times in a day without issue, took us to a great grocery store to get whatever we needed to stock the room and made sure we were safe when he dropped us off at places. Everyone and everything about this trip made it a true vacation. Thanks Kokomo ❤️
Service is amazing and excellent location. The staff addressed all our requests and made our stay wonderful
I loved this place. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Kokomo was an excellent choice for our trip to Turks & Caicos. The location is removed from all the big name resorts and we found this location to be peaceful without crowds. The staff is awesome and vey helpful. Room was perfect as our teen needs her own room. Rooms are updated with newer furniture and comfy beds. The food at Kokomo is excellent. We ate twice at the higher end resorts and decided the food at Kokomo was better. Also of course convenient to walk a minute or two to the restaurant by the pool than to get ready and drive out for food; especially after a long day on beach or excursions. 5 min shuttle to beach where staff has set up loungers and umbrellas. Never more than 5 other guests from Kokomo there so no issues with getting a lounger. Just all around Kokomo is definitely one of the better resorts we have stayed in. Will most definitely stay there again next time in Turks and Caicos
I just checked out from resort. It was what I needed, which was quiet are without distractions or noise. Wenie, the property manager, was very attentive. The food was amazing. The service staff, with the exception of one, were great.
Seven nights stay in the "classic cottage", which is an older and somewhat dated type of the cottages on the property. Updated cottages are on a different quality level under the "ultra lux" name. The property is gated and guarded at the entrance. The swimming pool was clean, well-attended, and never more than a 2-3 people in it. The on-site restaurant serves excellent food. Property manager Wenie was excellent and ready to accommodate every request. Very friendly staff. Daily room cleaning service. IGA supermarket is a 3-minute drive away. Short 5 minutes' drive to the Grace Bay beach on the resort's shuttle or by a rented car (car is necessary to get anywhere to the island). The beach area belonging to this resort is adjacent to the luxurious Waymara resort, and you can access their beach bar, restaurant and the bathroom. The beach attendant will set up your chair and umbrella. Be aware of the following: the cottage (#212) had non-locking doors to the bathroom and to the bedrooms. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but there is a communal washer/dryer on the property (about $10 cost per wash/dry). There are no ceiling lights in the cottage (only small side table lamps), and generally the lighting in the cottage was dim in the evening, making it difficult to read. Overall, it is a well-run budget resort for a couple or a young family who want to stay away from the crowds and expenses of the Grace Bay's massive resorts.
Close to beach and has private section.
This place was perfect for what we wanted. Each quaint cottage (same size) has 2 separate bedrooms which is really nice being a couple coming with our 4 year old son and his grandmother. Wenie our concierge is wonderful, welcomed us even before we arrived and helpful with all our needs. The cellphone provided with trusted vendors is a wonderful idea. I really liked that we had a little outfitted kitchen too to not have to eat out every time because it can get expensive. The supermarket is close by and a 10 minute walk if you don’t mind walking. The room was cleaned daily and we felt very catered to. They have a wonderful spa for treatments, yoga gear included and a place to meditate and practice. Wind chimes and water features around as well as a good restaurant. As mentioned, it is a 5 minute ride away from Grace Bay beach and the shuttle was nice to feel like you were going somewhere every day without going too far and having to drive or rent a car. Near their provided lounge chairs and umbrellas is an amazing 5 star restaurant, Blue Water Bistro - beach front of Wymara Resort. Kokomo felt good to come back to every night after a day at the beach and use the pool and lovely enclosed hot tub with foliage which felt secluded and private. If you want a lovely more affordable place, enjoy being in nature, like walking and a more down to earth place these cottages are great. I love beauty and although this was less posh than most hotels on Grace Bay it was serene and homey.
