This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. They have no coffee in the room, no laundry service. We had to check in through the restaurant since there is never anyone at the reception. At check out, we had to leave early (6am) and there was no one there again, he asked us to wait till 8 am even when we told him we had a flight. We were never even informed that reception is not available 24x7 which is the norm at 4 star hotels. Not a pleasant stay.

Localisation est bonne, mais peu de possibilites de restauration en dehors de l hotel. Pas de machine a cafe dans la chambre. Un peu cher pour le service propose. Nous avions une chambre de luxe sans comfort ni facilite extra ordinnaire ni vue...

Excellent endroit facile d’accès pour découvrir ces trois magnifiques châteaux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisirs

Une bonne adresse dans la région. Confort, calme, propreté. Restaurant correct, mais pas pour un repas inoubliable.

Cadre très agréable. Très beau bâtiment. Romantique. Belle vue sur l'église. Bien situé. Lit confortable. Personnel très agréable et chaleureux. Il y avait un bruit dans la salle de bain (la clim?) Dommage, pas de bouilloire avec dosettes de café dans la chambre.

Bel hôtel, près d’un centre ville, avec un parking sur place. Localisation vraiment toute proche du château de Cheverny. L’accueil y est agréable et le service de qualité. De passage sur la région pour quelques jours, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Le Relais des Trois Châteaux est situé à 800 mètres du château de Cheverny. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. La chambre est climatisée et dispose d'une literie haut de gamme de marque Treca. La salle de bains comporte une grande baignoire et d'excellents produits d'accueil de marque Nuxe. Enfin, le restaurant Les Trois Marchands et son menu découverte à 35 € par personne est un incontournable à ne manquer en aucun cas. Une belle découverte gustative.

L’hôtel est propre, décoré sobrement et plutôt moderne. Le restaurant des 3 marchands propose une nourriture correcte pour le dîner. En revanche, le petit déjeuner est désastreusement peu garni et surtout surgelé. Le choix est très maigre voire inexistant. Le personnel n’est pas formé et incompétent si ce n’est malhonnête et impoli, nous ayant indiqué que le petit déjeuner était inclus, pour avoir la surprise de découvrir que le petit pain au chocolat surgelé et la tranche de fromage sans goût nous étaient facturés 16€/personne.

N’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Les locaux ne sont pas jolis (notamment l’accueil). Aucune décoration dans la chambre. Un bruit toutes les 2 minutes qui provenait sûrement de la climatisation. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas au rendez-vous

Hotellets rum och service var mycket bra. Restaurangen var en riktigt stor bedrövelse. Nu var det andra gången jag var i restaurangen under ett par månader. Först agången trodde jag det var otur i köket med ett segt och ganska oätligt kött stycke. Nu andra gången var vi 5 personer som alla fick portioner som var oätliga, sönder stekta och sega. Om man ville tugga så hade de räckt i minst ett par dygn. Priset för det som serverades var så över prissatt att man borde skämmas.

Location is great, staff is courteous, professional and nice. Clean rooms, definitely a great place to stay in Cour-Cheverny.

Kamers "OK" maar zeker geen 4 sterren uitrustingsniveau. Staff niet echt vriendelijk. Ook werkelijk niets te doen of te zien op wandelafstand (geen winkels, andere restaurants, musea,...)

Hôtel très confortable. Chambre joliment meublee personnel très pro et aimable Tres bon petit dej Un seul problème le restaurant. La patronne déclare la salle complète et nous dirige vers le bistrot dont le cadre est vraiment très moche et où on nous a pratique les mêmes prix. A noter une partie de la salle de restaurant était déjà dressée pour le petit dej mais la directrice a refusé de nous y installer

The hotel is fine and very well located. However, there are things to underline. We had a deluxe room well decorated. Nevertheless, it was located at the end of a long corridor. We encountered 10 stairs (a flight of 7 stairs and 2 of 2 stairs). It was not mentioned at all. Since we arrive late we were alone... It should have been noted; actually we could have been not able to use these stairs. It has been a challenge (sometimes when you book you don't know few weeks after we won't be able to use stairs thus you don't ask...). The Room (213) quite small. We requested a breakfast in the room, the staff did not where to put the tray. There was only a small console table. We thought a deluxe was bigger than a standard room that is 15 sq meters. It was a mistake... An advice: in the description mention the size of the room...

Great location and we had a great family room to accommodate both our two teens with separate twin beds.

L’hotel est confortable , très propre, La décoration est sobre et de très bon goût Bonne climatisation , literie excellente Malheureusement sauf pour ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner , la restauration est médiocre et le personnel de service du restaurant non professionnel et plutôt familier . C’est tout à fait dommage pour un tel établissement

The rooms were very nice the air conditioning worked well during record heat and the service was very good. The restaurant food for the price was not as good as we expected

Séjour d’une nuit. Hôtel en plein centre à 1,5 Kms du château de Cheverny. Petit déjeuner copieux. Hôtel propre et calme. Un ascenseur mais quelques marches pour rejoindre notre chambre.

Great place, great food . The room is basic but clean . The hotel states that they take AMEX.... but they do not . The open fire in the restaurant is fantastic and the restaurant staff extremely friendly

The hotel is an interesting building in an interesting town. The allocated room was comfortable but lacked a decent sized window so was very dark. Reasonable restaurant with good staff and satisfactory food. Good wine is available.

After we booked we immediately received a phone call making us aware the room was without air conditioning. It would have been nice to know prior to booking

Good location near Chambord and Cheverny, with good restaurant on the square in a charming small town. Friendly and helpful staff. Older building has been fully modernized with elevator, but has a lot of short stairways in halls and small rooms.

This hotel is perfect for visiting Chateaux in the area. The restaurant was excellent.

It was lovely. Elouiza, the manager was fun, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and it was a buffet that offered a multitude of choices.

Everything was great, but we arrived at 19:00 and there was an envelope with my name on the front desk and they just left my the card room and even charged the whole stay before I was checked in and I wanted to pay in cash, so they should have waited for me to get there. That was really upsetting, but the cleaniness and the hotel was great.

Staff is very nice, room very comfortable, and the location convenient to visit several of the most important chateaux in the Loire. The restaurant is outstanding; we ate three dinners there and all were superb. I'd definitely stay again if in the area.

Good location to explore Loire chateaus but must have a car. Restaurant at the hotel is great with good food selection. I would stay there again.

Beautiful recently renovated old building. Great Restaurant at bargain prices. Room was fairly small for country living and close to big generators on the back of the church.

Perfect in Every Way

Nice hotel , very good receptionist who spoke good English. No air con ,so had to open bedroom window which faced road overlooking a Boulangerie ,which was rather noisy in the early morning, as people pulled up to collect their bread. Ate in restaurant both nights , food excellent , service good on first night BUT the lady in charge on our second night was most rude. When we asked for a jug of tap water (which the waiter gave us the first night ) she said " We do not have a tap in the restaurant " The same thing happened to the young couple on the table beside us. She was clearly trying to increase sales of bottled water ....that practice stopped 10 years ago. A disappointing part of a nice hotel , she should be given a job that does not involve meeting the public........like filling up jugs of water for the waiters !
