I have been staying at your property for the past four years, and I am disappointed to say that I have not seen any meaningful improvement in the condition of the rooms or overall guest experience. During my most recent stay, I encountered several issues that made my visit uncomfortable: The room was not properly equipped for a resort-style stay. I specifically requested basic kitchen items, yet there were no essential tools available. I had to repeatedly call the front desk just to receive extra pots, and there was not even a cutting knife provided. I was assigned a first-floor room next to the pool area, where the music was excessively loud. I had to contact the front desk to ask that the DJ lower the volume. The shower malfunctioned while I was using it, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. The lighting in the main room was inadequate, and I had to request that light bulbs be replaced. These issues reflect a lack of attention to basic maintenance and guest comfort. As a returning guest, I expected a much higher standard and noticeable improvements over the years. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving both room quality and overall service.

Despite my concerns about how the rooms are maintained, I must highlight that the front desk staff and security team are very nice and humble. They truly go out of their way to assist and make guests feel comfortable. This level of customer service is the best part of my experience and something I genuinely appreciate.

There was a pool

Only one air conditioner which was in the bedroom. Living kitchen are super hot and the stove was not working.

The TV was horrible I couldn't get a picture on any channel the maid came and cleaned my room and didn't change the sheets and took all the towels and didn't replace them I had to go ask for towels

I liked the location close to airport , malecon, aquatic park, and pizza place and not to far from colonial city

Is a great place, the stuff are very nice, i have been going back for several years, great location, not too fancy but nice place. My only suggestion will be make sure everything is working perfectly in the room before checking it I know things may happen but there are things that can be addressed before the guests check in. After this this is solve I will give 5 stars

This is a noisy place.., looks like cantina, discotheque or any party place 16 hours a day, the Kitchen service and restaurant is so bad, the waitress are like mad all the times with bad mud.., they never smile, looks like angry girls., the only nice person is the security guards.,

Everything clean, the employees nice , the property nice and clean, the pool excellent.

The place is pretty. It is quiet. The staff very helpful. The food was delicious. The bathroom has no mirror. The bedroom was spacious, but was missing plug outlets. There is a hole on the wall for an outlet installation. The side lamps by the beds are missing outlets. One can plug your phone from the outlet behind the tv or the mini fridge in the room.

The property is beautiful but needs to upgrades.. the room are old and the bathrooms too. The kitchen closes at 11pm, so if you are hungry or want a beer after 11pm you need to go out. It is not a resort how is mentioned on the website.

No internet in the rooms and staff can’t help they tell you to stay by the pool if you need Internet. The bathroom was leaking water and filled up the whole apartment with water during the whole stay. They didn’t do shit!

When I got there I was put on the top floor with a baby no elevator and the room was hot only one AC which in the bedroom. I complained about it and I was move to another room which was no different than the first where only the bedroom had a decent AC and the location was in the back of the hotel felt like walking one mile away from the main hotel. The comfort was awful and the service was very poor. The commucation was very very poor. The internet did not reach in any of the rooms, if you needed to make a phone call you have to go toward the pool area or by the reception area. Mind you I am with a 16month old baby. It was horrible very very horrible the expectation I was expecting did not meet up, and I travel a lot to DR which is like a home to me, I've been through so many hotels and I have gone to this hotel before and this time it sucked. They need to clean up and I would not recommend this place to someone especially with children under 1years of age. I have my business in DR

Atmosphere was going. One of waitresses was excellent. Food was also good. Staff is friendly.

Suites need major upgrades . Furthermore, even though space is available in the suite, you renting they continue to charge for additional children.

I was charged $25 at day per child (2) on my first day. That was already included on my booking reservation. Music was too loud!

The rooms are very outdated almost everything in the room is falling apart the WiFi is horrible it only works if you are outside your room or by the pool it really defeats the purpose of having WiFi at all

The staff was very friendly and the garden was beautiful.

The electricity repeatedly goes out, at one point it chip out like every five minutes through the night. The rooms that I stayed need to be refurbished.

The property did nor resemble the photos presented at all. The air was only allowedat a certain level which did not coom the room. Toilets keaked when flushed and ecectricity went down three times in two hours. There were four people with a multiple day stay. All four of us left within 3 hours.

The place was outdated. They only have air in the room. They hardly don’t have utensils to cook. If you want to bring any visitors they have to pay to go in the pool $13 apiece. That’s for kids adults are more. I won’t stay there again was a bad experience, it’s not worth the money. They have to do a lot of upgrading the manager. He has an attitude problem. They don’t work with you. They have a Jacuzzi that don’t work. They have a ping-pong table that don’t work. They have a pool table you have to pay for it I do not recommend it to nobody.