What a great little gem! I particularly loved the winding garden paths that lead to all the cottages! The yoga deck was also a wonderful bonus. The pool and restaurant was great and the staff was super friendly! The hotel is not on the beach but very close to it w/ a shuttle if you don’t have a car. I would absolutely recommend this resort to others who want a more affordable but quaint cottage that isn’t the madness of the resorts on Grace Bay!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Kokomo Botanical Resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our cottage was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The pool and hot tub area is beautifully landscaped, perfect place to sit and have a mojito while the kids swim. We highly recommend the WE Cafe- lots of delicious options- try the spaghetti with garlic and olive oil and the vegetable spring rolls! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we hope to return some day.
Property was nice and centrally located if you are exploring the island. The resort beach is 5 minutes away and there is a hotel next to the beach spot that you can order food, drinks and use bathroom. Thwre is a shuttle that takes you there and back. Jeffery was very nice. If you are looking to be in the beach scene and not rent a car or be in tourist area, then I would stay in Grace bay area. Facility has a nice pool and salt water hot tub. Food was really good in the WE restaurant. They are not open on Monday's.IGA grocery store is not far and can prepare food in villa's stocked kitchenette. It was very relaxing and recommend it.
The resort was quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were clean. Our cottage was small but had everything we needed. We had a rental car and strongly recommend because taxis will be expensive. There is a grocery store nearby to pick up essentials if you are not interested in eating out for every meal.
Nice remodeled apartments. Full kitchen and outside seating.
Hidden gem. Beautiful getaway. Friendly staff. Tasty lunch & dinner. I felt safe and welcomed. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.
We felt so safe, had the best time and everyone was so friendly! Everything was also so clean!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kokomo Caribbean Family Cottages, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. Their warmth and attentiveness truly enhanced my stay. The property itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for a getaway. I felt safe and secure in the surroundings, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy my time there. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. I spent hours enjoying the water and the sound of the waves. I also indulged in an excellent massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. And let’s not forget the food—every meal was delicious and satisfying. I had such a wonderful time that I’m already planning my return to Kokomo Caribbean Family Cottages. If you’re looking for a perfect blend of relaxation, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be! Highly recommend! 🌴✨
at Kokomo Botanical! Rooms are perfect, staff friendly and helpful, cuisine excellent, beach perfectly accessible. All was perfect and much preferable to the huge high rise hotels. Would definitely stay here again.
My friend and I enjoyed staying at Kokomo. We felt safe in this very relaxing environment. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was also nice to be able to take a quick shuttle to the beach with their unbrellas and chairs too.
The resort was beautiful and peaceful - the kitchen and bathroom are small but perfectly adequate - we pretty much self catered. The accommodation was cleaned really well everyday and the staff were all helpful and friendly.
We find eating out difficult because one of us needs gluten free food - the restaurant staff are not confident enough about the ingredients that are used in the dishes for us to be confident to eat there.
I liked the cleaning every day, they took extra care and made sure everything left so clean and even if it’s late they would still come and make sure everything is clean!, I liked also the room was available although we arranged before 3pm, I liked the shuttle that was available through a van every 15 minutes or less to the beach. I liked the staff as they were so nice and very accommodating!
I don’t want to talk about it but if you’re superstitious don’t come please!. Also my husband and I had food poisoning from the hotel restaurant first hour we got there !!!!!!!
Although this property is not on the beach, we were very pleased with the location and property. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We rented a car to get around the island, but the resort does offer a shuttle to the beach that runs frequently. Our accommodations were perfect for our family of 3. The restaurant on site was delicious.
This resort is not for those looking for one of the island's high end experiences. Instead, it was a very very comfortable and friendly place to be, perfect for our needs. It was walking distance from a grocery store, so we could save a little on food. The staff was exceptional for their warmth and desire to accommodate us. Our room had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. The shuttle bus to the beach was really convenient--we chose not to rent a car while there so it was helpful to have it.
Can't think of anything.
