Swimming Pool for chilling, Breakfast are good.

Our room just so loud with the broom noise from the central AC.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Intan at the bar was wonderful!!

The rest of the staff were disinterested and very slow on service. The food was not good. The atmosphere was non-existent. I wouldn't stay again.

Rooms impeccably clean. The female staff are incredible, I'm no so sure about the male staff in the restaurant, the women were busy serving and clearing while the men chatted and looked at their phones. Intan was delightful 😊

Restaurant food - I was served grilled prawns that were tiny, dirty shrimp. One was sour so I hope I don't get sick tonight. I pointed this out to the waitress who took my plate but was lost in translation and I didn't want to make a big deal.

Aöl the staff were very helpfull and always with a smile. Especially Mr. Arga helped us so much finding a travel to go to Banjarmadin. His English is perfect and every hotel can call themself happy to have staff like him. Mr. Tony helped us with creating membership and other concerns.

Worst nights sleep. Hotel allowed 50+ teenage high school graduates to have an unsupervised party at their hotel. Very noisy. Teenagers shouting, screaming, laughing, slamming doors until 11pm. Then restarted in the pool at 5 am. Rang reception to get them to take action but they did nothing.

Really enjoyed my stay here.😊 The place was super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax and get some proper rest. They provided an iron when I asked, which was nice. Even though the weather was really hot 🥵 during my stay, I felt totally comfortable inside the room stayed nice and 🆒.😁 Only thing there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room, and I’m not sure if you can request one. Other than that, everything was great!🤗

Excellent staff, very hospitable. Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant offered a big breakfast buffet which was very good. Restaurant staff were extremely nice. Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay.

The Belhotel at Palankya Raya is a great option, a comfortable 4 star hotel to use whether passing through on a tourist visit or for a more extended business visit Rooms are comfortable, the staff were helpful and there appeared to be an extensive international a La carte. Breakfast is predominantly asian buffet but there is something for everyone. Conveniently there is an ATM in the reception visit I would certainly stay if passing through again.

I would love to recommend Swiss-Belhotel Danum Palangkaraya for your Business and Leisure visit to Palangkaraya Central Kalimantan. Hotel has Great location with Great Hospitality, Best hotel in town. New look and spacious parking area with masssive lobby area and lobby bar to unwind. Restaurant downstairs with full of variance of breakfast to pamper yourself. The only one hotel with Resort ambiance and big long Swimming Pool with Coconut tree surrounding. Spacious gym area and they do offer spa treatment as well. They also offer live music during weekend. Room got spacious and nice inside, recommended to book Pool View as all rooms got Balcony with Pool or City view. For you who wants to have meeting activities they do have some Meetings Rooms and Big Ballroom. I got chance to explore some nature area at Sebangau National Eco Tourism Park which can be accessed close by from hotel around 45 minutes and also to see Orang Utan in Kaja Island which can be accessed close by from hotel around 30 minutes by car, I have used the service from hotel which they do work together with their Tour Agent called Borneo Escape. The Hospitality service from all Teams start from Security to Front Office, Restaurant, Housekeeping all of them are trully have their passion. I would highly recommended to stay at Swiss-Belhotel Danum Palangkaraya. Will be back soon for my holiday with my son soon. Thank you Swiss-Belhotel Danum Palangkaraya ❤️.

The location is a bit far from the center of activities. The operating hours of the swimming pool should be extended; staff arrived late in the morning to hand out the towel (he did not hand us the pool towel - just the normal towel).

Clean quiet and the staff where exceptional.

I liked the pool even if I did not use it. Very lovely. I also liked the coffee bar, laundry service, and helpful staff.

I was originally given a room with a 'balcony' that looked out onto a roof and wall. I requested a move or upgrade and was given a room withe a view of the pool. Much nicer. The shower had quite a lot of black mold, and the hotel in general had a very musty, mold smell. I realize the location of the hotel in an extremely hot and humid environment makes it very difficult to prevent these circumstances, but there are products to reduce mold, which can be quite harmful to one's health. I also did not think the food was very good compared to other four and five star hotels I've stayed in in Indonesia. It was certainly over-priced and sometimes service was very slow.

Heard a crash, it was the AC coming through the ceiling…power outage at 9pm for a good 30 minutes. Hotel overall is in poor shape. This is the “best” in town. Be prepared for a hotel that says it has western standards but is very, very, local and is not at international standards for service, quality, food or facilities.

1. Original room was older style. We requested more modern room and this was provided. Be good to have modern room from beginning especially for overseas visitors. Helps tourism brand.

Very slow restaurant service when in the restaurant. A lot of mosque singing for the whole night, but that's not something that the hotel has any fault for

They should switch the room air conditioning on the morning before you arrive as it takes twelve hours to cool down. The food could have been better.

Most of the staff are friendly and willing to help. Nice live music performance on the ground floor which is entertaining while we sat and enjoyed our drinks. Easy to park the car and also easy for using the valet service.

The staff at the bar is a little bit inefficient in our opinion. It takes time for them to come to us and asked for the order. Then the order also took a little longer than normal. For example, we had to wait around 20 minutes for a coffee latte. It happened often. The housekeeping staff also needs improvement. We had to call every day to ask for the same things for the room because they do not replace the things as they should be. Then, one day, we were out in the morning and returned to the hotel at 3 pm for rest, but our room had not been cleaned by the housekeeping. We had to ask two times for that and until we left at 5 pm, the room was still untouched for cleaning. The last one, we experienced twice could not get into our room just because of door battery needed to be replaced. It happened the previous day and made us wait for about 15 mins for the staff to fix it. Then the next day, it made us wait for more than half an hour. It was very inconvenient.

The room is good, the food taste nice, the staff also friendly. Looking forward to stay here again.

The hotel is new and beautiful with great customer service and gym facilities. The only constructive things are bad internet connection and low-quality restaurant. Otherwise the hotel is lovely and I will definitely stay there again.