Our stay at Kokomo Botanical Gardens Resort was amazing! First things first, the resort itself is BEAUTIFUL. It’s nestled in the middle of the island, surrounded by lush plants, flowers, and fruits - a one-of-a-kind botanical garden! The beach is less than a 5 minute drive right across the road (the resort has a shuttle available or there was lots of free parking available- I suggest renting a car during your vacation in general). The staff at the resort were kind and helpful - making sure our room was clean everyday and checking in often to see if we needed anything else. We even got a tour of the grounds and got to taste some of the local produce (grown right on the land!). The restaurant on sight is also delicious and was a great last minute idea for food and drinks. The spa is beautiful and we got AMAZING massages while we were there. We did see other guests around the resort, but it was pretty peaceful and quiet throughout our whole stay. Turks & Caicos was one of the best vacations ever and Kokomo was just the cherry on top of it all! We enjoyed our stay and if you’re thinking about doing it, you should definitely consider a stay at Kokomo!
Apartment was good size, though the bathroom was small. The 2 bedroom had enough space to spread out a little. Staff were very polite. Liked the local phone to allow us to call with questions. The shuttle to the beach was great and the workers at the beach were helpful. We spent 3 days at our chairs on the beach, very nice. We had a rental car and it was easy to get around the island and to the grocery store.
Pool wasn't heated so it was cold in January. The hot tub was great though.
This was a delightful place to stay. Beautiful grounds, lovely well-appointed cottage. The staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful.
What a great resort - loved every minute of our stay. Very warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The staff could not do enough for you - especially Weine and Maureen - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel had a really relaxed and easy vibe and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you.
No complaints. Great resort.
I recently stayed at Kokomo for 5 nights along with 3 other friends. We originally booked an AirBnb in Turks but made a last minute change a week before our trip due to some general safety concerns. Kokomo was one of the few places that still had availability at a reasonable price point. All the reviews sounded positive to so we made the switch. We were 100% happy with our decision. From the time I booked our reservation I received helpful and quick communication on any questions I had. The resort was a short distance from the airport, and our check-in was so fast with friendly service and a delicious drink to welcome us. It was surprising to us how quiet the resort was. It's definitely not a place to party and have a lot of activities, which is what we were looking for. We just wanted to relax, have access to a pool and restaurant, and we appreciated having staff available at any time. The landscaping at the resort was lush and just made you feel relaxed like you were at a spa. The pool area was beautiful. It was on the small side, but there were times when we were the only ones there, or maybe 2-3 others. We spent most of our time at the beach either close by or at Grace Bay. The shuttle service to get to the beach was very convenient, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The beach area itself was nice - it was great having umbrellas and lounge chairs that you didn't have to pay for, and the staff from the neighboring Wymara resort took care of us with drinks and food. We appreciated the fact that we were given a cell phone to use for the entire trip with specific taxi drivers programmed in. We chose Rico for our first trip and stuck with him the entire time. It was either him or his sister that would drive us around, and Rico would always call and follow up to make sure we got picked up and dropped off safely. Typically, a ride would be available within 15 min of us calling, and the cost was very reasonable. We only ate at the restaurant onsite one time, mainly because we wanted to go to different places. But it was delicious and very nice to have a place there to eat on our first night when we just wanted to stay in. The last night we also spent time around the fireplace areas having some drinks and enjoying the evening. The cottages were comfortable - small but fine for the 4 of us. The shower was on the small side, as was the kitchen. But again - we made it work and they were clean and well stocked. Overall I would recommend Kokomo to anyone. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the place was beautiful and clean everywhere. Loved our trip!
The Kokomo really is a hidden gem. Wenie makes the experience feel like you are visiting a lovely relative. She is so welcoming and helpful. She booked all our excursions for us and our car rental and handled calling them to confirm pick up the day of. Jeffrey, the man who shuttles back and forth the beach is also very nice. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and hot tub lovely. The restaurant is also delicious and beautiful. We often felt like we were the only other people staying at the hotel. We barely saw anyone else.
The two bedroom cottage while spacious for two and cozy could be more updated and we found somehow mosquitos got in but not a lot, so it wasn’t a big deal. If it were updated too it would probably cost a lot more so I am not really complaining. Same thing with the location - on the beach would be nice but then it would probably cost the same as all those resorts. I recommend renting a car so you can go where ever you want since taxis are expensive, though if you only plan to go on excursions, to the beach, and dinner, all the excursions include pick up and drop of, and many include lunch, so you can survive without the car, but we liked the freedom to try lots of different restaurants for breakfast and dinner and to explore different beaches. Once you get used to the roundabouts and driving on the left, we didn’t think driving was difficult. Just do not drive out to Northwest Point because you will get stuck when the sandy unpaved road suddenly turns into deep sand.
Clean, comfortable cottages with kitchenettes so we could make our own breakfasts. Shuttle to beach where they provided chairs and umbrellas. Great food in restaurant. Great location. Beautiful setting. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.
What an amazing property! Private cottages make you feel like you’ve found your little spot of paradise. Weanie is a top notch professional and seems to appear out of nowhere ready to help with whatever you need. Dinner reservations? OK! Excursions? No problem. Spa appointments? She’s got you covered. Go see Melane at the restaurant where you will be treated like royalty with impeccable service and delicious cuisine. We were sad to leave but know exactly where to go when we come back.
We had a great time at this place. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm hospitality of the resort staff who went over and beyond to take care of us and ensure our every need was met. A special shout-out to Wenie, the concierge manager. She contacted us before our arrival and ensured our villa was ready (even though we arrived 2 hours before check-in time). She was there everyday checking in on us and making sure our stay was special. Our kids celebrated their birthday during this trip and Wenie found a way to make it special by decorating our room. Overall, we had a great time and while this resort is not on the beach, it's centrally located and close to everything. The beach is a 3 minute drive and the resort has chairs and umbrellas at the beach just for the guests.
It was a great cottage. The check in process was wonderful. All the staff were great, the food was amazing. Highly recommend
Great ambience, central to everything on the island, staff very helpful and nice, beach area with shuttle to and from and beach chairs eoth umbrellas.
Loved the space and privacy that this cottage style resort provides. The two-bedroom cottage was ideal for my family of four. Resort staff were excellent, including concierge, housekeeping, message therapists, beach club attendants and wait staff. Wenie, in particular was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of during our stay. WE restaurant had great food, but service was slow. Beach club on Grace Bay was perfect. Easy to access via free shuttle, not as busy as in front of other resorts, nice chairs and umbrellas, and close to great beverage and dining options. Blue Water Bistro is a must for lunch. The only negative was the close proximity of a night club, which we could hear from our cottage. This may only impact cottages near the entrances.
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, good food, quiet
Air conditioning in main room only, not each bedroom. Unheated pool. No railing to enter hot tub. Thin bath towels,.
Resort was very clean, staff was friendly, and food was top notch. Beach club was immaculate. Service could be VERY slow which got to be a bit much. Also, and we knew this going in, the beach is more of a drive than a short walk away. And there isn’t consistent service there.
staff were all extremely friendly and helpful
Great place and awesome restaurant. Chef Anil and his team make for great dining experience
Clean beautiful property that does feel ‘botanical’ with all the variety of flora at the property. Very nice/polite staff. The restaurant on premise has good food. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the beach and it takes roughly 10 minutes to get there.
Wenie, was amazing! The location of the property is close to everything you want to see and experience by car. We Cafe is convenient for most meals and is a welcome change from the other options on providenciales.
I Surprised my Fiance' for his bday and he was blown away. The cottage was PERFECT! Felt like home..Beds are cozy and extremely CLEAN...The kitchen was fully equipped. If your'e traveling with children, this is the best bang for your buck as everything is a bit pricey :)....Wenie is a sweetheart..She made sure we had everything that we needed from where to go, what to do, where to eat and how to get the best out of our Baecation. The FOOD omgooooooosh THE FOOD!! You don't have to leave the resort to eat tasty food. This place is clean, quiet and the privacy is unmatched! The pool area is beautiful. If you need to relax and get an amazing massage Kokomo is IT!!! I would advise you to rent a car, theres free parking. We explored the beautiful island and decided that we'll b back for our Honeymoon. IT'S PERFECT! Wenie, thank you for everything!!! You are a Gem.. Hopefully We'll see you when we return.
Everything was awesome! The staff was the dark and enjoyed breakfast with Ruth and dinners with Mufasa!
I stayed at Kokomo for a quick birthday getaway. From the time I booked my cottage through my time at the resort, we received excellent customer service. The cottage was super cute and clean. I have no complaints or concerns about this resort and would recommend it to others without hesitation.
The service in the hotel was excellent .. the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and unique … the food at the restaurant n for dinner was great .. they have a shuttle that they call for you .. they have a private beach .. the pool area is orettt but small .. could be bigger .. the cabins are nice .. shuttle drivers nice as well
I believe her name was Winnie, she was excellent, called right after we landed to let us know our rooms was ready and made sure everyone in our party was okay.
Loved the remodeled cottage, very clean & modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our stay was absolutely amazing! Wenie went the extra mile of ensuring we were well taken care of our entire stay! Our deluxe two bedroom cottage exceeded my expectations and I have 0 complaints about it. Everything was CLEAN, just how i like it! Ruth in the kitchen was pleasant as well & the bartender Mufassa. Customer service 10/10 all the way around. Breakfast was delightful. This resort was beautiful and very affordable. If you’re thinking about staying here I recommend booking the deluxe cottages, renting a vehicle & booking the breakfast package. Hopefully we will be back!
Bartender didn’t arrive until after 1PM.
The property is beautiful and tranquil. However, not walkable.
Location
The furniture was a little outdated, there was no bath tub, no tv in the master bedroom, the bathroom was very tiny. They never came to change the towels each day of our stay and it was very hot.
I book this resort as the last minute, this one of the few properties that had an available room left on such short notice. Overall good time at Kokomo. The location is great, a short taxi ride and it was safe. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Wenie by far is the best. Whatever you need, she will assist you in anyway that she can. I love, love, love the pool area, couldn't get enough of it. The scenery of the property is aesthetically pleasing, however my room was not. I would have to say, that was my only complaint. It wasn't cleaned to my standards. The cleaners didn't clean my room throughly, you could see there were several areas they hadn't even bothered to clean. The blinds were dirty, the bathroom sink wasn't cleaned thoroughly and you could see the residue of the previous guest toothpaste on the sink and wall. The toilet had stains on it. The floor in the tv room had a stain on it. The refrigerator had rust all over it, which was not aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Thankfully, I always walk with my disinfecting wipes and Lysol spray because I had to wipe the bathroom down. I can only speak for my room, but it could use a little updating, especially when you're accustomed to staying at high end resorts.
There’s no night life here. Perfect for a quiet stay. Pool closes at 7pm. Get a rental to explore the island. Wenie was very responsive. The fried rice at WE cafe was my favorite. Go grocery shopping to save money on food. It’s very expensive to eat out on the island. The villas are all gated with access with your key card. My favorite is the landscaping at the resort.
Loved the garden feel and the cottage. The pool was lovely and the setting was serene.
No complaints
The property was very quiet. And the cleaning staff cleaned the room every single day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent place to stay in Turks and Caicos!
We had an incredible time at Kokomo from start to finish. The location was great, super easy to get to and safe. Susanna checked us in and she was wonderful. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Everything she recommended (food, places to go, etc) was spot on and we had a wonderful time! Highly, highly recommend this place. The restaurant and pool was also fantastic, and the scenery around the resort was great.
A beautiful stay in beautiful surroundings. Kokomo offers peace and quiet away from the busy resorts. A car is advised. For us the location was perfect. Everything is about a 10 minute drive away. The Grace Bay beach area was very close by and offered what felt like our own private beach access with chairs & umbrellas. The cottages offer everything you need - a home away from home with comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, lounge area and plenty of privacy. The pool area is quaint and beautifully landscaped. Wenie is the best host! She is lovely and on hand for everyone’s needs. A truly magical stay. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you to all of the warm and welcoming staff!
Great staff like Gary, Wenie, Jeffrey, to name a few, work at the Kokomo resort. They were extremely accommodating during our stay. The beach water was just as beautiful as advertised and the food at every restaurant was fresh and worth the price.
Really nice property, very clean and maintained. Not that close to the beach so they have a beach shuttle which is great, 5 min ride to the beach. Staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately not much walking distance but still a good option.
It's a beautiful resort and everyone was very accommodating! The only downside is that the shuttle to the beach only runs from 9 AM to 5:30 PM (for the return trip), so if you do not rent a car you are somewhat limited on beach time. Their restaurant is also closed on Mondays. The cottages themselves are nice and very comfortable. This was a great option for traveling with family because you can have separate bedrooms.
We had a wonderful stay at Kokomo and I'll definitely be back. I recommend renting a car because it's difficult to rely on taxis and the beach shuttle from Kokomo to Night Beach only runs a few times per day. The resort was perfect though! Wenie and her team go above and beyond to meet your needs. Rooms are clean and well decorated. The resort is relaxing. We loved the restaurant, pool, and hot tub. Our welcome drink was delicious. The grocery store is a 5 minute walk away. It's a great grocery store with absolutely everything you would need. Bight beach is a 3 minute drive away. The shuttle takes you there but it only goes at certain times and stops at 5:30pm. Grace Bay Beach is a 10 minute drive away. Taxis are very expensive and it can be frustrating trying to get a hold of the drivers when you need them. A 3 minute ride to the Wymara resort for dinner (on Bight Beach) was $30 each way. The 10 minute ride to Grace Bay was $40-$50 each way. I will be back, but will definitely rent a car next time.
I just returned from a wonderful stay. The resort is clean, peaceful, safe, and relaxing. The welcome cocktail was delicious. Wenie and her team are very helpful and always one call away. The coffee was delicious for breakfast. The location is quiet and secluded. It's a short drive away from Bight Beach (3 minutes drive) and Grace Bay (10 minutes drive). I strongly recommend getting a car because taxis are very expensive and hard to come by. Also, the shuttle from Kokomo to Bight Beach only runs a few times a day and it stops at 530pm. Although we didn't stay on Grace Bay, we got a day pass at a Grace Bay resort and were able to enjoy the restaurants there. We also enjoyed lounging at Wymara resort on Bight Beach, which is a 3 minute drive away and have a good bar, restaurant, and scenery/pool. This is a great place for a tropical and relaxing vacation. I loved it here and would absolutely return again.
The cottage was beautiful and the shuttle driver Gary was very helpful and polite! He showed us a bunch of different sites and were to find the best eateries.
Great short trip. 3 minutes away from the beach. The cottage is cute, like a little community. Gary, the shuttle driver to the beach was great. He offers excursions when you get there, like - parasailing, etc. There's a few bars and restaurants on the beach as well.
It was beautiful and very relaxing.

Beautiful rooms and landscape, but you will need to take a cab anywhere. The location is distant from beach and downtown. Cabs are very expensive (US$23 per person/anywhere) and only accepts cash. Please bring plenty of cash because ATM are ALL out of service in the island.
This is a wonderful place with so much potential! Any employee should be proud to work here! The first time we came the cocktails were awful but a young lady serving us from Mexico was delightful! Our second time to try breakfast, miserable service with guests complaining about lack of service. Such a shame.
My family’s first time in Turks & Caicos and these cottages just set it together. It was home-like. The environment was to expectations. The food and staff at WE, Ruth in particular was amazing, warm and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back and looking into investing in a cottage!
The accomodations were great staff was very helpful Gary the driver was fantastic he was always there when we needed A lift always with a smile great guy Jeffery the beach host was great always checking on us Made sure everything at the beach was comfortable Always smiling and welcoming they both made the trip
